And over the past few years, I've made millions of dollars online for myself and now run a portfolio of companies doing well over 10 mil a year. But if I had to start over from scratch, this is the number one thing I would be focusing on. So today, I want to share the three best oneperson AI business models and a simple [music] framework for a complete beginner to start one from scratch. But first, what does it mean to be a oneperson [music] business? So for a business to fit in this criteria, of course, first it must have zero employees. It needs to be a business that is fully self- sustainable without a team. No VAS, no assistants, just you and your laptop. You also need to be able to manage it in your free time. So you can run this business with just a few hours a day and do it successfully on the side, even while
0:46 working a 9 to5 or going to college. And above all, AI must be automating most of the hard work. This is the only way this works. And that's why it's important that you guys choose the right business model because this will not work with every strategy. In [music] fact, there are only three that I would really recommend to beginners looking to get started today. So, let's compare them and try to figure out which one is the absolute best. First, I want to talk about digital products. Now, I've made millions upon millions of dollars selling digital products. I'm talking about courses, ebooks, virtual seminars, any product that you can sell completely digitally. I've tried just about all of them. The problem is this business model only became accessible to me after I became an expert in my field. Most of the digital training that I've sold to people is in regards to making money
1:32 online. And I was only able to do that well after I made some money online. And the same holds true for you. You can't make a fitness course if you're not in great shape. You can't make a cooking course if you're not a great chef. And this was always the problem with digital products for people that are beginners. But on the flip side, once I was finally able to do this, this became one of the most profitable business models that I've ever been a part of in my entire life. Obviously, I was able to make money from my other businesses as well, but digital products really are one of the things that made me financially free. I mean, I'll be super transparent about that. I'm not trying to hide anything from you guys. But for the longest time, I never talked about it because this model was only accessible to the experts. But now AI has made this model extremely accessible to people of all skill levels because now you don't
2:18 need to have all the knowledge before creating the digital product. You simply just need to find a hole in the market, a problem that needs solving and then use AI's infinite knowledge base to create a digital product that fixes that problem for the right people. In fact, you don't even have to come up with the problem yourself. You could just do research with AI and figure out a great idea for a digital product. Let me just show you what I'm talking about. So, what you can do is go to chatbt or any of these AI tools and give it a simple prompt. This is one that I put together. Give me an untapped idea for a complete beginner who is just starting to make money online and want to sell a digital product. I'm really trying to have an idea that is not super saturated. So, we'll go through and we'll let chat come and generate a fresh idea for us and let's see what it comes up with. So, as
3:05 you'll see, it's literally scanning through hundreds of different websites. It's doing the deep research that would normally have taken you hours and it's going to hopefully spit back a pretty good idea for us. Okay. Yeah, this is actually a fire idea, especially because my girl is super into these vintage bags and she spends a lot of money on them and there's a whole subsection on the internet of girls who are interested in this thing. So, it says the idea is vintage bag rescue. Okay, so it's saying we're gonna give you a PDF on how to rescue these vintage leather bags without ruining them. This is super fire because there's a lot of value being added for these girls. They can buy this book, go to the thrift store, find a cheap bag, and instantly flip it for a profit or keep it for themselves. So, it gives you a full breakdown of this idea.
3:53 But where it really gets crazy is that we can just have AI create the digital product directly for us. We don't have to make our own PDF. We don't have to even write our own book. What I can do is say, "I love this idea. give me a prompt to generate the digital product and then it's going to spit out a perfect prompt that we can put into any different AI tool and from there it will give us the finished product that we're looking for. Make sure when you're trying to generate digital products or pictures or anything, you always ask CHAGBT to give you the prompt because these tools know how to communicate with each other way better than we know how to communicate with them. So, here's the prompt. It says, "You're a top tier
4:38 digital product creator and resell expert." And it goes through and explains exactly how it's structured, exactly what we need. And then now we can take that prompt and we can generate our own digital product. So, what we'll do is we'll open up a new chat. We'll paste this script completely from the other chat and we'll put it here. And it should immediately start to get to work on our digital product. You can see right here it's starting to format everything. It's writing all the text for us and in a couple minutes it'll be ready to go. Okay. So, now it's written our entire book word for word. I can say now please format this into a PDF ebook. And then it's going to take it and it's going to cleanly create our PDF file. And then boom, as you can see, it spits it out in a PDF ready to sell format.
5:25 Now, this is going to be a ultra simplified book. We can go deeper and we can make a cover. We can spend a lot more time to make this fire and we can have a ready to go book in just a couple of minutes. There are also some tools that will do the whole entire thing for you. I just saw this one the other day. This is like uh called aomathic.ai or something. And this will build the whole thing from top to bottom. This one's paid, so keep that in mind. But there are tools that will help you do the whole thing. Once you finish your digital product, the easiest way to sell it is through Instagram reels. This girl right here allegedly did over $3 million in revenue with a digital product teaching people how to be better at Excel. The most boring thing you could ever think of, she capitalized on it crazy. And you'll see the way that she sells this is she posts these silly
6:11 little reels every single day. And what she does is she tells people to comment a word and then she DMs them the product directly. A lot of the sales for these digital products all across the internet are happening through the DMs. So this is the exact strategy I would do if I was trying to capitalize on this today. And it's crazy because she made $3 million, but she's only getting 100 likes on a post. So you don't have to be super famous. And in some of these videos, she's not even showing her face at all. For example, if you did the bag idea that I told you, you don't have to show your face. You can do POV clips of you working on the bags, just as an example. So, regardless, I think that this is by far one of the best oneperson business models out there, and it's one that I've done myself for a long time. Okay, so the second business model is
6:57 the one that I do personally. It's called AI Commerce. With this, we use AI tools to sell physical products online to people all around the world. And this is my favorite because you can build a real brand in the process and create something truly [music] sustainable. Throughout my career, I've made millions of dollars with e-commerce and drop shipping. And it's actually been the foundation of this entire YouTube channel. And believe me when I tell you that over the last 10 years, I have never seen a time where it's been easier than it is today. And we can thank AI for that. And numbers don't lie because I recently helped a complete beginner use this strategy to go from zero to over 100K in sales. He had never found a product before, never launched a store, and never ran ads successfully. But we were able to use AI to do just about everything for him. Let me show you how

As you can see, we started at $0 in June, and by the end of August, we had done over $100,000 in sales profitably. This is an exact clone of the store that we scaled to that level. And AI did most of the heavy lifting. AI wrote all the text. AI came up with the logo and even helped us with generating some of the pictures that you see on this screen. Back in the day to get a store to this level, it would have taken you days because you had to write everything and create all the graphics yourself. But now AI has made it simpler than ever before. I've gone super indepth on store design in other videos. So I don't want to get into that right now, but I do want to show you guys how we found the product [music] that we scaled past that 100K mark. When I look for products, I'm looking for three
8:29 things. [music] I'm looking for products that solve a real problem and insecurity in people's lives. I'm looking for products that are trending and recently going viral. And I'm looking for products that are unique and have real wow factor. Products that will really stop people from scrolling and catch their attention. Now, there are a variety of ways to find these types of products, but my recommendation to you guys [music] is something that I like to call the burner method. With this, you make a second Facebook and Instagram account and you start to scroll reels every day like it's your full-time job. What you then want to do is every time you see a drop shipping store or an ecommerce website, you want to like, comment, and go to their website like you are going to buy the product. Pretty quickly, you are going to have a feed that is just flooded with potential
9:15 winning products. In fact, this is the exact strategy that I used to find the 100K product and the product that I scaled to almost $2 million in sales just a couple years ago. There are paid tools to simplify this entire process, but I know a lot of y'all are out there balling on a budget. So, I would just recommend the free method for now. But you might be asking, how does AI play into this equation at all? Well, this is a product that I just found with the product research method that I said. It's basically a pair of waterproof non-slip boots. They help you with walking through snow, ice, and slush, which is a huge pain point all across the United States right now. So then what we can do is take this product idea and bring it to ChatGpt with a simple prompt that I created. This is my product validator prompt. And because
10:01 you guys made it this far in the video, I'll just put it in the description for free. But then you can go and you can insert the name of your product. So let me just pull it from one of the ads here. Save me some time. Okay, so now that I put the product information, it's going to scan the market. It's going to do some deep research on this product and it's going to make sure that we're testing the right product. It's essentially going to validate it for us so we don't end up wasting hundreds of dollars of our own money on Facebook ads that do not convert. Back in the day, man, we didn't have anything like this. So, this is going to literally save you from making mistakes. The comparison that I always make is it's like bowling with the bumpers. you're gonna throw that ball down the lane and I'm not guaranteeing that you're going to get a strike, but if those bumpers are up, you're going to at least hit one or two pins. Shopify is proven. We know that it works, and AI is the bumpers so you
10:48 don't make stupid mistakes. But let's see what it thinks about this product. So, after just 60 seconds, it did this insanely deep research that would have taken you days otherwise, and it reached a final verdict saying this product has moderate potential. It definitely says that it's worth testing, but it says with caution. Now, maybe if I was going to really launch this, I would do a little bit more research and try to find something that fully gets the green light, but this is a great sign. And if we talk about the competitor here, these guys are literally just using AI generated images to sell this product. You might not think this is AI, but I promise you, I've been doing this for long enough to tell you that all four of these people are bots. And what's crazy is that they're running over 110 ads on this AI store, which means that these
11:34 guys are definitely making over a,000 to $2,000 a day with this AI commerce store. It's just absolutely insane, man. And in just a month, he was able to scale this to $15,000 a month in recurring revenue. Mind you, this guy was living in the middle of some tiny little town, just starting this on his computer with a near0 budget, and he built it to a sixf figureure a year business in recurring revenue. The moral of the story is that it's never been simpler to start your own software thanks to AI writing pretty much all the code. It made it so people that aren't even coders are now allowed to play that

It's not necessarily the most profitable on the front end, but when it's time to sell these businesses, they are worth more than just about everything else. Now, I've never built one of these AI apps myself, so I'm not going to get on here and pretend like I know what to do, but thankfully, there are hundreds of hours of tutorials online that will walk you through the entire process step by step. The point of this business model, and why I'm highlighting it, is that it's never been easier to launch your own app or micro SAS. You can build super complicated products as a solo founder with near zero coding experience. And if you look online, you're going to see countless stories of people who are able to do this successfully from all around the world. Now, the reason why I said this business has the potential to reach that billion dollar level is because
14:40 software has the highest multiple in regards to an exit. For example, I built my own software company called Viral Vault and sold it for millions of dollars just 2 years ago. This was many multiples over the amount of profit we were making every single year simply because it was a techbased [music] product and it had no AI elements. These days, if you have an AI based software that is consistently generating profit, you can exit this company [music] at a 25 to 50x multiple of your yearly profit. If I'm not mistaken, AI SAS is the highest exit multiple of any business in the world, making it the clear winner if you [music] want to build something massive to that billion dollar level.
