0:01 [Music] August BLS are truly the reason for my sleepless nights with a lot of ongoing BL dramas and some are still coming out later this month. In this video, I will be sharing with you my current watch list of BL series for the month of August and what are my thoughts about these shows. If you also have your own watch list, feel free to share it on the comment section. Before we begin, don't forget to like this video and subscribe to our channel for more updates on the newest and hottest BL series. Without

0:48 further ado, let's get started. First on my watch list, Secret Lover. This Taiwanese BL series already caught my attention during its initial episode just because of how great their visuals are. The first scene caught me off guard and I knew that this is going to be a little bit spicy while also being dramatic. Now that it already has five episodes on air, I must say that I quite like it for what it is showing to us. The plot may be a little bit all over the place due to the personalities of the characters, but it's still a watchable and enjoyable show. I also laugh whenever there's a scene where one character would just run away while the other would chase that person. Those scenes were done more than a couple of times, but at least the main couple could talk about what their problems

1:34 are. My most favorite part of this series is probably the chemistry of the couple. Their intimate scenes were done great and not in an awkward scenario that it felt so much natural. The next episodes were definitely expand a little bit more now that one of their parents would be involved. Secret Lover can be watched on YouTube. I Chi and Gaga la. Number two on my watch list. I'm the most beautiful count. I really can't express how much I love and adore this BL series as the first two episodes were just so hilarious and great. Nut is truly an incredible actor and he's so versatile when it comes to his roles. Who could think that from his character as Solo in Oxygen way back in 2020? Now we are going to see him as a diva and

2:19 he's nailing every second of it. Going back to the plot, I'm the most beautiful count as this intriguing and exciting plot knowing that it has some kind of mystery in it surrounding the real cause of what happened to Warid and Prince. Another thing, this series has full of great visuals and all of them are equally great in their acting performances. Although it's still quite early for us to judge the series as a whole, it started quite strong for me. I'm the most beautiful count can be watched on IG and YouTube. Number three on my watch list, Desire. Aside from the recently concluded revenge love, Desire is also one of the Chinese BL dramas which I currently watch. I have seen the first seven available episodes and I have this kind of lovehate relationship with this

3:05 series. The first five episodes for me were truly great and those piqued my interest so much that I researched about the Omegaverse. The episode 6 was quite a boring episode for me, probably because it's more of a dialogue rather than some kind of scenes which would elevate my feelings for it. The latest episode makes a comeback because of Gaou and Shenwin Lang recent developments to their relationship and dynamics. Overall, it's a good series, but I hope the next episodes would give us more actions, thrill, and excitement between the characters. I also get that why Yong's personality is too much for some fans to enjoy the series, but that's just the plot of this show. There might be repercussions to him in the future, but who knows what's going to happen next. Desire can be watched on Vicki and

3:51 Gaga la. Number four on our list, Chem. Watching this horror BL series was so much stressful for me, not because of its quality, but because of the horror element of the show. The first scene almost made me drop this series because I couldn't bear to watch these ghosts appearing suddenly on my screen. As someone who doesn't watch any horror shows, it's quite a feat for me that I made it past the first episode in terms of its quality, I was really blown away because I wasn't expecting it to be this great. The production was top-notch and even though it's only the first episode, I was already looking for the whole plot in the future, just hoping that I could bear the ghosts in the next episode. The initial episode hasn't shown some kind of romantic scenes between Chem and Pee

4:38 yet, but the tension between was already showing in some scenes. I really hope the next few episodes would be bearable for me since I love the chemistry and dynamics of the main couple. Their acting performances are also quite good enough as it's their first time as main roles. Kjura can be watched on IG. Number five on our list, Rearrange the Series. The moment I saw its official trailer a few weeks ago, something in me urged me to watch this series. Now that I have seen the first episode, I don't regret tuning in this early to see if it's worth it. The concept of time travel in any series can easily be messed up if it's not done right with proper execution. I won't say that what they have done in here is perfect since this just got started, but the initial

5:25 story line is quite promising. At first, I didn't feel any connection with the main characters, but as the story progressed, I felt the emotion, especially during the lowest point of the episode. Rearrange started off with a tragedy. So, I hope the ending would be a happy one. In terms of chemistry, I can't tell yet since all we've seen so far are their moments as friends, but I'm hoping this will change now that Win is back in the past. This series is indeed a great addition to my watch list this month and I hope it continues to develop positively. Rearrange can be watched on YouTube. Number six on my watch list by Magic Prophecy. I have seen the first two out of the three available episodes currently and I am already hooked. To be

6:12 honest, the first few scenes were not that catchy to me, and I thought that this would be another overhive series, but the next few scenes proved that this series has an incredible and mysterious plot. The first thing I noticed about this series was the chemistry. And although I have seen Jimmy and C in previous BL shows, there is still a magic surrounding them that makes me fall in love with their characters. There's a little bit of enemies to lovers trope in it, but for me, it's more of a love at first sight story with a twist. Going back to my analysis of the series, I have always thought that there's a mole inside that circle and it would be interesting if that would turn out to be gone. Given first's incredible acting skills, there's a reason why he's being casted as a supporting role in this series. Anyway, the next few

6:58 episodes would be crucial to the development of the story, and I hope it would be equally engaging and interesting. My Magic Prophecy can be watched on YouTube and view. There are a lot of other ongoing BL dramas and I'd love to watch them all, but my time would not let me. The comeback BL drama of Mile and Appo Shine is also now on air and I'm also planning to add it later on my watch list. Aside from these, some upcoming BL series are also quite interesting, such as Revamp, which will air on the 23rd of August, and MUT Love on the 25th of August. Which ongoing BL series are on your watch list for August? Thank you for watching. That's it, and see you on the next one.
