1:20 I'm so bad with losing things. Missed that yellow knot.
4:45 Welcome everybody to Kenzie Vision Project's Text of the Month event. This is a very special month for us because we're celebrating Tara in collaboration with Kenzie Foundation. Especially today is International Mother's Day and it's the perfect day to pay homage to Tara. So we are absolutely delighted and privileged and honoured to welcome Rimshi to this event. Thank you so much for agreeing to come and teach us from Sheet. It's really wonderful to have you here and to see you. So I'm going to just hand over to June to say a couple of words for Kensie Foundation, but warm, warm welcome to everybody and thanks so much for attending this event.
5:31 Thank you, Doma, and thank you Kensie Vision Project TV. for having me here today. On behalf of Kenzie Foundation, we welcome everyone who are joining this precious teaching by Rinpoche on Ayatthara. This year we celebrate Kenzie Foundation's 25th year of effort in supporting and spreading the Buddha Dharma. It is so joyful that Kenzie Vision Project offers its translation of a number of important texts by John Kenzie Wombo on Ayatthara and to celebrate Kenzie Foundation's anniversary. We also would like to thank DJK translating team for translating some of this text into Chinese. Rinpoche always reminds us that Dara is Kinza Foundation's patron deity and we are so grateful for Dara's blessings
6:17 in past years. May Dara continue to protect and inspire us so that Buddha Dhamma may benefit countless beings in generations to come. Thank you. So, Rumshe, on behalf of everybody, Cancer Vision Project, Cancer Foundation and all sentient beings, we request you to please turn the wheel of Dharma. Thank you so much. So,
7:05 my thoughts are not organised these days. it may end up not becoming cohesive. But I guess most of the people who are here to listen, they're kind of used to my separatic and chaotic way of talking and thinking.
7:53 It's quite special to have Mother's Day. That is really, really... I don't know whoever thought about it. For Buddhists and especially for the Mahayana people, We are supposedly thinking about mother sentient beings. So we think about the mother all the time.
8:42 Many, many prayers begin with, for the sake of all mother sentient beings. But today we are talking about different, it's the same matter, but also a different angle. We are, anyway, I'm trying to articulate the principle or the, I don't know, phenomena or,
9:29 this thing called Tara. And I don't, you know, as you can see, I'm having difficulty in articulating because everything what I say will end up sort of making Tara smaller finite i don't know just you know we human beings we can only think and talk and i don't know articulate
10:23 at some level after a while like Chantrakiti said, birds can fly and fly up to the sky, but then the birds have to come down. This has got nothing to do with birds have reached to a limit of the space. That's why the birds are coming down. there's no good enough wings or there's no powerful wing birds have so it's you know exhaustion not you know inadequate
11:13 not powerful so due to the kindness of all my teachers I have received. I have heard about Tara so many, many times. So I have, I don't know, maybe not even a glimpse, but a glimpse of the glimpse of the glimpse of Tara. And because of that, because of all the kindness of all my Gurus, there's a little appreciation that dara is infinite.
12:01 So because of that, every time I'm about to talk to you about dara, it's very, there's, you know, part of me become very self-conscious. Part of me always telling me that's not correct, that's not enough, that's limited, so on and so forth. But still, we are supposedly a seeker of the truth, follower of the Shakyamuni Buddha. So even though
12:53 we are very limited in every way, One thing we can do is long for this limitless. This is something we can do, or at least begin to do. And there is an incredible, due to the, you know, wisdom and compassion of the masters and the bodhisattvas and the buddhas of the past and the present and the future, there are methods that can assist us to generate this longing
13:41 and, I don't know, art to acquaint with, to be closer to the Tara. So from this angle, maybe I can say a few things. As Dharma and June was mentioning, when Cancer Foundation was conceived and knowing that we had the... kind of a... we tried to have a grand aspiration to help the Buddha Dharma naturally we thought that
14:30 this is something we can't do as an ordinary human being. Ordinary human beings, you know, as I said earlier, we are very limited. So the only way we can do is tap into two things. The compassion and the power and the wisdom of the Buddha. and the merit of all sentient beings. Therefore, I thought definitely we need to have the blessings and guidance of all the Buddhas.
15:20 But again, coming back to limited sentient beings, You know, we, the limited, defiled beings. All Buddhas, all Bodhisattvas. That's something so abstract. And abstract is something that many times we human beings just don't know how to handle. Even though, you know, abstract is also very useful, but sometimes Abstract is, we prefer to have something concrete. So all Buddhas, you know, it sounds good, sounds grand, sounds special, but
16:08 many times for a defiled human beings like us, we need a specific hinge or a railing or a reference point. So then many days, I think I remember this quite well. It was under Bodhidri during one of our prayers, prayer festival. I thought about a lot. I even consulted with some other, my friends, Lamas, Rinpoches, thought about this. Who would, who should we choose? I mean, you know, it's kind of a,
16:56 You know, it's like choosing one part of the sky as a preferred sort of piece of sky. So, you know, like choosing one Bodhisattva or the Buddha in this case, out of many Buddhas, equally same thing. But as I said earlier, you know, we always like to have some sort of a reference. So it took some time, but finally, also actually I consulted some oracles, believe it or not. So anyway,
17:47 it all boiled down to ariyatara. Sometimes these things also, you can say these things just randomly happened. But other times you can also say random, you know, random. I don't know whether Buddhists would believe in random. Because we are sort of the follower of this path that believes in cause and condition and effect, right? So I remember the day I declared that Tara is
18:36 going to be Khenzik Foundation's guardian deity. I went to nearby Naranjana and I remembered the story of... I don't know why I thought about that, but anyway, I think I was reading different stories So I remember how Nagarjuna, you know, there's so many stories. Nagarjuna went to a forest and the sandalwood forest, supposedly. You know, Indians can be very poetic for, I don't know, cool breeze, inspiration.
19:27 etc. And then there, suddenly from the forest, appeared this beautiful girl. And she looks green. Well, of course, you know, at that time, I remember this very clearly. I was in Naranjana forest and I was thinking that. And as you know, I'm, you know, I like sometimes, you know, photography, lighting, you know, this is also in my conditioning here. So in my very, very deluded,
20:13 worldly, deluded mind made me think, you know, green tara, this emerald green tara is perhaps... Nagarjuna, when Nagarjuna saw this beautiful girl, the sun must hit all those leaves, you know, green leaves, as a filter, and then that must have reflected on her skin. But anyway, it doesn't matter, does it? It could be, you know, Nagarjuna could We could always talk about Nagarjuna seeing the first time this girl at a... I don't know...
21:04 cherry blossom in Kyoto. And in this case, maybe the reflection of the Tara would... I mean, the skin color of Tara could be something pinkish. It really doesn't matter. But anyway, for a diluted beings, this is how it works. It worked. it became an inspiration. So anyway, all these fragmented stories and images and thoughts, I guess they all sort of put it together and then we have come to a conclusion that Aryatara is going to be our guardian deity. And of course, there was not
21:55 an ounce of doubt that she will fail somewhere. I mean, she is, you know, growing up, you know, also growing up, my mother's father, Lama Svanam Sangpon, always talking about Tara and how powerful she is and etc. And then, you know, the Himalayan Buddhist families. I think Tara is very close, what do you call it? A deity. So this is how it
22:40 sort of started. Tara as the, I'm just trying to tell you why Tara as the guardian deity of the Kensei Foundation. And everything, if we have, managed to offer some small assistance to the Dharma and the practitioners in the past, now and the future. Everything is due to her, what do you call it, blessing and protection. This is actually something that I believe. Even though I pretend to act as sometimes atheist,
23:28 anarchist and what do you call it? I don't know, extremist. There is part of me, I think I can be very religious also because that is a habitual pattern. You know, the Gurus, Masters of the past, they... You know, there's so many stories about how Masters, different Masters have
24:18 had interaction with the Dara. So many, so many. Asking questions, giving guidance, of course the masters and the great practitioners but there's also so many stories about ordinary people just very ordinary people who are so devoted to Tara having you know amazing interaction with Tara there's just so many I'm sure many of you know.
25:05 There are actually, I know few who have like dreams of Tara. Like now and then, quite a lot. Me, myself, nothing, zero. No dream, of course no interaction. Nothing. You know, like Zonsar Monastery in Sichuan always had, I mean, used to have fire issues. And
25:55 there's a Tara painting. All they have to do is show the Tara painting towards the fire and then supposedly the fire extinguished. The painting, you know, very, very revered. Things like that. None of this experience for me, I have to tell you. But, you know, these experiences are very subjective. And So what? Subjective is so good. If being objective is good, then being subjective is equally good. You
26:42 cannot dismiss having something subjective as something sort of second class or lower than the objective. These things are very subjective. So from that point of view, I can say something. ever since we did this two grand Tara Puja, one in Bhutra, in Devathang, and one in Tongsar Chedha, every time I go to places, especially statue shops, you will all laugh at me, I know this,
27:28 statue shops, always end up having a good Tara statues. This is always there. Small ones, big ones. The way I treat, the way I think is, that's it. She's there, the statue's there, and this is Tara sending, this is Tara's communication. That's how I interact. So I don't even, Many times, actually now, I don't even negotiate. Some of the Nepali Tara statue sellers, I think they are very happy whenever I go to their shop. And many times I don't even call them
28:19 like, first, you know, like, oh, I'm coming, can you look for a good Tara statues? And not only that, in the past few years, two years, I must have encountered at least few hundreds of Tara statues, just randomly. One time, I even found a beautiful Tara statue next to Louvre, Paris. There's all these antique shops. and she's just sitting there and it's not even expensive.
29:11 So this is how I interact with the Tara. For me, this is her way of interaction because of who I am, because I'm a deluded being, I have lots of defilements, this much is the all merit I have. I have no merit to, you know, talk to her, like many great masters and ordinary people have done, actually, just like as a human being. And I have to be happy with this much, and I'm sure if I follow, I keep on having this kind of, what do you call it, trust and
30:03 this kind of, yeah, the trust and conviction towards her, I'm sure my sort of level of communication with her will improve. That's for sure. So this is something I wanted to say. And it's already half an hour now. I'm
30:49 sure sometimes it's good to know what is Tara, who is Tara, all of that. as I said earlier you know in Buddhism we talk about and especially those who have received very high level teachings such as Anata Shunyata Tathagata Garbha such as you know
31:47 that there is no such thing as object of refuge, object of prayer. Of course not. Not even there is a being, an agent, a person who does supplication. And therefore, even all this act of praising,
32:34 prayer supplicating beseeching for the blessing all this is as illusory as everything else we know this but you know um And then of course, in that context, we talk about how
33:22 distinctions such as red Dara, white Dara, green Dara, all these are just dualistic distinctions. That they are just a mental fabrication We know this, but as long as we are subject to hope and fear, as long as we have notions such as this is this, this is, that is that,
34:09 that is this, this is that. As long as we have distinctions, then all these red Tara, green Tara, white Tara, we will have and we should have. It is very necessary. So because of that, we have varieties of Taras. In fact, infinite varieties. But, you know, as I said earlier, infinite,
34:58 boundless things end up becoming too abstract for many of us. We need, what do they call it? Bite size. chewable, countable referable measurable references. And therefore we have things like 21 Taras, group of 21 Taras, eight Taras, and so on and so forth. You know, this is important that we do not forget. I think sometimes We cherish, I mean, most of the time we don't cherish, but
35:45 even though there are few people who cherishes wisdom, we tend to deprive ourselves from something called method. Too much emphasis on Wisdom. I don't know how to put this properly. We got, well, we think. It's not that we are actually robbed by the wisdom. It's not that. It's just we think. I mean, I don't know. There's this tendency to
36:33 like the wisdom. And in the process, We deprive ourselves from method. That's not good. We should have abundance of method. It's like tools. When there's no fork and knife and spoon, yeah, use fingers. But if there is fork and chopsticks and this and that, faculties, tablecloth, whatever, candlelight, nothing to do with the food, but this can help. Or more the merrier. So because of that,
37:23 there are also many, many different varieties of the Tara. But from the wisdom point of view, All these Taras have not even momentarily departed from the... sort of Tathagata base. They are... It's like the sky. For... beings like us, we can talk about the middle of the sky, the edges of
38:10 the sky, the east side, the west side and all of that. But no matter how we distinguish, they are always, they are not sort of corrupted by our distinctions. They have never moved from the state of the Buddha or the Tathagata, even for a momentarily. But, as I said, you know, we need method and methods should really hit our, you know, being.
38:56 It should really communicate our being. And us, we are so many, many varieties. No need to even go around talking about others. We ourselves, a single person. One morning, we are happy person. Afternoon, we are not so happy. One day, I mean, one moment we have one emotion. Next moment, we have another emotion. just, you know, compounded phenomena. So for us, we need all kinds of
39:42 methods. There are too many informations. I don't know how to even tell you these things. Yes, if you ask me technical or academical questions like, where does Tara belong to? Is she a nirmana kaya or a sambhogakaya or a... Dharmakaya. Then, you know, green Tara, white Tara, all these 21 Tara, of course, you know, it's easier to categorize them as a nirmanakaya, meaning manifestation. They are manifestation. They are, you know, like a
40:28 show. Now, when we talk about a manifestation, obviously we are talking about an audience, right? Audience. So as the great Longchenpa talked about, three Gaiyas, you know, one moon in the sky, hundreds and hundreds of legs on earth. Some lakes are covered by, I don't know, plants, trees. Some lakes, between some
41:13 lakes and the moon, there are clouds hovering around. Other lakes, very clear, no, nothing in between the moon and the lake. The reflection reflects the moon. without the moon having a specific intention to reflect or not reflect on a specific lake. This is how the manifestation of the Buddha manifests. So, you know, stories like... Story, I mean, you know, this is what I said. You know, every time I use these words, it gives me...
42:03 it makes me feel not good. It's kind of self-conscious. Anyway, there's a story like Avalokiteshvara cried non-stop for looking at sentient beings. And you know the great bodhisattvas such as Avalokiteshvara Everything what they do gets become, because this is their aspiration, that no matter what, like even a movement of their hand, a step taken, they have aspired that
42:53 this will, one way or another, become beneficial for sentient beings. So there's a story that Abbalokiteshwara transformed his tears where many great poets, they said they become emerald. And then this is the dara, so on and so forth. So, you know, the Chinese who refers Avalokiteshvara as a guanyin, it really makes sense, really, really incredible sense.
43:39 I have actually developed a specific, special, I don't know, admiration and I don't know, I don't know, enchant, I'm getting so enchanted by Kuan Yin, this few, you know, it is started. So when I look at Kuan Yin, for me, Just as stated in the Tibetan text, that it's Abalokiteshvara. I mean, the tier of the Abalokiteshvara is the Aryatara. So it's just, it's called
44:24 Gronian. Now, this is a narration, you know, narrative. You know, we need narration. We human beings, that's the only way. You know, the non-verbal, unthinkable, unfathomable. A few days ago, I was in Nepal, and I was talking about Manjushiri, and it's the same thing here, unfathomable, unimaginable. It's just... can't, you know, can't communicate, right, with that.
45:10 So, yes, we have Tara. Sometimes as beautiful as green Tara. As very seductive as the red Tara. As very, what do you call it? Hmm. and I don't know not lacking just so rich as the yellow Tara and as very soothing and cleansing
46:00 and uplifting as white Tara and then also not just, you know, in peaceful form. Some of Thada's most, most wrathful. Now, all these manifestations are necessary. As long as you and I can't get rid of thinking that this is that, that is this. One is one, two is two, three is three. as long as we have those distinctions
46:46 we will need all these so not depriving ourselves from method This is something we, the followers of the Tara, we should really remember this. Now, Tara is also referred as Jalyum, Jalvi-yum, the mother of all the Buddha. Now this one, we could talk about ours. We could talk on the
47:36 most ultimate level of why the Tara is the mother of all the Buddhas. We could talk on the relative level where she actually manifests as the savior, as a protector, and especially, you know, in Tibetan they say. Njig means like a fear, I think so. Fear. Chop is protection. Fear? We have a lot. Sure, some of us, we don't have fear of missiles flying over
48:24 on top of us. You know, we don't have, yeah, sure, we don't have that kind of fear, but we have other fear. You know, just uncertainty. What will happen next, you know, next moment? We have no guarantee. Anytime something can go wrong, we know this, there's that. And then, I don't know what generation I belong to, but then there's what generation Z? And then nowadays a
49:13 generation alpha. This generation alpha, they have looks like they have a totally different kind of, you know, like fear. Because now algorithms end up I mean, of course, dictating what you shop and where you go, etc., etc. That's small, right? But it looks like the algorithms are actually dictating,
50:02 defining your identity. And... So this constant need to reaffirm our identity and therefore our existence and whatever it is even, what does existence means? So our fear it's not getting less
50:48 it's just getting maybe not more but it's definitely changing yeah maybe even more ecologically so on and so forth but definitely it's changing and in all this situation we need protection yes of course we need protection from missiles viruses stock market crashing cryptocurrencies whatever going crazy
51:39 of course we do But we need protection from, I don't know, headlines snippets from TikTok, Instagram. I mean, not so much of the TikTok or whatever,
52:24 but that they defining our value, our identity. So who else can... give us this protection, but Madhurtara. Now in this case, the Madhurtara I'm talking about is our basic goodness, otherwise known as Prajnaparamita.
53:11 This is why... Okay, so now I want to tie up tie this up with today, Mother's Day, right? Mother's Day. Today is Mother's Day. Mother represents where we come from, so to speak, right? Where we emerged from. I guess this is why emerge and also we dwell. You know, we sit on mother's lap. We long to mother's, I don't know, mother is the one who gives birth and we kind of refer I think we go back to like a home
54:08 like a ground yeah this is why I think I've said this before many of you have heard this Prajana Paramita. And by the way, there is actually a Prajana Paramita represented as a female Bodhisattva, which is actually one of the Tara, you know. But that also. But right now I'm talking about the Shunyata, the emptiness. So this is why Lord Matriya said, I'm not going to go through all that but what a beautiful line.
54:57 He said, those Arhats, those who are longing for peace, longing for liberation. Why do they have this longing for liberation? Because in reality, nothing exists independently, truly, and as how we imagine and how we fabricate. That truth is there, cannot change. But what we do, we cover it up, we camouflage, we cheat, we deceive ourselves.
55:45 And then of course, they fall apart. but still we don't give up. We try to mend, try to color, try to, I don't know, put foundations, blasters and so on and so forth. But underneath that, it's not like that. You know, it's a bit like me, if I go to a women's only banquet party, dressed as a woman. You understand? And good makeup. You understand? Really, really good makeup. But part of me will always feel like, you know,
56:36 I should go into the banquet, do whatever I need to do, and get the hell out. Because sooner or later, things will fall apart. Because, you know, reality is not. Of course, many of us, many of the default sentient beings, we are just so drugged and numbed and distracted. So we are so, what do you call it, entangled by our own, you know like fabrication but still and especially for some
57:24 of us you know the non-existence non-existence or the shunniyata the mother you know what do they call it in English there's a really good I forgot now, destiny, calling or something. There's a calling, calling, I think. Calling. So yeah, the Arhats. Who? Arhats feel sad when they look at the worldly life. And this sadness, this wishing to renounce the world comes from what?
58:17 this mother Tara. That's why the Sunyata, Prajnaparamita, and in this case Aryat Tara, is not only the mother of all the Buddha, but it is also the mother of all the seekers of the liberation, including the Arhat. Many of them, they don't even know as Tara, but... Now the next one, the Bodhisattvas. For them, they have a much more sophisticated sadness. The seeker of liberation, they feel sad with the mundane, this fake world.
59:08 Now for the Bodhisattvas, they are sad with this longing to liberation also these guys don't want these guys don't want to fall into any kind of extreme is the tibetan word edge i don't know edge or the boundary or extreme maybe the bodhisattvas don't want to um Bodhisattva feels sad with all kinds of edge, extreme.
59:56 And why do the Bodhisattvas have this? This, just not trusting the edges, not trusting the... I don't know, like decided values, I don't know. Only, yeah, because of the fact that everything is Shunyata. And because of that, even those who wish to be free from not only samsara, but also even from the nirvana, one has to, one should rely on Tara. Now,
1:00:45 of course, you know, here a lot of you listeners, you know, I know. I mean, I am one of you. Defiled. Totally ignorant. Still very attached to the worldly life. Of course. And some of our, you know, very, relatively speaking, valid. Like, I don't know, if you have a joint pain, you know, it's kind of valid. But if you have this fear that due to the shortage of
1:01:31 gas, maybe the World Cup may get cancelled, you know, that's sort of ridiculous, right, for many of you. But, you know, some people have this. Some of you may think this is so stupid, but others may not agree with you, by the way. I should point that out. All kinds of fears we all have. And they are all, you know, even for them, we should not think, oh, you know, we can't really pray for the, what do you call it? stock market not crashing to Tara, that's a bit too much. Don't think that. You should, especially those who
1:02:22 are here doing business, running restaurant, I don't know, running massage parlor, art studios, I don't know. Those who have sickness, those who are I dare say even those who go to Hong Kong Jockey Club tonight. It's between not praying to the Tara, because you feel it's too
1:03:08 embarrassed to ask Tara for your horse to win, Okay, between that and praying to Tara, I would opt for the praying. Because the object, refuge object, Tara, is enlightened being, yes, she might help you, help your horse to win. She might not, because there is a vested interest in her, you know. Probably your loss with your bet might take you to a greater truth. Who knows? But anyway, what I'm saying is, I'm sorry, now I'm beginning to talk rubbish things, so I will soon stop.
1:03:58 Anyway, what I'm saying is, by all means, don't shy away from praying, Tara for mundane stuff. But main purpose for the prayer and aspiration is to actually, now this is important, you listen to this. Main purpose of is
1:04:48 to become her. That's it. To become her. It's in the text. This is important. To become her. To dwell in her... Okay, now if you think that's a bit too abstract, to at least go to her place and dwell in her surrounding. There are, you know, places they call it, what? The land of turquoise and land of... What do you call it? Maine? The hare? You know, there's so many. To become Tara...
1:05:39 actually means to be liberated. By the way, the word Tara also is liberation. So this is what we should do. And yes, generation alpha now, it has reached to that. I'm sure some of you are baby boomers and I can see some of you are hippie dippies. Some of you are hippie-dippies who are trying to become yappies. Kind of not that successful, I can see. And many of you will be generation alpha who will just
1:06:26 never know how to imagine a world where... I don't know, they will never... They will never think of a world without internet. I mean, gosh, this is how they will be thinking. And then, this is not end. I don't know, in two years, I don't know what generation will be. Generation Alpha, then generation, I don't know what. No matter what. As long as we do not actualize Tara, there will always be fear.
1:07:16 And when there's a fear, when there's an insecurity, you will always end up looking for trouble. So that's it. Now I'm going to recite 21 Tara prayer and I will let you go after that. I have to say
1:08:08 I am not sure how to do this. I think that's it. Is drama there? Yes, Rumshe, I'm here. I'm here. Thank you so, so much. I was just wondering, do you have time for a couple of questions? All your questions are answered.
1:08:59 There's a couple more that came in. Is it possible to ask you a couple more? Ask three. Three questions? Thank you, Rumshe. Rinpoche, on this Mother's Day, do you have any advice for mothers in particular? Wow. She'll be asking you. You mothers should be giving this answer. But since we are talking about the Tara, I will only say,
1:09:46 actually, yes, maintenance of the children, leading them. You know, you have to lead, right? Even though we ourselves have managed to make our own world very complicated, and we have come up with stuff like schooling, education. But what do we do now? We are stuck with this net, this system. So I guess you can pray through Tara so
1:10:34 that you will not be too drunk with a specific system that this will be the answer for the children. We don't know. Yeah, maybe education, whatever we have, maybe, maybe an extra lesson of, I don't know, violin. All kinds of things. Maybe good to be tiger mother Maybe good to be rabbit mother, as in, you know, like not tiger mother.
1:11:23 You can't really make a decision. Tiger mother, not good. I don't think we can do that. Because you are supposed to, you know, you of course have a love. You really want the children to grow up. that they will have some sort of equipment to find their own way at least that much once they give you once you give them the equipment and then if they want to go to mars to cook an egg that's their karma now what to do so that is complicated this very complicated even
1:12:12 Should we put them into a school or not? Wow. But you will have to do it because, you know, it's like a big, wild guest job, lot of guest job. It's like buying lottery. So there you can do prayer. Whatever lottery you are buying, go send to this kindergarten school. may it somehow, if not win the first prize, at least the seventh prize. It's good enough. Something like this. Okay, next. Rinpoche, at Kinsie Vision Project and Kinsie Foundation in general, we're coming from a place of
1:12:59 connection with Jami Kinsie Wampo and the Kinsie lineage. Can you speak at all to the special connection that exists maybe between Jami Kinsie Wampo and the Kinsie lineage and Tara? there's a lot to say especially jimanshan zivangpo he's probably safe to say the first ever tretan who introduced big time um any yoga tantra or the yeah sort of very high yoga tantra um dara um In fact, when he discovered Chimipama Ningti, there was a bit of a
1:13:47 controversy, you know? I'm just mentioning this because it proves that there is this much passion and trust towards the Tara. And I don't know whether you can appreciate this because, you know, Tibetan is kind of a very male-dominating male chauvinist society and especially you know, the lamas, they're always in the monastery. You know, so that's big. That's really, really big. And not only Chimepamanying, there's just so many other, you know, like the version of the Tara, I guess. I mean,
1:14:35 Kali, there's Gurukula, is also Saraswati by the way so on and so forth so I'm sure you guys will translate many of those I hope so okay last one one more one more it said that Tara's compassion is especially swift So when we pray to Tara to help us, especially from even worldly fears and issues, how is that different from praying to Gurumse or Avalokitesh or
1:15:20 anyone else? Does it have some kind of difference in terms of how it impacts our own channels or mind or how is her compassion so swift? All human conditioning, even between father and the mother, Children seem to sort of, I don't know, talk to the mother. I don't know. Generally, I'm talking about all human condition. I'm sure it is changing also. Who knows? But till, you know, now, the mother, I don't know, the mother, someone to talk to, someone to, I don't know, like complain, someone to, what do you call it?
1:16:09 someone to surrender and also sort of the known kind of phenomena the mother responses and then there are things that the only mother can do so stuff like this, this is a human dental I think plus the Shunyata you know that one you cannot delete that one. Okay. Rumshe, thank you so much for teaching us. It was such a joy to have you here. And I really pray that through Tara's blessings, your life may be long and firm and all of your activities
1:16:56 continue to flourish to that ultimate, ultimate extent without any hindrance. Thank you so much. And I also wish that all you translators, all the editors, all the sponsors, all the volunteers, all the communicators, all the technicians, that you will all live long, healthy, creative, so that you can slave the Dharma more. Thank you. And shall we just have some dedication prayers that we'll do?
1:17:52 Lord of the ocean of teachings in Tibet without bias, universal monarch of seven wondrous transmissions, in person, may all be auspicious for your lineage to spread and flourish. As long as space remains, as long as the world remains, may I too remain to alleviate the sufferings of the world.
