Alexis - Non Duality - Prague Meeting Livestream 29/11/25 - Day 2

Introduction et Annonces Pratiques

Discussion et Questions

Conclusion et Remerciements

L'orateur conclut la session et remercie les participants.

0:04 Yes. must Yes. That means that

1:04 somehow online everybody on YouTube and Zoom. We'll get started in a few minutes. >> Not quite 2:00 in Prague yet. So, uh feel free to get a beverage whilst you're tuning in from wherever. It is like >> I'm I'm not having sugar at the moment. There's mushroom. Just

1:50 >> mango is full of sugar, my dear. >> Oh, come on. >> I'm in ketosis. >> Come on. >> Oh, you you tempt me with your ways of sleepy. All right. >> Yeah. How are you? >> Oh, great. It was a bit stressy in the end. >> Oh, yeah. >> In the end, we are here. >> Well, seemingly well,

2:37 he can just sit back and chill out and enjoy. his shirt. >> Maybe he was young. >> Okay. Okay. So, English people think, well, I'm not. I mean, my

3:26 parents are not here today. Oh, which one? That's not when you touch the >> Oh, yes. And she's supposed to be here today. >> Deliciously.

4:14 Hello. You got three points. >> You know, do you know

5:00 So perhaps perhaps I could start by saying cheers. >> Cheers. >> School. >> It's great to be here. It's great to be with you all in hanging out in Prague again. Uh full house as well. How how awesome is that? Um yeah, and we're I think I would suggest although this isn't really a place that carries an intention as such, but if there was one, which there isn't, but if there was, is to have fun. Let's just have fun. We're here to hang out. We're here to chill out. We're here to just joyfully bask in

5:47 this indescribable, unknowable wonder of what is sometimes loosely called immediacy. It's it goes by many names and yet we don't really call this anything. This isn't actually nameable. But yeah, we can uh we can sit and shout and you know play as it were. But uh before I say any more about that, I will just give a few practical announcements. So, obviously today is 2 till 6:00 p.m. Um, and there'll be a break halfway through, maybe about half 3. If you need to use the bathroom before then, obviously there's one right there. There's also one upstairs as well. Same place. Um, and when we uh open up this into a chat,

6:33 a dialogue, just go ahead and grab and pass that microphone around. It doesn't amplify your voice. It's just for the recording. Yeah, for those who feel comfortable to speak into it. Um, and uh, we we might be going out. Yeah, are we that's part of the practical information. So, what shall I say about that? >> Yeah, it's for those who are interested in 6:30 22, cafe 22 and we will go together. So, you don't have to remember the address. I will go and I will lead you to a place to have a dinner or drink home. >> My sister will join us for not the whole period of time. We will leave earlier but we can all hang out

7:21 together >> and some wooden. >> Nice. All right. Great. >> So this is about this This is timeless. This is without space. This is without cause and effect. This is without origin. This is without source. This is without direction. This is without destination. This is without here and there now and then me and you. This is without anything else because this is all there is. This is everything. This is totally explosively everything. Yeah. There's nothing to be found other than what's appearing to

8:07 happen. And that's immediacy. It's vibrantly immediately this. Yeah. Nothing else can be found other than what's apparently happening. And any storytelling about something else, origin, foundation, causation is this. That's this appearing as such. Without storytelling, without origin, without that energy of looking for something else, it's total. It's absolutely edgeless. There's nothing else to be found other than this really. And there's no one to know that. Yeah. This is without centralization. This is without center. This is without position. So without position, no separation. Non-duality

8:56 advita simply means not to. And not to could also mean no separation, no distance, no separate things to be separate. There aren't really lots of bodies sitting in a room listening to these words right now. As mad as that might sound, there's just the vibrant immediacy. It doesn't come from anywhere. It doesn't go to anywhere. It um yeah, it's not confined. All energetic appearances are just shy emptiness. Yeah. Emptiness. No source, no coming or going or becoming. No arising, just immediacy appearing which is not a thing to actually be

9:43 really appearing. It's uh it's nameless. Yeah. And this what does not seem to have an edge, a border or a boundary can appear to be edged, bordered and boundary or bounded. Seems like in the uh totality of this abundant hole, there can appear to be a a point where there's a center and then suddenly as though everything confined and constricted and contracted to that point, suddenly it seems like there's a world out there that is objectified. Meaning everything is seen and everything is distant and known. Like the plants on the edges of the walls and the ceiling above and the

10:29 floor below and the sensations in my hands. The thoughts that arise, it all seems to be known and related to by this subjective center. And as though that center is happening, all of these things seem to be coming and going, changing. They seem to be real. They seem to be solid. It seems to be happening within my awareness and that seems very real and convincing in a way. It's an artificial reality of realness like the all of these things are real and they're really happening to me. Yeah. And uh it comes with it all of these misconceptions really energetically that point that centralized point has no reality to it.

11:17 It's a complete illusion. Yeah. But as though that illusion seems to be happening. Um ownership seems to come out. So as though the the birth of the body is just a very natural ordinary phenomena. A baby is born and no one's there. It's just pure sensational vibrancy. Total wonder. The baby isn't a person. It's not identified as anything. It's just the the total whole being a baby. But then in comes this illusory pointed center a position and then suddenly it seems like there's a here a here a sensational here where I am and then looking out the eyes is looking

12:03 towards the mother who is over there and this is the dream of distance. You see, mother is suddenly a thing that someone knows and relates to. And yes, that that that sense of distance where I am and where you are is unreal. It's not even an appearance. It's not actually appearing to happen. Despite how convincing and real that seems to be. And despite how ridiculous and barmy it might sound to point out the illusory nature of that, there's no reality to separate things actually happening. Yeah. Yeah. It's an artificial dream, a simulation made up of nothing. Yeah.

12:49 And so that is a dream of distance. And in that comes the dream of ownership. She's my mother. Know ship. I know my mother. Relationship. I relate to my mother. Yeah. And what also seems to come about that reality, that fantasy is doership, autonomy. The the the illusion of autonomy, should I say, it never again actually appears. But what seems to feel uh unfelt what seems to be felt viscerally in the tissues of an organism is this sort of visceral quality uh where it seems like there's an awareness of the hands and that awareness of the hands is telling them to move is actually saying move the hands right now and speak these words

13:36 right now and think these thoughts right now. It seems like that point which is seemingly behind the appearance watching it is actually making commands and demands and and choosing how to be and what to do and how to think etc. how to behave even and it's again there's no reality to that. No movement, no expression, no gesture has ever been made by anyone. Every single little flickering of the toes and the fingers right now, every little movement of every body in this room right now is not being orchestrated or composed by anyone. That sense of awareness is completely unreal. And so the sense of an autonomous driver behind

14:22 every little movement is not there. It's not actually there. It's already happening effortlessly. Yeah. And so nothing needs to happen to make that the case because it already is the case. even thoughts that seem to say well what about this or hold on a minute no I am in charge well that's also not being done by anyone so any imaginable response to that is completely chaotically freely appearing to happen yeah any thought that says that doesn't quite feel to be the you know the case or that doesn't seem to be true every single thought nothing is excluded nothing is excluded from that Everything, every perception, every sensation, every feeling imaginable is

15:08 completely of the same vibrant void of immediacy. However, in the dream, continuity seems to be absolutely real, meaning linear linear time. So, like there's a past, a present, and a future. I'm in the middle. This is where I am. This is my position in time. I'm now and either side of me now is is is the past and the future. I came from then and I'm going then. Yeah. And again, not real. Not real. I mean, if I could just simply pose the question, where is 5 minutes ago? You know, where's 5 seconds ago? Where's 5 seconds from now? It doesn't

15:55 exist. It's an illusion. Meaning, it's not appearing. 5 seconds from now is not appearing to happen. 5 minutes or 5 hours ago or 5 years ago is not appearing to happen. It's it's not there. It's only ever what immediately appears to be happening. So memories can appear to be happening but that's not the past. That's this being memories. Yeah. So we've covered location elusory continuity elusory awareness elusory uh autonomy elusory. Yeah. And what else can seem to appear is meaning and

16:40 purpose. Yeah. So meaning and purpose lubricates and flavors this sense of going somewhere. Continuity. Uh the the the claims that there's a person that has a personal life, an individual life has in its own storytelling, fantastical, fairy tale, dramatic, you know, energy of being a someone likes to tell stories. It would seem it tells stories about who I am, what I am, where I come from. I'm a Buddhist. I'm a yogi. I'm a priest. I'm a nun. I'm an atheist. I'm a father. I'm a son. I'm a teacher. I'm a this or that. And all these identities have no reality to them. Yeah. No one isn't

17:27 anything. There's no one to be anything. Yeah. Identity is a kind of like a a phantom in a way. Uh but there's nothing wrong with the stories. Of course, there's nothing wrong actually with anything. Um it's quite radically and revolutionarily exposed really. But meaning and purpose kind of gives a sense of direction like there's an origin and that's that's why things are happening this way. Cause and effect. Yeah. This caused that. This affected that. Yeah. And uh no, it's there's no reality to that. Not without abstracting, not without saying there's separate things happening. There's only this, only this, timelessly this,

18:13 vibrantly this, immediately this. and the meaning and purpose seems to disagree. The the stories about what this means or what my life means or the meaning of the universe or the meaning of the cosmos or the meaning of whatever karma, reincarnation, all those stories. Um they're all gloriously and divinely thrown out the window. Um because because there's no none of that could be real if there's no continuity or a start and none of that could really be real if there's no autonomy and if there's no individuality. If this appearance is impersonally dancing freely as everything then this storytelling is like

18:58 once felt as like ice is now just vapor. In the same way ice could kind of melt into water and then water could uh you know totally just dissolve into vapor. It's a bit like that really. Those stories once upon a time seemed so solid. Now everything is just empty vibrantly. So so meaning and purpose autonomy continuity location and awareness all wonderfully destroyed from Carly Mars. a compassionate sword cut down. Yeah. Yeah. In the appearance of this, when it seems like none of that is the case, when it

19:43 seems like continuity, autonomy, individuality, awareness, and location and meaning and purpose are all absolutely real, then there's the there's this yeah, this kind of confusion. I would suggest this existential confusion of it feeling like this this reality is timely. It is spatial. What are you talking about? We I mean, you know, it's daytime now and if several hours from now it will be night and we're you know what are you what do you mean there's no time? But but it's much more uh gross than that really. Existentially there can be a great deal of dissatisfaction. Yeah. great restlessness to this appearance when it seems like there is someone and it seems like there is a future which I

20:30 move towards when it seems like I have control over my life which belongs to me ownership yeah this there's there can be a great deal of restlessness agitation irritability perhaps even frustration and depression a sort of ill at ease no matter how subtle that seems to be this ill at easiness seems to be uh yeah it can be very potent and in that potency of irritability there's the seeking there's the seeking seems to grow out of that in the story line in the story line seeking seems to happen there's a feeling of loss or lacking and in that story line there's a

21:19 there's a looking for for wholeness there's a looking for a remedy or an antidote, a treatment to deal with this uh subtle or gross disease. Yeah. And so, as we all know all too well, I I imagine this energy manifests as material wealth and gain, the acquisition of, you know, possessions and partners or or uh you know, money, sex, power, whatever. Um, but it obviously can also manifest as a religious or a spiritual path. Trying to find a a path that feels holy, noble, sacred divine authentic, integral. Maybe it's a psychological path or a philosophical path, a shamanistic path, therapeutic

22:06 path. So many paths, so many avenues that could seem to be on offer and traveled down. Maybe I go through several of them at once or one after the other. But there's this energy of going somewhere else. And ultimately, it's always the same. It's always the same energy of feeling like I'm going somewhere. As long as I have an imagined destination in mind, I am essentially chasing after the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, which doesn't exist because the more I move towards that, the more it moves away from me. Maybe along the way, we got some gratification. We maybe felt a little bit blissful or tranquil, a little bit uh loose and light um in the body through meditation, psychedelics, yoga

22:53 practices creasers tantras studying. Yeah. And there's nothing wrong with any of that. But this energy is never satisfied, never fully satisfied. It's heard about enlightened people. has heard about enlightened sages along the way in the timeline, Buddhas and uh and Patangelis and bodhic sattas, angelic beings and you know celestial gods and all that. It's heard about fantasies about beings who have transcended something. So it perhaps maybe maybe it feels like that's that's something I'll offer and it's studied and it's practiced and it's exercised but it never got it. It never it never

23:40 got that fulfillment it was really looking for or longing for. Well, the reason why it can't get that is because that's not an object to be had, to be held, to be related to anything that seeming seems to be within my reach. It's just an object which is a limited finite separate thing. And who really is interested in that? I mean, it might seem to satisfy for a little bit, but sooner or later, the the novelty of that object, whether it's material or seemingly spiritual, wears off and off I go again onto the next one. And that can seem a bit brutally and radically exposing when that kind of

24:28 suggests and implies that going around a back alley to get some substances is the same kind of gratifying search as going to the temple or the asham to get some kind of fulfillment there. But all the time it seems like someone is going after anything. There's the there's the uh the illusion of objectification, the illusion of getting something, getting somewhere, achieving something, accomplishing. Yeah, this energy is looking for the absolute. It's really just looking for the absolute. It's looking around for this actually. This is the absolute. This

25:13 can't be related to and this can't be moved towards or away from. So this isn't actually confined to space or time. And therefore the looking for that is the overlooking of that. The looking around for this fulfillment in a conditioned state is the overlooking of the natural immediacy which is this already. And so that's not a practice or a process or a path of any kind. It's the exposure of already the readiness of this freedom, the readiness of this unconditional love, the readiness of this equinimous wholeness that is absolutely everything.

25:59 Yeah. It's so total that it includes and encompasses all there is. So nothing can go wrong or right in that. It's over. It's done. This is it. This is home. I've been so invested in the what's next and the what will be. I've been so busy looking for that in a place, a person, a a a thing, a substance. It was this all along. It was this all along. So simple. So so simple. And it's too simple. Really, it's too simple for comprehension. It's too simple for everything this mouth just

26:47 said. Actually, in a way, all of that was just unnecessarily complicated. It's too simple for language. And it's too natural for application and navigation. Anything that could be applied and navigated would be too much. This is already home. This is already the garden of Eden. This is already the natural reality. And it's too ordinary for imagination and storytelling. It's wonderfully extraordinarily ordinary. And the idea about better or worse, more less, higher, lower, again, too much, too much, too much. It's just this. It's only ever this.

27:36 You'll never find anything other than what's appearing to happen. Even if you astral project your consciousness out of the the crown chakra and find another realm, you know, or you take a a retreat or a DMT and blow your head off and, you know, blast off to other dimensions, that will still be what's apparently happening. that will still just be this appearing as different realms and heaven and hell and paradise and purgatory and wherever and whatever else you know. Yeah. Sitting and having a chat with angels and gods, Buddhas, bodhicattvas or or or just having coffee and you know chilling out here. It's all it's all the same.

28:22 Unconditional love doesn't see you know doesn't see boundary. It doesn't see more or less. It doesn't see higher and lower in the sense of hierarchy, superiority, all of that nonsense. It's all inclusive. Everything is this. That's how loving this is really. Unconditional love doesn't see me and you. It doesn't see I've got it, you haven't, or I've lost it and you've still got it. No, it's just whatever is happening is it? And so I have to say that even the imagination that this is going to I'm going to fall away like that's going to happen. That's actually going to happen. It's nonsense. Yeah. Absolutely. It's just another story. It's another cyclic

29:08 route imagining the next. Yeah. The absence of me is not what's next. The absence of me is the absence of what's next. That's this already. It's already this. It's already this. Yeah. So, we can we can chat around that. We can chat about that to some extent. We can have some fun and play and ask questions. There's no right or wrong questions, by the way. You can't go wrong. Um what whatever whatever is said or shared is is absolutely totally lovingly this. Yeah. So, there's no ridicule or mocking. Uh there's no condescension. No one gets it. No one gets more or less. No one gets closer or further. It's just all all there is. So

29:54 all questions, all sharings, all comments, whatever is coming up, it's just Yeah. It's just this love, unconditional love, love, loving love. >> It's all love. Loving love. Yeah. Yeah. But all the time there's an agenda to get somewhere that disease will seem to prevail and persist. And it's really seemingly apparently revealed, timelessly revealed that this is already it. There's nothing that needs to happen. Yeah. And I mean that existentially absolutely. There's nothing that needs to happen. And there's already nothing that needs to happen. But there just might be this

30:40 kind of anticipatory energy that this is going somewhere. Whether it's, you know, this meeting is going somewhere or whether my life is going somewhere and the absence of that need to go somewhere is total liberation that just might be waiting for that, anticipating that. Yeah. Innocently delicious. Sorry.

31:34 So, it's all good. It's all good. Even the bad is good.

33:25 It can be a bit of a showstopper, huh? It can be a bit like >> normal Christians. >> Yeah. What on earth could be said after all that? Well, obviously I apply no specialness to that what has apparently just been said, but um it might be apparent as to why sometimes it's called a dynamic exposure because it it kind of questions everything that's ever been thought of, believed in, or bought into. It's so utterly radical it would seem to that which seems so normal and that's

34:11 just the way it is. Of course there's separate people. Of course there's autonomous beings with free will and choice and you know living a life of materialism or whatever other ideology. The whole exposure of that entire reality is uh well it's blasphemous on just about every single level without intention to be. Yeah.

34:59 I like what you said about the absence of me. >> Yeah. >> Is the absence of what's next. >> Yes. Yes. >> I think that's really >> the drive. >> Exactly. One of the first things I ever heard Tony say was me lives in what will be no what will be no me it's that's really I mean if that's like quote unquote really heard it's over. It's over. How could it not

35:46 be over when that's it, you know? Yeah.

37:14 >> How's it going, Alexis? Right. >> It's good, my friend. How are you? >> Yeah, I'm right. Like to ask um every time I come to these meetings, I'm always like sleepy. >> Yeah. >> Is there any reason why that is? >> Could be. It could be, you know, that kind of momentous energy of going somewhere, getting something, moving in a reality that seems to be fast-paced, on the go, making progress, whatever that could look like. And then there's no there's just no ability to keep that up in and around these meetings or gatherings because what how could that progression based mentality apply to this? >> I've just woke up now.

38:00 >> Yeah, >> I've just blacked out. >> Okay, so it could be it could be the momentous energy of feeling like going somewhere is just kind of being allowed to just temporarily fall or it could be avoidance. without anyone choosing. It could be an avoidance. You know, some people do fall asleep in in gatherings. Uh because it's it can be quite existentially confronting. I'm not suggesting I would claim to know. Um either way, but yeah. Or it could just be typus. >> All the drinks of it. >> Yeah. Or not. >> Yeah. Well, I wouldn't be surprised. I wouldn't be surprised cuz you weren't falling asleep

38:45 yesterday, were you? Yeah. I walked in and now I feel that. >> Yeah. Yeah. A bit. Uh what's the word? Sluggish. >> Maybe sitting next to you. Maybe you're that that >> Yeah. It's Elizabeth.

40:24 I do remember when I first went to residential >> it was uncomfortable >> to always be in the room and in you know it just felt like when's he going to >> Yeah. >> You could feel this kind of resistance >> very strong. M >> and um >> but that was that time at the beginning. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> It's exposed and it's there's an discomfort in the exposure but the resistance is fully coming up so to speak maybe. >> Yeah. Cuz even in the asham where everyone's really quiet, there's an

41:10 intention to work with the resistance and in a way that's kind of distracting itself because it thinks it's still going somewhere else. So even that is kind of like an avoidance even though it seems to be actually the opposite of avoidance and approaching it and working with it is subtly trying to get rid of something. Yeah. When there's no sense that anything needs to happen. Yeah. That can be quite confronting energetical because there's literally nowhere to go. Yeah. And when the resistance is exposed as something that doesn't need to go away, then it seems to fully present itself.

41:56 And that's not the intention. It's it's without intention. And in the absence of intention, it seems like things really fully come up, so to speak. Yeah. And that can be uncomfortable sometimes. It's very uncomfortable. Yeah. Yeah.

44:27 So there seem to be a certain a kind of disturbance >> when it comes to parent close relationships >> is kind of always in the background so to speak. He's kind of a Yeah. >> He's almost as if it wants to explode or >> But it's it's just God. I don't know. It's just really painful. >> Yeah. >> But I mean, there's nothing to do about anything. There's no one to do anything. M. >> So it's kind of kind of like burn. It's just like burning

45:26 >> and like a sense of like being scared, you know, like if you know something bad will happen. But then at the same time there's also a relaxation like because nothing is happening at all. It's like >> yeah it's like both it's like you know Yeah, it's unconditionally okay.

47:31 The archetype of the mother doesn't see good children and bad children. >> Say that again. >> The archetype of the mother doesn't see a good child and a bad child. >> Yeah. >> Unconditional love doesn't see good feelings and bad feelings. Everything is unconditional and equinimously allowed. >> Yeah. >> Everything is this. No matter how crappy it feels, no matter how upsetting or heartbreaking, devastating or ecstatic and euphoric, it's all this.

48:29 The maternal embrace of this infinite appearance doesn't wait 16 years for emotions and feelings to leave the house. It's like everything is totally welcome. Even the thought I want this to go away is welcome.

49:21 At the same time, it's it's just so beautiful. >> Oh, yeah. >> So, so beautiful. No matter what, it's just gorgeous. >> Yeah. Heartbreakingly gorgeous stuff. Yeah.

51:18 I've often found it quite curious how when we're sitting like this together and there's not much being said, not many questions flying around and some people can find that really really nice and comforting and it's like ah breath of fresh air to come somewhere where I'm not being told what to do, nothing required, no instruction. And other people are like absolutely on edge and totally restless like please give me give me an instruction. I feel really restless and agitated. Yeah. I mean every imaginable response is equally this and allowed. But it's quite curious how different bodies seem to respond so so dynamically different. Yeah. To the

52:05 exact same situation. Was that conditioning? >> I think so. Yeah, I think so. But it would seem to be energetic as well without wanting to make it sound pseudospiritual or something. But it's as though an a field a field is being disturbed because it Yes. Conditionally, it's used to being given direction or instruction or validation of some kind. Yeah. And none of that's happening here. So energetically and conditionally disturbing. Yeah. But also relaxing for some. Yeah.

52:51 >> Yeah. I would say when I first started going to non meetings, it was like that. It was like I need the answer. >> I need to understand. >> I really want the thing you have. You've got something. high. That was me. And now I'm just like, "Hey, Alexis has it. This is it. I've got it. Just listen to that." And that's all. >> It's just this. Yeah. >> This is it. >> This is it. Yeah. >> There's nothing else. So, yeah. Before there was that, Lee used to say that there's that. >> Oh, yeah. Sure. Yeah. >> Now, that's just slowly just easing. M. >> So now I just go to sleep and just chill. >> Yeah. >> I mean, it doesn't really >> Yeah. You don't feel like you have to

53:37 figure something out or listen really carefully or >> because >> how's my experience going to change? It isn't. >> Exactly. >> It's going to be this and that's it. >> Exactly. >> But I don't But why did I think I was going to see light? I was going to seek something different, a different experience. It isn't going to be that. >> When I'm drunk, this is it. When I'm high, this is it. When I'm asleep, this is it. >> Yeah, >> this is it. >> This is it. >> Why did he But why am I imagining things different? >> What's that about? You know,

54:23 >> it's just that psychossematic charge like the bodily charge of wanting to go somewhere. >> Yeah. >> It's it's state it's a state chaser and everyone has that like everyone is in that. Everyone is that who feels themselves as separate. >> Yeah. >> To some extent. It doesn't matter how if you paint that all in religious clothing, it's still the same. >> By praying and getting myself into trans states of feeling like I'm one with the divine. It's all the same. I'm always chasing. >> Yeah. >> Because you're not like you're not getting anything >> right. That's all. >> Yeah. >> This is it. >> This is it. Yeah. But what I will say is I wouldn't I don't know.

55:09 It seems at the moment still it seems that we're separate, >> but that's not a problem now. >> Yeah. where before it would be like well he's he he don't seem separate >> like the way you see you see me and you not separate >> one or >> well it's just seeing >> it's just seeing >> it's just seeing yeah >> where at this moment in time it seems like me and you are separate >> right >> but it's not a problem for me right >> because it's just >> whatever >> exactly >> I'm enjoying the separation that's how I see it it's all funcept or not. I don't give a [ __ ] You know, >> wait before I wanted to have the thing. >> Sure. Sure. >> But I can't get it. So,

55:57 let's take this. >> And there I was thinking my introduction was impressive. >> That was way better. That was way better. So I speak my language. So >> I know it's so welcome. >> I love it. >> It's so so good though. Like um yeah, even if I could have it, what does it matter? You know, that's that's beautiful because when it seems like it matters, it's such a drain, such a burden. like that body at the front of the room has got something or they've lost something

56:42 or they're no one. I might be no one as well. Like if none of that matters, then this is it. Yeah. All of that comparing, you know, doesn't matter. Doesn't matter at all. We've watched how people have tied themselves in knots over this in a way like people will come to gatherings for years and years tying themselves up in conceptual knots really convinced that

57:27 one day this is going to happen. It couldn't be more of a dream. Yeah. Like that anticipating that there's going to be a collapse of me is going to happen. Yeah. And it's quite it's almost magic how that energy has kind of turned this into a a chase. Yeah. Into a theme. In a way, I can't help not do that. But um it's kind of tragic because it's like you what are you waiting for? What are you looking? Like who what are we looking for? You know this this

58:13 this speaker is saying your experience is not going to change. So why like what don't people what words don't they understand >> it's not going to stay the same either it's not going to change or stay the same because change and same is continuity. So nothing is really changing and nothing is really staying the same because nothing is actually moving or still. This is timeless. >> So it's just this. >> Yeah. >> What what what I'm doing now this is it. >> This is it. So that's so then how are they getting theirelves caught up? >> Well, it seems to be that anticipation

58:58 of next, isn't it? >> It's like an anticipation of next of what will be. >> But do they not understand that? No, it's not. It's not happening. >> Well, I think conceptually some people get that, but it's like they're still kind of >> right. They're still invested in the next imagined what's next. But coming to the meetings to feel relaxed, it's not an issue, is it? Well, nothing's an issue. Yeah, >> exactly. Yeah, that might be happening or it might not be happening. >> There are still some people who I know

59:43 of who go to gatherings even though there's no one there. like it's just going to gather happening all day, you know, you know, and it's fun and you know, it's relaxing and and it's funny, playful, >> interesting, make friends, hang out with people, do stuff, >> and deep down I probably know about the thing. >> You know what I mean? Yeah. on a simpler level is still kind of wanting but it doesn't matter obviously that doesn't matter

1:00:31 when it matters it really matters you know it really really matters and it's takes itself quite seriously and that can be exhausting Yeah. >> Yeah. To come to a meeting and just be told it's not going to happen for you. [ __ ] suck. >> It's hilarious. >> It can be. It can be really funny. >> Yeah. I went to I went to Richard Sylvester. He's Christ. I went to one of his meetings for the first time. I said, "I'm here to like look for him,

1:01:18 enlighten them." >> And everyone was like, "Well, he's not enlightened." I was like, "It's a bit shit." >> If someone if someone would just say, "I'm enlightened." So easy, wouldn't it? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> You're all awkward. >> All non speakers, they're awkward. I will never tell you, do this, do that. I mean to say I'm enlightened it's a it's a bit too gross. So people in a way pretend to be enlightened um without saying they are you know >> and then that looks really appealing. >> Yeah. >> But there's no pretense here. Yeah. >> There's no And I mean that not here but

1:02:03 here there's no pretense going on. You know there's no game plan. There's nothing to be achieved. There's no one enlightened and there's no one unenlightened. That's the glory. Yeah. There's no one to be enlightened or unenlightened. >> Yeah. >> And me sitting here, I'm going to make I'm going to conceptualize. I'm going to start making images and thinking stuff like that things about you. And you're saying >> that's just that's just a me problem. But it's just what is naturally, organically, and simply appear in tab. We're not better or worse off, you know.

1:02:50 There's no better or worse off. >> Why is it so deep? Why are we talking so deep? >> Well, why not? It's beautiful. It's cool, man. It's cool. It's cool.

1:03:39 Stop. Um, so what we say is not really us

1:04:27 talking. There's no >> Yeah. There's no point behind the words, >> right? >> There's no subject behind the words. Yeah. >> Words are happening and then we claim them. Well, in a way it seems to be claimed, but there isn't a subject to actually claim. So, it's it's confusion and illusion because there isn't a wei to claim it and there's not a wei to let it go either. That that we that subject is not actually there. centralized energy feels so potently

1:05:12 positioned not there. It seems what's happen um what I often struggled with when I was younger. Um, I would just blurt out what I felt >> and people would say, "Oh, you're so arrogant or you're so negative." >> Mostly negative. >> And even if when I saw like eight milk bottles outside the doorstep of my mother,

1:05:58 no, of my sister, my sister. I saw these eight milk bottles and I went, "Wow, so many milk bottles." And she said, "You're so negative. I go, what's negative about that? It was just like, wow, so many, you know, why do you need so many kind of >> Oh, I see. Yeah. >> It was like, wow, so many. And then they say, oh, you're so negative. Oh, why am I so negative? And you know, >> I always struggled with that not be like children, they can express. >> Mhm. >> But as a grownup, you have to be careful what you say. M >> you might hurt somebody's feelings but you're not trying to hurt the person you're just expressing your opinion >> and that was always a very difficult

1:06:44 aspect you need to deal with >> so when I hear words are just coming out >> yeah yeah >> I say [ __ ] how they f You can feel you feel like that. That's your problem. Not me. I didn't make you feel like that. That's your problem. >> Yeah. I didn't have that kind of >> Sorry. Yeah. >> If I could have done that would have been nice. I mean, I felt always bad. Yeah. Oh, I'm terrible. >> That that's the flavor in which this story has taken. But underneath that, I think you're you're pressing upon

1:07:30 something much more deep and existential. And that's the sense of autonomy. Yeah. >> And the sense of autonomy has no autonomy inside of it. Yeah. >> That's what's really being addressed. >> I mean, think about it this way. Who actually here really believes that they chose to wake up this morning? >> No. 100% not. >> No, obviously. on. It just happens. >> Exactly. And who chose to blink several seconds ago or you know uh salivate when the mouth is getting a little bit dry or you know even these little gestures that everyone's making right now. Everyone's moving you know little fingers and arms and

1:08:17 repositioning. It's just happening. Yeah. It's just happening. But in comes this sensory or centered kind of awareness and feels like it's it's in charge and that is totally illusory and as though that could just kind of dim like a light bulb fades out. Every single gesture just carries on happening no longer under the illusion of autonomy. Yeah. Yeah. Because everybody is doing things all the time without anyone say. So it couldn't be more obvious, you know, like if you've if you've ever driven a car and you're familiar with how to drive a car, it's so obviously just effortlessly

1:09:03 happening. Yeah. Checking the mirrors, indicating clutch. It's like every there's no way that someone could be in control of that many things at once, you know? And then all of the other functions in the organism like breathing and heartbeat, digestive system, endocctrine glands, neural transmitters, like it's it's just insane. And uh and this illusion thinks that it's actually in there owning some of that. Yeah. Yeah. It actually thinks and feels and believes that it's that it's got some amount of say in the matter. Hasn't got any say in any matter at all. Wonderfully so. Because as though that's really apparent well then yeah there's no sense that anyone needs to behave this way or that way which is would then

1:09:48 kind of >> yeah the stories of I should be this way or I should be that way or I'm bad or I'm good or I'm negative I'm positive and all of that stuff just kind of elusorily overlays like that's just an illusory overlay of the very visceral and yet elusive the recharge of center. So yeah, I think it's pretty damn good when Lee says that. Yeah. Or does that do that too because it feels like it that's what the tissues are doing. Yeah. And I don't mean that as a physical tension. And it's like, you know, it's not physical tension, but it feels like neurologically and psychosmatically

1:10:36 bodies are being moved by something called me and that me isn't there. Yeah, it can be a bit trippy when that seems to be be apparent. Like, whoa, wait a minute. This isn't me. >> Scary. >> It can be, but it can be shockingly beautiful and relaxing as well. Yeah. >> M as well. So, I like talking, don't I? Oh, well, I like talking, too. It's all good.

1:11:24 um to talk about negativity and positivity. >> Yeah. >> Whatever. But I'll tell you quite negative. That's a good thing. Yeah. When you say like no self and the dark stuff right? >> Oh. >> Um >> I thought it was quite nice. >> But then there's some teachers and things like that speakers that speak about the universe. They are the universe experiencing. Okay. Whatever they say. Yes. Can you please like comment on that? Yeah, >> that's right. >> It's I would suggest it's a projection. It's a projection coming from a centralized energy which has given itself great deal of importance. >> Okay. >> Yeah. The sto I mean a story that says I am the universe experiencing itself. It's like it's it's not totally

1:12:11 inaccurate in a way. It's not totally 100% inaccurate, but it is coming out of a projection of an illusion. giving a lot of weight to an illusion that's not really there. >> You said that's to engage people into to get them like, "Oh, that looks cool." >> It seems to be coming from a subjective experience, an experiential center that is then trying, it would seem like it's trying to to uh bestow that upon others, >> okay? >> To share it with others. Yeah. This is my experience and this is what you can experience too. Yeah, it's transactional. >> I know you don't have an experience but can you share

1:12:56 >> your version if you if that's all right? >> Yeah. Um, it seems as though the the four perceptions I've mentioned before die with a dream of duality. And then it's apparent that there's no one on any level. Like not just no one here, but the here goes away too. Because if there's no here, then there's no one. And if there's no one, there's no here. Right? And then there's no there either. that here and there does not actually register anymore. It doesn't make sense because there's no sense of here. >> It's just like waking up every day in the morning. >> It's just every moment. >> It's just what's happening. Whether that's a body appearing to happen or the

1:13:43 plant appearing to happen, doors, coffee, conversing, none of it belongs to anything. So it's just this without a here. And without the here is without a sense of now either. So everything is appearing organically and immediately and that includes memories as well. Memories aren't sensed as something else. They're not sensed as a real before. So continuity location where I am here and awareness. There's no sense that there's a separate identifying awareness that's looking at a separate max right now. >> You know there's a subject aware of an object. me aware of you. That's not sensed as real. There's no sense that that's actually happening at all. And

1:14:30 the last one, and I would suggest it's possibly the most potent one, is autonomy. Yeah. No sense that anything is being done at all. At all. Yeah. Every word, every gesture, every little movement, however big or small, no sense that it's being done by anyone or anything. Like in the same way the candle light just effortlessly flickers these words just speak themselves. No center behind them or within them psychosmatically in the story line. It seemed like there was a charge for some

1:15:16 reason. I'm using the word charge today. I don't know why, but it seemed like there was a charge and it really seemed like for 30 or well 28 29 or 30 years that charge was really there really presently there and that it actually had control over a human body that got called Alexis top before that. And uh yeah, that this uh this time about a year and a half ago, no two years ago. Gosh, timeless leash. Suddenly that light bulb just went completely off. And that's what you'll hear people call a glimpse. It was like suddenly that sense of Alexis being there just to totally

1:16:01 disappeared. Totally disappeared. And that's when I was looking at my hand. But then suddenly there was no eye looking at the hand. The hand was just handy. Yeah. And uh suddenly the hand was just moving by itself. And I mean if someone walked in the room they might have called the cops or something. It's like that person needs help. Um but yeah it was like the hand was really moving by itself and it didn't seem like it had ever moved by itself before and it didn't seem like it belonged to someone. So the hand was just fully the entire appearance being hand not objectifiable

1:16:49 and yeah it was completely disorienting but somehow or other it was like that's it that's home totally familiar totally familiar in a sense >> okay >> and yeah apparently after the next few months or weeks can't quite I remember cuz timeline seemed to be all falling apart as well. Um, yeah, it seemed to just set in like it was kind of like the body was restoring itself to its factory default settings before this elusory perception came in and and claimed it and became a person. But it seemed like that that as Tony has

1:17:36 called it in the past that illusory unnecessary bit of software was just kind of being uninstalled and the body was just restoring back to the way it was when it was a child, a young child or a baby. And then the body just carries on carries on drinking coffee, getting up, hanging out with friends, dancing, um doing gatherings and that. But it's so so obvious that there's no one there. There's no one anywhere. There's no one doing anything. There's no one saying these words. No one has ever had or done or known. >> Did any did any third party that people noise? >> I think some did. Yeah. >> Did they say something wrong with you? Have you taken some? What's the matter?

1:18:21 >> There was a couple of arguments that happened in the early days. body quite quickly learned where it's going to, you know, start talking about this and where it maybe doesn't want to start talking about this. >> There's no sense that anyone needs to know about that because there is no one to know about it. >> Yeah. You see that illusory light bulb, the energy is on the lookout. It's on the lookout for change. >> Yeah. And when it's not looking out, change disappears to you. Then this is timeless and this is already happening effortlessly.

1:19:10 So I I it seems to be a psychossematic energetic relaxation. Yeah. The entire appearance relaxed. Not just the body, the entire appearance relaxed. The existential need for something to happen and the effort that that subject needs to make to get there exhausting. Totally necessary, not required whatsoever.

1:20:00 people will try and meditate their way into that as a state of experience. >> And meditations are nice. They're really nice. But with the intention to get that, it's fooling itself. >> Yeah. Um, >> do you have an idea what um make you say that felt familiar? >> How is it possible? >> What is it that is familiar and familiar? Yeah, it's a bit of a story, but it was as though this is how the

1:20:46 body was born. >> This is how it was when when when it was a baby. Like unsubjectifiably when this was a baby, this is how it was. This whole time seemed to creep in this perception that was looking for that in a state or an experience. But it can't be experience. It's the absence of the experience which is this already. It's like it's behind the looking for it in a way and that sense that somehow or other seems to be kind of familiar familiarity of

1:21:33 it's natural as well like it was to it's totally natural. has nothing to do with what what I an exist thought enlightenment was going to be. It's like nothing to do with that cuz that would have been something really really special and really you know magnificent and explosive dynamic. Not totally natural >> because the whole time we are kind of talking about two seemingly two levels which are one. >> Yeah. >> One is the this let's say this and the other one is the illusion or the the relative >> and it's the same as it is the same

1:22:20 isn't it? Well, the relative and the absolute are one. >> One, >> and yet there aren't two to be one. >> And that's always the um there's no no way to understand that. >> No, it doesn't really make sense. You know, it's like saying duality and non-duality are one. How could there be duality and non-duality to be one? It doesn't make sense. >> The language really fails. language is pretty much totally dualistic. And so when it's in when there's a language about this or communicating about this, it never really gets it. Never accurately describes this. Yeah. Because all language seems to be completely

1:23:07 dualistic. >> Yeah. >> Conceptually, >> we are in this language in a way. Well, there's just without the sense of there being someone to talk the language, there's just language appearing to happen, >> but it doesn't it doesn't convey anything. There's no content really, empathy words, not morally. >> Well, you could say that there's a kind of action happening. Say talking is like acting and >> you can hurt people or you can >> comfort them. You can >> so in that way there is a something happening without >> just yeah it's just talking about happy

1:23:53 way. when you said before that um when you really hear this that's all over there. You remember >> if it if it's really >> if it's really >> I was speaking somewhat poetically but but if it's really heard that there's no next >> if there's already no next what's the difference between me and you there's already no next like you have a next and I don't have a next imagine how nonsensical it would be if someone said that. M >> like you have a next then I don't have a

1:24:39 next >> make any sense there's no next on any level. So then if me lives in what will be and what will be doesn't exist me doesn't exist. This is already free. Yeah. there's something that wants to do a little trick and u avoid thinking of the future or something like that. You know, >> try to stay in the now. >> Right. Right. >> But don't think about what what might come. Okay. >> But on the other hand, it seems to be also quite natural. >> Well, I mean, if if there happens also, >> if there is no next, then there's no now

1:25:27 either, is there? Because now lives in relation to next. >> So if there's no next to relate to now, there's no now to relate to next. Then there's no now and next. Then there's just this. Only this. Memories, thoughts, and ideas don't take anyone out of the present moment. There is only this. You see a dream thinks that memories, ideas and thoughts take someone away from the present moment. Which is why, you know, being here and now or self-abidance or presence or mindfulness would seem to feel like there are really authentic paths, pathways into the eternal now.

1:26:13 How can we take a pathway into the eternal now if it's all there is? You know what I mean? Thoughts, memories, ideas, they don't take anyone anywhere. That's just this. That's just this what's appearing to happen. Yeah. So if this is just naturally and timelessly appearing as thoughts, ideas, and memories, there's no obstacles to this cuz that is this. Well, then everything is this. So in a way, with all of that being said, what needs to happen? Like what needs to happen? >> It's complete. >> It's complete. Yeah, it's totally complete. >> It doesn't fit anything anymore. Anything else couldn't fit in there.

1:26:58 >> That's uh >> what would that be? What would the thing else be? >> Yeah. >> It's so so complete. Right. Thank you. Okay. Absolutely stunning. Maybe we could have a light. We have a light on. That's all. You're going to be laughing tonight. Finally.

1:27:50 And right there and then everyone was enlightened on the spot. >> Yeah. I mean just think about that. No next I mean is it not totally divinely disoriented. There's no next. There's no next at all. Yeah. That's just that cannot be fathomemed or described

1:28:35 how liberating that is. That's not on offer. That's this. No. Next. Just this. Yeah. That's all. It's all there is.

1:30:28 Wide open. Totally wide open. No boundaries. >> Yeah. >> No boundary. No thing to have boundary.

1:31:17 imagination that that floating mind is floating >> can be a bit floating. >> Really? >> Yeah. There can be an apparent lightness in contrast to that which once upon a dream felt so densely concentrated. Yeah. This sort of transparency

1:33:09 Let me know when you want to have a break. It's half past 3 and milk cappuccino or it's >> very good coffee. Thank you very much. >> All right. So, we'll have a break for a bit there. on the chat. Some refreshments.

1:34:01 Hi everyone online. >> Lots of love to you all. >> Hope you're keeping well. >> Hi. Let's allow you to unmute. But here we are. There you go. It looks like you're you got some beautiful winter vibes out the window. Can you hear me? >> This is where the Oh, look at that. Wow. >> That is beautiful.

1:35:04 Hi. >> Hey, Joey. And hello to >> well I don't know what what your names but two icons and hello to everyone on YouTube as well. >> Hello to Boundless Ocean Freedom Sha Sentoshi Katherine and anyone else watching. We're currently on a break for a little bit.

1:35:49 >> Feel free to type in any comments or questions. >> I might not be able to answer them because it's very busy here. So, you might be able to hear the over singing convers. So maybe

1:36:40 >> so I hope you're all enjoying the show. Um, tonight we do have another presentation >> and that will be the Alexis and Tobias no show. It'll be episode 3 tonight which is 7:00 p.m. till 8:30 p.m. in GMT. That's uh British time. Everyone is welcome to tune in via Zoom or YouTube and the links are on the website. >> It's a lot of fun. We're having a lot of fun with it at the moment. We also have a Zoom intensive next uh weekend 1 till 5 again GMT time until 5:00 p.m.

1:37:30 be a lot of fun. Let us know where you're tuning in from, your life, what you're up to. Speech. Speech. Speech.

1:38:53 was fine. Holy [ __ ] Cheers.

1:39:49 >> Oh, Diego says something in Spanish. Let's translate it for you. I can't really do Spanish that well. Yeah. Sometimes unease inevitably arises followed by the innocent attempt to remain in this state. What can you say? So any attempt that appears to happen is not being done by anything or anyone. um attempting might seem to be happening but it's not actually coming from a position of autonomy because there isn't one. So really it just seems to be tension. The unease the unease that

1:40:34 seems to appear is not a problem really to be dealt with in a way. The unease is the notion the energetic notion that there is a problem to be dealt with. >> Yeah. But but it's not actually itself a real problem. It can seem very uncomfortable and disturbing, unsettling physiologically emotionally mentally energetically but the these sensations and these feelings aren't that they're just naturally what's, you know, showing up, so to speak. It's just what's appearing. And it's okay. It's okay for it to be that way. No one's giving it the okay. No one's saying it's okay. No one's saying it's not okay. So even when you know words and thoughts say it's not okay that too is this. It's totally

1:41:21 this. >> So there are no obstacles to this appearance >> and that can be disturbing but actually it's totally liberating. Nothing is wrong. There's no right or wrong way to be. There's no right or wrong thing to do or say. It's all conditioned. So there is no state to remain in. There's no state to escape from. It's just a natural reality which can appear to be confused and tangled up in storytelling >> and psychosmatic phenomena. But there's no there's no problem. It's all love.

1:42:15 You look pretty. You You wear it well the hat. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. That's great. That's great. >> All right, lovelies. I'm going to go and get some coffee. Feel free to do the save. We'll probably return and resume it at about well maybe 10 4 or something like that which is uh about >> 25 minutes from now give or take. >> Obviously you can stay on the stream. I'll I'll be back in a few minutes anyway unless someone catches me and asks me a load of existential questions each of which I have or know the answers to.

1:43:04 >> All right. Be right back. Are you perform? I didn't know you

1:44:16 I'm happy. Weird. I didn't know it. Yeah.

1:45:48 I did Arrestend. when you go

1:46:39 Good. Still there. Yeah, but I mean it's still

1:47:28 Great. There's no problem. foreign.

1:48:26 You know what I mean? But also different meaning I never myself but that was Next year this year

1:52:56 But this is more like how do we It's your boys. >> How to use the voice. Okay.

1:54:33 And you know it's hard to figure out is way out. Diego. Lots of love to you. Lots of love to all. Starting up in about 15 minutes or so.

1:55:32 Yes. Is it stupid? flowers. instead.

1:56:20 So that's what's happening. different.

2:02:26 I don't know it. Does that make sense? Yeah, that's what there is. No, I just know

2:03:34 glasses. Yeah. >> Just Foreign speech. Foreign speech. Foreign speech.

2:04:34 I want to come here. I mean that's how you get their budget.

2:10:27 Yeah, >> he was living in That was great. So close. tomorrow. back.

I used to go to him every month. >> Uhhuh. >> In Germany. >> No, in Austri, >> but we were a small group and we we were >> and he wasn't very talkative. >> Is that right?

2:12:57 had something like the YouTube. >> Is this all on camera? Hasn't started recording yet. That's a shame. Yeah. Dynamic message of freedom. So, welcome everyone who's recently tuned in. We are starting back up again shortly in the next couple of minutes.

2:13:47 That's why I was always shocked. Yeah. Another meeting like No.

2:14:39 She might be interested in it. Interesting. She also >> later.

2:15:32 Show her. That's my name. I don't remember that

2:16:19 name but yeah, but I had language. But I think there was an Fore

2:17:15 right now. I'm looking for small But after >> she's wearing the cosmos on Earth,

2:18:04 >> it was her bioilious 2011 and the album was all about space and astronomy and cosmology. They had a conversation. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, that's right. >> When she was doing this tour, he presented around the same time.

2:18:55 >> She's an amazing >> reading Ram Krishna. No, >> that's something.

2:19:43 President of Islamus. Yes sorry.

2:20:36 >> Smells good. It's nothing. So, no word can explain this really. It's kind of like we we can find

2:21:23 ourselves at a loss for words because this can't be described. This isn't a thing to be described. This isn't a thing to be known or objectified, realized, recognized, reconciled. This can't be entered or escaped. This can't be retreated towards or from. Can't be advanced towards or from. It's total total edgelessness. That's nothing. That's nothing. This is nothing. indescribable nothing. Not some black hole, not some black empty, you know,

2:22:09 void that sucks everything into it because it's all there is. This is nothing. This is nothing. Totally nothing. Yeah. Void. There's nothing behind this appearance. There's nothing inside this appearance. There's nothing outside or there's no within or without. There's no dimension. All dimensionality is just emptiness. Totally empty. Yeah. And that's not meant to sound like some kind of bleak, nihilistic, cold, harsh statement. Actually on the contrary it's so so total and absolute

2:22:55 and abundantly free. It's so total there's nothing else other than that. Nothing relates to that. Everything imaginable is that even an attempt to know that is that the fleeting thoughts and the grasping energy of trying to figure that out, understand it, objectify it. You can't step outside of this appearance. It's too too immediate. Yeah. And too absolute.

2:23:50 And again, if there's no continuity of some type, if there's no continuity, what else is there? What else could there be? If there's no momentum or stagnation, no movement or stillness. I mean, God, it's just absolutely indescribable. And it really seems like maybe it seems like waiting is happening. Like waiting that this is going to change or that something's going to happen.

2:24:35 And there's this weight, the weight, the weightiness of waiting. And that's just timelessly what's appearing as well. So liberation is not an event. It's not a happening. It's not an experience. It's simply all there is. And if waiting is appearing to happen, liberation seems to be missing. But liberation being unconditional is the waiting as well. It is the waiting. It's the anticipation. It's the expectation that something's

2:25:22 going to happen or change. That's liberation, too. But liberation doesn't find itself. It doesn't reveal itself. It just is simply all there is. So nothing gets away, nothing gets towards, nothing is relating to that. So it's this. Yeah, it's this. It's just this. Waiting or not, anticipating or not, wanting or not, craving or not, resisting or not. It's this. It's all this unconditionally. It's this. Whatever is appearing to happen is this. That's it.

2:26:20 Shaky. That's the explosion that can't be heard.

2:34:46 Sleepy sats. Sleepy sats. >> Question. >> Doesn't seem like it. But you never know. Nothing to figure out, nothing to find out. Yeah. Nothing to get through or nothing to get to.

2:35:38 like even saying that like you say that makes it even like harder >> harder to say something or ask something. >> No, no. >> You saying nowhere to go, nothing to do, all that >> makes you try and understand it more well or for me anyway. But if someone just sat there silent. >> Okay. >> It makes life easier. I don't know. Really? >> Yeah. I don't know why. >> Sounds conditioning. Sounds like conditioning. >> Does it? >> Maybe like if there's words being

2:36:23 spoken, perhaps there's something in the words, something behind them. some kind of enigma to be understood or figured out. Maybe >> I need to understand that there's nothing to understand. >> You need to, do you? >> And what would that achieve? >> You saw that. Oh >> yeah, >> it stirred something up, hasn't it? >> It's so in and out your brain like nonstop like >> going back and forth and then it's so it's like a puzzle like again like

2:37:09 trying to go dig deep boom boom boom boom. There's nothing to figure out. >> And there's nothing to figure out. I mean, I haven't discovered anything to
