0:13 So often we can get lost in concepts. It seems lost in terms and ideas about what this is or what this seems to be. it can get very heady and cognitive in the language of what's seemingly being talked around. So today, or at least in this introduction, I'd like to talk about this in a more poetical and metaphorical sense. And that would be to describe this as the maternal embrace, the divine mother, which as some of you know, I like to talk about in a playful kind of
1:00 way. And it is suggested that the maternal embrace is all there is. It is the total. It's a it's a it's a poetic and playful way of saying this is the unconditional love that is absolutely ultimately longed for. Nothing escapes or evades that embrace. It's so so total boundless and that is all there is. It's everything. It's everything. Every imaginable element chemical atmosphere every every organism and cell, everything that seems
1:45 to appear is that is that totality. It's so so absolute. It has no edge. It has no border or boundary complete. It has no origin or source or foundation. It has no manifestation. It just is timelessly ultimately absolutely everything. She is without a partner. [snorts] She is without a husband. She is without a child really. She is all there is. She is playfully all there is. And she is without limitation.
2:31 And so she can appear as limitation. She can appear as finite things. She can appear as concepts, suggestions, and terms. She can appear as words in poetry and art. She can appear as the sky and the moon and the sun and everything and anything in between. But she has no name. She has no name. She's not an entity. She's not a presence. She's not definable. She defies all labels, names, and categorizations. She even defies the word she. It's nameless, claimless, unknowable, immediate vibrant. [snorts] But for the sake and the play of language,
3:16 it's just playfully suggested that that is all there is. She is all there is. And it can seem as though within this totality, a child is born, a separate child. And then in that separate childlike reality, a fictional make makebelieve reality seems to grow, seems to develop. And in that is as though a cosmic umbilical cord is snipped. The sense that there's a split, a dynamic split between me and the rest of the world which is now known by me. The subject and the object is born. The
4:02 great cosmic dualistic split begins [snorts] and then it seems like there is a child and there is a mother and the mother is separate now. She is an object. She is known. She is related to and we can say that in the the literal sense that the mother is is the is the physical presence of the of the the you know the childbearer. But also we could say that ultimately the entire objectified world is her as well. That there's this sense that this I have been born out of this or I have been born into this. But either way, it seems like there's a me within that paradigm.
4:48 There's a sense of a center living here, breathing here, moving around this this separate dimension going left and right, up and down, going within, going without, dimensional and directional reality. And [snorts] that point, that ordinal point feels centralized and positioned, oriented here and now. And that is in a way we could say the birth of samsara, the illusion of samsara. It's a complete unreality. Um that's why it's samsaric because it's it's illusory. It feels so densely solidified, real, separate, finite limited conditional perhaps
5:33 even contracted, constricted, restricted, and restrained. But it's like a point feeling here and now. [snorts] And everything else is known or seems to be known by that point. And everything seems to be objectified and distant and related to. And this energy would seem to have a looking around, a a looking around for things, a [snorts] looking around for people, and a looking around ultimately for validation and acknowledgement that I am, that I am a person, that there is a person here, and that I am validated by the rest of existence.
6:19 But [snorts] really this energy is actually looking around for its mother in everything and everyone. Every imaginable substance, person, place, object, possession, state of mind I ever seem to encounter is my attempt to find my mother. But more so, it's my attempt to be embraced by that, to be embraced deeply by this maternal unconditional love. I always search for it in other things. I try to know it, but at the same time, I try to push it away to remain separate. So, I'm agitated and institutionalized. I'm burdened in my own dream of feeling like I'm someone, that I'm separate and
7:07 that I'm aware. So, I'm pushing away the appearance and yet I'm longing to be cradled and caressed by it. This is a poem, of course. This is a this is a story which doesn't actually carry any reality to it. Even though it may seem so real. I long for that loving maternal embrace in everything and everyone I ever seem to be distant from. But I never find the embrace because the embrace is the smothering, the divine unconditionally loving smothering of the child and the mother as two separate beings. The apparent embrace is the collapse of that which was never even separate in the first place. Yoga to yog bind to merge
7:57 to melt is the illusory collapse of all dualities and polarities. That is the unknowable childlike wonder that this can seem to return to the energetic embrace of there never being a person to be distant or separate from this appearance. When this appearance is not objectified, not known, not separate, it's completely unconditional love and home. And that all that's left is the maternal embrace. Nothing gets away from that. Nothing gets in that. Nothing relates to that because it's completely all-encompassingly everything.
8:45 It's home. It's unconditional love. But it's unknowable. This energy which seems to be pushing and pulling is that too, but it's never actually interacting with itself. It's like a mirage echo of placing two mirrors against each other and they're just kind of endlessly reflecting one another, but it's never going anywhere and it's never finding anything. Nothing is in the reflection. There is no two. There is no separation, no polarity, no duality, no distance. Just this whole and complete unconditionally whole and complete. Every single imaginable sensation, feeling thought emotion perception
9:33 is absolutely aquinomously this. It doesn't need to be honored. acknowledged, validated, doesn't need to be suppressed, ignored, avoided, or neglected. It is unconditionally everything. There is already no autonomous entity located in a human body. That is part of the conceptual framework of what we're exploring here together. Autonomy is not There's no such thing as an autonomous individual located and housed in a body. It's not there. It's not there. It's a mirage simulation. A phantom. The
10:20 phantom of the opera. The phantom of the cosmic opera. [laughter] It's not there. It's not there. So, whatever appears is this. And any imaginable thought that seems to come up and say, "What about this?" or "Have you thought about that?" or did you forget about this? That's not within someone's control. Any belief, disbelief, agreement or disagreement, any response or apparent response to this dynamic exposure of unconditional love is unconditional love. So it's so aquinomous that it's all included. It's all this. [clears throat] Yeah. You you I mean it just can't it can't go wrong
11:06 or right. It can't go wrong or right. There's no navigation in the absolute. There's no thing to navigate. There's no thing to apply. There's nothing to be getting on with. There's nothing to be going into. This has no depth or breadth or surface. It's dimensionless. This is dimensionless. The dimension is just fickle. It's just fickle emptiness. Yeah. So a particular energy which is looking around for that looking around for the mother in everything is is overlooking the mother. It's overlooking the maternal embrace that is compassionately crying out in and as everything. But
11:52 there just is no one to step back and away from that to hear it, to see it, to feel it, to be apart from it. It's too immediate to be ever known. So in a way, playfully speaking, it keeps itself hidden by being everything. Even the looking for it is it. And that's the divine despair. The divine despair that sings effortlessly in and as everything saying you're hoping for what is already. You're looking around for what is already. You're so invested in this imaginary what's next that you're overlooking it. It's too already. It's too immediately
12:39 this. It's divine disorientation because there is no space or place in the absolute without separating and relating. And it's the divine blasphemy because it challenges every imaginable thing, feeling, and belief that a dream has ever seemed to conjure up and tell itself. The fictional stories of there being a person, a separate autonomous person. It it it completely shatters all of those fragmented beliefs, opinions, views, values, and ideologies. It's utterly blasphemous, divinely so.
13:24 And it's divine humiliation because the revelation the impersonal revelation that there is no one let alone no doer leaves nothing behind to stand up and say this is it or this isn't it. No one gets to live to tell the tale of the inseparable wholeness that is already this doing, owning, knowing, and relating shattered to pieces under the gloriously wrathful heel of Ki Mahar. [snorts] So this might not feel very nice as to what a dream thought nicity was, [snorts and sighs] but it's home. It's
14:10 home. The resting and the basking in the unknowable childlike wonder. It's already done. It's eternally done. It's never not done. >> What a relief. >> [snorts] >> Yeah, the great cosmic breath of fresh air I would suggest for no one.
14:56 Once upon a time, the entire appearance wore the straight jacket of me and felt to be constricted reality and the chains the uh bondage of autonomy individuality location continuity. objection. I'm not sure if I'm ready, but yes I think I can be aware that I am one with her >> like she is me and she is expressing through me as me.
15:42 >> There is only she. Yes. >> Yes. But like for for playing for reflection for so many things to to enjoy her in many forms >> play. >> Yes. And also in the small me that sometimes forget that it is her. >> Right. The forgetting by knowing it would be is the forgetting her by seeming to be apart from her. Again, we're talking highly poetically here. The sense that there's someone knowing is the sense of forgetting.
16:27 When the child is not separate or apart, there's only that. I think of paradox actually >> the paradox the divine paradox that she can be the me forgetting it's her >> right in a way that yeah that's what was being said is that there's a sense that something is lost and that's the sense of I am >> and it's also beautiful to just me just be separate self >> well yeah there's nothing wrong with it but it It would seem to for the most part live on the notion that something is wrong and so it seeks to write that wrong. >> I don't see anything wrong.
17:13 >> No, there isn't anything wrong. >> I mean mind can create that but >> yeah the stories might say that. Yeah. But nothing is wrong. Yeah. >> Nothing is wrong. Next. >> We've got time, sweetheart. [laughter] >> Okay, it's all play.
18:25 H. Yeah. Please have the mic as well. [laughter] >> It's there again. >> Yeah. >> It's It keeps going. >> Mhm. >> Like there's no just >> Yeah. >> It wants to say something. It wants to do something. >> Yeah. >> Always. >> Yeah. Yeah, it wants to find a pathway. Wants to find somewhere to go. And it's a bit like I don't know.
19:11 And it was like yesterday I was thinking about it. I was like I was like waffling like I was just speaking for no reason. >> Yeah. >> Like and I'm doing it again now. >> That's all right. [laughter] But it's like it's not I don't know like it's not me saying this now. >> Exactly. >> It's like just >> it's weird. >> Yeah. It's just happening >> and then [laughter] but I don't know [laughter] again confusion. It's it is it's like
19:56 >> and I want to like bring up just [laughter] >> there's there's nothing to say like >> let me take my jump off again. Come on. [laughter] Yes. [laughter] >> It's like I'm waiting for myself to say something and do something and >> yeah, it's absolutely the hanging on. >> It's so hanging on. >> How comfortable are people with silence?
20:42 Tell me. >> It doesn't matter. >> It takes meditation. It doesn't matter. It's not required. >> And it's in nature, in human nature to make something happen, you know. But >> it's all there is, sweet. It's all there is. There's no pathway to the absolute. Only relative things are moved towards or away from. >> If we sit in silence, we can sit in silence, but like would that be fun? I mean, it's up to us. Well, >> I just know what you you you're speaking the truth. I just know it like it's >> it's really confus >> Yeah. I think the way you're talking about confusion is the way this is
21:28 talking about disorientation. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Because there's this energy which seems habitually conditioned to be doing something and going somewhere making progress. Even sitting quietly to meditate would be a pathway somewhere else. Yeah. >> There's no there's no pathway to this. >> Yeah. >> There isn't. >> And that's quite obvious, isn't it? >> But something just habitually >> Yeah. [laughter] It's that like that's the only word I can say. >> Yeah. >> That's not even a word. An action. It's that. >> Exactly. Exactly. >> Nonstop. Just >> Yeah.
22:13 >> And like I'm speaking and I'm just Why am I speaking? There's nothing to say. >> And yet speaking still appears to be happening. Huh? >> Yeah. But I don't know. I don't know what I'm like doing. It's I think it's just kind of unraveling itself basically. I could be wrong, but I think it's just kind of unraveling itself. It's kind of figuring itself out. I mean, it's quite obvious that those words didn't speak themselves, isn't it? They just I'm sorry. I mean, they did just speak themselves. No one spoke them. They just speak themselves. And I was retracting on like this morning. I was retract retracting on what I was
22:59 saying. >> And it's the same thing again. >> What what I said yesterday is the same thing I'm saying again now. >> It's just waffling. It's just >> It doesn't matter though. It's not like that shouldn't be happening. No. An energy might tell it seem to tell itself that introduction was really nice by the way. Oh, >> it's that it's cool. Yeah. [laughter] >> Just just [ __ ] awkwardness, isn't it? It's just [ __ ] >> Oh, don't worry about it. Tony used to talk about it as the perfect lover. Alexis talks about it as the perfect mother.
23:44 Yeah. It's just poetry, poetic uttering of this immediacy. Unconditional love was always what was longed for by everyone who feels themselves to be apart from it. And so I think that I can find unconditional love in conditioned things, right? Like people, substances, Netflix or cannabis. There's an endless list, a huge all you can eat buffet, >> but it's all conditional. It's all conditional. And even states of mind, practices, spirituality. There's nothing wrong with any of it. It's the play. It is all the play. It's not like I'm saying that's wrong. Absolutely not. But it's longing for unconditional love.
24:32 Yeah. And all the time it thinks it's finding that in conditioned things, it can fool itself all it wants, but it will be dissatisfied because it thinks that unconditional love can be found in conditioned things. Yeah. But even the looking is it. Even the even the looking and the searching, the striving, the addiction is it. Yeah. And that's unconditional love. Because unconditional love doesn't see more or less or better or worse. In the same way, the mother doesn't see I prefer that child over that child. That one's making a mess and throwing a tantrum and this one's being goody two shoes and conforming to my house rules. This is unconditional. Yeah. It doesn't
25:19 see better or worse. So, it's all it. It's all it. And that energy apparently or something would seem to not like hearing that very much because it likes confinement. Likes to know where it stands with. If it can't go wrong or right, it can't navigate disorientation. So once I am aware I am this inc unconditional love
26:04 then I can just not be looking for it but actually enjoy these things >> like the apple the taste the sun >> whatever scenery people talking the the mind >> floating thoughts thoughts it's it's it's nature Natural. So natural. I I choose to express the the thoughts through my u mouth or not. But it's the nature of mind to have thoughts. >> Yeah. The Yeah, of course. Thoughts are just thoughts. Natural reality is just whatever is appearing to happen. >> So it's not from looking for something to fulfill me. No. >> But I am it and the world is my oyster. As long as it seems like there is an I
26:51 am to be it and there's a world out there to be an oyster. It's uh >> it's a dream but nice dream can be nice dream. >> Yeah. Sure. >> Yeah. Yeah. Why not? >> And even rituals and meditation or whatever >> of course >> one finds um useful or enjoyable or Yeah. to to remind the lost self of the origin. It's part of it. >> Yeah. I mean, you know what I find quite beautiful about this is that meditations and yoga, kers, tantras, philosophies are not going in the right or the wrong direction. It's just what's happening. So there's
27:36 no sense that they shouldn't be happening. And there's no sense that they should be happening because in the absolute there's no There's no navigating. So an energy might hear this as as oh I should stop meditating then or I should stop doing yoga then or I no it it can happen or it can't. It doesn't matter. Yeah. So if there's an enjoyment of that then there's an enjoyment of that. That's totally totally what's happening. >> Yeah. And it's nice to have this variety this diversity. It's It's >> Yeah, >> it's glorious because you just can't go
28:21 wrong or right. >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I've been on both sides. I've been meditating. I'm a bit stuck in addictions. I know. >> Yeah. Well, and meditation can become an addiction. >> Yeah. Anything actually. Yeah. Well, I mean, I was in the story line. I was addicted to yogas and meditations cuz I really felt like it was going somewhere. >> Escape. >> Yeah. Escape for sure. Even though it felt like it was trying to turn around and and face, you know, it still was a kind of escape in a way. Yeah. >> Bypassing and >> sort of sort of sort of >> and the mirage of getting somewhere. >> Right. Right. with my free will. Yeah.
29:08 >> Being enlightened. >> It's a fairy tale for adults. It's a fairy tale for adults. Yeah. >> We already are. [laughter] >> Yeah. In a sense. I mean, you know, there's no one to be enlightened and there's no one to be unenlightened. And that means that meditation is fully meditation. Drinking coffee is fully drinking coffee. Walking in nature is fully walking in nature because it doesn't have this neurotic end goal in sight. That's what I would suggest meditation really means. Yeah. >> No end goal, no objective, just this.
30:00 And so I would find some practice useful to be anchored in this. >> Well, again, I would suggest that that's the same as I would find brushing my teeth helpful because I don't want to end up having a root canal or or a cavity or something. It's the same. It's the same thing. Like we're talking practically in the apparent, you know, appearance of there being a a human organism. Yeah, damn right. the body might want to sit still from time to time and you know calm the nervous system. I still do that and I still share exercises because it's nice and it's enjoyable. But the notion of it going towards an imagined destination
30:45 that's the dream. Well, one can see progress or you know like when you are working out you can start to see muscles and like you can see like you are progressing or >> in the story line in the story line >> I can see that >> from an observation or reality the point of view of feeling like there's continuity >> there is well there is and there is not both what's happening is We're talking on two different levels. The relative and the absolute. >> In the relative, yes, it may well look like night and day are happening
31:32 sequentially. Building muscle by going to the gym or whatever is happening sequentially. Looking after health, things like that is happening sequentially. This is relative. In the absolute, there is no timeline. There's just this. That's what's being addressed is the absolute dynamic timeless exposure of this. It doesn't throw all that stuff in the bin. It just points out that it's not actually linear. It's not the way it seems to be. It's timeless.
32:20 So then the world is already ended. It >> It's not already ended. It's it's this is timeless. Yeah. There's no beginning and end without continuity. Think about when you're in deep dreamless sleep, right? It's another potentially helpful metaphor. Or it might be really really unhelpful actually. But in deep dreamless sleep, there is no world. There's no eye either. There's no continuity. There's no unfolding of things happening. >> Nothing's happening. >> Nothing's happening. That's this.
33:06 That's a bit mundane. >> Mundane. >> Yeah. >> It's unconditional love, vibrancy. Everybody loves deep dreamer sleep because I'm not there. [laughter] >> That sounds suicidal. >> Fair enough. >> Yeah, >> a perception would find that very bleak, mundane, and nihilistic. It finds it disturbing perhaps, very unsettling, maybe. But it's the return. It's the return. >> So there are these practices to be be awake in a dream.
33:52 >> Be awake in microphone. >> You mean lucid dreaming if it if it's all right. Yeah. Lucid dreaming. hear me. [sighs] >> There are these Tibetan monks who >> who teach about even controlling the dream like all right >> being aware in a dream and actually influencing the events of what's happening. >> Okay. Because I believe we are not just asleep. Maybe some I mean that uh there are worlds >> invisible words and astral words. >> It's all this >> we can be playing
34:37 >> while we are asleep. >> It's not just psychological clearing or something that the dream interpretation right. I'm talking about something else that's can also be happening. >> Okay. Well, what else is there other than this? Exactly. >> Sorry. >> What else is there other than this? Well, it can have intuitive or prophetic character that can reveal something about what what will happen the next day for example. It has some
35:23 >> that's a story line which is this appearing as a story line. No, I like she I I think she's quite intuitive. >> Okay, so that's this appearing as intuition >> and I like that she's using all kinds of technologies including >> awareness, observation. >> So that's this inform >> that's this appearing as preference of what someone else is saying.
36:10 Well, you have a nice way to bring everything into just this and this is nothing >> and everything. >> Really? >> Yeah. [laughter] >> Yes. Whether it's heavenly, hellish, animalistic, titan, hungry ghosts >> or what was the other one? >> The >> human. It's all this astral realms, mundane plains,
36:56 having chats with Buddhas, bodhicattas, angels, demons, laxas, yakas, etc. It's all this. It's all this. >> Well, I I prefer someone who has a refined character. >> Okay. [clears throat] So that's this being a preference >> then someone who doesn't care and >> and that's this being a preference. There's nothing wrong with that. It's a preference >> but the world will be a better place. So that's this being a preference as to what and a story an imagined idea as to
37:43 what the world would look like >> and we can dream a better world. >> Okay. So that's this imagining a better world >> like she would enjoy better >> right >> conditions. >> I mean she the mother has no real preference without separation. It's okay for it to appear that way.
38:31 >> Maybe she's patient. >> I mean, we're we're talking about everything and nothing. The absolute. Patience would be another appearance. Nonuality. No such thing as good and bad. Yeah.
39:16 Do you want me to say that for the mic? >> No, it's all right. >> Okay. So, >> there is no nonduality. Yeah, >> duality and nonduality, >> right? There's no such thing as nonduality. Yeah, >> exactly. [laughter] [clears throat] It's just the words. >> Just words. Just words appearing. Yeah. >> Have a mic, please. >> Of course. >> Thank you. here. >> But
40:03 >> I know I said >> I know I said no good, no bad, but it's still a good thing that there is no good and no bad if that makes sense. >> Unconditional good. >> Yeah. >> Which doesn't live in polarity to bad. Yeah. Even bad would be unconditional good as well. >> Cuz like you said, no requirements. >> Yeah. No requirement. Nothing required. >> Do what the [ __ ] you want. There could be a serial killer sitting there. It could be anything. Doesn't matter what you are. >> Doesn't matter. Yeah. Not not absolutely. It doesn't matter. Mattering is relative. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> What I've noticed is why I'm just a waffler. That's all I am. >> Well, that's all right. Waffling is happening.
40:48 >> Yeah. Well, that's all. Yeah. >> Yeah. making no sense. >> Yeah, it's just waffling appearing to happen. It's great. [clears throat] This isn't obviously this isn't a do what the [ __ ] you want situation because there is no want to do what the [ __ ] they want or do what the [ __ ] they want. >> That's even better. >> Yeah. Okay. >> I would prefer almost to say come as you are. Like there's just what's happening and no one's going right or wrong because no one is. Yeah. So everything is allowed unconditionally because no one is giving the green light on the
41:35 appearance. It's this. Yeah. This idea that you have to be good enough or worthy enough for this. It's just a burden onto itself. There's nothing required. Yeah. Nothing required.
42:22 What was all the fuss about? >> I know, right? I know. [laughter] Well, observation. Um, >> yeah, let's talk about awareness and autonomy. >> No, no, no, no, no. I'm observing. Um it seems then like I see the duality in a sense that there are people who are who are or who accepted unconditional
43:07 love >> to be as their to be one with it and people who are resistant to it. The the only difference I see there is in the world. >> This duality >> you see to be one with something requires two. I am one with this. >> Um. Yes. Yes. And it's a kind of um
43:55 perhaps in in in this world of physicality because there is non-physical and physical. So I mean it's one but it's it's appearing as two >> in the dream. Yes. >> So yes I don't bypass this physical. >> No there's no one to bypass it >> garden. I I am responsible for >> there's no one to be responsible for it. The garden is unconditional. >> The dream the dream is that there's a separate Adam and Eve from the garden and that they have free will and choice and can choose to to leave the garden or come come back [clears throat] to the garden or navigate the garden. But there is no separate Adam and Eve. There is
44:41 only the garden. Well, there is a sperm and an egg that needs to meet too, >> right? >> To to to make something happen. >> And nothing is happening. This is nothing apparently happening. >> It's one it's it's the one ex it's extending into different forms, but it's still the one. Yes. But it's different forms. The many being none and none being the many. There is no autonomous individual located in a human body.
45:32 Underneath those reflections that you seem to be talking about is an assertion of autonomy. There is none. And although that might seem quite shocking to hear, it's actually completely liberating because this straight jacket energy feels like it's hanging on and it's in control. It's not in control. It's just tension as though it could apparently relax. All of this storytelling energy just seems to lose its weight and meaning
46:19 and it also seems to lose the need to be there. Nothing needs to happen because this is already whole and complete and we can talk about the nature of the appearance and the details of it. But all of that is shunata. It's all emptiness. So it neither matters nor doesn't matter. It just is what it is. So who give it meaning? Who gives it form? Who gives it name? >> The dream. The dream. The dream of there being a separate person located within this appearance that feels like it has a point, an orientation. Thank you, love. Meaning is too. You see this means that
47:07 this means that meaning is separation. It's dualistic. >> Yeah. >> It's not that that's wrong. It's that it's relative. >> It's elusory. There's not the word illusory doesn't mean wrong. It just means not real. Unreal. It's not wrong unreal and it's not right unreal. It's neutrally unreal. Are you ready to tear my head off yet? >> Not yet.
48:05 I'm not wrong for saying this, but I I [laughter] think I um knew I was coming here like since last night. So, I had my process already with a lot of triggers, you know. >> Yeah. The only problem is Alexis would say, "No one decided that you're coming today. You didn't decide yesterday that you're coming today." >> I was thinking of that, too. [laughter] >> And I made a choice. [laughter] >> [snorts]
48:50 >> The glorious thing is is that there's no sense that the belief in free will needs to be different because it there's no one that chooses to believe in free will. So then that belief or disbelief the whatever it's all it's all this. It's all equally this and >> just preference. >> Yeah. Well, maybe it's all love. It's all love. >> Perhaps it's a a silent calling of
49:35 >> Yeah. >> experience more love. >> I mean, there's a dying into love apparently in the dream. There's a dying into love and then only love remains. Beauty. >> Unconditional beauty. Yeah. >> [snorts]
50:35 >> Please have a mic. Sorry about this, Alexis. >> Oh, no. I I enjoy it. Yeah, >> it's all good. >> I was uh this morning I was watching a YouTube video um some blog I think called Simply Awake. >> Oh, yeah. Always awake. >> That's it. >> Yeah. >> Um and he was saying he has no when he's talking to people, he has no agendas. He doesn't care what the outcome is, how you whatever. Is that the same with you, would you say? It seems like it. >> There's not There's no reason you're doing this. There's no >> Well, there's no reason in the sense of I've got something to tell you and if I tell you that, then that will reap
51:21 these, you know, >> benefits. Yeah. >> Yeah. Benefits or repercussions or, you know, it's not in that reality of A and B. >> Yeah. And my agenda here is to to convince you something and then that'll make your life better and all that stuff. >> It's a brick wall >> in the most delicious way. >> Yeah. >> There's no agenda to change anyone, to fix anything, to to correct or resolve anything because absolutely speaking this is it. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It's agenderless in that sense. Absolutely. Yeah.
52:24 Um so agenderless. Um that's why it's quite liberating >> to hear because the life we've had in the separation has always been according to whatever systems agendas. >> Yeah. And for this point, it's so much it's like um Yeah. It's like being bathed. >> Yeah. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> Bathed in love. >> M >> because it's like talking. >> Wow.
53:10 you know, it's slight, [sighs and gasps] you know, it's take, you know, it's just Yeah, you can feel it. >> Yeah. >> You've been so held in like a straight jacket as you say. >> Yeah. and you've got to do it this way and it's got to be no you've done it wrong and you've got >> all that stuff that's held us in this kind of >> prison [sighs] >> and then you come to this and you think you can it's like being able to breathe >> you know like fresh air
53:56 >> exactly the cosmic sigh of all size >> exactly >> I had asthma as a child you It's like, >> but this is like [gasps] >> Yeah. >> Wow. >> Yeah. >> The ultimate exhalation. >> Yeah. It's just Yeah. Yeah. So good to be here. >> Yeah. Thank you. [laughter]
54:42 >> Thank you, love. So beautiful. >> [laughter] >> Are you sure? I'm just a thought like um nothing I mean obviously it can but like if we think
55:28 nothing can separate us from this love and yet it can but it >> can appear to Yeah. Yeah. >> can seem to appear to And at the same time it's nice to get to know yourself as individual as appearing individual of of this and because with that comes knowing your preferences, knowing your gifts. what you are good at. Where are your passions
56:19 to express this love individually like through your system through your what I mentioned the passions the what's calling you and others can enjoy it you know it's let's play Otherwise, what's the sense of being born in a physical body? >> It's an illusion. >> It's an illusion and it it's it's actually not already happening to anyone. No one is living the life of individuality. No one is in the dream of I am. It revolves around nothing.
57:08 an empty swirling vortex of unconditional love appearing to be bounded but no one is actually inhabiting that reality. There's no one in that. So these >> I am light like I it's not something solid of course >> it's a particle I am particle >> okay but there is no I am actually there it's just total boundless energy in that form that no one is in that it's an illusion without this center without this illusory artificial centered energy
57:53 All of that just appears to happen and it's allowed to be the way it is. It's almost as though we're saying the same thing, but you're putting the individual in there and there isn't one. There is no individual. So yes, the preferences play out. Going out to dinner after this meeting, this gathering may happen. Having some fun, having some laughs, having a drink together, getting to know each other, so to speak, is what's appearing to happen. But it really actually doesn't revolve around separate people with separate awarenesses and separate autonomy choosing to live that way. It's just happening effortlessly already. It's just apparently happening.
58:40 But there is no individual. There is no individual and there is no chooser. [snorts] >> Now is happening only talking about >> right exactly just talking appearing to happen. >> Yeah. >> No otherwise it would be just one voice. How many people are here? >> No. Zero. [laughter] I don't believe you. >> And that's this that's this appearing as disbelief. No one stands behind that disbelief. So this body has no desire to change that disbelief. It's very welcome and free to
59:27 appear that way. But it will not buy in to these claims of individuality and autonomy because it doesn't exist. It's elusory. You are choosing what? >> No, they speak themselves. >> They know where you are going next. >> They speak themselves. The hand moves itself. No one drives this. >> You do. The energy in you do. >> It's what's appearing to happen. >> Yes. >> Is a lucid dream. >> The the dream of separation is a dream of lucidity. Yeah. Yeah.
1:00:21 When a baby is born, it's not choosing to [ __ ] its pants and cry out for mommy. And >> come on, we are not kids. [laughter] >> Yes, we are. Yes, but like >> I mean if this was happening then I wouldn't be here, you know. If if you are doing that. >> Well, maybe I'll surprise you. [laughter] [laughter] If we are all kids, then nothing would change.
1:01:07 >> Nothing does change. >> Not grow up. We would not. >> Who the hell wants to grow up? Who wants to grow up? Really? >> I mean something else. I'm eternal child. >> Okay. >> And I am also something else, >> right? Do you mind me asking what you what else you are? >> What else I want? >> What else you are? >> Yeah, I'd like to know what else you are. >> Brothers. >> H >> anything I decide actually. >> Mhm. Mhm. >> Who decide decide? Hm. >> Who decide
1:01:52 >> preference mood? I don't know. >> Yeah. But what what is the thing that decides? >> Playfulness. >> No, no, no. Playful. You're saying playfulness decides what you are. >> Yes. >> Alex is having a break. [laughter] >> I'm joking. I need the break. [laughter] I'll get a singing bowl for round two. Huh? >> Whoops.
1:02:49 It's the energy of us [laughter] too much for the [laughter] >> tasks. I must be happy for them to break.
1:03:50 That would be cool to be a god, wouldn't it? Get to do what you [laughter] want, dude. >> So, yeah, I mean, it's a lovely fantasy. >> Yeah. Many in the apparent, you know, history of civilization have tried Just look at Cleopatra, Genghask Khn, >> Jesus. >> Well, maybe. Yeah. Yeah, maybe. >> Unicorn. >> Yeah, unicorn would be pretty good, wouldn't it? [laughter] Anyone else? Fantasies of >> I would love to fly. >> You like to fly? >> Yeah. Okay. [laughter]
1:04:36 This is becoming quite a Christmas list, huh? I wonder if [laughter] I wonder if Santa can fulfill all of these dreams. >> What's fascinating is you would be slaughtered talking like this. >> Oh, absolutely. >> That's [laughter] great. >> 100%. >> I like that. I like the mystery to it. You know what I mean? It's quite interesting. >> 100%. As I say, as what I say, it's the divine blasphemy because it is blasphemous on just about every single level. >> Yeah. >> Not just religiously speaking, but >> philosophically, [snorts] >> probably even scientifically, although depending on what science you're pursuing, >> quantum [clears throat] seems to be pretty much on it of what little tiny
1:05:24 tiny tiny little bit I have heard about it. Yeah. >> And yeah, >> even like our parents, things like that. Like for example, my parents won't understand. They can't stand it. They're like "No >> no." And how lovely that they don't need to. >> Yeah. >> But it's just so interesting to me and I love it so much >> where I want to talk about it. >> Mhm. >> Like I just love it. I don't know why though. >> Yeah. It's so interesting. >> Yeah. >> Just respectfully to have massive bollocks and say there is no self like it's just sick. It's just [laughter] cool. >> It's just cold. Do you know what I mean though? Just like [snorts]
1:06:10 >> nothing no one to hold hold held accountable. >> Yeah. >> Potentially. But it's just I don't know. It's just it's just cool. because it's like I know it's not an inquiry but to like it seems like that a little bit. It's like an investigation is finding out. Do you know what I mean? But I know. >> Yeah. >> If I was being picky with words, I would say it's an exploration. >> Yeah. >> Um and an exposure >> Yeah. >> of what is. >> Okay. >> And is not. I mean investigation somehow seems a little bit more in the realm of knowing. >> Okay. >> And like figuring something out.
1:06:55 >> Yeah. >> But yeah, this is an exposure of what is already. >> Hence no practice or process or path and an exposure of the there being no one actually, no self, no individual, >> just this. Yeah. That leaves nowhere to go, nowhere to remain, no one to do anything, no one to not do anything, no one to be this way or that way. Nothing needs to happen. Nothing needs to be done or undone. Just this only ever in the in the story of Alexis, did Alexis
1:07:41 came across nonuality and was intrigued and interested? Yeah, >> I take it. >> Yeah. >> And was there like a I know this is the truth or I just have a I just know like I have a feeling. >> At first I think I was quite repulsed by what was being shared because it destroyed everything that that illusion which felt itself to be a real individual ever believed in. Yeah. ever bought into. And autonomy was the biggest one that it couldn't seem to handle. That there's no autonomy. That no micro movement has ever been made by anybody anyone. >> Like that was quite hard to hear because this energy felt so ridiculously in charge.
1:08:27 >> Yeah. >> And yet it wasn't even there to be in charge. [laughter] But uh yeah, there was an intrigue, but that was much more impersonal than a dream could ever imagine. Cuz a dream can't be intrigued with this. Not really. It doesn't make sense. >> Okay. >> But there's like this this in this this energetic intrigue. Um and then it was apparently undeniable >> once it was seen by no one. >> That's one way of putting it. Yeah. It's undeniable that there's no one when there's no one. >> Yeah. >> It's undeniable that there's no doer. >> Yeah. It's I mean it just it's so damn obvious. But but that which seems to be wanting
1:09:15 to know that it's not obvious to that. >> No. >> Yeah. Yeah. You're right. >> But as though that's fading >> in the dream timeline, it's undeniable. >> Yeah. It's it appears or it sounds like unconsciousness. >> Yeah, it is. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Non-conciousness. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. [clears throat and laughter] >> I don't know. >> Yeah, it is. I think you I think you put it like this. Um, in London you said the lights
1:10:03 are off and no one's home. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> When I was out the lights on but no one's home. But literally no. The lights are off, no one's on. >> That's right. Yeah. An empty house. >> Just a shell. >> Shell. It's a bit too thingable like because there's no such thing as a body but yeah playfully speaking. Yeah. >> Wait, is there no body evil? >> There's not such a thing as a body. No. >> Too much. Huh? >> That's cool, [laughter] man. >> That's so cool, man. >> Is that meant to be cool or not? I don't know. That's cool. >> My whole body. >> No separate thing. There's no things.
1:10:51 There's no separate things. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> It's just shy emptiness. It's all this. >> I think that's why they take drugs. >> Oh, for sure. Yeah. That's why >> to lose the sense of self >> completely. Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah, that's why a lot of people take them to to um inhibit the sense of separateness and they do artificially seem to do that. Yeah. Yeah. It's also the exact same reason people go to meditate and go to ashrams and
1:11:37 caves because they're trying to they're trying to remedy something >> or maybe to lose the sense of self too >> and to >> just be one with everything. >> Right. And so it's nice to enjoy this temporary dream because that's all there is. >> Okay. Well, I never said that's not okay. >> For me, it's not okay. I want to see that thing. But not having a body, bro.
1:12:22 Are you mad, bro? That is sick. That is cool. You know what I mean? Now I really want it now. Now I really want it. >> Right. Oh, >> it's so irritating. >> Is there such a thing as a body in deep dreamless sleep? >> No. >> Exactly. I mean really this is too easy for application. Any attempt is doing this. That's the attempt.
1:13:07 This is easier than that. It's just this without attempt without effort without clinging on to the res. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yesterday I I was sitting at the restaurant. We were after >> gathering and I had it was like I I was everything. >> No mind. I I just sat there and I was like >> Mhm. But it was I I can't express this by words.
1:13:54 >> Express it by words. >> It was like >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. [clears throat] [snorts and laughter] >> That's it. >> [clears throat] >> Where is your attention now? >> Nowhere. >> Where is that? >> Nowhere. Well, you said something, so it must be
1:14:39 somewhere. >> There's no point. >> No point. Yeah. There's no location. >> No point of distraction. >> No. And there's no location. >> Well, it didn't come from here. >> There is no here. [snorts] >> Here we go again. [laughter] >> [snorts and laughter] [laughter]
1:15:32 >> This is real religion. >> This is what we've been waiting for. M >> this is what we want. >> This is what we go to war over. [clears throat] >> No. >> Yes. [laughter] >> You can deny it all you want. >> Laughing. >> You can deny it all you want. Love. [laughter] You [clears throat] said war. >> Yes. >> No. For the sense of power, for >> exactly acknowledgement for women, for
1:16:21 >> domination, greed. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> It's all drink. It's all me. It's all. >> And it's all the longing. It's all >> It's the separate self, the ego, >> right? Which is longing. Which is longing. It's longing for love >> which is playing to be everything >> and it will kill to find it >> to establish its domain >> in a way. Yeah. Sto like talking in stories. Yes. That's what it looks like. [snorts] >> Yeah. Not to be unhiliated.
1:17:13 >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> So it's against itself. It's against >> it's self-destruction >> in a way. Yeah. It's self-destructing through its self-indulgence. >> I mean, that's what addiction is really. That's what addiction is, is self-indulgent self-destruction. [sighs] The great Greek story of narcissist depicts that beautifully, tragically, but beautifully. He falls in love with
1:18:00 himself. The reflection which he never knew. I don't know how familiar everyone is with that story but yeah he yeah discovered how beautiful he was by and then he he died through he he literally starves to death through his own self infatuation. Yeah. He became the object that he was trying to relate to and in that he completely collapses. Yeah. Now, I'm not suggesting that self- inquiry is the is the equivalent. No, it's on the contrary, the illusion is kind of a narcissist. Yeah. It's indulgent and infatuated with itself and its own gain and its own this that and the other and
1:18:46 it exhausts itself. It's tiresome and there's no reflection to behold, but it looks for it. And this appearance can just strip all of that off and just have a breath of fresh air and this can just be what it is. No one needs to be different. No one needs to this, that, or the other cuz there is no one. There is only love, unconditional love. But to say that there's only unconditional love doesn't have any implications. That doesn't mean that we have to do this or that means that no,
1:19:32 there's only unconditional love. It's not a nice love. It's not a holy love or positive love. It's unpolarized, unconditional. Yeah. So the love also like I enjoy that you are different. You're appearing different. You are appearing different and I can >> so that's abstraction but yes that's what's appearing to happen. They're just preferences. It's all right. >> And polarity
1:20:19 >> which is elusory. So then that's what's appearing to happen. Eluserily appearing to happen. Therefore not really appearing to happen. Thank you.
1:21:05 It's the the how about the you know the the planets like >> Mhm. >> Uh it it operates in certain order and laws and it if it was just a small >> Mhm. >> it would collapse, you know. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. It it appears as it's either someone is holding it together that way or is it set up that way? >> No, nothing is holding on to anything. It's chaos. Pretending to be ordered. [snorts] >> If it was cha chaos then you know I
1:21:52 would be there is order. There is order like every day the sun and sun around the earth you know and because of sun we can have this condition and stuff like that >> which is chaos being order. >> Chaos is so chaotic it doesn't even live in relation to order. That's the kind of chaos or anarchy that's being talked about. None of it has any meaning or value. It just is what appears to be happening. >> It's too simple to comprehend. >> Yes. Yeah.
1:22:42 >> We or I or we we will never understand. The love you talk of is completely different love that I'm thinking of. M. Mhm. >> Anything that's related to me, >> right, >> isn't what you're talking of >> cuz because it's relative. Yeah. >> Yeah, that's fair. So, >> you don't have to zip up. It's not like what I'm saying is true and what anyone else is saying is false cuz that is also relative. Wait, what [snorts] >> exactly? What I'm saying is neither true nor
1:23:28 false. >> It's all this. >> Yeah. No true or false. No wrong or right. >> Yeah. If this was true, it would be objectifiable and it would be factual. This isn't in that realm concept. >> Yeah. Conceptually speaking, there may be some clarity, but that's just an appearance. >> Yeah. >> I just want to know if I'm right or
1:24:14 wrong, and you ain't giving me it again. It's nothing. No compromise. >> Unconditional love is uncompromising. >> But if I'm wrong, I'm caught. I don't even mind being wrong. >> Oh, of course. >> Just right. Right. Just give me something to >> Mhm.
1:25:09 What is there to hold on to exactly? What could there be? I don't know. >> Yeah. And what needs to happen? [snorts] >> Nothing. >> But there's just something. >> Mhm. And does that need to change? >> No. >> It seems like that. >> Okay. >> And >> so it seems like it needs to change. >> Does that need to change? No, I don't really know what you're saying, but Yeah.
1:25:54 [laughter] Yeah. [laughter] Me neither. That makes none of us Why can't you just say you're right? Just listen to me. Like just >> what? You want me to say I'm right? >> Yeah. So then I know I'm >> I'm in the right place. >> Right. Then then you know you're related to no one. >> Exactly. [snorts] >> Oh man. >> [laughter]
1:26:41 >> It's like swimming out of confusion. >> Mhm. >> Total heard you there. >> Like under the water. >> Yes. And once again, you're not doing this for any reason. >> No, there's nothing to change. Yeah. No one turned up here with a legitimate reason to make something change. Yeah. >> I'm not providing an antidote because I'm not seeing an illness. >> Yeah.
1:27:35 You've never been on the receiving end of that much love ever before. >> No one has. I'm still trying to work it out. [laughter] >> I don't know what you're saying, man. >> God's sakes, bro. >> Yeah.
1:28:36 And I'm still going back and forth in my head saying there is no one. It's just this. It's just this. There is no one. >> Okay. So then that's become the new mantra. >> I can't do this well. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, because if I say there is no one, hold on a second. If I say there is no one, there's just this. There is no one, there's just this, there is no one, there's just this, then eventually eventually I'll get there. Oh, wait a minute. It was always there. [laughter] [snorts] Right where I started.
1:29:24 If I [clears throat] say there's no one, there's just this enough times, maybe I'll actually believe it. [snorts] Who's going to be believing that there's no one? There's already no one to believe there's no one. And there's already no one to believe there's someone. The belief and disbelief is also and personally what's showing up. There can be no one and there can be also
1:30:12 something like being driven by emotion. Okay. Yeah. So, emotionality just appearing to happen. >> Yes. >> Yeah. And if there would be someone in there
1:31:00 that could be responsible for the emotional drives. If did you say >> yes >> then there could be something done about these drives. >> Yes. Right. >> Yeah. >> And not just be run by it. >> Mhm. >> Driven. I said driven. >> Mhm. which is why bad things happening. H that might be this the narrative that gets told along the way
1:31:47 >> because these people like murder or or drugs or >> wars it seems like they are driven by powerful emotions >> and sometimes it can seems like there is no one >> because there is so much lust and greed like this emotion that is driving them. >> Yeah sure but no one is driving anything on any level. So even you know the likes of Shakespeare and Beethoven, Michael Jackson, Freddy Mercury, Jim Morrison, Jimmyi Hendris, take your pick, Einstein, Steven Hawking, Elon Musk. >> What about them? >> None of them did anything ever.
1:32:35 The world is but a stage >> and no one is playing the part. >> I think it's like Buddha or Jesus. I'm so glad that they existed >> and and it's like it's a consciousness that it's uh um wasn't born and it's still existing >> personified. Mhm. >> In a lifetime.
1:33:22 Maybe you're grateful for Buddha and La Su and Patanjali for showing up in the appearance in the same way this body is grateful for Bill Gates showing up so the Xbox could appear to happen. >> It's Xbox. >> You don't know what the Xbox is? >> Oh dear. >> PlayStation. >> The Xbox. >> It doesn't matter. >> Video game. >> Whatever. >> Do you know >> different generation? >> Yeah. Sorry, that was a generational >> [laughter] >> different generation. >> Oh my god, I bet the Buddhists would [ __ ] hate you. And all the Christians
1:34:08 for saying that they're a Xbox is my god. [laughter] >> No, how dare you Xbox and Jesus. >> Yeah, [laughter] but it's the same [ __ ] It's just >> just what is. I mean, I'm grateful for God putting coffee beans on on trees. [laughter] >> Yeah, >> because I really like coffee. >> Mhm. >> I'm being playful, but >> and it's it's continuity to in that in your story because >> Yeah, it's a joke. >> You had to develop taste for it, >> right? It's a joke. Yeah. Yeah. It's a
1:34:54 joke. It's not meant to be taken seriously. None of this is. It's play. It's all play. I play when I feel like playing. >> Okay. [snorts] And even when you don't feel like playing, it's still play. >> Yes. The play has every single flavor and every single genre. Horror, romance, comedy thriller drama. >> It's okay. But I'm like for me it was like for me Jesus have
1:35:43 like Jesus or Christ consciousness >> has been uh very transformative for me. >> Mhm. For me >> and he said me and father are one >> right. Yes. In that sense the father and the son are one. Yes. >> Yes. >> Samsara and nana are one. >> So he was living this oneness. M well I mean we weren't there 2 and a half so 220 something years ago we weren't there so we don't know what he was really talking about we only hear what was passed down from his apparent disciples and >> you can feel the truth >> okay that's how you know >> okay so then that's a feeling that's what's appearing to happen
1:36:28 >> it's a vibration it's a resonance >> so it's a vibration appearing to happen it's neither right nor That's how I That's how it's recognized. >> What's recognized exactly? >> Truth. >> So what's truth exactly? >> This is a debate. Is it the paradox? >> What's the paradox? >> That there is unconditional love and there is duality conditions. >> Okay. So if unconditional love is unconditional, does that live in relation to conditioned things? >> Yes.
1:37:14 >> How would it live in relation to conditioned things if it is unconditional? Would it not have to be conditional itself to live in relation and contradistinction to something else? Unconditional love is unconditional. It's unpolarized. It's absolute. It's all of the conditionality as well. There's no levels to that. There's no right or wrong in that. There's no truth or falsity in that. It's all encompassing. So whatever Jesus said, Buddha said, Lauu, Patangjali, take your pick of you know [snorts] saints, gurus, sages, yogis priests etc. Whatever they said is just what is
1:38:00 apparently happening. [clears throat] It's not more or less special than anyone or anything else. Yes, we are all capable of the same. It's all the same. Yeah. >> So why is not everyone like Jesus? >> Well, everyone is like Jesus.
1:38:53 Jesus not really involved in nonuality though cuz he said I am the father or one that's duality like you just said >> yeah so that's not nonuality I'd say you're more like Jesus Christ than Jesus Christ himself [laughter] personally I don't that's what I would say >> turn the tables down and say this is not how it's supposed to be you know he was polarizing >> and that's Why? He was killed. >> Mhm. Yes. He was an anarchist. >> Yes. Mhm. He was rebel. >> He was a rebel. Yeah. I personally don't believe in Jesus Christ >> personally or not. >> Cuz how can someone come from a woman
1:39:38 that hasn't had sex? You know what I mean? Well, well, interesting you say that because um you know, the other day we were talking about what what the words um the virgin birth really could actually mean in terms of poetically speaking because this is the thing you see with scripture gets so easily misinterpreted and literalized, meaning the the essence of what was being shared gets lost potentially. So the virgin birth does not maybe necessarily mean a person that was born from a a virgin mother, but actually that which came from nowhere >> and that which came from no one. >> Well, that makes more sense, doesn't it?
1:40:24 >> That's what >> it's more logical. >> More illogical. >> More logical, I think. Yeah. >> I mean like >> we have when he could bring the Lazar from the dead, why he couldn't be born out of miracle. >> Mhm. Again, I mean getting a bit lost in the scripture, but none of it really matters. Yeah. They're just stories. Yeah. >> But stories are fun, you know. Dune, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars. Great. great stories. If it isn't nonuality, I don't give a [ __ ] simple. >> Personally, that's me anyway. Like the
1:41:10 Quran, I was like I was raised a Muslim. Do you know what I mean? My parents all Muslim and that and I'm just like I don't believe in none of that [ __ ] Simple. >> Mhm. >> That's it. >> Yeah. >> Hindu, Buddhist, it's all crap to me. That's it. M >> all of it. [clears throat] >> And that's a belief too. >> And that's a belief too. Yeah. >> Mhm. >> That's it. I'd rather believe in nonuality than believe in Christianity or Islam. >> Okay. So then non-duality becomes another thing than I'd rather that's better for me happily. I don't mind. That's fine. >> Attach to feel safe. >> Yeah. I'd rather feel attached to that anyway. >> That don't bother me.
1:41:57 But you can't really be attached to non-duality. [laughter] >> That would require two. >> So [snorts] [laughter] >> you can't be saved, man. >> No, can't be saved. You can't be saved because this is already saved. >> Saved from what? >> Exactly. Maybe if it's without the D in the end, it would be better. Or maybe we are safe. F safe. We are safe in unconditional love. >> Unconditional love doesn't need saving. >> No, I mean S A F E.
1:42:44 Safe. [clears throat] >> That's the only safety. Unconditional love. >> Yeah. I mean there is only unconditional love. >> No, that's why it's safe. >> Fair. >> And nonuality, for example, I make it a thing. >> Still does not matter. >> Yeah. What difference would that make? >> No difference. >> How glorious is that? It's just what's happening. >> Yeah. >> And uh was something like decision then
1:43:30 >> because it's always like what's happening. >> Mhm. >> And what would it mean to to decision decision? >> Yeah. In the appearance decision making can seem to appear but there's no decider. That's all. >> There's no options to choose actually. >> Yeah. Not really. Not without abstracting this reality into an an innumerable sum of parts. Yeah. >> Just this. Yeah. >> Yeah. I mean, it can seem very frightening when it's exposed that there's no choice and choose. [clears throat] But actually how liberating it is that
1:44:16 there's no choice and chooser. >> I mean imagine how liberating that actually is. >> Wow. Everything is just effortless. Even effort or apparent effort is effortless. Tension as well. No decision has ever been made by anyone cuz there isn't anyone to call the shots. No matter how many times this appearance would seem to rise up as an assertion that there's control, not even that would have any control behind it or within it. [snorts] But the apparent decision which can like appear like decision
1:45:02 >> in the appearance. >> What is what is that? It's just some thought like I think I was I choose that or some it's just thought. It's something. >> Yeah. Just thoughts. Yeah. >> Just thought >> like as though something decided to say those words just then. >> Yeah. >> It didn't. It didn't. It just spoke itself. Yeah. >> Yeah. And was that really a decision? >> Exactly. >> It's oxim. >> Yeah. Or or choosing to have a break in about 5 to 10 minutes, you know. Well, maybe I'll wait. We can wait 20 more. Like choosing to have some sugary treats or chocolate or whatever. >> Yeah. None of it is chosen. Yeah. Just >> just what's coming and
1:45:47 >> it's just what's happening. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Can't waiting. Can't wait >> for the chocolate. Can't wait. Can't wait for the chocolate. If that makes sense. I don't know. Probably not. >> Can't wait for the chocolate. Yeah, but not me. Can't waiting. Can't wait for the chocolate. >> Ah, [snorts] can't wait. Can't waiting for the chocolate. >> Does that make sense or not? I don't know. >> You may have just came up with one of the greatest co-endanss, the Zen Coans ever. [laughter] Let's take that to the Zen monasteries and shove shove that in your pipe and smoke it. [laughter] Actually
1:46:35 makes sense to me. Can't wait. Can't wait for the chocolate. >> It's not bad. [laughter] Alexis is Alexising, if that makes sense. Yeah. Speak. >> Speaking is speaking. >> No. >> Knowing is knowing. [laughter] All right, let's have a break.
1:47:25 So unconditional love can't be described and unconditional love can't be prescribed and unconditional love can't be known and unconditional love can't be woripped. Unconditional love can't be humiliated and it can't be navigated. Unconditional love is too wide open, too total, too absolute for any kind of application navigation journey or destination. It's total. Nothing needs to happen with unconditional love being all there is. Any need would just be that. It would just be need appearing to
1:48:10 happen. But unconditional love doesn't seem more or less better, worse, higher, lower. So no one and no thing can go wrong or right with that. There's no getting closer to that. >> There's no steering off of track. There is no track. It's just this. Just this only ever just this.
1:49:04 Um I I find it's interesting this this question about if there is someone or no one >> Yeah. >> can become a matter of belief. >> Yes. And then when there is no final truth, every belief is is is as good as as the other. >> Mhm. Oh, so uh you cannot know alo that there can be not knowing about this subject if that is it's that is right or wrong you don't you cannot know as as person
1:49:52 or the what I see when I look For me somehow I I'm believing in that in in in this message but I don't know why exactly. >> Yeah. >> And it's like any other belief >> to a dream which thinks it can objectify this. Yeah. >> And yet there is nothing to believe in. >> Yeah. Belief and disbelief in that sense is irrelevant. >> Mhm. >> Because if whether I believe or disbelieve in this so-called non-duality that Alexis and some others are yapping on about makes no difference.
1:50:39 >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It doesn't need to be believed in or disbelieved in. >> Yeah. It's really interesting that I heard this these are our words that that that we are saying but >> that has it has nothing to do with with
