55 All right. All right. I believe we are live. Ladies and gents, just go ahead and drop a big day in the chat if you can hear me, if you can see me, if everything is going smoothly. And with that being said, just a heads up. Uh if I do look off to the side, I'm just looking at the uh chat. So, don't worry, I'm not ignoring you. Uh I'm just looking at the chat and uh just seeing whether everything is rolling smoothly. Big day. Big day. Big day. Lovely. Lovely. Audio is clean, crisp. Video is clean, crisp. Let me know. Slight audio delay, not synced with your mouse. Uh, Satchin, uh, this is not live. I always love it when there's a person be like,
40 "This is not live." Um, man, that's that's too funny. Uh, seriously crying my eyes out. Okay, nice. AFL, all good. Yes. Uh, big day. Big day. Lovely. All right. All right. Cool. audio is not sync with your mouth. Uh either way, listen uh Tristan, rest of the team will be uh moderating uh and making sure that uh everything is going smoothly. Audio is actually on in sync with picture. All right, cool. Uh either way, uh latest news. This is not live. Oscar Ferrar. That's fun. Um uh video and audio not syncing. Okay, no worries. We'll give it about a extra
28 uh minute or so uh to let everyone else come in come into chat flow in. Uh Kenneth, are you nervous for this? Not really. You know, to be honest, I spend so much time speaking about this stuff. Like, you know, one of the reasons that we wanted to do this on the business channel is because this is like, you know, kind of what we do uh day in day out. We recently just had um yesterday, so whatever the 3 days prior from Tuesday to Friday, we had uh our manner mastermind. We had some of our top clients. Uh we had some of the the top WAP clients. Uh and I mean this is, you know, really what we spend all of our time talking about day in day out is this industry. uh how to grow in this industry, how to keep up with the times uh and make sure
15 that as time goes on uh things get better uh for you and as time goes on um I said you know there's a lot of things that are changing uh in the info space and if you don't keep up uh you will struggle. Uh so with that being said uh this is webinar live this is live. Um, cool. Uh, just had a $350 close. Thanks, man. Well, great. Good to hear. Uh, all right. Lovely. All right, guys. I think we are pretty much good to go. So, with that being said, I'm just going to jump straight into presentation. Obviously, if there are any issues whatsoever, just let us know in the chat like any sort of technical issues or whatnot. Uh, my team will be here to make sure that everything's flowing smoothly. Uh but yeah, obviously for me
02 I want to focus on the next uh couple hours of presentations. So with that being said, in the next three days together, my goal is really to make a big impact in three of the following ways. First, I want to prove why 90% of businesses in this info middle class making anywhere from 20 to 100k a month will actually cease to exist in the next 24 months. And I want to explain what's causing this and how to escape this infograde depression and really join the info upper class. And the way that we're going to do that is by implementing my five info product scaling systems. Now, I also wanted to say that when I say info middle class, you know, I'm I'm not out of touch with reality at all. Uh I understand that of course, you know, if you're making between 20 to $100,000 a month, that's incredible. It's just it's a precarious place to be and it's a dangerous place
48 to be because uh you know, I've seen it time and time again. I've been in this industry for a long time where people come, they do well, they fizzle out, and that's really the end of things for them. And you know, I'm going to be sharing a lot of the reasons, a lot of the really behind the scenes as to why we've been able to grow eight years year-on-year growth and profit. So, I'm excited to share all this. And uh you know, we've got a whole playbook that I prepared for you here today. And the first of which, uh or the first step that I'm going to be sharing in a second, but really it's a 12step plan. And once you implement these five systems in your business in the next few months, uh you're going to see the things change for you and you're going to see that you're going to be so far ahead of the rest of your peers in this
35 industry. It's just crazy. So with that being said, I'm going to explain how this session is going to work. So we've got a great presentation and I've been talking a lot about uh this with my team. You know, I've been getting a lot of help and really masterminding with my team a lot about, you know, what I want to go over uh in this presentation. Now, this presentation should go on for about an hour and a half, 2 hours. It's going to be actual practical, in-depth content. Once again, this is why I wanted to do on the business channel. It's going to break down my processes. I'm going to open up my back-end systems and show you how my profit numbers, you know, or give you full transparency on my profit numbers uh straight from my payment processors. So, just a heads up, this is going to be raw and this is also going to be boring. So, I hope you guys are fine with that. It is going to be an incredibly boring presentation and uh
22 once again I understand that our mo uh and our target uh for this uh presentation is serious info people. So because of that you know I'm really not going to uh bore you because of that uh or sorry because of that I'm not really going to try to hype you up and do all this XYZ stuff. you know, we're get get into some very uh tactical uh content and because of that, it's going to be quite boring, quite frankly. All right, so that's why I really didn't try to make this engaging and then use a whole bunch of analogies. I'm really not trying to patronize you here. Uh, you know, I'm not trying to do any sort of retention hacks or anything like that on any previous events that I may have hosted on my main channel. As I said, if you are here, I'm not here to patronize you. You are beyond that level. So,
08 my script for these presentations look like these, okay? It is all about systems, and we're going to cover my process for creating a content system, running eight figureure events, uh lead scoring, how I increase my conversion rate by 40% without having to change a single word of my copy or offer. Uh we're going to go over my hiring funnel template, and so on. All of the tactical strategies, we're going to go o over all of that in today's presentation. Now before we can start talking about that I told you this is all going to be extremely extremely tactical but I do have about 15 to 20 minutes of theory. Now the reason why I have to do this is because if I don't tell you the theory or if I basically don't explain my worldview as a person who sees what's going on in this entire industry day in day out not only in terms of uh you know AFL with our clients but also being a
53 coowner and [ __ ] I understand very intimately what goes on in this industry. So because of that I have my developed worldview. So, I'm going to take about 15 or 20 minutes or so, and this is going to be the only theoretical part of the entirety of our 3 days together. So, question to you is, can you stick around for 15 to 20 minutes of maybe a little bit more theoretical stuff, so that way we can get into 5 to 6 hours of exciting operational type of content. So, if you guys are cool with that, uh, just go ahead and drop a comment in the chat. Uh, Baron Media, it's AI. Yes, I'm a cloned AI. I'm actually a doppelganger. Um so uh yeah let me know if you guys are cool just drop in a theory or however you guys want to say it. Yes. Yes. Lovely. Cool. So I'll just explain you know uh very
39 briefly 15 to 20 minutes my philosophy my worldview around the info business and really uh where where we are because I said we really are a very interesting crossroads in the info space right now. And uh yeah that being said let's get into it. So, first of all, this is what we're going to be covering in the next 3 days. Okay? You can screenshot this. You can make a mental note of this. Treat it like an MBA syllabus. Okay? I'm not going to read each item on screen. You can do that for yourself. But before we get started, I would like to align on expectations for this event with you because this is the first time I've ever hosted a free event for a more advanced audience, you could say. So, I did an event like this uh similar to this in March, okay? And it was ticketed. So, we charged $97 for a regular ticket and it
25 was $297 for a VIP ticket. This time, obviously, we're doing things a little differently. I'll be honest, I actually really want to push for this, you know, having this available here on YouTube. I don't know if we're going to do it again in all honesty, as I said, for this B2B audience. Now, my team did not want me to do this event for free. They were arguing that, you know, sharing this stuff publicly. A lot of the stuff that we're sharing here is the stuff that uh people paid uh $18 to $25,000 for depending on whether they were a new client or existing client of AFL. Uh so yeah, my team felt in a sense it almost undermine the value of it because what I'm giving you away for free here, this is going to be insane. Okay? And I want to make it clear, this is not for beginners, but for info people who are already making between 20 to 100K a month. In fact, I even know uh or I've
12 even uh seen in our previous presentations uh you know, I saw a lot of names and there was a lot of people doing 300K, 500K, even a million a month in their info businesses and they are here to learn. They are here to understand really the latest and greatest and the most cutting edge strategies. Now, I'm looking at the chat here. Uh you know, a lot of people are saying, is this for uh beginners? No. Uh this is not for beginners. As I said, if you're making less than $20,000 a month in your info business, you can click away because I can tell you what you need to focus on is the complete opposite of what I'm going to uh touch on here. You guys need to understand the things, the golden advice and the golden nuggets at this stage of your career will actually ruin you at at this stage of your career and vice versa. So yeah, this is not in any way, shape, form or
57 fashion for beginners. I want to make that abundantly abundantly clear. So with that being said, I still wanted to do it for free. The main reason why is because I know the way that I like to consume and the way that I like to consume is uh YouTube 2x speed and I understand that a lot of my peers uh feel the same way uh in the info business because listen quite frankly you guys are very busy. Uh a lot of times you don't have time to show up to a specific event at a specific time xyz. So listen, I believe there are a bunch of people here who run their info business, okay? And they are extremely busy. All right? So I'm the reason I'm doing this event for free in the way that we're doing it uh is basically catering to myself quite frankly. Now I do want to make a deal here. Okay? I want you to
42 pretend that you did pay $297 for a ticket just like people did for our last event. Okay? Because the value that I share here, even if you take a single insight from it and you apply it this week already, could be worth tens of thousands of dollars. In fact, it could be worth hundreds of thousands. In fact, I genuinely believe because we experience it ourselves, it could be worth millions of dollars to your info business. And quite frankly, even a millions of dollars could be lowballing. A single actionable insight from this event could cut your acquisition acquisition cost in half. It could get you to attract 10 times more qualified leads. It could double your views on your content or even break a downward trend that you've been experiencing in the last few months and the last few quarters. Okay? If you've actually been struggling with, you know, a declining info business or maybe not even declining info business, but things just
28 getting a lot lot harder. Second, and most important, this is very, you know, this dynamic I've done in the past uh um uh with previous events uh where I put the hashtagpaid. Basically, the way it works, at any moment during the event, when you have an insight or feel like the event was already worth the $297 ticket price that we did, for example, for our last event, you just drop in the chat #itpaid. Okay? That's literally the only thing I ask for. Okay? And my objective here with this is to make sure that every single one of you drop the hashtagitpaid in the chat at least once by the end of our event. So, it doesn't need to be today. It doesn't need to be tomorrow. But at least at some point in the next 5 to 6 hours that we spend together over these 3 days, I want you to drop this in the chat at least once. It's going to make me feel a lot lot
14 better uh uh you know uh about actually releasing this for free. Uh I love all you guys dropping #paid now, but don't worry. Like once I drop some some uh fire, some heat, that's when you guys can drop it. All right, so last thing before we get into content, full transparency, there will be an offer at the end. It's going to cost multiple five figures and it's only for people who are doing at least $250,000 a year with their info business and you will also have the opportunity to work one-on-one with me. Not like a hey, throw you into a group like like as in actually genuinely will be speaking one-on-one at some point and I will be steering the ship of where you take your info business. So you'll have the chance to basically have me come in and look over your business, identify where the bottlenecks are, and give you a plan of action on what to do over the space of the next 6 months. And yes, you will
01 even have access to my entire seuite team to help you implement this plan. Now, in the meantime, my job is to give you as much content here as possible. Basically, my motive for oversharing tonight is selfish. Okay? I'm definitely no charity, and I want to make that very clear since what I'm selling is access, not information. And that is how we do things with our enterprise B2B clients. It's in my best interest to basically unload as much information as humanly possible these three days. So that way you need me and my team's guidance to actually help implement. Now I don't want to waste your time talking about this offer here. So if that's something you are interested in, there's going to be a link in the description to join a private WhatsApp uh uh WhatsApp group uh where I'll send all the details about this offer and the opportunity to work with myself as well as my team. So, just
46 to let you know, we only have 48 people who will join uh or get the one-on-one aspect of it with me because obviously, listen, I only have a certain amount of time. And quite frankly, you know, we have a lot of things going on in the business, which you guys are going to see over the space of the next few presentations. Um, so as I said, there's only 48 one-on-one slots uh for that aspect of the offer, and we dropped the offer 15 minutes earlier in the WhatsApp group. So, if you're interested in that, just make sure you join the WhatsApp group. So with that being said, let's get into it. So I'm sure you guys have been to a bunch of events and this is usually the point of the story where they get into like hey I come from here and you know basically they go over their whole like origin story, their whole hero's journey, okay? And how you know someone came from struggling then found one thing and that one thing was the thing that changed everything for
31 them and then now it led them to become this ultra successful version of themselves. Listen ladies and gents as said I'm not here to patronize you. uh you know I'm not here to uh everyone you know the people I'm speaking to here are business owners okay I am addressing you as a business owner as a serious infopreneur okay so uh with that being said uh you know I'm not going to get into all that stuff because I just want to respect your time so you know there's nothing more especially when I'm speaking to actual business owners that I hate you know when you come to these free events and then they spend two hours talking about their origin story and and doing all this storytelling [ __ ] Listen, at the end of the day, I know you're grown up, okay? You're already experienced. You know the tricks. So, I'm not going to try and act like a magician in front of a crowd of magicians using all the
18 tricks that you guys know, too. Okay? So, let's skip all that [ __ ] I'm just going to give you a one minute background just so that way for whatever reason you're not aware, you know why I'm qualified to talk about info. So, I started selling digital products 9 years ago. I created my first sevenfigure info product back in 2019. and I created one of the most successful digital products ever in the online business space, which was agency navigator. Some people even jokingly call me Coreeller Final Boss. And I always find that hilarious. I think people try to say it as an insult. And I'm like, wait, so you're telling me that I'm the best at what I do? I'm the best in my industry, an industry that's on pace to 3x in the next 5 years, and an industry that literally everyone, you know, even celebrities are trying to get into. and you're telling me I'm the best
04 at what I do and I'm meant to be offended by that. So, um yeah, you know, I'll take that I'll take that title happily. Uh anyways, listen, fast forward today. Uh I just closed cart on my most successful 8 figureure event ever. And that was about five six weeks ago at this point even. And you know what's even more impressive is that I did this in increasingly difficult info space where most people who used to do well now or used to do well are struggling now or quite frankly most of them have even gone out of business. In total, I've collected over $und00 million cash from my info business while keeping 75% profit margins in the process. I have eight years in a row of year-on-year growth in profit with no signs of slowing down. There is literally no one else in the market that's can say this. The people who were
50 there eight years ago, 95% of them are not still here today. And the people who were eight years ago, they are not doing as well in their info business now as they were 8 years ago. Okay? And outside of just the info space, I've taken that and I've built a massive empire off the back of it. I mean, listen, just this uh uh year alone in March, I became coowner of the fastest growing digital product platform in the world, WAP. At the moment, people make about $15 to $120 million a month. That's what we're processing for creators. That's how much people are making through [ __ ] as a platform and as a processor. So, what's really cool about this is I have about $120 million a month in data of information and I can, you know, not only pull from my own experience, but I also have the data of tens of thousands of other businesses in the space and I
36 understand what is working, what is not working. and to prove to, you know, I I told the team, I was like, "How cool would it be if I became the co-owner of WAP and then broke the WAP record the next month?" And that's literally what we did. Okay? I wanted to show you guys that I practice what I preach. Okay? I can't sit here and, you know, try to help people succeed in the info space and, you know, try to make sure that all the people on WP are killing it even more, which of course is our responsibility and our duty. I can't do that if I don't have the top crown and the top spot. So, one month after making this massive investment into WAP, I also became the record holder for most cash collected in 24 hours, 7 days, and even 30 days, even though I only had the open uh the cart open for 7 days. And by the way, the 30-day record on [ __ ] I broke
22 in 48 hours and 19 minutes. So, um yeah, there we go. Coowner as well as a record holder on [ __ ] just to show you guys that potentially I know a thing or two about what I'm talking about here. Now listen um uh and only now you know I'm sure you guys have seen for many years I didn't really want to talk about my businesses and I also didn't really want to share what I was up to these days. I kind of talked more to uh you know the beginner me. Uh and by the way I still speak to that audience on my main channel and I still think about uh you know the I still think about me when I was just trying to get to 10K a month but that's not who I'm speaking to here. Okay. It was only in the last like year, year and a half and I was very apprehensive for a long time to share uh what it is that we were doing and you
09 know really share how our business ran on the back end. Uh and yeah um lucky for you guys in in the last couple months or so or sorry the last couple year the last year or so I've I've been more open to kind of speaking about how this stuff works. So that is a little bit about um me if you're not aware. Uh so with that being said, uh now that we got that out the way, really the big question is how do I manage to accomplish all that? Okay, how do we remain this eight uh 8-year ever growing profit outlier info business? Because we are an outlier in the info business. How do we then go ahead and break records and have 8 figure months, okay? Even when the entire market is down and struggling and you know in what feels like a permanent downtrend. You know, I speak to a lot of people in the info
55 space and there's pain, okay? there is pain and there is uh a lot of anguish and anxiety in the space. Now, I want to make it clear the people who are doing well are doing better than ever before. Okay? And also, by the way, a lot of the smaller creators are killing it. They're crushing it. But I'm finding this middle range, they're just not keeping up to pace. And that's really the people that I'm speaking to. So, with that being said, just going to check the comments. Uh Eman, is this live? Guys, anytime someone asks is this live just you guys, you guys can deal with it next time. Uh so then this is not for people who are beginners. Uh yes, if you are a beginner, this is going to confuse you and this in fact not only will confuse you, this will damage you and this will give you
41 information and road map. uh the jenny will put you back a few steps because it doesn't I've said tried to say this many many times the information and the the game plan that you get for this stage of your career is completely the opposite for this stage of your career okay so I'm not going to beat around the bush or try to hold this answer from you you know only to give it to you right at the final last minute of the episode I will give it to you right away really the reason I've managed to stay on top for so long and kept growing when most info businesses go out of business in 3 to four years is because I do everything based on a single premise. The premise of pre profit over revenue. So really there are only five levers that allow you to scale while maintaining the incredible cash margins. These five
28 levers are and by the way this is where we start getting into the juicy stuff. I mean for some people you guys will find this incredibly boring. I geek out and I you know love this stuff and you know anyone who is uh lives lives and breathe this stuff every single day uh you guys will know that uh you know this is really what makes up your business. These are my five levers. Content, revenue events, business intelligence, talent acquisition funnel and operations. Okay, if you have these five systems in place you're good. Okay, you will be in the info upper class. You will get to the info upper class. And if for those of you guys who are in the info upper class, but you just feel like, you know, at any moment it could just vanish. It could go away. This is how you stay there. Okay, this unique combination of these five systems is the only way to
13 scale past 200k a month's profit and join the upper class of info. I call them the info scaling systems. These info product scaling systems are my prop proprietary business scaling framework that integrates uh content acquisition, monetization, business intelligence, talent management and operations into a single cohesive system. So most people fail and get stuck in the info purgatory or middle class of info and you know they really get stuck in this range of 20 to 100k a month because they lack one or more of these systems. You need all these systems. I mean, think about it. Let's take a a watch for example. You don't make a watch with only one gear. You need multiple gears spinning together in
58 sync. Otherwise, the watch, what does it do? It's just going to break. Okay. So, here's how it works. We are going to dismantle each one of these tonight. I'm going to go in detail on these. Okay. The flywheel content system. This is really where YouTube funds your CAC and creates pent-up demand. Okay. This one's going to be super super important. Next, we're going to get into revenue events. These are 90-day cash surges at 80% gross margins that liquidate that pent-up demand. Next, you have business intelligence. These get ad platforms to actually hunt for agrade buyers instead of just leads and it ensures the quality of this pent-up demand that you build. Next, we have talent acquisition. Okay, these are a players that are basically going to take off as much as humanly possible off of your plate. And then finally, we have the operating system.
43 And that really, you know, goes ahead and ties this whole thing together. So, in the next 10 minutes, we're basically just going to X-ray uh your engine and highlight the gear grinding your profit into dust. The question isn't whether one of these uh gears are actually jammed. It's a matter of which one, and we'll dissect all this shortly. Now, I want you to picture your business, and I know this might sound like something that's a little weird or you're like, why are you bringing this up? But picture your business as this vintage 5-cylinder race car. Okay? Now, when all of the cylinders are firing in perfect rhythm, you're literally gliding down that straight at 200 km/h with just one finger on the wheel. It's effortless. It's smooth. Everything simply works. But here's the thing, and I learned this the hard way myself. If just one of these cylinders misfire, you can smash that throttle all you want and you'll
30 still be crawling at 40 m an hour. You'll be wondering why the hell nothing is working when you're putting in all of this effort. And that's exactly what's happening to most info business owners right now. You are working your ass off. You're putting in the hours, but something is misfiring and you can't figure out what it is. So, tonight we are going to find out those misfiring cylinders and we're actually going to piece them together. Okay? I'm going to help you actually write a repair order so precise that you can literally just show your team tomorrow. Okay? Show it and tell them, "Hey, fix this. No more guessing. No more throwing [ __ ] at a wall and hoping it sticks. We're going to diagnose exactly what's broken in your info business and give you the exact steps to fix it. So, every single problem you experience, whether that's skyrocketing CPMs, declining conversion rates to the fact that, you know, it seems like the more you hire, the the
16 more work you have as a byproduct of it, even though that's not the point of hiring, all of those are derived from the fact that you lack one or multiple of these five systems. Now, instead of throwing all these systems at you and telling you that you need to implement all of them right away, here's what we're going to do. I'm going to run you through a bottleneck uh compass diagnostic so that way we can pinpoint exactly what systems you're lacking that's causing the biggest bottleneck in your business right now. Then you know what to actually fix first. Now with that being said, there we go. Uh so let's go ahead and diagnose exactly which of these five gears is choking your growth as well as hand you the complete five step system blueprint to actually fix it. So let's start with the content engine. This is really the fuel injector of your machine. Ask yourself four questions. Does your entire
03 business depend on paid traffic? As in, if you stop running ads tomorrow, do your sales also stop? Are your views climbing, but sales are staying flat? So, what that means is more eyeballs, but same bank account? Do you need to hard pitch in every single piece of content just to hit your revenue goals? Is your paid traffic CAC creeping up above 55% of your AOV? And basically in layman's terms, what this means, if your product is $1,000, are you paying more than $5,500 just to acquire a customer, if that is the case, well, you don't have a content system. Okay? What's happening is that you lack a self- sustaining content flywheel. You either creating content that entertains but doesn't sell. And by the way, I see this
48 all the time. I see people that are trying to, you know, they're basically trying to become uh internet celebrities and whatnot. And by the way, I know that a lot of people look at why what I do and they're like, "Oh, but you're doing it." And I'm like, "Yeah, but I also have all these other businesses, whether that be physical product businesses, whether that be uh low ticket stuff. I have there's no point trying to observe my game plan from my outside or there's no point trying to observe my strategy from the outside. You need to know from the inside. And by the way, this is why I explain all this to all my AFL clients and I explain, hey, by the way, this is the reason why we do things and here's basically the, you know, the method behind the madness." So, as I said, a lot of people are creating content that entertains, but it doesn't sell or you are completely dependent on paid traffic that gets more expensive every single month. The fix is you need to build a
34 content system that forces your content to compound. Every video pushes traffic back to your money-making VSSL, allowing you to acquire customers at a negative CAC through our flywheel content system. Next up is your revenue events engine, the cash surge mechanism. This one is super, super important. Check yourself. Is your audience growing but revenue is staying flat? So what that means is more followers, more eyeballs, but same profit. Are you stuck at that 30 to 100k a month mark plateau? Okay, hitting a ceiling and feeling like you can't break through. Are your webinar show up rates dropping? You know, let's say you used to get 40% show up rates, now you're lucky to see 20%. Do you need a big Do you need bigger and bigger bonuses and deeper discounts just to get people to buy? Are refunds and disputes climbing
20 because your team has to close harder than ever before? Is your is your target audience showing fatigue, lower engagement, fewer comments, people scrolling past your content? Can you not actually convert your paid traffic profitably no matter how much you try to optimize it? If that is you, well then your revenue event system is broken. Or maybe for a lot of people, you don't even have a revenue event system. What's happening is you're trying to monetize daily instead of creating concentrated cash surges. Your audience is burnt out from constant selling and you're trading tomorrow's revenue for today's. And that quite frankly comes at a cost which is why you are probably feeling already, you know, which is why you're already feeling it because you need to pay it every single day in order to keep this whole system and this whole ecosystem
06 going. Now the fix is timeboxed revenue events. And what these do is they take up pent-up demand from your content system, multiply it by adding paid traffic to the equation and then liquidated liquidate it all at once with 80% margins. System three is business intelligence. This is your data dashboard and uh decision-making brain. Reality check. Are your VSSL or webinar conversion rates declining? Let's say they used to convert at 2% and now you're seeing 0.8%. Do you optimize for cost per lead, but those leads never actually buy? Is your CPM going up while your rorowaz is going down? So you're paying more for leads that convert less. If you are nodding, quite frankly, your business intelligence is blind. Okay? And the, you know, the reason I'm asking these questions is so that way you can go, okay, yeah, this is this is a
52 symptom. This is something that I'm struggling with. And because of that, you can kind of look at things now and go, okay, well, this is this out of all of the problems and all the bottlenecks in my business, this is the system that I need to implement and actually execute on. So if that's the case, what's happening here is you are feeding garbage leads into great funnels. You are optimizing for banning metrics. So I see this a lot of times. People will optimize for the cheapest cost per lead, okay? Or high traffic instead of profit metrics. Now profit metrics are earnings per uh per lead or lifetime value. The fix is you need a lead scoring system that grades prospects before they enter your funnel. That way you only pay for leads that actually convert. The fourth gear is talent acquisition system. And this is
38 really your human capital engine. Gut check. Okay, once again, you'll know if this is you. Does your team constantly ask you what to do instead of uh telling you what they are doing? Okay, are they reactive or proactive? Does nothing move when you're not directly involved? So, let's say for example, you go away on holiday, everything stalls, okay, if you don't actually check in, can you not get your team to truly commit? Okay, so you struggle to get your team to truly commit. They do the bare minimum but never actually go beyond this. You know, another question you want to ask yourself is, would losing one a player collapse your entire operation? Let's say your editor quits and content stops or let's say your media uh media buyer leaves and ads pause. Are you personally involved in copywriting, in media buying, in product development and content creation all at once, wearing
23 every hat in your info business because you know, no one does it like you do. If any of this stuff sounds familiar, well then your talent acquisition quite frankly is upside down. What's happening is you have built a dependent a dependency structure where you are the bottleneck not the leader. You have helpers not a players. The fix is a tan acquisition system that brings committed a players to your door. So that way you can consult with them on what uh you should do instead of them consulting with you on what they should do. Finally we have the operating system and this is really the invisible structure that orchestrates everything and brings everything together. Final diagnostic are are you involved in every project meeting? Nothing gets decided without you in the room. Do projects stall waiting for your approval? Your inbox is pretty much the bottleneck for uh
08 forward progress. Is your name on more than 10% of the tasks on any given project? If yes, well then your operating system is founder is a founder dependent chaos. So what's happening here is you don't have systems, you have processes. Systems run without you. Process processes require you to function. The fix is automated workflows, decision trees, and SOPs that lead your team to execute flawlessly while you focus on strategy. Now, for the moment of truth, I want you to scan those five systems and identify your biggest bottleneck. In the chat, drop the number of the system that had the most symptoms. One for content, two for revenue events, three for business intelligence, four for talent, five for operating systems. And with that being
55 said, I will go ahead and have a sip of water while I basically find out what you guys are struggling with the most inside of your info businesses right now. Uh 1 4 3 and five one Chris one two three four five uh lava one two three four five Sam one. All right. Love it. Anyways, with that being said, it seems like a lot of you guys are stuck with monetizing daily. Okay. Instead of actually creating cash surges uh while personally also, yeah, let's see. While a lot of you guys are also doing the work instead of actually delegating to
41 uh uh a players. So, what you need to understand is that, you know, this is a beautiful system. You know, once you identify the jam gear, you know exactly where to focus your energy. Now, here's one thing that I haven't told you yet. These systems don't just work in isolation. Content without revenue events is traffic without monetiz monetization. This is very important for you to understand. Content without revenue events is traffic. Okay? You're getting eyeballs. You're getting all this traffic, but you don't have a way to actually monetize it. Revenue events without business intelligence is cash surges with garbage leads. Okay? Business intelligence without talent is insights you can't actually execute on. And talent without operating systems is a players with no playbook. You need all five gears spinning in harmony. But, and this is super crucial, you don't need to
26 build them simultaneously. That's where most people fail. They try to fix everything at once and in the process they fix nothing. The secret is sequence. Build them in the right order and each system amplifies the next. Build them in the wrong order and you waste months spinning your wheels. So, on tomorrow's session, I'm going to show you the exact sequence that turns broken gears into money printing machines. But first, I will show you each system in detail. So that way you know exactly what they actually do and how each one of them works. Starting with the one that provides the foundation for everything else really. System one is the flywheel content system. One thing is a fact. CPMs are increasing and conversion rates are dropping. And by the way, I think they're going to continue to do so. It is just a natural market trend and there's really not much you can do about it. So if your entire info business is built on top of a
11 simple arbitrage between CAC and AOV, that is basically, you know, once again in layman terms, how much you spend on ads versus how much money you make back right away. Okay, not LTV, but AOV as in on the front end. Well, then you're in a very, very shaky place because it simply means that your margins will keep shrinking until that arbitrage margin is not there anymore and you start bleeding money and then eventually go out of business. And by the way, it's not a matter of if, it is a matter of when. One of the only two ways to increase your CAC is if the CPMs are constantly increasing or sorry, one of the ways to actually increase your CAC when you know uh in conjunction with CPMs are constantly increasing is by acquiring customers for free or even better actually getting paid to acquire customers. And that really is what our flywheel uh content system does for us.
58 It acquires customers at a negative CAC. Now, you might be wondering how how's that even possible? You're telling me you get paid to acquire customers? That's like that doesn't happen in business. Well, just look at this video. I got paid $267,000 by Google to run this VSSL to completely cold traffic. And to be honest, I don't even care about the 4 million I got paid in AdSense because that is only $1.5% of the actual profit that this VSSL generated. By the way, not revenue, profit, because this VSSL made me $20 million in direct sales from people who watched it and purchased the program I was selling on it. The only cost I had on this was payment processing, which still keeps my margins way above 90% for all of the sales coming in from this video. In fact, the AdSense Google paid me for this video, you know, from u
44 sorry, in fact, the the AdSense Google paid me for the video, you know, from the video itself actually covers the cost of that. So that my friends is a negative CAC. the platform, okay, the the YouTube in of itself in this case actually covers the marketing bill before Stripe even fires. Having a flywheel content system also helps on the paid side of things because the only real way to decrease your CAC on paid uh is with ever incre uh you know while we live in this environment I should say with everinccreasing CPMs is by creating a warm audience to advertise to when your conversion rates okay with this warm audience will be higher and thus your CAC is low lower. So while all these CPMs are rising I'm not saying you need to have like hardcore you know dieh hardcore fans but for example uh you
32 know of the 9.6 6 million people or however many that's watched that VSSL, a lot of them, you know, they saw my face. So the next time when they see an ad from me, they're like, "Oh yeah, I know this guy. I understand. You know, I watched that one video." They may not be super fans or they may not even be subscribers, but it makes the general cost of advertising that much cheaper. So that's really how you unlock the power of scaling with predictability. If you have ever struggled forecasting what will be the return on your ad spend on paid traffic, it's because you lack this. You can't just go ahead and say that I'm going to spend $1 million next month and I know for a fact that I'm going to bring back 2 million. On the other hand, I I'm looking to spend $3 to $5 million in 30 days for my next event. And it's funny when you mention those numbers because for example, you know, after let's say a million in ad spend, our brain just kind of loses reference on how much that is. So, from a daily uh
19 ad spend uh uh term or a daily ad spend perspective, if we spend the full $5 million, we're going to be looking at a daily ad spend of $170,000, $170,000 a day. That is how much we are spending daily for our next event. Now, I don't know many people uh who spend more than 170k daily budget profitably, but I know that I can do it at virtually no risk because if even if everything goes wrong, I know for a fact I'm still going to recover that investment. Okay? And that is really what having a warm audience allows you to do. As I said, I'm not saying these are super fans here. I'm just saying just in the process of uh, you know, creating this content, it just means that advertising is so so so much cheaper. Okay, this really goes ahead and brings a safety net to your business. And by the way, it's funny. There's a lot of info business owners who I talked to that have been wanting to uh get heavy uh and
06 and and you know uh commit heavy into their personal brands and creating content because they know the value of it, but they simply never take that first step and start taking it seriously. They're always too busy recording ads, uh you know, uh rebuilding their VSSL, running uh webinars, whatever it may be. And if you really think about it, that's not a smart choice because on the very long term, there is no higher grossing activity for you in your business than creating content. specifically YouTube content. I mean, if you just think about it from a very analytical perspective, the hours that you're investing into recording a webinar today will be way more valuable if you recording that same webinar months from now because by then you'll still spend the exact same amount of time recording. However, you're going to get more views because by then you will have a bigger following and thus meaning more sales. So, your return per
53 hour invested into that asset is higher if you do it 3 months from now than if you do it today. And if you analyze all of the tasks in your businesses, you or your in your business, I should say, you'll see that uh that's pretty much true for essentially basically any task, but one of them, creating content. Creating content is the only activity which value is maximized by doing it right now rather than tomorrow. A video you publish today keeps pulling in views, leads, and cash for years. The sooner it's live, the sooner it starts compounding the size of the warm list. So every future V uh uh webinar VSSL or ad you create lands on a larger pre-sold audience and sells more with exactly the same effort. So skipping content because you're busy recording ads, you know, to me is lunacy. So really let that sink in because if you haven't yet, 2 years from now you're going to be this, you know, 2
39 years from now you're like, "Oh, damn. I should have listened to email." Okay, so let me show you the like it's all fine and well me sitting here and shouting at you about this, but let me actually show you the system to actually execute on this. This is the flywheel content system. Look, traditional funnels are upside down. You have to pour hundreds of thousands of dollars into top of funnel ads to get hundreds of thousands of impressions that turn into dozens of thousands of clicks that then turn into thousands of views to your VSSL that then equates into a few hundred or a few dozen sales. With the flywheel content system, we turn this entire logic upside down. We actually start with an evergreen VSSL. Then we let every new video publish backward towards it. How? It's very simple. Basically, every single new uh video that we create links back to the evergreen uh VSSL. What I actually call them is I call them um a feeder videos. So, what we do is we
26 create feeder videos that then link into the VSSL. Each feeder video is like another shove on a flywheel crank. This way, the momentum never resets. It only compounds. Every new video you publish means more views to your VSSL. Uh funnels depend on new spend every month. and every new ad you record just replaces an old one that is fatigued. So if you you know if you're in this place where you're not really ever growing, you're just replacing you know why. Whereas with a flywheel uh system, every new video you record actually adds on top of the rest of videos that you already have. It's like a gold mine with multiple veins that all connect back to one central hub. And every time we publish a new piece of content, YouTube literally pays us to find our next buyer. Do you realize how, excuse my French, do you realize how [ __ ]
11 insane that is? Like that's nuts. Okay, with that we create this whole flywheel effect system that spins itself. Okay, so we have these feeder videos flying into this uh uh uh VSSL and then that also helps your channel uh grow even further but then helps you make more money but also helps your channel grow. It's just like it's this crazy crazy cycle. A traditional funnel is gravityfed. And what I mean by gravityfed is, you know, everything flows down to the bottom. You pour money in at the top and then you hope a few drops survive to the bottom. That's basically how a traditional uh VSSL works. Our flywheel VSSL is self-propelling, which means that one hub VSSL spins in the middle and then dozens of feeder videos push viewers back to that hub. The algorithm sees the watchtime loop and then promotes both over and over. And the result is
58 perpetual motion. No new ad spend required. We make the algorithm work for us instead of working against it like we do when we run paid ads. And that's really how we do this. Okay. Now, what I'm going to tell you next is basically how to hack the YouTube algorithm. Okay? So, if you ever want to know how to grow on YouTube, this is basically it. This basically is a way to uh uh force it to push traffic to your VSSL while YouTube pays you to do so uh in the process. Okay? And the way that we do this is is with a fractional exposure. It basically shows uh your video to a small group of people. This is how YouTube works. It will take your video, it'll show it to a small group of uh group of people. Depending on how your video performs with that small group, it then decides what to do next. If the video performs well, it shows it to a bigger group of people. If it performs badly, well, then it shows it to a smaller group of
43 people. Then it does the same thing with this new group. If the video performed well, it shows it to a bigger group uh bigger group. If it uh performed badly, well, then it will actually show it to a smaller group. And what happens is this loop keeps repeating itself over and over. And that's why on YouTube specifically, you can get millions of qualified views even with just a few thousand subs. And it's also why some channels with millions of subs only get a few thousand views on their videos because what's happening here is on the very first step of this fractional exposure process, their video has already failed to perform. So it doesn't get recommended any further. Now the question is how does the algorithm judge if you uh sorry judge if your video performs well or not? Well, what it does is it uses two metrics. These two
30 metrics should be your northstar for everything content related. They are click-through rate and session time. Click-through rate or CTR is how many people click on your video out of everyone who gets recommended it on their feed. Session time is uh basically how long people actually go ahead and watch. But what you need to understand, and this is really the kicker, not only how long people watch that video specifically, but how long they watch that video plus all of the other videos after. Okay? And you know a lot of people what they do is they just think oh it's it's um video watch time. It's not just video watch time. Okay. What YouTube looks at is they actually measure the time of the entire session that that video creates. And this is what we use to hack the algorithm. Okay. When all of your videos interlink, session time skyrockets. And
17 every time you publish a new video linking to that same VSSL, you're not only sending new traffic to it, but you're also increasing its session watch time and CTR, which then signals to the algorithm, "This video is getting a surge in performance. Let's promote it even further." And the algorithm simply can't resist, and your uh VSSL keeps re uh resurfacing months or even years later. Every fresh video is a push on the crank. Momentum doesn't reset, it compounds. So quite simply, all we have to do is give the algorithm high CTR and a rabbit hole discussion and you have built or sorry a rabbit hole session and you've really built YouTube's favorite money machine. Now you need to understand what I'm about to share with you. It might sound
03 simple, okay? But it is the secret of how I find the most profitable topics for my flywheel VSSL. I know everyone thinks you need super complex formulas to crank the YouTube algorithm, but you don't actually need to do so. By the way, uh uh when am I opening monetize? Uh not for the foreseeable future. So yeah, sorry. Uh so you can commit uh to me here and promise that once you understand this concept, you're going to apply it even if it sounds super simple. Okay, I know it might sound super simple, but listen, that is how uh quite frankly, that's how you grow a business. It's simplicity. Simplicity scales. Okay, so here is how it works. I don't start the channel with a flywheel VSSL as its first ever video. Okay, that is not how you do it. So you don't just start a channel, have a flywheel VSSL, and then great, all of a sudden, you
49 know, you got millions and millions and millions of dollars worth of customers. That's not how it works. Okay, first I create a base of 15 to 20 videos that later on will be turned into feeder videos for my VSSL. But most importantly, these videos serve as research and development for me. What I'm trying to do with them is to cover 15 to 20 different topics and or angles and figure out which one of them has the highest monetization potential. The way I come up with these topics for this video is extremely simple. I just list out all the problems of my ideal customer and the questions they might have about said problems. For example, on my main YouTube channel, here are the questions that the audience ask audience asks. What is the best business to start? How do I make $10,000 a month as a beginner? What are the habits I need to have become a millionaire? What are the books I need to read in order to become successful? What is the best business to start in 2024 as a
35 20-year-old? What do I need to do to change my situation? Now, let's take a look at some of my most successful videos. Best online business to start as a beginner. The blueprint to $10,000 a month in 2024. The seven habits that made me a multimillionaire by 2018. The 17 habits that 17 books I should say that changed my life. The best business to start in your 20s 2024. How to take back control over your life. Do you see how simple this is? my most successful videos ever, which got millions of views, and most importantly, generate tens of millions of dollars in profit, were literally just answers to my audience's most asked questions. Now, as I mentioned, what I'm trying to do with these videos is find the one with the highest monetization potential. Now, how do I actually do that? I take a look at two metrics. The first is views. Now, obviously, we want a topic that people are interested to watch. Now, if you
22 just go for the one with the highest amount of views, you would potentially be making a huge mistake, which is the reason why almost everyone in info fails with content. They think that more views means more money. And that couldn't be farther from the truth. The easiest thing here is attracting a lot of views from an unqualified audience. Okay, that's very easy to do. All you need to do is post a bunch of stupid [ __ ] online and you will get a bunch of views from unqualified audience. Okay, you need to understand that is the last thing you want to do because once you attract that audience, getting rid of it is pretty much impossible because you basically taught the algorithm to look for those people. So, what it'll do is it will keep optimizing and finding more and more of these people. And if they're unqualified, it doesn't matter how many views you get, you will not get sales. And that is why people give up on YouTube or organic content in general.
10 What they do is they focus on the wrong type of content because they're optimizing for views instead of profit. Then they get frustrated because they grow their channel but their bank account doesn't grow accordingly. It's the equivalent of optimizing for enterprise value instead of profit in the content game. Lots of views that is enterprise value. It doesn't translate into money in the bank account though. You know what does fewer views from the right audience and that's really why you have to pay attention to the second met metric that we have in here and that is playbackbased CPM. This metric what this metric does is it basically represents how much advertisers are willing to pay to put ads on that specific video. That basically measures how qualified your audience is and most importantly its monetization potential.
56 The more advertisers are willing to pay to put ads on your video, the more your audience brings back in uh you know actual return in investment. It's pretty much that simple. So let's say that a lot of views are only good when paired with high playbackbased CPMs. That's how you know those are actually quality views. Let me give you an example. Okay, we have two videos right here. First is best online business to start and next one is millionaire habits. I needed to choose one of these to actually then go ahead and create the topic for my main VSSL. The difference was that the online best online business to start video that had a CPM of $53 whereas the millionaire habits video had a CPM of $16. Meaning the monetization potential on the audience of the first video was three times higher than the second one. So what I decided to do was to actually
42 make my first topic uh on this, okay, and basically use this as my flywheel VSSL. And by the way, I can tell you right now, that was one of the best business decisions I ever made because that VSSL brought me in over $20 million in sales or in this case, you can pretty much say profit and really created a nine figure personal brand on the back of it. Do you understand how selecting the right topic for your flywheel could be the difference between making millions of dollars from this versus not making anything at all? Then what we do uh you know to actually send traffic to this is extremely simple. We create more of these feedier videos which then all feed back up to our flywheel VSSL. We keep testing different topics until you find a gold vein that gets views and high CPM. That's really like that's really the the the holy grail.
27 When you can have a video that has a lot of views and high CPM, you're yeah, you you found a gold mine. Okay, so this is exactly what happened to us. Okay. When the best business to start video works, we then film 10 more angles around it just like mining the same gold vein from new tunnels. For example, what we did is we created best online business to start as a beginner, best uh business to start in your 20s, the best online uh best online business to start in 2023, the blueprint to $10,000 a month as a beginner in 2024, the blueprint to go from zero to a million dollars. Okay, these are all ways that we found. Okay, this is a um a topic that gets a lot of views with high CPMs aka a lot of views from a qualified audience. Okay, now let's build more angles around this. By the way, you need
15 to understand we apply the same philosophy when we do advertising. You know, anyone who spends a considerable amount on ads knows that once you find an angle, you create more ads around uh variations of that angle. And that's basically what we're doing here on YouTube. I view uh organic content in the very same way or a very similar uh capacity in a very similar manner to the way that I actually view uh advertising. Okay, so those are all videos mining the same painpoint. They uh they basically uh uh mine for the same gold vein and they all get tons of views and good CPM. The more veins you find, the more angles you have to mine until you have a structure that is so robust that it basically feeds itself. And you know, this is really what this whole system creates for us. What it does is it basically gets to the point where you don't even need to record videos anymore
00 and the flywheel will just keep on spinning. You will keep getting sales and building a new qualified audience on autopilot without ever having to lift a finger. Uh do you understand how this is really the difference between simply creating content with no strategy versus having a true content system and why most people fail when it comes to content simply because they lack a proper system for it. All right. So, you have seen the logic, you've seen the numbers. Now, let's lock in with a simple 7-day action plan. You can start tonight if you want. If you know, this is really the the the gear that is jammed and that being uh your flywheel content system. So, here is the exact sequence we're going to follow. Do the steps in order. No skipping and you will have a wheel, a money wheel turning inside of itself in the next 30 days.
47 Phase one is the feeder uh R&D. Okay, this is takes about 30 days or so. You're basically going to go ahead and you're going to uh note down note down the top 10 t uh pain points or questions that your uh ideal buyer googles at at 2 a.m. So just imagine like your ideal buyer, what is it that they are tossing and turning and and thinking about in their sleep. You know, they're they're trying to get to they get into bed at midnight. You know, they're still tossing and turning at 2:00 and then they open up their laptop or their computer and and this is the sort of stuff that they're searching. This is the source of stuff. You know, these are 10 pain points or questions that are constantly ruminating in their mind. Then what you're going to do is you're going to film 15 to 20 quick videos. I want these to be low production straight to camera. 10 to 15 minutes each answering those questions. Each uh uh or
33 sorry, every video answers one painful question. No selling, just value. I call this process of, you know, I call this process, I should say, minefield farming for a topic. So, this is basically uh your next uh 30-day game plan. Now, the reason we're doing this is to optimize for search traffic first. The traffic is already there. You just need to position yourself where the traffic is. This way, you can get views quickly, even with a low subscriber count or even in brand new accounts in of itself. Let me give you a perfect example of this. There's a gentleman called Miles Beckler. This dude has been doing this strategy for 8 years now. All of his best performing videos are search traffic optimized videos. He never tries to go viral or have a big breakthrough. his average video gets about 5 to 10,000 views and he still makes you know he still makes
20 as from what everything I can see uh millions and millions and millions of dollars a year you know from this strategy because those are 5 to 10,000 views from a very very qualified audience and these videos keep getting views year after year even being uh you know even once they're published 3 4 5 years ago and and by the way if you look at his best performing videos they're
…
