00 Today I'm going to show you how to use multiple agent teams inside this canvas called collaborator that basically makes Claude way more powerful and you can basically run teams of agents like you see right here. These are all different terminals of Claude running inside one single project so that they can work together in one space. Right? So you got all these agents working together, creating stuff, building stuff and you can organize and orchestrate them in one amazing simple dashboard. So how does this work? Well, basically you can download this free Mac or um yeah, so you can download this free Mac app as you can see. And then once you've done that, open collaborator like this. From there, you would just open up the folder that you want to start orchestrating agents in. So for example, here you can see that we have the folder on the left hand side. And when you actually open
46 this up and you open a new folder for the first time, you're going to see something like that looks like this. This is basically your coding project that you're working on. So for example, here we've got a website that we've been building. Now if we want to improve this we can press escape and that actually takes us to a canvas and inside the canvas we can run different terminals different AI agents. Now this isn't just limited to claude but I will show you how to use this with claude code. So if we type in claude inside the terminal and then let's say for example we want to add another one we can just type in right here. So we can type in claude right there and we can open up loads of different claude terminals working together on the same project. So you could have one that's like right okay improve the UI on this project. You could have another one that's like improve the design of this project and then you could have another claude that is working alongside it and you like
32 improve the copyrighting of this project, right? And so you can build out multiple teams like you can see working together all with different terminals on this canvas inside one single project. Now if you were using for example terminal directly, it would be quite messy. It would be hard to see what they're all doing at the same time. This just makes it way easier to orchestrate and organize people between each other. And how do you know they're all working on the same project? Well, this is all opening inside one folder, right? Now, you can add a new folder here. So, you could open up a new folder or you could open up a new project. You can just open up another agent by simply clicking double click. Right? So, that's how you open up a new terminal. And there's also this browser tile as well, right? So, you can actually um browse the web whilst you're doing everything else, right? So you could, for example, if you
18 have this hosted locally like this, and we're going to accept all the edits from each of these agents at the same time. So they're all working together on this one single project to make it better, right? This is basically how you can orchestrate them. And then, for example, you could have your local host right here for the project that you're building. That could be an app, a landing page, a game, a website, whatever you want to build. And basically, you can command all of these agents working together, orchestrate them, and it's completely free to install this app. Now obviously claw code itself is not free but you don't have to use claw code right it could be that I mean this would be interesting as well I wonder if we could actually run this with open claw as well directly inside collaborator I didn't even think about that before but be interesting to see if we can so I think yeah you can connect your gateway right here with
04 claw code you just add your your token and your password um and then you connect directly there and then you could have even openclaw working inside the same project as well so all of them are working together and you can see they're all running in the background. They're all doing different tasks. One's working on copyrighting, one's working on design, one's working on the UI. And this was super easy to build and and create. Right now, it's giving you a breakdown of what it's working on. Inside the original one, we can say, okay, open this up or we can say um give me a local host URL for this. And now we can start building this directly in the background. I'm actually just going to connect to OpenClaw. One second. But yeah, that's essentially how it works. I mean, if you actually look at the original demo here, look at this image, right? how many different claw codes are working together to create this project right here. It's it's absolutely insane.
49 I don't think you need that many, but I do think it's useful to have all of these working together like you can see. And so now we've got this running like so. And if we right click over here, new browser tile, open that up, we can see our website real time that we're building with all the other Claude Code agents working together over here, right? And so we can keep creating new versions of this. Keep iterating and then refresh the local host. And you can see all of these are just working together. You see? So it's kind of like having your own team of agents just working together. You control them. Super easy to see them all in one place. Again, if you went over to terminal, right, and you're trying to do the same thing, it'd be super messy because you'd have different terminals like this and it'd be much harder to see what they're all working on. And even if for example
34 you have cla code open like this as you can see it's still quite messy because it's just one stream of of terminal right whereas for example if you go inside collaborator using the app you can get a live preview whilst you're using claude like even just for having one preview and then one single claude terminal will be pretty useful but you can have loads building and working together as a team and orchestrating them directly. So that's how to use it how to set it up what I'd use it for. Basically what I would try and figure out is okay based on my project what do I need each of them working uh towards together right so for example one for copper end one for for example improving the UI one for building the back end for example so then you can actually build like full stack apps together using this full project together and it' be super easy to build so it's an amazing tool
21 really easy to use I'm not a coder I don't really know code I'm not very technical but I can easily put these together you can also have like uh note tiles on there and also image tiles too. So you can have like screenshots and diagrams and visuals as well as the code and the terminal previews too. And again, this is a free open-source desktop app that you can easily install in like one single click to get the most out of it. So you've basically got like your command line center, right? That's your canvas, which is this right here. Then you have your agents, which is all the different terminals working together, as you can see over here. From there you have your context. Now this is the actual folder you're working from. So this is the code that it's got the context from. And you could add more files with more context on the left hand side if you wanted to improve this even more. Then the final bit is the output, right? The actual files that you can
07 host and check out. Like you can see if we press escape over here, we can check this out. And you can see that it's got the full website being built directly inside the browser right there. Right. And we can also refresh. So if we click on refresh, we can see the new updates. We can see what's working, what's been improved on the page. And it's beginning to to come together and look really nice. I mean, you could even have, for example, like one website and then you've got one terminal open for actually creating uh content on the website and publishing it and then you can just come back to collaborator every time you want to build something out. I think also what you could do here is you could create schedule tasks with the loop command inside one of these terminals and then it could schedule for example creating blog content for you daily or updating the website or improving the once a day or even if it's like a news website you could add new news as well. So, this is uh a 30-day
54 road map that we've got for using this and mastering it inside your business. And we've also got 100 copy and paste prompts you can use, for example, for getting the most out of Collaborator and the teams of agents. But the main thing to know is like you can run awesome teams of agents. They work together. You get a lot of visibility of how they're working together. You get a live preview of what they're building and it's all easy to create. And even uh running OpenCaw with it wouldn't be that complicated, right? You could have them all working together. You could even for example have like one terminal that is claude code, one terminal that is Hermes agent and then another terminal that is open claw all working together on the same project all coming at it with different improvements and different styles of working together. So that's basically how to get it. You can get it at collabublic um on GitHub as you can see amazing way
40 to control your agents and your team's agents. If you want to get the video notes from today, you can get that inside the AR profit boardroom that comes with a 30-day road map for using collaborator 100 prompts you can use for building your teams and also the full framework that I talked about today.
