0:00 even though we're a couple weeks into season 3 I'm sure a lot of you guys are wondering how to hit unreal rank so in today's video I'm going to be showing you guys the fastest and most efficient way to hit unreal ranked in fortnite if you guys make sure to stay tuned and watch the entire video I promise that you will hit unreal faster than you ever have before or even for your first time so as always in ranked I mean staying alive and getting kills is going to be your best way of ranking up so throughout this video I'm going to be giving you guys some strategies some different tips and tricks so that you can accomplish both consistently without you know taking too many risks or trying to drop 20 bombs in every single game so some of you guys may be wondering what mode is better to play to earn points the fastest or rank up the quickest and you know fortnite does a pretty good job
0:45 at balancing the modes out in the ways that the points are distributed in my opinion it's good to play whatever you are strongest in and most comfortable in so if you have a really good team to surround yourself with I say you know you play with them you try to rank up quickly try to run some strategies with them but if you find yourself being a very confident solo individual player then I recommend you hopping in solos also people may be wondering if your strategy changes as you rank up now this really depends because as you play the players that you eliminate you will get more points for killing better players than you will for killing worse players so if I'm killing somebody that's in bronze I'm not going to get as many points as if I'm killing a guy in unreal rank a very good good strategy for
1:31 killing players that are a higher rank than you is going to be cleaning up the major pois the places of interest uh that have medallions and I'm going to show you guys the hottest drops of the Season where the most people are landing that are the best and how you can rotate in and fundamentally take them out the NPC at this place of interest drops a Mythic AR which is insanely busted and it also gives a medallion which gives you Shield throughout the game and as you lose HP so if you get shot your Shield is going to replenish a lot of the time you're going to see people in Arena just coming in landing and they're just going to straight land on Red Line they're going to loot two chests and they're going to run around and try to clear the POI and then kill the NPC with that being said so I'm going to show you
2:18 guys a few spots around the hottest POI that are the best it's a little bit self-explanatory but down here to the left of red line uh this is going to be a drop spot has a few chests the Yow chests are guaranteed meaning if you land there they're going to be there every single game so pretty much you can run around you can smack these they're going to give you Shield also they are going to replenish over time so you can come back and reuse them uh so this is a good little area to the side of red line you have a pond up here as well you can fish at this down here this is also a really good place I would recommend this uh so you land down here you have all the slurp cacti you hit this immediately you hit the slurp barrels you grab these chests and you're going to have some Loot and you're going to have 200 hp but the most efficient and best way to you know take out an unreal player and this
3:04 is talking from experience is going to be when they are killing the NPC or the boss every time I find myself in Arena killing the boss you can't hear anything all you hear is gunshots you're shooting the NPC and if you are to lurk up at a correct time you're going to be able to shoot that player take out so much of their HP and then because of the meta right now you're going to be able to use some utility as well to get yourself in their box very fast and end that fight quickly so you guys may be wondering what this big yellow circle is okay this is the first zone so a lot of you guys know when that first Zone pops you're going to have to work into it and you are going to have to get into this zone right say I'm someone who lands down here at Mount Olympus I need to get into that zone I'm going to need to run to there in fortnite there's a thing called Dead side dead side is super valuable
3:49 it's a great piece of information to use and you know to abuse in the game and dead side is pretty much the area of the map where the least amount of players are going to be the dead side on this type of Zone would be this top area that is going to mean that there are going to be less players in this area than anywhere else on the map now the way that I visualize this in my brain is I look at the Zone I see the parts of the zone that are out and I try to imagine the players and how they would rotate into there so any teams Landing top right they're just going to funnel into there Grand Glacier they're going to funnel into here now Olympus is going to go there red line here and so on and so forth like this right now I'm going to show you guys a a few ways that you can wrap around the map launchpads you're going to want to use these uh launch
4:35 pads are super important so I recommend honestly an arena Landing somewhere where launchpads are so that you are going to be able to launch pad Into the Dead side remember this is if you do not want to fight if you want to be one of those players who are landing at somewhere safe and just playing your placement and trying to get those endgame kills then this is what I would do you land down here at Sandy steps instead of going straight in come up to this hill over here hit the Launchpad and go on the left side of Zone to try to get deep into here so I mean the best thing that I could recommend as far as you know ranking up and improving on your own individually is don't be afraid be confident you need to play Creative you need to play other game modes you need to make sure that you are good individually so that when you get into these midgame fights uh you know you are able to put up a battle and you are able to you know win win those fights I'm
5:21 going to play an arena game I'm going to walk you guys through what I'm thinking why I'm doing certain things and uh I'm going to show you guys the efficiency of some of the track iies that I talked about and uh yeah let's just get into it all right so check this out this drop spot right here the one I was talking about you get some good brick outside you get some good wood look at this this is going to be like 200 wood literally 200 on the dot this brick right here this is crazy you're going to pop this get some more wood arm your metal 50 metal who told me this was crazy bro look at this arm that get a big pot and look at my Loot and as you guys see right here this guy is killing the boss
6:07 hit him 60 200 and just like that like I explained earlier it's how you kill a good player and you get the boss every single time so check this out go hit the Fizz tack Sprint jump you're going to go flying right and look afterwards you slide and jump every single time you're going to go so much farther than you would have let me he

7:50 Co so as I was talking about in the video I kind of just want to you know talk about the things that I was speaking about um so the dead side on a Zone like this this isn't the first Zone uh this would be this back area down here so if you were in a position where I am right now uh you can think of multiple strategies and multiple things to do but what I would say you should do is instead of going straight down the middle path here ending up over there is I'm going to try to hit this Fizz and get to the south side of the map just like this and going to slide
8:37 jump and we are going to slide jump again okay and we are getting closer and closer to that dead side
9:28 no he's going to get away so this guy looks like he has the strategy down um I mean he's using gloves and he's using the new Mobility item okay so this purple part of Zone back here think about it nobody can be there it's a two- tick I mean somebody could be there if they're playing medkits that's a good strategy people like to use they sit back in places like these that aren't in zone and they use medkits
10:13 and then when zones open up you know they're fine but uh that purple side is always going to be dead side because of the storm so if you're able to position yourself uh on one of these edges I would recommend and then from there working Into the Dead side that's probably probably the best way to do so wow uh I'm terrible for that like as a movement God there we go
