00 hey everybody welcome back to the cabal concept so glad you're here today can't wait to get into today's topic and it's going over all natural ways to be able to boost your own stem cells no matter what age you are you've probably heard that after the age of about 30 years old your stem cell production and quality of St stem cells actually begins to decline now there are multiple ways that you're able to improve this and Stave off the weakening of your own stem cells for many many years but what I want to share with you whether you've been doing it or not there are certain nutritional supplements certain nutrients that you are able to use to boost your own stem cells if you can boost your own natural stem cells you're going to be able to
45 Stave off a lot of the health-based decline that we have because we're going to be able to improve inflammation levels we're going to be able to improve mitochondria levels that means more energy better repair better recovery as we age so I want to share with you right now we're going to dive into these top 10 nutritional supplements I'm going to give you the exact dosages based on science and the scientific study let's dive in the first one is fistin and cortin cortin is a product that I use every single day it's great for histamines it is a zinc ionophore so it's great for viruses um it's amazing for overall allergies Etc but what what they are fced and corsin really powerful
30 flavonoids that help with clearing ccent cells so senolytic cells that create inflammation in the body and they potentially help for new stem cell formation so um what is the proper dosage somewhere between 400 milligrams and 1,000 milligram per day of coratin fistin is a little bit different like spermidine these can be used maybe for 2 days a month during fasting period um and maximum it seems maybe every two weeks powerful you don't want to overuse them until we have more scientific data all right so um what's the pbet studying this fistin is a cerapeutic why did I do this instead of reading you each of the studies I'm going to link them up here for you today
15 make this much easier you can click on any study to go deeper but I'm going to give you the high level today of all 10 nutritional supplements so they'll be at Sten cal.com 3324 every single product will have a link to the study not a link as to where to buy them I'll let you decide where to get them on your own number two is this nicotin nicotinamide riboside or nicotinamide mononucleotide NR or nmn for short what do these do you probably heard about them by now but they're hoping and helping to increase NAD why does NAD matter it's a vital part of our overall citric acid or kreb cycle to produce more energy ATP for the mitochondria if we have more energy we're going to be able to better buffer
01 inflammation if we have more energy everyday tasks seem that much easier our moods better our physical um ability to perform work is easier and our recovery from that exercise or work is better as well so Paramount for the mitochondria and that includes stem cell Rejuvenation the third product is called Resveratrol again or let me go back uh typical dosage on a daily basis is 125 to 255 250 milligrams per day I know some people are taking a gram per day the most and safely well studied is 125 to 250 milligram per day I like to earn the side of caution and as bigger studies come out with larger human-based data Maybe we use a larger amount but I like to look at these as synergistic products
48 where we don't need to lean on one product that may potentially have detrimental effects all right so clinical dosage 125 to 250 milligrams rest Ferrol is up next most absorbable form trans Resveratrol okay that's the best way to get it what does it do it activates c one which is an enzyme that directly promotes stem cell longevity helps with all overall inflammation energy brain and more really great uh nutrient that often comes from red grapes blueberries Etc but very difficult I did a a Friday review on this um you would need to drink an enormous amount of red wine to actually get the amount of Resveratrol you need at a clinical dosage to do what it needs to do for or overall longevity uh and that includes um your tiller mirror
34 lengthening Etc all right next one again you probably heard of this one as well it is curcumin um also known as turmeric based extract proper dosage so rest forol if I didn't give it to you 125 milligrams a day of transol curcumin about 500 to 1,000 milligrams a day however some people go up to 3 to four grams per day which is 3,000 to 4,000 milligrams based on what they are using it for if they're used using it for blood sugar dis reggi or cancer Etc that's something to look into but now that I use that CW I have to say that I can't provide any medical advice medical treat plans medical cures medical diagnosis what I want to do is always point you towards the research so clinical dosage per day 500 to 1,000 milligrams that's a half a gram to 1
20 gram a day um really great at reducing overall inflammation in the body we know for a fact that turmeric and curumin reduces inflammation and it helps support support stem cell differentiation so what does that mean we've got these plur potent or these undifferentiated stem cells and the stem cells then need to rejuvenate and become whatever it is that we need uh Stronger eyes stronger liver cells whatever it might be and turmeric is one of those things that helps with that all right next on the list is aanin this has been been I mean again I remember talking about this 20 years ago it's starting to become even more popular and the reason is there's also all sorts of different um I don't know um things that aren't necessarily true like if you take High
06 dosages of aanin you don't need to wear suntan lotion I know many person that has tried this out and it did not work out all that well for them so what I'm saying is ases anthon is a very powerful nutrient it's what gives um Krill and uh well let's let's name some others some shrimp or wild salmon it's beautiful deep orange red color right that's that atis anthon there it is a very powerful antioxidant it's great for the eyes it's good for overall oxidative stress great for things like rheumatoidarthritis Etc so powerful product and um it helps with oxidative damage basically as I just said so it helps to protect stem cells from actual oxidative damage and enhances their overall regenerative
53 based ability so great product what's the typical dosage somewhere between 2 and 12 Mill per day in our practice we typically go more 4 to 12 Mig per day um it used to be unbelievably expensive to get 12 milligram um Soft gel they're very small red soft gels of acis anthon the prices come way down so you can easily take a 12 milligram asanin capsule uh and it's not necessarily going to break the bank now again you can't use all of these but think about like okay do I have a lot of oxidative stress do I have a lot of inflammation maybe asanin is the right choice for you all right the next one is one of my favorites it is green tea extract as egcg now I will be honest with you I don't love the taste of green tea if I
38 did I'd be drinking two to three cups of green tea per day probably all before 1 to 2 p.m. because there is a little bit of caffeine but it's not major it's about 42 milligram or so of caffeine uh per green tea but um it also has a form of caffeine with theob bromine it has alanine which helps to curb that big spike in cortisol or any type of excitatory based neurotransmitters produced from drinking caffeine not the case for most people but since I'm not a huge advocate of the taste of green tea uh I much prefer some half decaf coffee in the morning after breakfast I I like to use this in some of my products typical dosage of egcg which is the extract from green tea matcha green tea is is probably the the favorite
24 preferred 300 to 500 migs of egcg per day it helps to stimulate neural stem cell proliferation and helps to protect overall against oxidative stress there are so many studies on egcg so many studies and so um yeah I'm a big advocate of uh of recommending this to people if needed for anything from oxidative stress to potentially cancer Etc but again I'll have you look up the research on that for more of the research on natural cancer as well integrative based methodologies on cancer feel free to check out the free page at Steven cal.com cancer try to share it with as many people as possible it's completely free there's no optin uh
09 but it's about it is a it is an guide from A to Z if anyone you know is ever diagnosed with cancer where to start where to put in your your work and your studies okay up next uh giving you the dosage carnine again all these will have uh links to pmed at Steven cal.com sl3 3 to4 for today's show we've got just a couple more carnosine 500 Mig to 1,000 milligram a day protects against cellular aging uh and enhances enhances overall stem cell lifespan so keep stem cells stronger longer the nice thing is this can also be very powerful for the brain and the nervous system so really great product for that uh again many of these can be found in nature just not as easy to absorb this one though you can
54 actually get in Meat and Fish so this one you might be able to get more from your diet where you know if you're not eating a lot of turmeric root you're probably not getting curcumin right um so that's why some of these better to take as supplements uh others just you can get in food not too many you can get in food that's the truth not at these dosages all right um up next two of my favorites these are kind of a combined study but the big one is pqq uh this is one that is directly linked with great science for the mitochondria in terms of producing energy and ATP and also that same energy needed to produce new stem cells so pretty great that's pqq and that's a small dosage it's 10 to 20 milligrams per day that's all that you need that's
41 all that you want and it's partner with the mitochondria that gets those mitochondria fired up that also helps to produce ATP something that starts to decline with age both pqq and co-enzyme Q10 all right so CoQ10 another great one to be able to take get a little bit of this in Meat and Fish and some nuts uh but often times you need 100 milligram to 200 milligram of CoQ10 10 to 20 milligrams of pqq difficult to get from food alone all right Omega-3s it's it's in almost every study EPA and DHA 2 to three grams per day uh it just what does it do we know scientifically close to 30,000 studies that it reduces inflammation it supports uh supports
27 overall cardiac and neural based stem stem cell production so great for what the brain the nervous system as it connects to the body and the cardiac muscle your your heart so really important right there um found in obviously uh fatty fish uh namely uh your anchovies sardines mackerel wild salmon wild trout all excellent uh to get the amount that you need per day you need about an 8 oun serving of that maybe just a little bit more based on the uh type of fish that you're eating all right just a last couple vitamin D3 and K2 most adults need about 2,000 to 5,000 IUS per day and for K2 up to about
15 100 micrograms per day if you're working with a practitioner they may give you a higher or lower value and that's based simply on lab testing as well but these two actually help with support bone marrow production of stem cells and their overall function and immune uh support help so kind of need to add in your D3 K2 uh that you can get you know d3s typically taken alone alone K2 is usually in most good daily activated multis or something like the daily nutritional support all right last one on the list is I want to give you a different one and I've got some good research on this one as well the uh y I'm going to link up the study um mitochondrial biogenesis helps enhance stem cell rejuvenation and overall immune function and that is the combo of
02 Corps mushrooms and reishi mushrooms Corps about 1 to 2 gram per day Rishi mushrooms about a half a gram to, 1500 milligrams per day so two great powerful mushrooms Corps I like to think of more for endurance overall aerobic based capacity great for energy and Rishi I like to look at for immunity and basically it's like the adaptogen of mushrooms it helps to balance the th1 th2 immune levels to a greater degree uh it helps with viruses it again not giving any medical advice or treatment plans but a really great one two there so again do you need all of these no you don't but if you think about it what did
49 I mention for each one of them that you might be a little bit deficient in or dealing with more of like an autoimmune issue inflammatory issue you don't need any fish well going to be difficult then get any Omega-3s so you might want to add in the Omega-3s all of these things can make a difference over time kind of have to pick and choose um which ones you feel are best I did want to give you a couple honorable mentions because I can hear people in the comment section and that's okay honorable mentions would be things like collagen or glycine or trimethyl glycine or magnesium that maybe don't necessarily help with the proliferation of stem cells but they help in the overall of DNA based repair and helping to keep uh the overall stem cell production and stem cells themselves strong so they're great side
36 players and great products as well again do you need them do you don't need them it depends on your diet and also something like TMG if you're someone with an MTHFR gene mutation you might want to be taking some trimethyl glycine also called betane and hydros so that's that um how we use them in our practice really simple cuz I named 10 plus some honorable mentions you know every single day people are using the daily nutritional support or daily activated multi so you're getting all of your methylated bees you're getting your K2 all the things there but some of the more unique ones we use is called cell Boost cell boost actually gives you all of the nutrients that you need for the mitochondria so cell boost is mitochondrial boost that's really what it's doing so as you start to get less and less energy as you age you want to
23 fire back up the mitochondria and so it gives you everything inside of that product you're looking for pqq check it's got that you're looking for nicotinamide riboside it has that you're looking for transer cotrol it has that so it has all of those nutrients that power up ATP production and that's the amazing thing so it helps you to produce more energy for the body and the Heart co-enzyme Q10 it has that so it has all of those things it makes it easy and it makes it way less expensive when you buy it as a Synergy the other one a daily omega-3 support that's easy I just believe that most people as in like every person uh not every person because there's always a contr indication but 99 out of 100 should be taking two grams a day of omega3 of a daily omega-3 support um if you're looking to get in coratin with some vitaminc easiest product is
08 his Pro I use his Pro every day it's 400 milligrams of corsin per serving you can take it twice a day you're getting 800 milligrams a day not everybody would need that amount you could take three a day and you're getting 600 milligrams that's a nice clinical dosage then if you're looking for an overall full mushroom support like at a clinical dosage because when you look at a lot of these labels you're like oh this has 600 milligrams of total mushroom and like that's not enough it's not a clinical dosage you need a gram you need two grams of mushrooms in there and so the um Daily Mushroom immune support actually has clinically scientifically verified mushrooms but not only that it has the fru in bodies because if it just has mushrooms you could be getting the stems and The Roots where really all the nutrients that you want are in the top
53 it's the cap it's the fruiting body so most supp companies don't tell you that so that's why I'm just sharing with you exactly uh what we use if you want the curcumin if you want the infl anti-inflammatory benefits uh in our practice we use a product called inflammo again I want you to use the products you feel comfortable with if you're working with an Integrative Health practitioner great use what they feel is best for you if you want what we use in our practice no pressure of course head on over to Steven cal.com shop that'll take you over to eal lifee you can search any of these products I can't link them up today but I will link up the research and all the research will be at Steven cabal / 3324 hopefully this was helpful as always do feel free to share the show with anyone you believe it could serve take care everybody thanks so much for tuning into Today's Show before you go don't forget
