0:55 My fellow Americans, [Music] Let's talk about the situation at the border. We've seen a huge surge in migrants crossing the border since January. the number of children in custody higher than it was than its 2019 peak during the Trump administration. Your colleague Veronica Kacoar of Texas called the conditions there unacceptable. She was there on Friday. Is she right? What more must be done? The actually the facts are these. There
1:42 are more children about 600 700 more children unaccompanied children coming o over the border. uh the uh this is a humanitarian challenge to all of us. Uh what the administration has inherited is a broken system at the border and they are working to correct that in the children's interest. I'm so pleased that the president as a temporary measure has sent FEMA to the border in order to help facilitate the children going from one 72-hour issue into where they are cared for as they are transferred into family homes or homes that are safe for them to be. And I have to confess, I knew nothing about their suffering until 2021 when I
2:29 volunteered to help the Biden administration with the crisis at the southern border. As part of Operation Artemis, I was deployed to the Pomona Fairplex Emergency Intake Site in California to help HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement reunite children with sponsors in the United States. I thought I was going to help place children in loving homes. Instead, I discovered that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that begins with recruiting in home country, smuggling to the US border, and ends when ORR delivers a child to a sponsor. Some sponsors are criminals and traffickers and members of transnational criminal organizations. Some sponsors view
3:16 children as commodities and assets to be used for earning income. This is why we are witnessing an explosion of labor trafficking. Now, whether it's intentional or not, it could be argued that the United States government has become the middleman in a largecale multi-billion dollar child trafficking operation that is run by bad actors seeking to profit off of the lives of children. 4:14 Russia said once they take Ukraine, Poland land and the Baltics are next. Those are NATO countries. That puts America at war. This is about preventing war. It's always been about preventing war. My husband is a combat veteran. He's deployed now. The last thing I want him or any of his military brothers and sisters to do is to go to war. I think it is time to give the Ukrainians more help uh hitting these bases inside Russia. One of the reasons that the administration has hesitated is because they believe it will escalate things even further with Russia. Pull the US further in. Why not? Why? So why do you think that's a good idea? Because it's Russia that has escalated this war. Russia has learned how to pull its forces back out of the range where we
4:59 have allowed uh Ukraine to use our weapons and get our support. American media outlets have spoken to scores of people from Ukraine and they have done scores of interviews with Ukrainian President Silinski. We ourselves have put in a request for an interview with Silinsky and we hope he accepts. But the interviews he's already done in the United States are not traditional interviews. They are fawning PEP sessions specifically designed to amplify Zilinski's demand that the US enter more deeply into a war in Eastern Europe and pay for it. That is not journalism. It is government propaganda. Propaganda of the ugliest kind. The kind that kills people. At the same time, our politicians and media outlets have been doing this, promoting a foreign leader like he's a new consumer brand. Not a
5:45 single Western journalist has bothered to interview the president of the other country involved in this conflict, Vladimir Putin. Most Americans have no idea why Putin invaded Ukraine or what his goals are now. They've never heard his voice. That's wrong. Americans have a right to know all they can about a war they're implicated in. And we have the right to tell them about it because we are Americans, too. The idea that we're going to send in offensive equipment and have planes and tanks and trains going in with American pilots and American crews. Just understand and don't kid yourself. No matter what you all say, that's called World War II. US official has confirmed to CBS News President Biden has given authorization for Kev to
6:31 use US supplied longrange weapons to strike deep into Russian territory. [Music] I'm sitting here with my father. I will
7:16 make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father. Sounds like a shakedown, doesn't it, director? I'm not going to get into company with that. You you you seem deeply uncurious about it, don't you? Almost suspiciously uncurious. Are you protecting the Bidens? Absolutely not. The FBI doesn't answer. You won't answer the question about whether or not that's a shakeddown and everybody knows why you won't answer it because to to the millions of people who will see this, they know it is. And your inability to acknowledge that is deeply revealing about you.
8:03 [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] What are you doing?
8:49 British police flying into the embassy and arrest. After a long flight from the UK, Julian Assange's day began on the island of Saipan, a tiny territory chosen because it's the closest US court to Australia. This normally quiet courthouse swarming with reporters as the Wikileaks founder arrived flanked by former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd. [Music]
9:53 The individual used an AR-15 in order to act out his assassination attempt. An AR-15 has a range of about 4 to 600 yards. My question, why is the Secret Service protective perimeter shorter than one of the most popular semi-automatic weapons in the United States? There are a number of weapons out there uh with a number of ranges. Uh again, an advance was completed uh the determination of the perimeter. I'm not going to speak to specifics, but there are a number of factors that are taken into account when we determine our perimeter. Some of it has to do with terrain, some of it has to do with buildings, some of it has to do with assets and resources uh that are available. What I'm hearing is that a
10:38 perimeter was not established outdoors in an outdoor venue that would prevent an AR-15, which is one of the most common weapons used in mass shootings, um, from being able to to be within the range of Secret Service protection. Have you provided all audio and video recordings in your possession to this committee as we asked on July 15th? Yes or no? I would have to get back to you. That is a no. You're full of [ __ ] today. You're just being completely dishonest. [Music]
11:27 So what is the threat to democracy? people on both sides, people in power saying out loud that they want to control what you get to hear and see. It is real. It is a threat and it is happening and growing. And I'll tell you what, punishing thought is on the agenda. And I just heard it from someone who's not a coupe, not Alex Jones, not Tucker Carlson, one of the most sober and intelligent politicians of our time, Hillary Rodm Clinton. I think it's important to indict uh the
12:12 Russians uh just as Mueller indicted a lot of Russians uh who were engaged in uh uh direct election interference and boosting Trump back in 2016. But I also think there are Americans who are uh engaged in uh this kind of propaganda uh and whether they should be civily or even in some cases criminally charged uh is something that would be a better deterrent. ETA CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted that the Biden administration repeatedly pressured Meta to censor content, including information about Hunter Biden. And Zuck admitted that he also regrets complying with these demands. In a letter to the House Judiciary Committee chairman,
12:58 Representative Jim Jordan, Zuck writes, quote, "The FBI warned us about a potential Russian disinformation operation about the Biden family and Burisma in the leadup to the 2020 election that fall when we saw a New York Post story reporting on Joe Biden's family. We sent that story to fact checkers for review and temporarily demoted it." You know, you do some tweets that seem to be or at least give support to some who would call others conspiracy theories. Well, yes, but I mean honestly, you know, some of these conspiracy theories uh have turned out to be true. Which ones? Well, like the the Hunter Biden laptop. That's true. Yeah. Yeah. I am in awe of
13:45 Ms. Janowitz. When the department picked her, did did it know that she had said that Mr. Hunter Biden's laptop is Russian disinformation? Did it know that she had vouched for the veracity of the steel dossier? Uh, Senator, let me um repeat myself and add an additional fact. Um, one, we do not discuss internal hiring processes. I think you've got no idea what disinformation is and I don't think the government's capable of it. Do you know who the greatest propagator of disinformation in the history of the world is? The US government. Think of all the debates and disputes we've had over the last 50 years in our country.
14:31 We work them out by debating them. We don't work them out by the government being the arbiter. I don't want you to guard rails. I want you to have nothing to do with speech. [Music] to be a conspiracy theorist is to have been right all along despite the efforts of the paid for liars. And it's also to be demonstrabably well ahead of the gullible still believing in smoke and mirrors. conspiracy theorist was first used by the CIA to shut down those who doubted the official line about the murder of John F. Kennedy. That fishy old tale about a lone shooter and a
15:17 magic bullet and then that lone shooter being shot by another lone shooter before he could talk. That was in the 1960s. And from then, the label conspiracy theorist worked for decades as the means to make thinking people too scared to speak when they smelt a rat. Let 2024 be the year of clearing out the rubbish, the trash, the long overdue year when the pastor or sell by date labels, conspiracy theorists among them, are cast into the dust bin of history. [Music]
17:25 Live from the Rocky Mountains, the beautiful Rocky Mountains. 100° today. This is Redacted. I'm Clayton Morris. I'm Natalie Morris. The heat's turned up. It is ridiculous. The dog was like freaking out. He's like, "Oh my god, no. I just want to go back in the AC. It's too hot." Hope you guys are surviving out there. Um, welcome to the show. On this show, we cover the stories the mainstream media largely ignores. And right now, if you're trying to follow what's happening in the war between Israel and Iran, good luck trying to find that information because Israel has basically shut down a lot of media uh publications. um not being able to share videos of interceptors failing over neighborhoods um attacks from Iran inside of Israel. So there is basically a media blackout. They call it a censorship, the military censorship. So
18:12 if you want to publish something, you have to filter it through the government, through the military in Israel. whether you are a domestic or a foreign correspondent from another nation. That means you could be an American journalist in Israel and you will you will uh comply with their censorship. So, we're going to be talking about the very latest on that and the latest from the Trump administration on whether or not the Trump administration is going to attack Iran. We just got word from Carolyn Levit, uh the White House press spokeswoman on that front. What is with the Iron Dome? I spoke to uh some Israeli friends today in downtown Tel Aviv who said, you know, there's imagine waking up every day and you're having to spend $40 million on interceptor rockets as part of your Iron Dome. It's not sustainable. Dr. Gilbert Doctor on our show yesterday says that Iron Dome has
18:59 about one week left of of missiles of interceptor rockets and um so we will see. We're going to we're going to talk more deeply about that today. Plus, if American troops are pulled into this war, will we ever get a declaration of war? where Congress decided that's not really necessary. Uh and Dan Mcnite has been arguing for this, that no one should be sent anywhere full stop without a full congressional declaration. The Constitution requires it. Why have we not done it in decades? We're going to talk about that. Uh plus the Fed keeping rates the same. Are they prepping for war? Well, as Peter St. An said on our show recently, the Fed is the venture capitalist of every new war that we go into. So, we're going to talk about that. Plus, I want you to stick around for this last segment about the new HIV drug. You're supposed to take it
19:46 twice a year if you are at risk of HIV. I'm going to say all the things about HIV we are not supposed to say because it is compassionate to tell the truth and it is real. So stick around for that. It's going to be uncomfortable. It was disgusting writing this segment. So you have to be subject to it. You're going to stick around to be grossed out. Yeah. You're going to stay here and hear what the media will not tell you about how big pharma benefits from this new drug. Hello, I'm Bullseye from England. Good to see you guys. Let us know where you're joining us from in the chat room today. I should mention that the at the end of today's show, we will be doing our Rumble Premium special, which means the whole show is free, but at the end of the show, after all of the news, we're going to just hang out with our Rumble Premium subscribers. This is something we do specifically on Rumble
20:31 because it's a free speech platform and we love to give back and really encourage people to sign up for Rumble Premium because they do such a fantastic job of supporting free speech. Um, and uh, you know, it's so valuable these days to have a platform that supports free speech. So, thanks to Rumble Premium for that and our friends at Rumble. Um, okay. People in the chat are saying, "Hell no." Yes, you're staying. I've kept it clean enough for you to know the truth. Please don't go. You must stay here and learn about the FDA. All right. What a tease. Stick stick around for some disgustingness at the end of today's show. All right. Well, let's talk about some disgustingness, which is the the war right now between Iran and Israel and the US by proxy, of course, and now maybe China by proxy as well. The White House says that
21:18 President Trump is trying to decide right now about a war with Iran, but he just needs a few weeks to decide. much regarding the ongoing situation in Iran. I know there has been a lot of speculation amongst all of you in the media regarding the president's decision-making and whether or not the United States will be directly involved. In light of that news, I have a message directly from the president. And I quote, "Based on the fact that there's a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran in the near future, I will make my decision whether or not to go within the next two weeks." That's a quote directly from the president for all of you today. So, we'll kick it off for questions here in our new media seat. We have Eli Lake from Okay, so that's a TBD, right?
22:06 That's a to be determined. We're just really not sure whether or not we're going to go to war. The president needs some time to cool his jets, figure out, maybe meditate, maybe pray. Are you exhausted reading the tea leaves and then anything we're promised doesn't happen? We don't know what's happening. Well, Seymour Hirs uh reports just the opposite. He says today in his reporting that a war and an attack on Iran is happening within the next 48 hours over the weekend. His report is chilling and absolutely credible given his track record. He's a Puliter prizewinning journalist known for exposing the Mai massacre, CIA abuses, the secret US operations, the US blowing up the Nordstream pipeline. We trust him pretty
22:51 much. Here's what he says. That what I've been told is that a war is coming. He says, "This is a report on what is most likely to happen in Iran as early as this weekend." According to Israeli insiders and American officials I've relied upon for decades, it will entail heavy American bombing. I have vetted this report with a longtime US official in Washington who told me that all will be under control if Iran Supreme Leader Ali Kamani departs. just how that might happen short of his assassination is not known. There's a great deal of talk about American firepower and targets inside Iran, but little practical thinking, as far as I can tell, about how to remove a revered religious leader with an enormous following. What the f does that mean, you guys? We really don't know. He's
23:37 saying that an attack is eminent. They are full-on planning for regime change, but they're calling it depart. What does that mean? Depart the planet. depart the soul, departs the body. Clayton, any you know, departs like, you know, Yeah. I mean, gets on a, you know, gets on a uh gets on a like a a shuttle and like heads heads out somewhere. I mean, I I don't exactly know. Iran, though, is ignoring Donald Trump's demand for unconditional surrender. The country's supreme leader shot down Trump's message on saying that there's no way the Islamic Republic will surrender. And the Iranian leader says the US will face irreparable consequences if it's the military enters the frey. The Ayatollah
24:24 also said 6 days into this war that the battle begins now. The battle is just beginning. Is this just talk? Is it just bluster? Or are we in for hell on earth as the night unfolds? So what we've seen so far hasn't really been a battle at all, just like an opening salvo. I spoke to some Israeli friends today in Tel Aviv, former IDF who said it's about to get very dangerous. Um, every night they're sleeping in a bunker. Uh, children going to sleep. They said, you know, my children don't even know that there's a war because around 8:30 every night, that's when the war starts and that's when we put them to bed inside the bunker. Can you imagine? I mean, this is this is where things are right now. Um, you have civilians, of course,
25:10 who are going to be caught collaterally in all of this. That's what's happening. Um, and this was done to them by Netanyahu, by the Netanyahu government that they do not support, that attacked Iran and then declared a state of emergency in their own borders and lock down the airspace so that nobody can leave using their own people as fodder. So, what we've seen so far hasn't really been a battle at all, I guess. Um, what is that? What does he actually mean by that? That the battle is just beginning. Does he mean that China is coming? That Russia is coming? A few hours ago, China did send their ships, two electronic surveillance ships, the A55, the A15A, to the Persian Gulf. China has very deep ties to Iran and is very worried, of course, that their proxy would be eliminated. They have massive deals, the
25:56 Belt and Road Initiative, massive oil deals. Is China going to sit idly by while one of their main partners is eliminated? Overnight, Iran launched multiple multiple missile strikes into the heart of Tel Aviv, striking striking military targets. They also hit Tel Aviv's largest hospital, which sits right right next to military facilities. Of course, that's the dirty truth in all of this, right? That most of Israel's most important intelligence and military targets sit next to civilian infrastructure. Their version of the Pentagon that was hit last week sits next to civilian high-rise buildings. Civilians, of course, are good human shields. Israel doesn't want you to know the extent of its damage or any of the damage that it's inflicting. The government has issued an unprecedented order restricting Israeli media from
26:42 publishing details about the war like the videos that you're seeing right here on your screen being banned by the IDF not allowing you to see a lot of this unfolding in and around Tel Aviv specifically. Um the the Tel Aviv the Israeli stock exchange was hit. Interceptor missiles uh fall. Here's the Israeli stock exchange that was hit. um interceptor missiles that are falling into civilian areas. So these are Israel's own Iron Dome interceptor missiles which are going right through the roofs of civilians in their own neighborhoods. They don't want you to see that. They don't want you to see civilian deaths. The IDF military sensor applies to Israeli media and any foreign media operating inside of Israel. So,
27:28 like if you're a Fox News reporter, if you're an MSNBC reporter, anything like you're being told basically what you're allowed to show and not allowed to show at this point. The censorship rule extends beyond Gaza, banning Israeli press from publishing stories that could damage national morale or aid the enemy. In other words, don't show what's really going on here, the fog of war. But this just popped up in Tel Aviv calling on President Trump uh to finish the job. This was a big banner rolled out uh right across Tel Aviv today which shows finish the job. All right, so we want to bring in uh Colonel Davis now to talk about all of this. He's been watching this very very closely and to have a deeper discussion about all of this. Colonel, welcome to the show. Good to see you. Um thanks for Sorry for the
28:16 delay. Oh, no worries. Uh we're we're just watching what's unfolding because it's like minute to minute right now. um the Israeli media clamping down on this really a censorship regime put in place so you can't see what's happening there. Uh yesterday we had Dr. Gilbert Doctoro on the show who says that the Iron Dome has about a week left. I spoke to some Israelis today inside of Tel Aviv who say that may or may not be true, but imagine waking up every day having to spend $40 million on using interceptors. He's like, "There's these Israelis told me that there's a lie being told about the Iron Dome. That when we see these missiles coming in, these hypersonics or these other missiles coming in from Iran, that we're launching like one interceptor from the Iron Dome and we're having a 90% success rate. That's a lie.
29:04 We're sending up dozens of interceptors from the Iron Dome and almost all of them are failing. We may get one or two successfully that hit. So, we're we're expending millions upon millions of dollars from the Iron Dome on a regular basis. Um, then you saw Seymour Hersh's reporting that says that the Iranian strike is coming from the the president. What is your assessment, Colonel? Yeah, listen, in terms of of the Iron Dome, it's it's a a multi-layered system. It's it's the Iron Dome. It's the David Sling. It's the Aerrol 3. It's the US THAD system, US Patriot systems. And according to Netanyahu earlier today, also our Aegis ships in the in the sea off the coast. All of which are trying to help prov provide air defense
29:51 for Israel. But uh as we had Ted Posal, a former MIT professor on the show yesterday who graphically depicted that there are whole scores of uh flows of Iranian missiles that come in that don't even have an attempt at an interception. And then some of the video where there were some attempts, you see most of them missed. It's looking like somewhere around 10% effectiveness, which is actually surprising in some regards. It's that high because a lot of the interceptor missiles, uh, especially those the the the hypersonic missiles, there's nothing that either we or Israel has that can intercept those. That's why they're having such effect on the ground. So we need to understand that very clearly that this mirage that Israel had this protective air defense
30:36 dome over which was always a myth now is being exposed as a myth and who knows that maybe that's the reason why Trump postponed for his alleged answer for whether or not he's going to join the war for a couple of weeks because maybe they want to get more interceptors in for Israel because I mean at least 10%'s better than no percent. So maybe they need to restock that. I don't have any independent knowledge about whether they're running out of interceptor missiles a lot. I read the Wall Street Journal article uh that said that they were running low. It stands to reason because when you use that many missiles over this concentrated period of time, you're going to run short on them and we don't have the capacity to continue to manufacture these things at at pace. We we can't do it for ourselves, for Ukraine or Israel. So hopefully President Trump is looking at some spreadsheets and going it wouldn't be a
31:23 good idea to get into a war that we don't have the capacity to continue to wage to protect our people and still have any kind of a success. So I really hope that's what is going on now. It gives us a sense that Israel and the American administration, no matter who's in power in the uni party, has lied to us about an Iron Dome, giving us this false sense of security that it can be done when clearly it can't. Uh, and Israelis should feel lied to about this, watching bombs rain down in a city they said they were told this couldn't happen to. But is there maybe some tactical it it's awful to say this but you know people have been dying there for years now that let Israel run out and then
32:11 they have to negotiate when it their government shows no appetite for negotiation. In fact they launched this to thwart negotiations. Is there some I mean who has to die in the meantime? But is that a tactic? Well listen I I mean it's not like they need to run out. I mean, I think that they need to be cognizant. They don't have a protection now. Whether they have another 500 missiles or not, they're still going to get a very small percentage of the incoming missiles. Of course, we also don't know how many more uh Iran has. Uh there's some allegations they have several thousand more that they could use. Some some people claim they're getting close to the end. No one really knows. We'll just have to wait and see what continues to happen. I'm I'm pretty confident that Iran would uh if even if they were getting low, they would have reserved a certain amount for the expectation that they have to fight
32:57 the United States someday. And they don't want to do that empty-handed. So, I'm sure that they have some decent amount left. But that needs to be happening. What you described, you know, finding a way out of this diplomatically needs to be happening right now. But unfortunately, it from all I've seen today and I have saw a number of comments from Netanyahu that he's just trying like doubling down and trying to suck the United States in to fight this for him because I think they realize militarily they're not going to be able to win this on the ground or achieve any kind of success uh that they may want. They're not going to be able to take out the the the fordo system. And by the way, just to be clear, in case anybody's confused on this, the claim that our GBU57 bunker buster, that 30,000 lb bomb would take out Fordo, uh, I think is
33:43 very unlikely to be accurate because what nobody that I've seen is talking about this in the Western side is that the Iranians apparently, according to apparently some Chinese sources, have developed their system so that instead of like just a bunch of ground or just concrete that the missile could try to penetrate through, it's actually broken up granite and some angles and so when the missile comes in it will knock it off course and deflect it and then it can be broken up by the other pieces. Probably 50 feet is about all you're going to get and you got to go more than 300 to get there if you know where under the ground at 4 the actual systems are and we don't know that. So everybody needs to understand the chances of us actually taking this out even if we enter the fight is pretty low. And why
34:28 would you want to risk something that has a low probability of success and a high probability of getting Americans killed in the blowback that would definitely come uh is is anybody's guess. And I I again hope that's the reason why Trump delayed because sources I had in the White House told me that the chance that there would have been a bomb drop by this weekend was pretty high. And now all of a sudden it looks like it won't be. But then again, who can really tell with Trump, right? He can change his mind anytime. Maybe a two-pronged question here. What does China do? Sources I've been speaking to today say this is the big wild card here. China will not lose their proxy in Iran. They have massive deals, Belt and Road initiative deals with with Iran, massive amounts of oil deals that fuel China. uh they are not
35:16 going to uh allow Iran to fall. So what will China do? And and I guess the other piece of this is when you hear Comey say that the battle has just begun and Israel is sort of like you know battening down the hatches for tonight. Tonight tonight in the next 48 hours could be pivotal. What do you think that he means by the battle has just begun? Well I I think that that I guess well let me take your questions in order first of all about the Chinese. I mean we a lot of reports have been suggesting over the last 2 or 3 days a lot of uh Chinese transport 747 style aircraft have come in delivering something. We don't know what. Uh I I actually think the bigger issue is what Vladimir Putin said. I think it was earlier today, maybe it was yesterday. I saw the video this morning where he said, "Listen,
36:02 we're going to be my my people are going to be at the Basher uh nuclear facility. we might go as many as 600 people in there and we are not leaving. Making it clear that if you want to go to war with Russia, you hit that facility, but otherwise he said we're not going to leave. So that raises the stake in the possibility of escalation or or else Israel will simply fail in its objective to destroy the nuclear capacity if they can't hit Brashier. And I don't know what other sources he may be under, but the I'm sorry, what was the second part of your statement there? Just about the battle. Yeah. Right. So listen, Iran fought an eight-year war with uh Iraq. They suffered over a million casualties. Some have it even higher than that, but apparently the low end is a million over
36:48 eight years. They know what it means to suffer, and they were willing to put forth whatever effort is needed to continue to survive as a nation. And of course, the hope is that a lot of these folks have had Lindsey Graham being apparently the chief among them, is that they want a regime change. They figure that they'll try Libya style to weaken the the government apparatus enough so that they can't control the population, then the population will rise up and overthrow him. I suppose there's some possibility of that. Uh I think it's pretty low though because Iran is aware of that. They are certainly aware of the Libyan model and I think that they have built-in fire brakes for that. But if that doesn't happen, I I mean you can't win a war by just lobbing a bunch of bombs in a country as big as Iran. I mean, for crying out loud, it's whatever it is like 20 times bigger than Israel or so and much bigger than Iraq. So,
37:35 you're not going to defeat that nation by lobbing a few missiles. So, I really don't know what the Israeli objective, their military objectives are because it seems pretty unlikely to me they're going to succeed in any of them. Now, tell me, talk a little bit about the way that this is presented to the American people. As if it will be easy, as if, you know, precision strikes is all it takes. is that we can minimize civilian deaths as if Iraq is the or Iran is this backwater that you know there's nothing there anyway so who cares what we do to it. This is all a part of the the narrative we saw selling us the war in Iraq. Uh yeah there are too many illusions between the 2003 Iraq war and this one for my comfort. Uh the least of which is that it's not going to be that
38:20 hard and you know when trying to sell us on all this information that you know intelligence says that they were just about to have a bomb. Uh you know and and we just have to take their word for it even though all of our intelligence sources said that they didn't and they didn't have a plan. They didn't have an intention to do so or the or the they have started now they do have the capacity and events like this what has happened so far is maybe exactly the thing and I've been warning about this for years. If you want to push Iran to the bomb, do this. Because if you make them calculate that the only way we can guarantee our national security is by having a nuclear bomb, this will push them in that direction as opposed to working diplomatically where you have gave them every reason not to do so where everybody could have lived in
39:05 peace. But we have chosen not to do that. the the Lindsey Grahams of this world, the Ted Cruzes of this world. No, they want to join in with Benjamin Netanyahu to destroy and kill everybody in the Middle East. They don't want and uh what is it? N Gingrich last night went on Fox News on Hannity and said this is a golden opportunity. This is going to be the Gorbachov Thatcher moment. It's going to be Trump and Netanyahu and they're going to usher in this peace. They're going to put a in place a friendly government this friendly to the West inside Iran. It's going to be great. And I'm like, what planet are you guys living on? I mean, have you been smoking some co cocaine or something? Because my planet war propaganda, that's that's their plan. Yeah. Yeah, it is. But, you know, even if you take morality out of it, why
39:53 pursue something that has almost no chance of success unless you're like, well, maybe if we roll the dice and it happens to work, cool. And if not, well, it's just the Israeli people and Iranian people that die, so yeah, it's worth it. then maybe that you need to look at the moral compass a little bit closer because militarily it doesn't have hardly any chance of success and it could cost us a lot. They think it's costfree. It is not cost free to try that and we may find out to our demise just how costly it is. Let me ask you this question because in his fantastic book Imperial Hubris, Michael Shyer, who was CIA, exposes how the CIA had warned Washington it could not win a war in Afghanistan. And it knew that because it helped the Muhadin fight off Russia. And
40:40 so all intelligence said there is no winning in Afghanistan, but we did it anyway because it was fun. Is there intelligence that says this already about Iraq that we I'm sorry I keep saying Iran uh that is being kept from us? I I I'm I don't have any access to that myself. So I I I couldn't speak one way or the other, but based on the actions, I can only assume that there are plenty of smart people that realize this, that know that it it's virtually impossible to succeed here, that understand how military affairs work, balance of power and all that kind of stuff. And understand that Iran has certainly foreseen this possibility in all of its defensive capacity. And I'm sure they were clearly caught off guard. I mean, it was kind of a Pearl Harbor moment for them where they were, you know, sucker punched, etc. and they lost
41:25 a lot of senior people. Uh that took course over a number of days which I frankly found a bit surprising that Iran was not better at protecting their senior leaders after that initial barrage because they've lost a lot of people. That seems to have dried up. Now they're trying to protect them. But uh they they lost a lot in here. But all of those folks can be replaced and will be replaced and they'll go on just like when we assassinated Solomony in in January 2020. He got replaced and they continue to operate. doesn't change anything as long as the system is still in place and you can't destroy the system with a few missiles because Israel doesn't have enough. It just doesn't work that way. So, it should trouble us all that whether it's Israel or some of the United States that want to get behind this don't understand how wars work and and they've started
42:12 operation that can't be fixed. Let's don't get involved with what the mistake that Netanyahu has already made by committing him his country to a course of war that they don't have the resources and the ability to finish by getting ourselves impaled in this. Trump needs to recognize that there's no win here. There's no success and a lot of potential cost to the United States. And I really hope that this two week pause that he's announced here is because he recognizes this can't work and then he finds some diplomatic way out. really hope that's what's happening from your mouth to God's ears. Yeah, absolutely. Colonel Davis, always great to see you. Thank you so much for joining us as always. And uh people should watch your excellent show. It's a mustwatch in our house. So, thank you, Colonel. Yeah, I watch it all the time. Every time there's a new video, I'm on it. So,
42:59 yeah. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much. It's very kind of you to say. Awesome. Thanks, Colonel. Well, let's talk about coming up what would happen if American soldiers are put on the ground in Iran without a constitutional uh required congressional vote. Well, that's been happening for the last couple of decades, but our next guest has been trying to prevent it. He says absolutely there should be no soldiers there without a congressional declaration. Unfortunately, Congress did not agree. That was recently voted down. But that doesn't mean we're going to stop because we believe in the cause. So, we're going to talk about that in a second, but before we do, Clayton will tell you about Black Forest supplement, which supports redacted. Thank you. Um, I will tell you about that because studies have been done to show that flavonol in cocoa stimulate stem cells
43:46 to come out of your bone marrow, like bees coming out of a beehive in your bloodstream. And the folks from Black Forest Supplements have actually managed to put this inside of one of their supplements. But don't take it from me. Take it from Harvard scientist Dr. William Lee, who backs all of this up. Listen. Studies have been done to show that the flavinols in cocoa stimulate stem cells to come out of your bone marrow like bees in a beehive in your bloodstream and they go out and they find wherever it needs to be repaired. If it's in your heart, they'll fix it. If it's in your liver, they'll fix it. If your skin, they'll fix it. And so, we can eat foods like high flavonol cocoa in order to be able to actually get the stem cells to work a little bit better. There was a
44:31 study called the Cosmos study that was completed recently that showed that uh eating high flavono cocoa decreases the risk of cardiovascular death. Yeah. Right. Over a periodic like a statin. Exactly. Except except made with by by eating the same thing that you used to make chocolate. So we're not telling people to go out to have chocolate which is a confection. It's got a lot of sugar and all kinds of other stuff in it. But it's the stuff underlying it the core of it. studies have been done. That's right. Um, that's right. Dark chocolate. But here's the thing. Flavinols are the good stuff found in cocoa beans. Uh, they're usually uh they're they are usually destroyed during the the chocolate making process. But that's where Black Forest supplements comes in. And that's right. It's not just any old cocoa. It's
45:17 a stem cell powerup. If you're experiencing significant aging, slow recovery, weak immunity, blame your lazy stem cells. Hollywood elites dropped like $40 to $50,000 just to get this same thing. a stem cell facial. It's can you believe that? Instead, you can use that flavonol cocoa powder naturally support your body's own stem cell production. Here's what the deal we've worked out for you at Black Forest. They're going to give you guys a special discount. They're doing a 50% off store-wide discount for the next 48 hours, including cocoa. So, I highly recommend you check it out. You can use the QR code right there on your screen. It only lasts 48 hours. So, check the link in the description below, blackforestupplements.com/redact. at 50% off for the next 48 hours. Well, our next guest believes that no
46:03 American soldier should be sent to war without an official declaration of Congress, as is required by the Constitution. Yet, we have not done that in decades. Soldiers have died in foreign conflicts that we have not declared formal wars. Why is that? Well, this week, a bipartisan attempt to enforce that principle failed. Lawmakers tried to require congressional approval before any military action against Iran, but the resolution never even made it to a vote. Dan Mcnite has been fighting this battle for years at the federal level and in state legislatores across the country. He's a veteran, a constitutionalist, and founder of Bring Our Troops Home. He says enough is enough, and he joins us to discuss this. Uh Dan is here with us. Yes, you are here. Thank you so much for joining us.
46:49 and you've been a vocal spokesperson against for soldier safety. One thing I learned when we started talking to you years ago is that veterans are the largest anti-war constituency of the American populace. And so what do you think will happen if American soldiers are sent to war? And tell us how you feel about that. Well, the way I feel is pretty clear that the Constitution gives the authority to declare war to one body in Congress uh and that's Congress. American soldiers are at war in Iran. whether anyone's going to admit it or not. And thousands of National Guard troops from across our country are being uh transitioned and positioned in the Middle East right now for this war. And it's going to be up to us in the states to fix this. We can't fix it in Washington DC. The only way we can do it is in the States. And then we have to
47:34 take away half of the military-industrial complexes war machine. We have to take away the National Guard from being able to deploy to a war that hasn't been declared yet. And the only way we can do that is in the state legislatores. So, thousands of American National Guard troops already, we already have 50,000 American forces already stationed in the region. Um, Iran has been very vocal about they would hit American soldiers. Biden knew that. Biden said openly that it's only a matter of time before American soldiers are hit in this region. So, our question to President Biden at the time was, then why the hell are they there? Get them the hell out of there. Have, if we're going to war in Iran, get congressional approval on all of this. L um Lindsey Graham doesn't seem to think that that's necessary. Senator Lindsey Graham doesn't think that's necessary. But you
48:19 have other members of Congress, Thomas Massie and others who've put forth a resolution saying we need congressional approval. I mean why why do we have to keep bringing this up? You know, it's it's a very basic question and and Tom Massie is doing great work. He is holding the line. Uh he is a true constitutionalist. And you look at other people in the media who are considered constitutional conservatives like Mark Levvin who called Thomas Massie little Tommy and called him a traitor to America for proposing that Congress should be the the authority to declare war. He even called him out and called him an unconstitutional idiot saying that because Thomas Massie was relying on the war powers clause of 1973 that it demonstrated how ignorant Tom was of the Constitution because the War Powers Act is not part of the Constitution. Well,
49:05 you know what, Mr. Leavvin. You know what else is a part of the Constitution? Presidential war powers. It's also not in the Constitution. And so Mark Leavvin is not an America first patriot. He is a neocon wararmonger. And he does not we're not fighting a war for his sake to defend Israel. We are fighting a war in Iran to uh perform another regime change. And when was the last time America was involved in a regime change that ended well? Yeah. Mark Leavvin is an Israel first little man. Um he's a little man and doesn't understand how important this would be for the American populace and Americans being killed in a war zone. So many people in our chat room right now are saying beware of false flags. And I was I was speaking earlier today to a friend in Israel and I said, you
49:51 know, the thing is that false flags in the United States, they work tremendously. They work tremendously. Gulf of Tonkan, remember the Maine, uh the USS Liberty, and then it rallies Americans to put yellow ribbons around their trees. Are you fearful that our American soldiers are being used right now as cannon fodder for a false flag attack? Sure. And it's it's been happening for a long time. We have uh we have created this idolatry in America and and some of it is deserved. We put American soldiers on a pedestal, but not because we honor their sacrifice or what they're willing to pay uh the value of their own life for to defend our nation, but we do it because it creates this almost separation, almost a hero-like status, almost a cult following for anything that the troops do under the discretion and the direction of somebody
50:36 who's not following the Constitution. So, we wrap yellow ribbons around trees. We fight fly flags. We give veterans discounts at Applebees on Veterans Day. We honor them at halftimes of shows. And it's a way to demonstrate that we support the troops unequivocally no matter what, which we should when they are being used for constitutional purposes. If they are being sent around the world, it's not their fault. It's the leader's fault. It is the elected officials in our country's fault for abdicating their responsibility and giving it away to a single man and allowing the wararmongers in the media to drag America into another war. I don't understand how this is partisan because Democrats in 2020 when they were working so hard to oppose Trump passed in the Senate a resolution that would
51:22 require the president to get congressional approval for a war with Iran. Fast forward 5 years later, they no longer support that even though they still hate Trump. But dude, they I don't understand why why why not now? What what is the justification for saying, "Oh, no. If we just go to a war, it's okay. We don't need this." Well, I think it's because the largest lobby in Washington DC is Apac and uh this is uh they are trying to drag us into war. They are trying to drag us into war to their own defense. And first we just dabble our toe in and we negotiate and we allow them to strike Iran and then it comes out that we actually had something to do with the planning and then it comes out that we are now actually shooting down missiles in defense of Iran. What's going to happen when we coincidentally maybe fire one of our own
52:09 missiles into Iran? Does that mean we have now propelled or um pushed ourselves into a war that hasn't been declared? It does actually. We are participating. We are an instrumentality of war right now in our current war footing. And there is no Republican party. There is no Democratic party. There is only a war party in Washington DC. And I can count on two hands the number of people in Washington DC serving in Congress, in the House or in the Senate who are not part of that war machine. It is a small number and that's why we've taken our fight out of DC. DC is irrelevant when it comes to stopping America from this adventure building these undeclared wars. It has to be fought in the states. It has to be fought where average citizens who oppose these wars, who are not in favor of them, have a lever of power. We have more leverage in the state legislatores than we ever will or ever did have in
52:54 Washington DC. Well, that explains why you take this to the state. State by state is where you're trying to get this passed because uh DC is a lost cause. So, um, I just before you ask your question, I want to let people know that they can go to bring our troops home. us or follow troopsomeus on X. Go ahead, Clayton. Dan, I was going to ask you, when was the last time we declared war? When was the last time Congress declared war, voted, and gave the president the authority to launch an attack? Yep. 1942 against Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. 1942. So, over 80 years ago was the last time. And since that time, let's just quickly name some. Korea, Vietnam, Grenada, Panama, Desert Storm, Iraq 1, two, or three, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen, the
53:41 Horn of Africa. We can go on. There's probably 70 wars that we can name that we have never declared. And Congress has literally abdicated their responsibility. They've given away the authority that we gave to them as the people. Our founding fathers were very clear on this. They did not want to have a king having the authority to take our nation from a condition of peace to a condition of war unilaterally. That's why they put it in the hands of Congress because they are the closest to the people. And if America is going to shed blood, bury our treasure or our lives in another country, we should do it with the informed consent of we the people. Congress is afraid to do that because the ramifications of going back to their home districts in Boisee, Idaho or Bismar, North Dakota, means that they would have to tell constituents why they took their sons and daughters away from their communities and put them in a war
54:27 somewhere halfway around the world fighting for a cause that has nothing to do with American interests. I have a question. I I read a book about insurance and it said that veterans get special benefits if they have served in an active war or a declared war. There are legal diff uh differences such as VA benefits, medals, honors, public recognition, uh legal protections, and things like that. So, everyone who has served in an undeclared war since doesn't have it quite so easy as a veteran. And that's wrong. Can you explain that better than I than I just did? You know, that's a interesting concept because I think that we've blurred the lines. uh when you know I was in Afghanistan 2005 to 2007 and we
55:12 came home with a chest full of ribbons and awards and medals from war even for people that never left the FOB, people that never left the office, people that never put on a helmet, never picked up a rifle, never engaged the enemy, came home with a chest full of war ribbons. Uh, so I think we've blurred those lines and I don't know that there is actual distinction anymore in our society between combat that has been declared, combat that has not been declared or no combat at all. Uh, we, like I said, this propaganda that we use to prop the troops up as a justification for war has gotten out of control. And I just don't know that there is an actual distinction anymore. So, it's like participation participation trophies now within our armed forces uh, for these wars. Uh, unbelievable. If you looked on Lindsey
55:58 Grahams as DD214, that's your official record when you leave the military. He probably has a war medal. We all know that Lindsey Graham never went to war. I believe he was a an attorney in the Air Force. I I think. I'm not even sure on that. But even if he was in the military and he claims he was, can you imagine that man picking up a rifle and engaging an enemy? The only thing he can engage the enemy with is the words that coming out of his mouth or the support that he offers with American dollars. Yeah. True enough. True words are never spoken. Dan Mcnite, thank you so much for your honesty, integrity, and pushing for us to have checks and balances in Washington DC. No more wars. Keep our troops out of there and make us vote on it. Put it before the American people. We were promised transparency. Put it before the American people. If we if we
56:43 if it's an existential crisis to the United States of America, Americans will vote on it. I mean, think of the way we're sold this right now is like a GOP poll that says Americans support this. You do support it. which then I guess makes us think, well that's good enough for me then. Uh that's not what the constitution that's not the way it's supposed to be. So thank you so much for your hard work. It's always a pleasure to speak to you. It's good seeing you both. Thanks Dan. All right. Coming up here on the show, we're going to talk about the Fed because you know the Fed, the reason we have a Federal Reserve is for war. Um, the Federal Reserve really is able to devalue the US dollar, print m as much money as needed, and supply us with these endless amounts of dollars for war. If, as Ron Paul says, Congressman Ron Paul has always famously said, he said it in his book, and the
57:30 Fed, if we didn't have the Federal Reserve, we wouldn't have all of these foreign wars. So, if we had to just pull it out of our current checkbook, not possible. It would not be possible. We do this on uh the idea of Fed back to dollar creation. So we're going to talk about that in a second. But first, leading economists now again and Ron Paul has been pushing us to go back to a gold standard in the United States. We thought, at least in the first few days of the Trump administration, we were actually going to have a move towards a gold standard in the United States. Again, maybe a portion of our US dollars backed by gold. I don't know what's going on with that. I don't know what's happening right now with Fort Knox. Like, where the hell is that gold? We've been promised like transparency there. that kind of fizzled out. So that's why so many people, government, central banks are doubling down and buying as
58:16 much gold as they can right now. March 2025 survey from Deutsche Bank found that 84% right now of corporate CFOs believe a recession will hit by Q1 2026. Nearly every time a recession hits the same scenario plays out, the dollar weakens. Risk assets like stocks, bonds, cash all collapse. Gold and silver surge in value. Why? Because recessions trigger a rush to safe haven assets like precious metals and a stampede away from the volatility of Wall Street. Here's a quick recap. In 2008, while the S&P 500 fell, gold nearly doubled in value. During the 1973 to74 recession, as inflation, unemployment skyrocketed, gold experienced a significant breakout.
59:03 2020 COVID gold surging over $2,000 an ounce simultaneously doubling in value CL and silver climbing from $12 an ounce to $29 an ounce. So as recessions push those people uh who are unprepared, they can also reward those who hold real assets and retain value during these economic crises. So don't wait to take pro uh positive steps right now to protecting your wealth. Our friends over at Lear Capital can help you do this. the only company we trust to help us purchase gold and silver. We purchase gold coins, silver coins, and have them shipped right to our house. We also make larger purchases with them where they're stored in a 24-hour guarded facility. You can do that as well. You can also transfer an old 401k that you have or an old self-direct uh an old IRA that you have into a self-directed IRA that gives
59:50 you total control, not Wall Street. Just get on the phone with them today. They're an American company. They will talk to you, have a great conversation with you, provide education material so you can talk it over with your loved ones about it. Is it time now to convert like if you've got $1,000 in US dollars, converting it over to gold and silver to protect your family? 1 8006133557 or just go to leerredacted.com to get their new gold and silver report today. It's totally free. Just have a conversation with them. Again, we are Ron Paul believers in gold and silver and precious metals, but I would love to know what the hell's going on with Fort Knox. That's for sure. Anyway, go to leer redacted.com right now or call their 800 number 1800 6133557. Yeah, we have no updates on this Fort
1:00:36 Knox situation. Remember, it was all like, "All right, Thomas Massie put forward a resolution to uh look into that, but everyone's been a little too distracted to care much." Well, they're so fearful of like how you take things away from the Fed. You know, if the Fed has its teeth removed and so what happened yesterday, right, the Fed The Fed kept interest rates low. Do you want me to? Yeah, I do. into this. Okay, that's my way of Thank you for that soft toss, Clayton. Well, President Trump said he would do a better job as Fed chief than Jerome Powell because Pal is a stupid person who is costing the country a fortune, citing high interest payments for the federal government. So, about those high interest payments. I mean, we could lower the debt. That's one way to lower interest is lower your principal balance. You know, we're
1:01:23 taught that in high school, but that's a thought. Uh, but the Fed may not be able to do that because they have a new war to fund. There is about, we were, when I checked just a few hours ago, approaching 37 trillion national debt. It's clear that the US can't afford a new war, but it can if the Fed acts as a venture capitalist for a new war, like it does every time Washington wants one. Uh, former Congressman Ron Paul points out in his fantastic book and the Fed, that World War I was funded by, here we go, 21% your tax dollars, 56% Fedbacked borrowing, and 23% outright money creation. And that has gotten worse with every subsequent war since World War I. Think about that for
1:02:10 a second. Well, our next guest is Chris Rasini. He's the author of Set Money Free: What Every American Needs to Know About the Federal Reserve. He's no stranger to this financial cartel. So, what do you think of the Fed keeping interest rates the same and possibly backing a new war? Uh, well, obviously I do not want them backing any wars. Uh that's number one. Um as you well know, we should not have a Federal Reserve at all. We should have interest rates set by the marketplace. They do not know what interest rates should be. President Trump does not know what interest rates should be. So it's impossible for him to be better at a job that should not exist. Uh so it would be as if because
1:02:57 they're price fixers. You know, if I had two friends and they made an exchange with each other for Nike sneakers for a hundred bucks, I can't go as an outsider say, "No, no, no, no. I fixed the price at 50. You can't you can't make this transaction." Well, that's what fixing interest rates does. They're dictating what prices should be for interest rates. And they do it for themselves and they do it for the government at times, but mostly for themselves. the Fed number one uh their number one priority is the cartel of banks above the nation above presidential policies. What's good for the banks is what they do first. Everything else comes after that. So uh you know and President Trump uh can no better set interest rates either. So yeah, it would be horrible for them to
1:03:44 lower rates, give us more inflation. I'm paying enough at the supermarket and everywhere else despite what President Trump says that inflation is dead. Uh he's he's he's making that up to to try to say that it's fine for them to inflate more. Well, everybody I know and my my own bills included, inflation is not dead. So, uh you know, it's a lose-lose situation between Fed, uh Pal and Trump. Neither of them know what uh interest rate should be. H how exactly does the Fed fund wars? Well, when interest rates are lower and the government borrows more. So, the government has to borrow money because obviously they have no money. So, they have to borrow either from uh foreigners
1:04:31 or from big institutions and then the Fed will step in and pick up the slack. They will print money and buy treasuries. So they are funding the war by printing money out of thin air and then buying the US treasury saying here government use this and uh you know have your war. So that's that's how they fund it. And um you know you mentioned back in 1913 one one other thing that happened then was the income tax right before the Fed was created. It was just for the rich just the rich are going to pay the ultimate you know the top top 1%. And then once World War I started, it was like a net was pulled up and the entire population now everybody's paying income taxes, including us today. So you
1:05:17 give them an inch and they will take everything from you. And they sold this. I want to encourage everybody to go out and look for the video that Disney did for the f for the federal government of Donald Duck being instructed on how paying taxes was patriotic because we needed to bomb the Nazis. Disney did this piece of propaganda to sell us on the income tax and it was supposed to be temporary. So even though in World War the these numbers we just point out that 21% of the war was based on taxation and the rest was all just created but what would that what percent of a new war do you think would be on the American taxpayer and then what would happen to our economy as a result? Well I mean you
1:06:04 guys know the numbers the 37 trillion in debt. Uh Natalie made a great point point if they really want to help they could shrink the government. I that was what Elon Trump everything was going to be with Doge. But that got tossed aside. It's a non-issue now. And we find that we're getting big, beautiful bills with more deficits, more debt. So, they're just adding they're going in the exact opposite direction of that campaign which scammed us unfortunately. Uh and
…
