00 All right, what is good? How are you all doing? This is probably [music] going to be the most valuable saucy video you've ever seen about organic drop shipping. Specifically, >> [music] >> we're talking about AI organic, but even more specifically, we're talking about branded AI organic. [music] Now, branded AI organic is not yet being talked about very much. This is very untapped saucy information that I'm ungating, right? Now, let's get into the lesson. What actually is branded AI organic and how are we going to be capitalizing on it this Q4? Now, what actually is the branded approach to organic drop shipping? It just means we're being niched and we're avoiding burners. However, this is very unheard of in the space. Most people create content based off of other people's content and that is inspired by their burner page. I take the branded approach, meaning we're trying to bring products to the market and we're trying to make creative

46 content. Therefore, our content targets our ICP, we don't target burners, we get a high conversion rate, and we can create a cult-like passionate audience behind our brand, and that's how we're going to build longevity. So, branded organic is just a different way of doing organic, which has way more longevity, but it takes more skills because we have to learn to create creative content. Now, over the last year and a half, I've been working on branded organic drop shipping with in-hand filming, but AI has been getting way too advanced recently that I just had to capitalize on it with the branded approach because nobody else is doing this in the space. Let me just explain what the actual space looks like right now. So, let's look at the organic timeline, right? First of all, we had the old organic drop shipping style where we were filming with in-hand products. We had pump and dump style content, which is like the 3-2-1 prototype versus product content, and then everyone started

31 shifting towards branded, or at least the ones who wanted to print consistently started shifting towards branded, a more niched approach to doing content. And these are the big guys in the space who were making consistent money with organic drop shipping and had these brands that had longevity and were scalability, right? And everyone else was chasing pump and dump drop shipping. But now we've moved on to AI content, right? And naturally, everyone is trying to find the easiest way to make money, and the easiest way to go viral was to do pump and dump AI style as well. And when I say pump and dump AI style, I mean people are running 3 2 1 concepts again. They're running run to Costco. They're doing the exact same thing as everyone else. So, they're just duplicating exactly what someone else has made, but just for their product. There is no creativity involved. It is literally just a copy and paste method, and they're just hoping for a quick win.

18 Now, this is something that nobody's talking about, branded AI, right? We're going into this phase now, and I want to be one of the first people talking about this and sort of dropping all the sauce for you guys. And this is kind of the the method that I've been doing for the last couple months that has made me money with AI organic drop shipping. It's not this pump and dump approach. It is the branded approach. And this branded approach that I'm going to explain has longevity, but it also relies on your creativity. So, we have to start being creative with our content. But because we're the first ones on this, we have time, right? You have time to increase your creativity, and this is the best time to be getting into branded, and you're actually going to build something that has longevity. Now, normal organic drop shipping, like we said, was the traditional 3 2 1 concept, prototype versus product, but this is for in-hand filming. And then we

03 moved to branded, where branded we had a content ecosystem. We had a mix of doing order videos, carousel posts, listing features videos, packing order videos, aesthetics, unboxing, script style videos, right? And we were creating this content ecosystem, multiple variations of content rather than just spamming the exact same 3 2 1 concept over and over again because we wanted to be perceived as a real brand. And what did that mean? Doing all these concepts means we boosted our awareness, our virality, our trust. We also had good explanations for the customers of what our product was. We had guides, and our engagement was very good because we had a content ecosystem, right? That could sustain for a long time rather than posting the same concept over and over again and dying out after 1 month, right? And the reason we did this is to create that branded feel, but also because not every concept

49 will specialize in all of these things, right? Not every concept is going to go super viral. Not every every concept is going to build a lot of trust with the customer. So, we would create multiple concepts to create this ecosystem that maybe someone saw a a viral video, but it didn't convert, right? But then they're going to get retargeted to your next ad, which is more of a CTA kind of video, and then they would convert, and then they would buy on the second post, right? And that's what the branded approach is about. But how are we actually going to implement this into AI, right? So, with AI content right now, everyone is doing the same thing that they used to do with pump and dump organic. They're running the exact same things. They're copying competitors' videos. They're running competitors' products. They're running common drop shipping concepts, and they're stuck in the burner loop. They are a bottom feeder drop shipper, right? Their Instagram page looks like the exact same content over and over and over and over

36 again. They're replicating the exact same run to Walmart, run to Costco, run to Target concepts, and they're not being creative, right? And that is why we have to start taking the branded AI organic approach. This is completely untapped information, and you guys need to hop on right now, okay? I'm telling you, if you hop on this now, you're going to print. So, what do we have to do? Instead of copying and just changing the ICP, changing the avatar of the exact same video, and then wondering why we're not getting different results to everyone else, right? This is what you're doing. You're literally copying one for one, just with a different avatar, and wondering, "Oh, what Why am I not printing, but everyone else is?" The reason is because you are being generic. You're not being creative, right? I'm going to show you some crazy examples right now of what it looks like to be creative. Some content I've made. I'm going to un-gatekeep my own content

23 and show you exactly what I've been working on. So, first things first, let's make sure our feed doesn't look like this. >> What is happening? >> That's nowhere. >> You get the point. See how every single video is the exact same hook over and over again? There's no variety in the content. It is the same thing. It's not branded. It's very drop shippy approach. Instead, what we we to be doing is being creative. So, look at the video I made, right? For the product we're running, it is a twerking Santa, right? It is a seasonal product, so it is a bit pump and dumpy, but watch how I'm creative with my content. When I was thinking about the product, the first thing that came to mind is how is the customer actually going to interact with a twerking Santa? And I thought, well, most people are going to have this twerking Santa up when they have family members over, right? So, we're going to

09 showcase that that reaction of family members. So, my hook wasn't just a generic run-to-Walmart hook. It was a branded approach where we're creative. So, I made Hexyod create a fish-eyed camera angle like a doorbell camera or a ring camera to showcase the wow factor, or showcase the family's reaction to the product. And so, watch this clip now. >> [cough and clears throat] [laughter] >> Oh my god! >> What is that? >> So, I've created a hook from a B-roll skill that I created to just make whatever I want, and I created this hook that was essentially a real reaction of a family who came to the door and saw something in the window, right? And this took a couple variations to get it perfect because the first time you couldn't see the window, but I wanted

55 the window to be there on the left-hand side so that the audience would understand what they're laughing at, right? They're laughing at something in the window, therefore making them curious as to what is behind the glass. So, therefore the payoff of showcasing the product will be far better, and the audience will be so much much more engaged, and our retention rate will be higher, right? So, I had to perfect this clip, but it was creative, right? It wasn't the same generic one run-to-Walmart type of concept. And then the same thing for my B-roll clips, I've been creative again. I've used the exact same family in the back, but I've gotten it from a different angle. I've also shown it from outside the window with a family in the background laughing, looking at the people outside's reaction, and this is a much more branded approach rather than copying everyone else. >> No way.

43 >> [laughter] >> See how I'm implementing my creativity rather than just relying on copying other people. Now, this is some even more saucy information I'm about to leak, right? This is some of the craziest stuff ever talked about when it comes to AI organic drop shipping. And especially with the new Genjutsu feature in Higgs Field, like you can literally do anything you want. And I'm going to show you a perfect example using a reference video from a popular brand called Chrome Buds, right? And then using Pinterest to find a reference image, I literally just put the two into the Genjutsu feature. I said, "Remake video one but with the rooftop backdrop and vibe of image reference two." And it has created me a perfect one-of-one video with far more aura, far more wow factor, and it looks super realistic. So, let's watch these

29 videos. >> [music] [music] >> And you can literally use this for anything, for any product. It is actually pretty insane what you can do and the level that AI has gone to. And people don't realize you can take this branded approach where we can do organic style content. Nobody would notice that this is AI content, right? There is a chance that people will notice that this is AI content because they've seen it a billion times on their for you page, right? They know these TikToks. They know this exact format. They know these concepts. And yes, they are realistic, but there is a better branded approach that can build more longevity, right? So, we need to start doing AI concepts

16 that are creative like these ones here using Genjutsu feature, using some Claude skills that um intro implement Higgs Field so that we can replicate B-roll, we can break down shots, and actually create high-quality creative content. Now, not only can we create insane content now that nobody's doing, we can also just start delegating and optimizing our skills even better, right? Most of you guys are not using Claude to its full potential. When you can literally connect Claude to anything. And I'm going to show you right now exactly what I do. So, literally just go into Claude, go into settings, and you connect it to everything. Gmail, Google Drive, Higgsfield, Miro board, Shopify. Obviously, I use it for Miro board cuz it help it make me make these lessons like what I'm showing you right now. But, you don't have to connect it to Miro. Just connect it to Higgsfield, Gmail, Shopify, right? This means now

02 you can create skills and create these projects which are going to help you delegate tasks. So, for example, in the last 2 weeks I've created two skills. One is for Gmail optimization and Gmail customer support. And the other one is for creating my website for me in under 20 minutes, right? Super simple. It goes from literally a product image of the pho- of the bra- of the product and then it brands the entire brand. It gives me logos and name, different product images, um images for my website, and it literally does everything. So, I have a skill called Shopify single launch product and that's going to literally do everything for me and launch a Shopify store including policies, shipping, um all the upsells, all of the copy, all the product images, everything in under

47 20 minutes. And these are the type of skills that you can be creating. I literally just go, this is the product use this skill to generate me a website. And you connect it to your Shopify store and it just does everything for you. So, you don't have to waste time making Shopify store every time you want to test a product. I also delegate it to do my emails, right? I connect it to my Gmail and it just runs through all the Gmails and sends all the emails out for customer support. And then I have my projects. So, I have a project for my one-on-one program and content. I have a project for personal branding stuff. I also have a project for customer support, project for web- website generation, project for all my AI content, project for background swapping, one-on-one copy AI content. So, you create these projects so that you can just delegate tasks and make your life way easier, right? Use the

33 skills to do whatever you want, right? You can create projects and then use the skills within the project to do any task you want. You guys aren't using the power of Claude or AI. That is how we're going to optimize on Claude and AI and Higgs Field and AI content within organic drop shipping this Q4. Stop doing what everyone else is doing. Be creative. That is what I've built my brands on. That is how I build consistency and longevity with organic drop shipping. If you guys are interested in this approach, please apply to my one-on-one program. I want to see more people in there with a branded approach. Really who want longevity within the space because nobody is looking for longevity.
