There's several. I have videos on them, but we're going to use that as a tool. Very good tool. And we're also going to use whatever your free like whatever your AI platform of choice is. We're going to use that too. Now, what's a vision board? So, a vision board is basically just a visual representation of what is on your heart, what you want, your thoughts, your desires, you know, what are your goals, so to speak, your endgame sort of goals. And that can change from, you know, week to week, season to season, things of that nature, year to year, depending on
0:47 who you are and like what's going on in your life. But, you know, no matter what your vision for your life is, it's always good to keep it up in your face, especially if you're working towards something uh quite tangible, like you're saving up for a red SUV. And so, if you're doing a vision board, you might have a picture of the of a SUV that's red on it. So, tangible things. But it can also be things on the vision board that are not tangible. Like for example, setting up healthy boundaries with your in-laws or remembering not to be so hard on yourself or whatever the case may be. You know, whatever your goals for the future are. And at the time of this filming, it's almost 2026, it's December. I actually led a group of people um as part of the coaching group that I'm a part of. I led them through,

We were doing this whole planning thing for 2026 and getting our businesses together. but we focused and we started off with the actual vision board in terms of what we wanted, what was on our hearts, that sort of thing. So, you're going to need your AI platform of choice. So, I'm here in Chat GBT. Oh, I use lots like I'm in Galaxy AI, I'm in Gemini, I'm everywhere, but I'm in ChatGpt most of all. And me and ChatGBT have been rocking it out for the last two years or so. So, ChatGpt knows my patterns, what I've asked for, that sort of thing. So, it has a good baseline of what my thoughts and my hopes and my dreams would be. Now, if you don't have that and that's not you, all good. Don't worry. What I would suggest is that you
2:18 go into perhaps a Google doc or something of that nature and then you go into, let's see here, go into tools, voice typing. I have some of my students do this too, the ones that actually um have, you know, writing issues, but it's also faster. I'll do this too myself as well. But what you'll do is you'll click on this actual uh microphone right here, click to speak, and then you just go ahead and like voice type it out or hand type it out. It's whatever is going to save you the most time. Whatever you want to do, but whatever your hopes and dreams are, type them up. Now, for everybody else who's like me and you actually do use chat GPT, use this prompt. Based on what you know about me, infer what my five biggest hopes and dreams for my future are and
3:05 how I want my life to be. Give me the information in a nice neat table. Then go ahead and let that generate. Now over here in notebook LM, we're going to open up or create a new notebook here in just a second. But first, we're going to need this table. So over here is like a core hope and dream. what that looks like in real life, why it see here, I'm gonna scroll over, why it matters to you, all that stuff, right? So, take a moment, look at the table. Is it accurate? Is it not? My guess is that it's going to be uncannily accurate, especially if you if you've been using your AI platform for a good long while, everyone who actually generated within my group that I was leading this through, it was all accurate. Like, there was nothing that was off base. But
3:51 if you want to go ahead and tweak something, you could do that. So once you have this set, go ahead and grab the table. Just copy the table up here in the right. And you're going to go to notebook LM like right over here. Click create new in the upper right hand corner. And then what you're going to do here is go to like the bottom right where it says copy text. Click on that and then paste your text like your table in there. And then click the blue insert button. It's going to go ahead and do its own thing. And if you like, go ahead and up in the upper right hand, I'm excuse me, upper leftand corner, just rename it vision board 2026. Like I said, our goals, what we want, what we have, our vision for ourselves in our lives, that can change based off of, you know, life circumstances from year to
4:37 year, that sort of thing. But do this right now to mark the time of what you want your 2026 to look like. Now, at this point, we can go ahead and start doing some stuff with the actual uh with the text itself. So, over here to the right where it says infographic, just go ahead and click on the little pencil. And then over here, you can go ahead and describe the infographic that you want to create. Now, I'm going to put this as landscape just for posterity. And I'm going to say something like in in bright watercolor with dark ink art style. Um I don't even need to put the N. I'm literally thinking prompts for something else. Okay. Um, I'm also going to put,
5:24 let's see, include a black woman with two afro puffs and big dangly earrings. Summarize the information. Use third grade vocabulary. Now, the reason why I'm asking for third grade vocabulary specifically is because All right, so Notebook LM is pretty good with spelling things correctly with an infographic of some sort or in our case, a vision board. But if you really want to make certain that there's the least amount of likelihood that you're going to have misspellings, ask for third grade vocabulary or fourth grade vocabulary. Usually third's about the best because it's going to keep
6:10 everything so simple that it tends not to misspell anything. However, if you want to go for the gusto and make something really detailed, you can try that, too. Either way, it is AI. It's not infallible. So, you do want to go ahead and double check everything. So, once you have your prompt, maybe your color, what you want to be added. Matter of fact, I'm going to say, and lots of flowers. And then you hit the generate button. Blue button right there. And then over here to the right, you can see it actually working and doing its thing. Now, I've already actually generated a bunch of these previously, so I'm going to show you how this turns out. And I hope I grabbed the right ones. Let me see. Is this right? Yeah. Okay. So, let me click on that one. Oh, that's the mind map. I'm up here tripping. Okay.

So this one uh that I started generating I think I generated that with landscape if I'm not mistaken. But this one I did in portrait style. So if you like see look at this is so cute. I asked for all right so in upper right hand corner I put show let's do show prompt blocky Minecraft art style with bright colors and a black woman with a big afro. I don't know why to start capitalizing stuff. I'm sorry. Whatever. Third grade vocabulary. And so then we have this whole layout of stuff. It's super cute. It's on point and it's not bad at all. So this like the

Put it on your lock screen. So, it's like up in your face reminding you of what you want to actually have for your life, what you want to do with your life, like what's on your heart, your dreams, what you want to do right here in your face all the time. Remember your why. That's like a thing that, you know, I've been teaching for 25 years at this point. They're always like, "Remember your why." And I'm like, "Put that on your freaking phone is what I'm saying." So, that's an option there. I'm going to show you something else. No, that's another portrait one, but it it is pretty cute. But look, this something like this you can put on your phone and always remember, hey, what did you want to do? What was on your heart? What's your goal? I'm going to show you another one real quick. So, in this particular case, the prompt was cartoon doodle style, bright and playful colors, third grade vocabulary. So, you know, this I could go ahead and download over here and put it on my laptop, put it on my desktop. So, when I go in there, I'm always reminded of, you know, what I want, what I'm reaching for, what my goals are. And sometimes we just need that. We just want to have something in our faces to be able to say, "Oh, yeah. That's why I'm doing this. That's why I'm sacrificing. That's why I have a late night every now and then. You know, that's why I'm learning and like trying to grow and make these moves or working out or having conversations with my partner or whatever. You know, it's good to do, you know, makes us more balanced as human beings. And there's nothing
10:02 wrong with working towards and achieving your goal and reminding yourself of what that goal is. So, you're taking your vision boards, you're putting them on your phone, you're putting them on your laptop, your desktop, that sort of thing. I'm going to show you. Yep. Here it's done. I'm going to show you this one right here that I prompted and I think it is in landscape style the way it's looking. Here we go. My dream. I think this is the watercolor one. Bright watercolor with dark ink art style. Include a black woman with two afro puffs and big dangly earrings. See the earrings? Afro puffs and lots of flowers. Summarize the information. Use third grade vocabulary. So, we have lots of different options here. Lots of different ways this could actually this could actually go for you.
