Intro

0:00 Ladies, hear me out. Glow-ups aren't supposed to be stressful or expensive. And honestly, it's not about collecting aesthetic products or a 10-step skincare routine. I've been digging into beauty hacks that literally cost nothing. Yep, free in every way, moneywise and stress-wise. Some of these hacks are underrated, but they actually work better than many products out there. And I can't gateep them anymore. By the end, you'll have a complete routine you can do at home without any stress. and worry that'll boost your skin, confidence, posture, and more. Let's glow up for free. First, let's understand glowing up isn't magic. After following some tips, you aren't going to wake up looking like Bella Hadid. No, rather, it's about

0:46 optimizing and beautifying what you already have. First, we're going to start with the base of your glow up. And let me tell you, if you skip this, even the best glow up hack won't last. Prioritize your sleep over scrolling. I know nighttime feels amazing to waste our time, but no, sleep is when your body does repair. Skin regeneration, hormonal balance, cell turnover, and lack of sleep just flips over everything. Aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep, and I'm not talking about sleeping at 2:00 a.m. and waking up at 10:00. become the boss of your habits and maintain a regular bedtime. Hydration is always a key to naturally moisturized skin. Is your skin is

1:31 dehydrated them? No matter which moisturizer you use, it's never going to help. Keep a bottle of water near you so that hydration wins over laziness. Next, keep your body moving. It may promote collagen synthesis, improve skin structure, reduce oxidative stress, and help with skin's moisture function. Also, exercise helps with stress, which indirectly benefits skin health. Aim for at least 20 to 30 minutes of moderate movement daily. Yoga, dancing, delusional walking, anything that keeps your body moving, but don't overdo it, though. Too much sweat might lead to irritation or damage. Next, mind your posture and body alignment. Good posture literally changes how light and shadows

2:17 fall on your face, neck, and body. Remember the hack I told you about good posture and that is to imagine that you are wearing a backless dress. This will not only help with posture but also how you carry yourself. Then comes sun protection and of course I am not going to talk about sunscreen. UV damage is one of the biggest enemies of our glow. It causes wrinkles, pigmentation, collagen breakdown and more. To block the UV damage physically, use cap, umbrella mask shades especially between 10:00 a.m. to 400 p.m. It's peak sun hours. This was all for the base of your glow up. Once you start doing these, you're going to see a dramatic change. Trust me. Now comes your skin care. First, washing your face the right

3:02 way. Even if you have oily skin, washing your face again and again will not help. Rather, it will just mess with your skin's pH. After waking up, wash your hands first, then follow along with washing your face. After a workout or long day, use lukewarm water to remove salts and debris from your skin. Now, I have said this a lot of time and I am going to say it again. Face massage. Facial massage helps stimulate circulation, reduce puffiness, move stagnant fluid, soften facial tension. It does things that most products don't do. Be consistent and you will see and feel different within 2 to 3 weeks. Don't overdo it though. Be gentle and patience. Next, ice facial. Many people

3:49 do this to reduce puffiness and temporarily tighten skin. This is for an instant fresh look with deeppuffing magic. But if you have sensitive skin, be cautious with ice. It can irritate your skin. Did you know your skin naturally sheds dead cells every 28 to 40 days, but dehydration, pollution, and buildup can slow that process? When dead skin sits on the surface, your skin looks dull, rough, and even flaky. Exfoliation helps remove those dead cells so that fresh, newer skin can shine through. Here's some homemade physical exfoliate options for you. If you have oily or combination skin, mix a small pinch of rice flour or coffee grounds with water or honey. Rub very gently in circular motions for 30 to 40

4:34 seconds. Then rinse with cool water. If you have dry or sensitive skin, take crushed or powdered oats with a bit of milk or water. Apply as a paste. Gently massage for 30 seconds and rinse. For normal skin, try a mix of sugar plus honey. Massage and rinse it off. First, wash your hands clean and make sure your skin is damp. Then, follow up with the exfoliating. Make sure to be gentle, especially if you have sensitive skin. There's also this exfoliating glove. I have never used it before, so I am not sure of how it works. Exfoliating should only be done once or twice a week. And if you feel like your skin needs deep clean, then steam your face over hot water and then exfoliate. Hot steam will

5:19 open your pores, allowing a deep clean. Just make sure to splash your face with cold water afterwards to shrink the pores back to lock in the moisture on your face. If you have a moisturizer, then great. If you don't, then it's totally fine. Avoid washing your face more than needed. Your natural oil production can keep your skin hydrated enough. Even just washing your face with water can mess with your skin's natural oil production. Some oils like jojoba, olive, and coconut oil can work great as natural moisturizer, but only if your skin can handle it. Make sure to do a patch test for lips, eyes, and spot treatment. You can say they are quite easy to deal with. In my lip video, I have shared a lot of alternatives of lip balm and night lip mask. Going to bed

6:05 without anything on the lips is not a vibe. Nighttime is where your body heals and taking care of yourself at night is like helping the process and ending up with even better results. If you have any damaged skin barrier, do not touch it. No matter how much your institution is saying to pick at it, don't. Also, make sure your hands are always clean. We subconsciously touch that area and the bacteria may transfer, making the situation worse. Also, don't ignore your oral care. Brush twice a day after having a heavy meal. You're smart enough to decide whether or not that meal will stain your teeth. Floss if you can. And don't forget about oil pulling. The cheapest oral hygiene ritual. Maintaining fresh breath, minty candy, or chewing gums can be a great option.

6:52 When it comes to dressing, as well as how you carry yourself, it starts with your grooming section. Are your nails trimmed? Do you smell good? Do you look fresh? Are your clothes ironed? Do you feel confident? These are the only questions that actually matter. The last thing I want to say is feel confident and comfortable with who you are. Drop down if you have any tips or questions. Everyone has different skin types, hormone status, genetics. Some things respond differently. No one is naturally pretty. They do put effort when you're busy scrolling. Make sure to share with your family and friends. Comment your thoughts, like the video, and if you're new, make sure to subscribe. See y'all in the next one. Take care.
