How to maximise your maxilla (at any age)

Brief Summary

This video explores how to naturally enhance the maxilla, the central bone of the face that significantly affects appearance. The speaker shares personal experiences and transformations achieved over two years, culminating in his success as a model and student in craniofacial sciences. The video includes examples of clients who successfully improved their midfaces and highlights the importance of understanding maxillary positioning and its impact on overall facial aesthetics.

  • The maxilla is crucial for facial appearance, acting as a pivot between various facial features.
  • Proper posture, tongue use, and bone remodeling are essential for enhancing attractiveness.

Understanding the Maxilla and Its Importance

The speaker introduces the maxillary bone, emphasising its role in determining facial appearance. A poorly positioned maxilla can lead to a flat-looking face, which can negatively impact one's life. Through personal experience and client transformations, the speaker illustrates how minor changes (just a few millimetres) in the maxilla can lead to significant improvements in aesthetics.

Transformation Examples: Clients and Personal Experience

The speaker shares his past struggles with a sunken facial appearance and how he dedicated two years to studying ways to enhance his looks. He showcases clients like Matthew and Alicia, whose facial transformations illustrate the effectiveness of modifying the maxilla and soft tissue for better facial angles. These changes led not just to improved appearances but also to more satisfying life experiences.

The Anatomy and Function of the Maxilla

The maxilla serves as a central structure in the face, impacting features like the nose, cheeks, and smile. If the maxilla lacks depth or projection, the face appears flattened. The speaker discusses how a slight increase in the thickness of this bone can improve overall appearance, linking it to societal perceptions of beauty and success.

Effects of Posture on Facial Structure

The video discusses how unnatural posture can lead to undesired facial changes over time. As gravity exerts pressure on the body, maintaining proper alignment is critical to avoid premature aging and degradation in bone density. The speaker emphasizes the importance of posture in preventing the body from sagging and ultimately affecting attractiveness.

Swallowing Techniques and Their Impact

The speaker illustrates the differences between swallowing techniques in toddlers and adults, positing that using the correct muscles for swallowing is vital for facial development. He advises against using cheek muscles, as this can lead to undesirable facial features in adults. Instead, effective swallowing should rely on tongue strength and proper alignment to enhance facial structure.

Building Strong Facial Structures

Strong jaw and neck muscles are essential for effective bone remodeling. The video highlights the importance of achieving the necessary strain on the maxilla to stimulate its growth and improve appearance. The speaker discusses the concept of "minimum effective strain," explaining how exceeding this threshold can lead to significant changes in bone structure.

Maxilla Transformation and Individual Paths

Transformation journeys are unique and personal, underscoring that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. The speaker encourages viewers to understand that valid strategies for one individual's transformation may not be suitable for another. He stresses the importance of tailored inputs to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes.

Investing in Transformation: Time vs Resources

The speaker discusses the significance of investing time or resources in one’s appearance. The decision to commit to enhancing facial features is emphasised as being crucial. He highlights that taking control of one's appearance can drastically improve life quality, and achieving a positive transformation demands serious dedication and effort.

Final Thoughts on Maximising Your Maxilla

The video wraps up with a call to action, encouraging viewers to take their aesthetic aspirations seriously. The speaker reflects on his personal journey from an average appearance to becoming a signed model, conveying the message that with focus and effort, significant improvements are achievable, putting individuals on the path to elite physical attractiveness.

0:00 We are going to be discussing how you can maximize your maxilla naturally. And this works for any age. Now, the maxillary bone is the most important bone in determining your appearance. And your appearance, as we are fully aware in today's age, especially, underpins virtually every aspect of your life. So, let's first understand where I was, how I made this happen. My face looked like it was so sunken inwards that I barely could see my side profile when I even took a picture. Everything was recessed, everything just looked so far backwards. And it hurt me. I knew that I did not want to live a life where I could

0:45 achieve everything I wanted to, which I eventually did, yet my appearance was the thing that could potentially hold me back. I didn't want to live that life. So, I spent 2 years studying exactly what I'm going to teach you, and it got me to now being a signed model. But not just that, I'm majoring in physics at a top four university in the world for craniofacial sciences. So, what I'm going to be teaching you is going to work given that you apply it. But it's not just me that's transformed my life from this. I'm going to show you just some of my one-to-one clients, just some of the people who decided to actually transform their appearance under my

1:31 guidance. Because generalized guidance can only take you to a certain point. But if you understand that you want to go beyond a certain confinement with regards to your appearance, you want to completely transform how your life goes through your appearance, then this is the sort of people who had the same mentality as you. These are my past clients who I transformed. And you can see for yourself how different their lives get. And you can see that this has happened time and time again. It's not just one case, it's not just this happened once. No, this happens. And I want to pay particular attention to Matthew and Alicia and their midfaces. Look at how the remodeling process, as well as

2:18 optimizing every part of their midface, actually transformed their looks. Look at how different this is. We can see with Matthew, his under eyes changed his life. His under eyes were holding him back to a degree that I haven't actually seen many people being held back by their eyes as when Matthew came to me. Yet now, it's virtually invisible. Similarly with Alicia, her overall face just lacked angularity. Her maxilla was not in a position where it helped her appearance. Yet by understanding what improves the visibility of different facial angles, of robustness in the face, and

3:05 most importantly, how the maxilla actually sits and how it's viewed to sit, what did I do? Her life has changed. So, we need to first understand what the maxillary bone actually is. Because without having a level of depth with regards to what we're talking about, we're not going to be able to improve how it sits on our face. So, the maxillary bone, as I'm sure we already know, is going to sit at the middle of our face. And it's what acts as a pivot between your eyes, your cheekbones, your jaw, your smile, and your nose. It's going to frame your face. Because if it's going to be lacking depth, if

3:51 it's going to be lacking projection, the consequence is going to be that your face is going to look flat. And if it looks flat, well, it's going to hold you back for the rest of your life. But fortunately, we can very slightly remodel the thickness of this bone, and that is crucial with regards to the maxilla. This depth, your facial depth, these parts of bone can very slightly remodel. And we're talking a couple millimeters. But a couple millimeters at some very strategic points on your maxilla, it's going to sum up. And when it sums up, that is what stimulates the base for a change in your appearance. And then when

4:37 we combine it with soft tissue refinement, then guess what's going to happen? Your looks is completely going to change. It's going to change how your life goes. And the maxilla sits at the foundation of that. And I'm going to show you an example. Now, this is going to be Henry Cavill. He's very famous, he played Superman. However, this is going to be the version of Henry Cavill that lacks facial depth. And when you lack facial depth, we know that the maxillary bone did not do its job. And look what happens. This goes from someone who looks like Mark Zuckerberg and this is one of the most attractive

5:22 people on the planet. So, this is in the arguably the 50th percentile, so right on average. This is what the average man looks like, some good features, some not so good features. No one is going to give this person any extra treatment, they're going to be treated exactly normally. You gain no biological benefits nor societal benefits. What's the point of life to that? With one opportunity in life, why would we want willingly choose to stay in the same position? However, this this is going to be in the top 0.05%. Because this is so profoundly rare. And how are people going to treat this compared to that? Well, structurally differently. And that is exactly what I want to teach you, the

6:09 value of your maxilla and how we're going to remodel it. So, firstly, this is going to be a cross-sectional view of your maxillary bone. And we're going to see, very interestingly, that this top part is surprisingly thin. However, the anterior maxilla is much thicker. Now, this difference in thickness is what we are going to be optimizing for. Since we know that force can travel up here much more effectively compared to through here. But we still need force to travel in both of these directions, don't we? And that is why your tongue needs to be sufficiently strong. And if you're not using your tongue when you're chewing, and you're using the

6:56 wrong muscles when you chew food, then the consequence is going to be that this part of your maxilla is never going to remodel. And if you think about what that part of your maxilla actually does, well, it's going to shape your nose. It's going to structurally shape your nose. And if your nose doesn't sit quite so harmoniously on your face, if your upper lip doesn't sit just right on your face, or if your front teeth aren't sitting in their correct position, well, there's a good chance that your anterior maxilla is going to be lacking in thickness. Now, in addition to that, if you notice that there's something else with your face, maybe your jaw visibility, maybe

7:42 your cheekbones, your eyes, other aspects of your face that are lacking, it's going to be due to a lack of force traveling up here. And we can see this evidently, both of these being put together in this example. If we look at this version of Henry Cavill who looks like Mark Zuckerberg compared to the real Henry Cavill, we're going to see that that's exactly what we're seeing. Look at his lips. Look at his nose. It doesn't quite sit so right. It's a very subtle difference, extremely subtle difference, but it adds up. And how do you think he's going to age compared to him? How do you think this is going to How do you think their life qualities are going to diverge? So, first, let's actually understand

8:28 what we can do. We need to see that unnatural posture causes unnatural strain, and unnatural strain causes unnatural remodeling. In particular, what happens over time is that gravity, which is always acting on our face and bodies, is going to force our body to drop. And this includes the face. Why do you think people are looking worse and worse year by year at a faster rate? People used to look better, people used to be more attractive in the past. That's how the human race made it this far. Because humans were more attractive on average. But something's happened, something's shifted, and it comes down

9:14 to the reduction of correct posture. So, if we see that these neck muscles in particular are going to be overexerted, it's going to, one, cause unnatural strain here, and two, it allows gravity to accelerate everything unnaturally. Your body was not designed to be able to withhold this level of strain, which, if we look at if I am to draw this at an angle that is more fitting, if I'm to draw it like this. Now, look at what happens. This is going to sag, this is going to sag, and the bone structure is going to become less

9:59 dense. When bone density decreases, well, your overall attractiveness is going to decrease as well. However, if we just think about the revolution, your craniofacial structure, the your bone structure on your face, it's been evolved in a very particular way to be able to actually resist the acceleration downwards due to gravity and instead leverage it. That's not happening, unfortunately. So, you need to make sure that you have maintained the correct posture, the natural strain is being applied, not unnatural strain. Because unnatural strain causes an unnatural rate of remodeling. And this

10:47 is going to link into what we're going to be discussing second. How you swallow food. Too many people are swallowing food like a child. And I'm going to show you what that actually looks like. There's a difference between how a toddler swallows toddler versus adult swallow. Now, what is this a difference? A toddler swallow, well, what do toddlers look like? So, what do if you, um, don't speak British English, perhaps you speak a different dialect of English. A toddler, in simple terms, is a child between the ages of 1 to 3. So, just a young child. Now, what do they all have in common? They

11:32 have really chubby cheeks, don't they? To look cute. It's the revolution, this is what's happened. Now, why do they all have chubby cheeks? Well, by and part, it's going to be because they use their buccinator muscles to chew and swallow food. They're using their cheek muscles. However, if we compare a toddler to an adult, what do adults have? Well, they shouldn't be having chubby cheeks. They shouldn't be having unnecessarily disproportionately large cheeks. It's going to make you look infantile. It's going to make you look less respect-worthy. What do attractive adults have? Well, they have good hollowing on the cheeks,

12:17 not hollowing that looks unhealthy, not hollowing that looks gaunt, but rather hollowing that structures the face, that makes the jaw stick out and look more prominent, and makes the cheekbones actually sit properly. It makes the cheekbones, the facial bones, look more angular. That's the difference. It's two different worlds. A toddler is in its a completely own realm of needing nutrients due to evolutionary purposes. An adult, especially what an adult should look like, is going to be in the opposite place of a human life cycle. It's going to have finished growing, but actually looks attractive. Now, if you're being held back by your

13:03 cheeks, if your face is being held back by how you're swallowing, your posture, it's time to fix it. So, you need to make sure that you're not using your cheeks to swallow ever. You must make sure that you're not doing that, because as soon as you do, then it's going to hold you back a great deal. So, we're going to see the difference between a collapsed facial structure versus an optimal optimal facial structure. So, first is going to be your head being properly aligned. When your head is properly aligned and there's not force just dropping your face down, reducing your bones angularity, density, and the visibility of it.

13:49 If we compare that, if we compare what you should be doing compared to what you shouldn't be doing, every centimeter that your head is forwards, you're adding an additional 10 Newtons. Every centimeter. You can't afford that. Trust me, you cannot afford that. Now, second, your hyoid, it varies position. Same thing with your palate. The amount of pressure that you're exerting varies, and we need to optimize it. And the outcome with regards to bone, one is going to be remodeling, one is going to be resorption. One is going to make you look worse as you age, and not long-term aging, I'm talking about short-term aging. I'm talking about in literally just a couple

14:34 months. Why do people get worse looking? If you look at their actual bone structure, not if you look at what they're applying, if they're getting a tan. I'm not talking about that sort of stuff because you can do that once you've become uniquely good looking, once you've reached the top 1%. Anyone can tan, anyone can do these things. Anyone can get good clothes and get a haircut. It's not that. It's the actual bone structure, and that is changeable. Don't fall for the lie. So, you need to be doing something called hard swallow, which I discuss in my community. And that's something all of my one-to-one clients do. And you swallow food 2,000 times a day. So, let's leverage it. Let's build leverage. Think about, I'll give you an analogy. In the business world, how you grow from

15:20 nothing to, let's say, $10,000 a month. If you want to go from $10,000 a month to now $500,000 a month, you don't do the same things, do you? You need to do something else. You need to build leverage with what you do. And if you're unable to build leverage, guess what? You're going to stay in the same position. The same thing applies multiplied by 10 with regards to your looks. If you think doing the same things are just going to get you to a different outcome, it's not. I'm going to be honest with you, it really isn't. Second, if we look at chewing, you chew around 400 times a day. We need to optimize these. Passive rest, okay, does nothing. So, passive resting, unfortunately, is not what we want to

16:05 do. Now, by leveraging science, and in particular, a very particular scientific study done by someone called Harold Frost. He came up with a hypothesis, which is proven to be right, especially with my own transformation, that there's a limit that we need to exceed to remodel bone very slightly. Now, forward head posture, we cannot afford that. >> [snorts] >> If you have okay posture and you're swallowing properly, that's going to keep you in the same position. And this is why I told you you're not going to be able to build leverage or anything. 99% of the world's population are here, okay? And the problem is that okay posture turns into forward head posture, and that is happening with the 99%.

16:50 However, if your posture is, as I spoke about, completely optimal, as you're chewing properly, and you're doing error, guess what? You're in this a less than 1% group of people who are actively improving their appearance naturally and seeing real world success. This exceeds the threshold. It goes beyond the remodeling zone. And this is what paves the way for change. So, let's see the engine for change. Now, what is this? So, this is actually the roof of your mouth and the bone structure of it. So, roof of mouth. Now, in particular, we're also looking at the blood vessel density

17:37 on the roof of your mouth. And the reason I'm showing you this is because just like how a car is nothing without the engine, there's no purpose to a car, there's no purpose to thinking you can improve your appearance not by just adding things to your skin and getting your haircut, but I'm talking about actually looking better with the bone structure. That's impossible without the engine, and the engine is right here. I'm showing you the engine. It's the roof of your mouth, but not through just mewing. You've heard of mewing, it's not that. If mewing worked, trust me, you wouldn't be here. Trust me, if mewing worked, people's lives would be different, the world would be a different place, because everyone would look extraordinarily better. But the reason why good looks are so rare is because virtually no one knows how to build it. Think about

18:24 why are why is anything rare on the planet rare to begin with? Because it's difficult to attain, and there's not a lot of it. Similar thing with good looks. So, from a side view, this is going to be your face. And the roof of your mouth that we just talked about, which was up here, is going to be right here. Remember, I'm going to bring your mind back. This is the dense part, this is the thin part, and we spoke about it. So, if your tongue, we're going to be linking things together. If this is strong, then force can properly transmit through the bone, can't it? And this transmission exceeds it's going to exceed something called the minimum effective strain. Now, what

19:12 this stands for is the lower limit of bone remodeling. So, there's a limit. If I tell if I'll just give you an example. Imagine that if you want to pass an exam, you need to get seven out of 10. Well, if you get six out of 10, you failed, but if you get seven or more out of 10, you've passed. The bone works in a very similar way. But instead of being seven plus out of 10, it doesn't use that metric. Rather, what it uses is something called microstrain. It's a This is a unit in physics. In simple terms, it's the change of length divided by the total length of anything. It's a ratio. So,

19:57 for the minimum effective strain, just so you know and you really understand the physics, you don't need to worry about it. But as I did say, physics is a passion of mine along with biology. It's why I study it at university. So, [snorts] this is going to be 1,000 micro strain. That's the target that we need to exceed. We need to exceed it. Now, you're going to be able to do that by optimizing what we talked about alignment with your posture, chewing, swallowing, and then doing arrow. These are crucial to exceed that strain. And this is why we need your tongue to

20:43 be sufficiently strong. We need your jaw muscles to be sufficiently strong. And we need your neck to be sufficiently strong. If you do not have this dialed in, your maxilla is not remodeling at all because it's impossible to. You have to overcome this. That is the limit. The laws of physics and biology have told us that. And you can see all examples of people who since they were young, unfortunately, did not exceed They did not exceed the minimum effective strain. This is the main issue. Now, the goal of what we do is to make the bone thicker, to give the visibility of something actually

21:30 improving. And now, you also need to understand with your maxilla, every transformation is going to be the jaw of this skull just fell. The jaw. So, fortunately, we're talking about the maxilla in this video, not the jaw. So, we can leave it there. So, the transformations that you've seen, all of them are going to be highly unique. No two paths are ever the same. And you need to understand this with regards to yourself. You wouldn't You wouldn't brush your teeth with someone else's toothbrush, would you? You wouldn't do anything like that. So, with regards to your face, why do you think you could just use someone else's process that I gave them? It doesn't work. And the reason is because it simply will not be beneficial for you. For something to work for you, it's like

22:18 but multiplied by 10, a hundred even, the size of your clothes. But imagine that there's only one size for each person on the planet. That's your face. And your face is a million times more important than the clothes, the clothes that you decide to wear because a good face makes everything. Good clothes are dependent on the face. And look, if you actually want to make this happen the same way that I've shown you and this has been made happen, look, if you invest with time, it took me thousands of hours to learn this, let alone apply, learn it. Or you invest with resources. So, do you want to leverage your time by investing resources or do you want to prioritize

23:03 your resources by sacrificing your time? Now, let's understand your inputs. Your inputs are going to determine your transformation. And I want you to first see that if you decide to go down what most people go down, this is what you giving you are watching it. This isn't going to happen with you. Life won't magically get better. That's a fact. You don't think you can scale a business without the correct inputs. Your looks is the exact same. For example, I was a two out of eight. However, if you decide to actually partially commit, guess what? You are going to improve. But we know that there's more to you. And if we look here, what's actually possible, what you can actually make happen,

23:50 given that you take your appearance seriously, you know what you're capable of, guess what? That realization is going to come that you have one life. Do you want to remain average or reach the top 0.01%? >> [snorts] >> And your maxilla forms the basis of this. Look at the change with regards to my midface. Look at how my maxilla very slightly remodeled naturally, yet by maximizing everything around my bone structure, my life changed. I'm a signed model. So, I want to show you how going from two out of eight to four out of nine, which in this example is like going from a three out of 10 to a five out of 10. Look at the change in life quality. It's barely changed. Going from a three out of 10, just

24:36 example, to a five out of 10, there's literally no change. Your life quality won't change. When you reach somewhere that is actually one attainable for you, but something that requires your inputs, that's when life begins to change. Most people are stuck here. This is where literally most people you see every day are going to be stuck. However, when you can actually meaningfully build on your appearance, your life becomes something that you could only dream of. But you need to understand how rare it is to find this level of appearance. Your maxilla is what forms the basis of this. And just look at how we can link it. Most people have very poorly set maxilla and as a consequence,

25:23 virtually everyone is here. Virtually everyone is going to be around this group, okay? Virtually everyone. And you can see the probability of you finding someone being literally in this bracket is so close to 100% on the graph, it looks like it's 100% because that's how the world is today. Do you see how rare it is to be here? Do you see how rare? And you have the opportunity to do that. If you want to take this seriously, click on the link in my description and you'll get access to my even more advanced guidance and your next steps. I'll see you next time.
