00 Getting to this point of being lean does come with side effects. You're going to have mood swings. You're going to miss out on social events. You're not going to be able to have your favorite foods for a while. >> Woke up. It is currently 10:42. We're on 4 and 1/2 hours sleep. But [ __ ] it. Today is going to be a good day. Right. So this morning, here is how we are looking now. Isn't mad. I'm looking at myself now. This morning I'm bloated. But when I don't look like this, obviously I feel like this is good shape. But yeah, I'm 70.2 this morning. So, somehow, even though I got 4 hours sleep, ate carbs at 5:00 a.m. last night. Go watch yesterday's video if you haven't already, my weight still come down 2 kg. So, for sure, and this weekend, I will be under 70 kg. Doubt in my mind, I'm probably under 70 kg now. Here's how we looking. The lighting this morning isn't the greatest either, but
45 actually weigh myself once more. Now, I'm going 3 kg. So, I'll take my first original reading. >> Right. It's a for a change. I'm actually in the car right now, not on the treadmill. But I'm going for a quick subbed now if I recommend them. No, I I keep giving disclaimers cuz I know a lot of young people watch me now. So, never ever do that [ __ ] >> You can turn it off. >> Just out of the bed. Realized I left the camera on this whole time. Sorry, editor. >> Just to add to the caffeine low energy plan today, right? Of course, we have the double espresso right here. As backups, we have not just one but two sugar-free edibles. And of course, need to have my usual three or four coffees and a couple of teas as well. But today, no matter sleep, we're going to have energy. We'll make it work. Right. So,
31 first meal of the day. We are already 2,000 steps up. I'm happy with that. Now, momentum has been created. That's a sign that it's going to be a good day. When you take off the first couple of boxes, when there's a first couple of small wins, even that is making your bet to the best of your ability, the day is going to go in your favor. Simple as however you start the day is how you're going to finish it. Oh yeah, another meeting with a manufacturer now in the next five minutes. So got to eat this quick. Just off a call there. Now this supplement company that I'm going to launch is going to be absolutely incredible. I cannot wait to drop it. But anyways, currently reviewing my YouTube video from yesterday and making sure that everything is all okay before the upload of it. I'm absolutely buzzing now to get this posted up. But I have a call with a mentor of mine and he's just essentially going to be reviewing everything for me and giving me some advice and feedback. Um yeah, I'm looking forward to it. It's getting hectic day. So far, 3:00 p.m. on the
18 treadmill, getting more steps in. As I was saying in thinking in yesterday's video, it's so so so important to try and get the majority of your steps done earlier on the day. This is my version of early, but when you get the bulkit done early on the day, rest of day become super super easy. Second meal going down for a change. It's not mango chunks in Greek yogurt. It's actually frozen berries this time around, which is ideal. I'm enjoying the last couple days of carbs now. They're all getting cut from like Monday onwards. So, that's probably why I'm letting my protein drop so much, and I'm just enjoying bread. To be fair, though, I don't have any crazy cravings. The other night I had a weird craving for a baguette and a spice bag. That's it. Oh, and this morning I I had a craving for a breakfast roll as well. I just put down a nice work block there. Got to go to the gym now. Going to have to squeeze in a session today once again. 40 minutes cardio, light weights. More than happy with that to be honest. Tomorrow's video I'm going to do a bit more of a sit down. Probably give you guys a bit of a walk through on how I've
04 made these changes and how you guys can do the same without having to eat as low calories. Right, I'm on my way to the gym now at the moment. Squeezing in a session as I was saying earlier. In case you're wondering why I'm not recording at the gym, it's purely just because I don't feel comfortable recording in the gym. I actually I hate recording in the gym. Not even that I don't feel comfortable, but it's more so just the fact that thinking or feeling that I'm making someone else in the gym uncomfortably because I'm filming. Do you know what I mean? That's why now when I do film and what you see from me on Instagram, I rent gyms to myself broad to be fair though when I'm out of Ireland. It's a bit different because usually the place I travel to, the gyms are typically there to record in so I don't mind so much that they're like, but it looks a lot different in Ireland. Oh, just finished up there in the gym. Oh my god, so annoying, right? Blood sugars went low. Had to drink Luke's head sport. I always say it, but I'm a type one diabetic, so that's why. So now
50 that's like 100 calories gone. That could have been a [ __ ] bag of popcorn, unfortunately. But [ __ ] happens. Also just posted the first part of the series just there now when I was training. Also, look at this. Right, I'll show you guys YouTube money. Do you want to see that? Do you want to see how much I've made from YouTube in the last 30 days? Buy my course, lads. €49. Imagine that's all from shorts. Like YouTube has technically just bought me zero in the last month from YouTube. What's that bought me? That's like 100 monsters. Bought my first one now with that YouTube money just there. Yep, we made it. Off that lay I go. So it is currently half 9 now. H just literally got out of the shower now. H have another call with a client in 15 minutes and I have a couple of plans to make. So once again, another busy night is ahead. But before, okay, that I do show you my next meal and blah blah blah, which you guys know if you're watching the daily
35 series. is literally just a [ __ ] sandwich with nothing in it. Right, lads? Some real talk now. I've been flat out there last couple hours. It's almost midnight now. Like, I know some people are watching this and they're probably thinking like, "Oh my god, I'd love to get that lean." And this, that, and the third. Just remember that looking like this, being that I'm not saying I look fantastic right now, but getting to this point of being lean does come with side effects. You're going to have mood swings. Your energy is going to be low all day. I know me doesn't seem it, but keep in mind that I'm caffeinated 24/7. You're going to miss out on social events. you're not going to be able to have your favorite foods for a while. There's a chance of your hormones getting messed up. You guys see this [ __ ] now and it might look glorified just seeing like how many steps I'm getting and how low of calories I'm eating, but truth be told, like you guys might see like the low calories and the super high steps and all the cardio and blah blah blah. But it's nothing that
22 should be glorified cuz to be honest with you, right, if I was to stop this diet like 2 weeks ago, I would have been in a great spot. Energy is still high, hormones in a great place, mood fantastic, energy throughout the day, and I still looked absolutely fantastic. I looked great two weeks ago. My point is this is the opposite of what I preach. Like you watch this video now and it looks like that I'm very much like an all or nothing, allin kind of mindset, allin kind of guy. But you guys also need to keep in mind that this is my business, right? It's the unfortunate reality of what I do. The better you look, the better you're going to do in business. Simple as that. Because I mean there's a level to it where of course like it shows that you know that what you're talking about and it shows that as a coach you have that willpower and discipline that you teach your clients to have. So, in a way it is needed cuz you wouldn't really take financial advice off a homeless guy, you know, that kind of terminology. But for those of you watching this now that thinks
08 that this is needed to jam be happy with your body and you need to get this lean, trust me, you don't. Like right now, I probably am at in around 9% body fat. I would say definitely in the single digits right now. But truth be told, 10 to 12% body fat is the sweet point. Even 12 to 15%. That's also another great point to be at body fat wise. So, look, like you'll watch me now and you might get like some of motivation, which is great. That's exactly what I want. But I'm just trying to make it clear that you don't need to get to this point where you're pushing yourself this much. And the way that I approach all my clients, clients that are watching this right now of mine will testify for me that I very much take a sustainable approach. Like some clients actually have a day specifically for drinking beers, a day specifically for getting a Chinese, for an example. All my clients have a resustainable approach. And that's the approach that I also take when I'm not doing an intensive shoot
54 like this or when I don't let my setup go the way I did in the past. So, this is very much temporary. Keep that in mind. And don't go chasing being super super super lean without realizing the side effects of that when you can be perfectly happy, perfectly healthy, like you're literally optimizing for health, being in between 10 to 15% body fat. So, what you see in social media isn't always amazing. There's a lot of downsides to it. But yeah, less of the serious BS now. Um, still looking [ __ ] good though. I'll take the side effects. But no, all jokes aside, there's no point in pushing yourself to this sort of level body fat percentage wise, ever. Unless, of course, you're competing. You make some sort of financial gain from doing so. Anyways, on to Red Bull right now. I can't believe it's 12 a.m. and I'm drinking Red Bull. I used to work in normal time zones. Now, my routine has just gone crazy, but tonight I hope to get at least 6 hours sleep. I'll be happy with
40 that. Right. It's actually crazy how earlier on I was talking about like the side effects of like being this lean right now. And I just realized I've had such a bad day today in terms of like sticking to my calendar. I still have a lot of [ __ ] to get through right now. And I still haven't ate my dinner or my snack. So today I've only had breakfast and lunch. Literally, you guys saw that. I've forgotten to eat and everything. It's currently 2:00 a.m. But I do have a scarf face wallpaper, by the way. I have serious issues. The brain fog is actually insane now. It is getting bad. I can for sure feel the side effects now. My first ever photo shoot was the worst because I used to literally get the most broken sleep ever. I know. Yes, last night I did get like 4 hours of sleep, but I would actually go to sleep. I'd wake up after an hour in shakes and everything. That was bad. But I feel like that's always going to be the first time where you push yourself to get really lean. That's what I'm saying. If there's no need to do it, then don't get
27 that lean. No point. Having bit abs is fine. In fact, your abs popping is fine, but getting to the point where all bends are popping throughout your body is not fine. Not worth it. Next week. Now, when I cut all cars, that's going to be a depletion. I'll do a separate video on that. I don't explain it. And also today, this is another thing I forgot to say. This is the [ __ ] brain fog. But I'm actually 4,000 steps down as well. So that's why I'm literally walking and laps right now. I hate 10,000 steps. And my head was just in the laptop since I came back from the gym and completely forgot. So not sleeping until I hit 4,000 steps and get my tasks done so much for uh the good night's sleep that I was talking about. But I'm being authentic with you guys. The reason why I really don't mind sacrificing sleep right now, me having bad sleep right now, yes, make me more bloated and might mess me up on the day of the photo shoot. To be honest with you now, the love I almost have for YouTube again is
13 crazy. Before I used to be proper passionate, always making videos fell off for two years. Now that I'm back, it's like the spark is back as well. That's what's fueling me cuz before I'd never be able to get up after 4 hours of sleep and do a whole day like I'm on air. But today I did just that. And by the way, uploaded obviously the first video today as I told you guys earlier and the support already is mental. Really really appreciate all the messages um the comments, everything like that means a load. So that should power me on to do more and more and more and more and more. And I don't see myself slowing down anytime soon. To be honest, this summer is just going to be pure work, filming, YouTube, so on and so forth because this is where I originally started. I started with YouTube originally went on to Instagram and Tik Tok, left Tik Tok, stayed on with Instagram, left YouTube, just did Instagram. Now we're back to Instagram, YouTube, and it's like the drive is back. Actually invented this new thing while dieting. I'm calling it a salad burger. Okay. So what I do is I put down
00 a lot of salad on a plate. On top of this, I put rice. Then more salad. Then on top that mints and then more salad. I'm kind of doing the same now as well with like bread and everything else. Yeah, I don't know what's wrong with me. Actually feels like I'm off my diet right now because look how much food I get to get. Like you guys are actually going to be shocked when you see this amount of food cuz you've seen the likes of my food the last couple of days. Check this out. Look at that fruit salad. Rabbit food basically minced rice. Two slices of toast. And there should be a bag of popcorn here as well, but I had to go over my calories order cuz my low blood sugar. That is amazing. And guys, on that note, I'm going to finish up the video now. 2:00 a.m. Going to eat this, get my steps in the kitchen, and tomorrow there will be another video out. There's going to be a video every single day, 12 days straight. We're only getting started. Subscribe, like, comment, all of that.
46 She guys.
