00 So, yesterday, Nvidia hit a market cap of almost $4 trillion . Now it has broken through the reporting point and is already fluctuating between $162 and $3 . Oh my, congratulations to all the shareholders who have held on well . In the video, Nvidia is a truly indispensable company. This is a company that is both financially excellent and technologically overwhelming . I've said time and time again that this is the company that will do best among big tech companies, and I'm so happy that the market seems to have proven me right . It's now slightly below $4 trillion, but for this one company to be worth $4 trillion is already a level that surpasses that of a country. If you look at it now, it's larger than England and France . yes. Excluding Germany, Japan, China, and the United States, there is no country that has more than one NVIDIA company. It has become truly astronomical in value. I do n't think you'll dare come, but Nvidia's enterprise value is greater than the bottom 220 companies in the SP Index . This does n't make sense. I know it might be hard to understand directly, but that's an amount that would buy every team in the NFL, MLB,
47 and Premier League and still buy almost 15 more . The most valuable company in human history is NVIDIA. Today, I have something more interesting to tell you about Nvidia, so I'll introduce it to you. [Music] Hey guys, I read some really interesting news recently. As you all know, there is a place called the Gobi Desert in Xinjiang, China. There's a news story out there saying they're building a data center right here in the desert . I knew right away when I saw this. There's something a bit strange about this. Well, according to Bloomberg, there will be a whopping 30 coppers and at least 110,000 AI chips . Now, the question is where to get 110,000 AI chips. Also, China cannot purchase Nvidia chips right now, and as far as I know, Huawei chips are not coming out as of Wednesday, and they failed to move to 5nm, so I
33 know they are continuing to produce 7nm chips through SMIC. I wondered where they were getting it from since they probably wouldn't produce this much. But what if you just build a data center? The most important thing is GPU AI . So I did some research into several articles. Now, the Chinese document does n't mention anything about how to procure GPUs. Ultimately, no one, whether expert or official, knew about this data center construction plan on the black market. I think it's possible, but it's highly unlikely that there are any sophisticated illicit trading networks capable of procuring and managing over 100,000 processes . Now, something seems strange, right? Where on earth do you get 110,000 chips from ? An idea comes to mind. I'll keep reading . And even according to Nvidia, stealing chips is on a whole other level than building and operating a data center . Data centers are ultimately complex systems, so smuggling them out and extracting individual chips
20 doesn't make much sense. Because we no longer provide support or repairs. It also makes absolutely no engineering sense to try to assemble a data center out of smuggled, previous-generation products. Ultimately, you're going to have to put these chips together and tie them together with NV Link or Infinity Bandwidth to make this data center work, and that's exactly what Nvidia is talking about. That means you can't build a data center by smuggling houses . Then, a news story from the Financial Times yesterday popped into my head. Well, Nvidia plans to launch a new AI chip designed exclusively for China in September, and Chinese customers have shown interest in placing sizable orders. ah. Hey, I heard it's on a significant scale. Well, can you see the connection here ? And let's look at some recent news. Trump has already reached some sort of trade deal with China . It can be said that a large framework has been established, and if you look at the content that came out at that time, the
06 United States will revise its export regulations for AI chips . If you listen to what I say in the negotiations between countries, I will give you AI chips. In fact, he went on a tour of Middle Eastern countries and promised to sell AI chips . In return, the United States received a promise from oil-producing countries to increase production . Now, what if this applies equally to China ? So, ultimately, a new term has emerged: GPU geopolitics. In fact, the GPU is no different from state power. It is no exaggeration to say that AI is now at a level where it can determine not only national security but also the fate of the country, and GPUs have become the most important resource. In my personal opinion, we have reached an era where GPUs are more important than oil. And here's one more interesting story from Nvidia. What we talked about when we announced our first quarter earnings was, well, we have a Chinese-grade chip called the H20. We've written off a
51 significant amount of money, $4.5 billion, for the inventory of these H20 chips . Even in the second quarter outlook, sales, that is, the purchase agreement that the Chinese company had to buy, was simply reflected as a loss of $8 billion. In fact, even though they cut over 15 trillion won in sales by just $12.5 billion, Nvidia's stock price went up that day because they said they were doing so well . Now, after watching the news from China just now, what do you think ? Rumors are currently circulating that the new home for delivery to China is the RTX Pro 6000D. This is now said to have been slightly modified into a Chinese version, which is slightly different from the main data center chips that MBD is currently selling . This is because it uses Samsung's GDDR7 memory instead of HBM SK's high-bandwidth memory, and the line
38 uses regular packaging instead of TSMC's core packaging. In other words, this means that it can generate additional sales in China without eating up existing production lines . Of course, the performance itself is slightly lower than its predecessor, the H20. Each memory itself is now the same at 96GB, but since it is not HBM, the bandwidth is considerably lower, and the FP 32 operation performance itself can be seen as almost the same . But now, it uses a little more power and is a little cheaper, and on the spec sheet, it's almost the same as its H20 predecessor chip, but the problem is that it's difficult to use the existing Nvidia data center infrastructure for things like the RTX Pro 6000. When viewed individually, these chips are not bad, but when combined, there is a slight performance degradation. But now, even this is necessary on the Chinese side . Instead of a dud, they say that
24 without the M-Vidia chip, development will be too difficult, so they say that they should buy a lot of this, and orders are skyrocketing. So now we can make a reasonable guess : The chips that will go into this Gobi Desert data center are, after all, the Nvidia chips that Trump used as a bargaining chip . Now that Nvidia's sales in China are down 15%, its stock price has actually fallen a lot. But if this happens, won't the $8 billion loss that was reflected be revived? You might think that since this is the third quarter performance, there wo n't be an earnings surprise or an amazing number that greatly exceeds market expectations in the next quarter's guidance. I don't know to what extent it will be refunded, but it is likely to be perceived as a great windfall for interest rates. Anyway, it means that Chinese customers are coming back to life . [Music] In fact, what Jensen Wang has always argued is that China has almost caught up with the United States in AI
10 . How much, really? In particular, they always played the media by saying that Huawei chips should be restricted . When I look at it, there does n't seem to be anything that's a bit weak. Jensen's intentions seem different. We have to sell our Nvidia chips to China and make them dependent on our software, the CUDA ecosystem. So, in conclusion, what I wanted to argue was that we should sell to NVIDIA . But what's also funny is that there was someone who refuted this. Huawei's chips are not great and are a generation behind the US ones. The US is exaggerating its hand on Huawei. Now, this isn't something that someone in the US said, this is something that the CEO of Huawei said himself. So, hey, the US is currently restraining us and hitting us hard, but hey, isn't this a bit excessive? In a way, it's a counterargument from the people without a cause . When the American media reported that Huawei's Ascent chip was at the level of Nvidia's H100,
56 Huawei's CEO responded, "Oh, we're not at that level yet." He said that he had to work a little harder . Jensen Wang and Ren Zhengfei are both praising each other's chips, which is a paradoxical situation, and it's really funny . This [music] recently raised the target price for NVIDIA a lot . The highest bid was $372.87, with a period when it was offered as low as $87 . However, this seems a bit excessive in my opinion, and the target price was set at around $180 on average. This means that there is still about 10% room for growth . And now I checked the valuation indicator, and even though it has risen this much, the forward price is only 28 times . The growth rate next year is also expected to be quite high, at over 50%, and it is in a similar situation to Apple's current situation. Apple is 27 times larger, so
43 in reality Apple's growth rate is probably less than 10% . Thinking about this, I have been consistently saying for the past year or two that Nvidia's valuation is cheap . I would like to congratulate all shareholders once again and conclude the video here for today. And subscriptions, likes, and comments are nothing special, but creators make a living from that .
