00 Folks, you better buckle up and get ready. The president just signed an AI executive order called Genesis Mission, which declares AI a national strategic priority and is the first of what is likely to be many, many massive AI backs stops to come. This is being called a Manhattan project for AI and I'd argue is set to bring massive unprecedented rewards to specific shareholders in specific AI companies that are downstream of this. So, accordingly, in today's video, we're going to break down the top five stocks to buy heavy before December 1st, 2025. I'm going to make my case for each and let you be the judge. And as always, if you're the one taking the ultimate risk, you got to be the one doing the ultimate frisk. Always do your own due diligence on all ideas presented. So markets hit all-time highs right before Halloween and since then we have been trending downward. Today was the latest reversal attempt and what happens over the coming trading days is going to tell us a lot about what is going to happen over the next couple of weeks and really into the end of the year and whether we're going to get a year-end rally. This is what I told Discord members today. Quote, "The S&P 500 is testing a critical reversal confirmation point. Breaking out of the downtrending trend line past the previous failed reversal attempt will signal a bullish confirmation that is statistically significant enough and can subdue worries of a bull trap.
31 Alternatively, a failure a failure to hold these levels and ultimately fail to break and hold above the downtrending trend line can mean the next lower low in the cycle which can be quite aggressive. Now, in order to understand this reversal attempt and whether or not it's going to last, you have to understand what's motivating it. The reason the markets have been selling off since Halloween is because the Fed has been around with whether or not to cut rates in December. And because markets had already priced in that cut, well, down she goes. But now Fed officials are coming out and saying, "Yeah, actually I think we're going to do a cut." So the odds of a cut in the last meeting of the year have now gone up to about 85%. Which means markets have room to repric in all that they unpiced. If you look at the average equity fund flow by calendar month over the past decade, excluding the presidential election years, well, December is by far the biggest inflow month. And given the November sell-offs
17 that we've had, it might further motivate more funds into markets that are a bit better priced now. Now, let's talk about the banking sentiment shift. All of a sudden, you're seeing all these banks and big investment funds come out with these bullish outlooks. One of the ones that gave a big and loud call out this week was Morgan Stanley. So, Morgan Stanley, when talking about AI bubble fear, said this, "Any weakness in the short term is an opportunity to add long exposure into 2026, which means what? Buy the dip." Morgan Stanley is now calling for a 1,000 point rally in the S&P 500 over the next 12 months to 7,800. Now, a lot of the bullish projections that you've already seen come out and the new ones and the upgrades from big analysts, most of it has to do with the federal funds rates going down and the government led AI bailout. A few weeks ago, this was considered a ridiculous idea. Now, we're starting to see very, very aggressive signs of it already happening. You can
03 think of an AI bailout as basically a massive government backs stop and Federal Reserve backs stop of the AI buildout. President Trump just signed the Genesis mission, likening this executive order to the Manhattan project that developed the nuclear bomb. And similar to then, whoever builds out the best AI first is going to be the next superpower. But it's not just that. In fact, the overall investment of and into AI is becoming a more and more critical component of our economy, which is ironic since eventually it will lead to massive economic instability down the road as people lose their jobs. But right now, it's largely what's holding things up. David Saxs, a big Silicon Valley insider and Trump's official AI and Cryptozar, tweeted this yesterday. According to today's Wall Street Journal, AI related investment accounts for half of GDP growth. A reversal would
49 risk recession. We can't afford to go backwards. And so then right after that, what happens? Well, Trump signs the Genesis Act. Now, what does the Genesis Act do? For starters, it declares AI as a national strategic priority. This elevates AIdriven science to the same urgency as cold war era mega projects. The government is openly signaling that falling behind in AI means falling behind globally. And this mission frames AI as strategically, economically, and geopolitically essential. Number two, it creates a massive multi-year government demand tsunami for AI compute. Whether you're talking about GPU, servers, data centers, so on and so forth. The government is explicitly building national AI infrastructure, supercomputers, foundational models, automated labs, secure data platforms. This means what? It means more GPU orders, more AI servers, more data
35 center buildouts, more electrical plus cooling demand. And then it gives federal funding to accelerate AI in biotech energies, material semiconductors, and more. The executive order forces the DOE to select 20 plus national science challenges including advanced materials, biommanufacturing and biotech, nuclear fision and fusion, semiconductors and micro electronics, quantum and advanced manufacturing. And this creates targeted government funded AI first sectors. Number four, it creates a massive opportunity for government and private sector partnerships, which specifically can create a lot of opportunities in terms of small caps. The order mandates deep collaboration between national labs, universities, private companies, and AI startups. This allows smaller high- growth companies to plug directly into federal compute data centers or grants. Now, overall, this executive order is a massive demand signal for GPUs, chips,
21 and data centers. anything touching compute, power, semiconductors or data center hardware benefits from this long cycle government tailwind. Now, the government is very, very worried about the AI buildout not continuing to go as planned. GDP reports depend on it. There's still a lot of jobs that are supporting AI. In the long term, there won't be, but there are still a lot of jobs that are supporting the buildout of AI. There's a chance of a massive debt contagion if the AI buildout stops because there's so many companies that took out massive loans to fund this expansion. And of course, bigger picture, if there's not enough money to build out AI, while other countries, specifically China, are going to do it first and they're going to be destroying everybody else in the space. Right now, the United States has a massive lead. But if we head into a massive economic collapse that delays the buildout for years, obviously that's going to be plenty of time for them to catch up. On top of that, I think it's also probably
07 fair to say that President Trump surrounds himself with a lot of the Silicon Valley AI mega giants, which probably fill his mind with ideas that he has to continue to support this massive buildout. and they probably appeal to his view on competition with China and how the US needs to continue to invest in competing with them because again, China uses tons and tons of public sector money to build out its own apparatuses and supply chains. But this executive order and these actions are really just the start of a lot of other steps. What is the AI bailout/backs stop looking like right now? Well, for starters, the Federal Reserve lowering rates, that's already happening. Government agencies partnering and contracting with AI companies and really, really boosting their sales already happening. government purchasing compute directly that's already happening. There's eventual Federal Reserve quantitative easing right now.
52 We're just about to end the quantitative tightening cycle. There's going to be extra easy credit for AI companies. There's going to be extra easy credit for banks lending to AI companies. There's going to be direct credit lines for AI companies that can be eventually forgiven. I think that there's going to be government guaranteeing/backing loans to AI companies. I think there's going to be general stimulus subsidies, other incentives, and back stops for AI companies. That said, and we've been trying to make this as clear as possible. Just because there's a lot of backstopping, and there's a lot of reasons to believe that the overall market is going to continue higher in 2026, doesn't mean that you're not going to have constant corrections, massive dysphoria cycles, and just generally a lot of volatility. But the big plus of this is that if you identify all these back stops and you believe in these back stops, well that means that this volatility when it takes it down to
39 panicky lows, that's going to be a very very fast turnaround time to make a good profit on a dip by to overall accelerate your growth. But with great volatility also comes great responsibility. And that means checking all of your positions, understanding what conviction means, understanding what it is that you're buying. You know, a lot of people don't understand the concept of beta. Beta means that if something can go up five times the market average, well, it could also go down five times plus the market average. People want the accelerated returns without the accelerated levels of risk. And unfortunately, that's just not the way the world works. But the best way, in my opinion, to protect yourself is to always make sure that you have a plan, you understand what you're holding, and you understand where your convictions lie. Great investor JFK once said, "Ask not what your portfolio can do for you. Ask what you can do for your portfolio. Is there a loser stock that needs to be
25 cut? Is there a bag that you're holding that you actually don't have conviction in and you just made an oopsie? Do I need to rotate out of some winners that have gone up too much and I can't justify the valuation anymore? Is this stock a fair price? What's the upside? So on and so forth. Now, of course, if you'd like to see our model portfolios, all of our price forecasts, alerts, and so forth, you can join Zip Traders Discord with the first link down below and get that $100 off for Black Friday. But bigger picture right now, I believe we are in the situation depicted by this AI generated cartoon. They say a rising tide lifts all boats. And we are absolutely blessed with three rising tides. And if we can avoid getting capsized by them, we'll end up much higher. So make sure to hold on to your boat and let's head to our destination. Okay, let's go on to the top five stocks to consider right now. Number five, Nvidita Semiconductor NVTS. So NVTS is a
13 Nvidia backed nextg power chip company that is still tiny, absolutely tiny, compared to the demand curve heading into 2026. And that's exactly what makes it so damn interesting to me. Nvidita makes the GAN and SIC power chips that much of the AI buildout is going to depend on in my view. And these chips are the power efficiency backbone of nextgen AI servers, DOE supercomputers, hyperscaler clusters, and every highdensity rack packed with the most famous H100s, B200s, MI300s, or whatever comes next. Now, under the Genesis mission, the government is pushing for AI enhanced science, autonomous labs, and secure compute platforms. All of that requires more power and more efficiency. Two things that become impossible without the GN and SIC chips. And here's the arbitrage opportunity. You see, demand is going to go vertical in 2026. But NVTs is still a small cap
01 supplier sitting directly in front of a multi-year tsunami of orders. I think when this tsunami of orders comes in, I think you're going to see Nvidita move a lot higher. The government wants efficiency. Hyperscalers want density. Data centers want lower energy costs. And I think that's going to lead Nvidas to benefit quite a lot. Now, in terms of the chart and what it's doing, this is what we sent out to Discord members today. Nvidas has found a key support. NVTS has found a key support at the 7 to8 corridor and has substantial upside to fulfill into 2026. The company sits at the center of a massive rush to build out AI infrastructure using the most efficient and fast ships possible. This Nvidia backed player will continue to be more than relevant in 2026, and thus I see the current pricing as a steal. Now, back on September 28th, we alerted March 20th, 2026 expiry NVTS $7 strike calls.
47 And obviously, NVTS after that blew way through the strike price. But now that we sold off largely from those levels, we're back at a great deal territory. And so, I'm a big believer in shares for NVTS right now. And I'm going to alert a new round of NVTS calls as well. And if you're a Discord member, make sure to check the options ideas tab. If you're not, Black Friday sale link down below. Okay, number four, AMD advanced micro devices. So AMD is the government as well as the private sector's favorite alternative and runner up to the beautiful Nvidia. And that matters a lot more than people think. You have to understand that the Genesis mission that was just signed explicitly prioritizes AI compute diversification. So it means not monopolizing everything into Nvidia. And it also prioritizes strengthening the domestic AI hardware ecosystem. And Nvidia is not the only player in the ecosystem. AMD has been picking up the
33 slack a lot. when Nvidia has overages, when Nvidia has a lot of spillover, when people need fast supply and so on and so forth. Genesis mission makes it very very clear that the DOE, national labs, defense agencies, and governmentbacked consortiums cannot rely on a single supplier. And AMD's MI300 platform is now getting deployed in hyperscaler clusters. It's running inside major US supercomputers. It's competing aggressively on price, which is very important. And it's offering a diversified supply chain the government actually prefers in many cases. And in an environment where the Fed is cutting rates, where the government is openly backstopping AI, and where the DOE is building out a federal compute superstack, while AMD becomes the second engine of the US AI arms race, and I think it would be a bad idea to overlook it right now. This is what we sent out to Discord members today. Quote, AMD is looking for a bottom to bounce off of
19 and find ground for a longer winded bullish reversal. Trump's Genesis mission executive order/AI backs stop will create a lot of demand for AMD and the rising tide will inevitably lead to higher highs in my view. Now again, we've been one of the biggest proponents for AMD all year, but one of the most contrarian calls we made on AMD was back on May 21st this year when we alerted $175 strike calls expiring in September. Those calls didn't actually do very well for the first couple of weeks and a lot of people said, "Yeah, I guess you were wrong. AMD is a massive scam." But no, this is why we give it enough time to play out. If you look at the bigger picture at the time we made that alert, well, well, the stock was traded at the 110ish region and continuing to sell off and people said it would be destroyed, but they were wrong. Absolutely wrong. and the short sellers got obliterated and it ended up running to $267, more than a double in the next five
06 months. So again, a lot of people will say, "Charlie, I don't like this call or Charlie, you made this call out and the stock went down or the overall market crash, so thus thesis must be broken." But that's actually not how things work. We're looking at the underlying business and we're comparing that to where the stock is trading at. And if we see an arbitrage opportunity there, we're preaching buy. And now we are back in a dip cycle, which I believe is screaming buy once more. And so we've alerted a new round of calls which can be seen in the options idea tab of the discord. You should check them out if you're a member. Okay. Number three, MU Micron Technology. So in my view, Micron is about to become one of the single biggest beneficiaries of the AI buildout/ AI backstop era. Why? Well, they specialize in what's called high bandwidth memory aka HBM. Now HBM, if you look at a lot of research out there, is the number one bottleneck. The number
51 one bottleneck in the AI arms race. You can't run AI models without memory and you can't scale compute without HBM. And Micron is one of the only US-based companies producing the memory that powers advanced GPUs and specifically targets this HBM market. Now, the Genesis mission executive order directly mentions energy efficient compute, scaling supercomputers, accelerating domestic semiconductor capabilities, and nothing accelerates AI compute more than HPM3e, which Micron is delivering to Nvidia cloud providers, and soon enough, I think, governmentbacked supercomputing initiatives. Micron is effectively the oil of the AI engine. As AI models get bigger, memory demand grows even faster than GPU demand. And so, I think they're sitting in a very, very sweet spot, and I think they're a great buy right now. Micron sits at the center of a massive
36 super cycle and I think their 2025 to 2027 ramp is shaping up to be one of the strongest in the entire semiconductor sector and I wouldn't be surprised if you see MU being one of the top dogs when you're looking at year-over-year returns in 2026. Now, this is what we sent out to Discord members. Quote, looking at MU to fill in gap and move past previous cycle highs by early 2026. Micron Technology has quietly become one of the most important companies in the entire AI supply chain. Not because of GPUs, but because of the HBM powering every nextg AI accelerator. As Nvidia, AMD, and AI hyperscalers race to expand compute capacity. The limiting factor is increasingly memory, not chips. MU is set to benefit from this in my opinion. Check out # options ideas for the full story on this new call option. And with that, we alerted MU calls. Number two, apply digital APLD. So APLD is one of
24 the purest ways to play the AI data center super cycle and is one of the smaller cap data center plays that I think can have outsized performance. Now the Genesis mission hands the Department of Energy the keys to America's AI infrastructure and the DOE doesn't build everything in house. They simply partner with private companies that can scale fast at a low cost. I think APLD is one of those. If they aren't one of those, if they don't end up being picked by the government, still the overall demand for AI demand centers is going to increase. And so they're still going to benefit from the massive rising tide there. APLD specializes in modular rapid deployment data centers, lowcost energy footprints, GPU ready AI hosting, and high performance computing infrastructure. APLD, in my view, is exactly the kind of company the government and hyperscalers go to when they need capacity fast, and I think they're going to continue to benefit massively. Back on October 22nd,
11 I sent out a Discord message saying this quote, "APLD data center play is finally taking a muchneeded breathing cycle. How far will she drop? In case A, we see a continued slump to $20 and then a rebound back through previous resistance levels and slowly up to previous cycle highs. In case B, we see a even further dump to $12 previous channel highs and a resurgence. In case C, we see a more immediate bounce back coming in the next few trading sessions as a long-term play. We are happy with all potential cases given, but understand the bigger dips can be even better opportunities for better deals. So, so far what we're seeing is really case A, and I believe that's the most likely scenario to play out where you get a lot of gap to fill in from the previous sell-off. But in a minority situation where maybe the Fed pivots again, you could see us get back to case B where the stock goes down even
58 further and then rebounds after the Fed gets back to cutting. It's just a question of time span and patience. I think that long term though, either way, you get a lot of gap to fill in here. And so, that led us to alert new APL calls as well, and we just alerted those yesterday. So again, if you're a Discord member, make sure to check those out. But quite frankly, I believe that APLD has a lot a lot of potential to leverage the overall AI data center demand trend that we're seeing right now that's going to be accelerated by not just rate cuts, but by specifically the federal government's initiatives to boost AI. Okay, number one, Google Alphabet. I know this isn't a contrarian pick right now, but it's one that is definitely worth considering even at today's values, and I'm going to make my case for that. So originally, everybody thought that Google was going to be destroyed by AI. people weren't going to use their search engines anymore and they'd basically lose more and more market share over the years. However,
44 you're starting to see a very very different picture be painted. Google controls one of the most advanced AI compute stacks in the world and markets are really waking up to this. They control TPU accelerators, massive hypers scale data centers, sovereign cloud environment, cyber security infrastructure and of course government partnerships. And if you go back to the Genesis mission, it specifically outlines a lot of the cases that can help Google creation of a federal compute core, national AI model, secure data environments, and public private R&D partnerships. Alphabet is plugged into every one of these pillars. They built the chips, they built the cloud, they built the model, and they have the scale the government needs to move fast. I'd be shocked if Google doesn't have more and more partnerships with the government. It's also true that their massive ad revenue base gives them cash to sustain massive R&D spending, meaning they can outspend anyone except, of course, the US government. And if the AI
30 backs stop accelerates public/private partnerships, Google is at the front of the line in my view. And we actually saw this coming a long time ago. We alerted $200 strike Google calls back in May when it was considered ridiculous that Google could hit $200. And we cited many of the reasons that this would play out that are playing out now. And the stock is at $328. And of course, the stock also made it to our top stock videos for years. Again, I understand Google's not a contrarian pick. However, again, when you talk about price targets and how far something can go, a lot of people said it was already overvalued and because of Chat GPD, you'd see kind of flatlining. It's not the opinion that we had. That's not the opinion that we hold. And we continue to see massive upside. And now actually, and now actually, you have the great Warren Buffett that just disclosed buying it himself at all-time highs as it continues to push higher. And with that and a lot of the new analysis pieces and a lot of the back and forth with Google and Nvidia on this new GPU
18 demand trend, well, I think a lot of people are going to wake up and Google can go much higher. Anyways, folks, that caps off today's video. Let us know your favorite stocks down below.
