Pelatihan dasar Hari Keempat Lanjutan (07-08-2025)

Ringkasan Singkat

  • Ketidakseimbangan relasi kuasa menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan seksual.

  • Bagaimana cara menghadapi trauma akibat kekerasan seksual?
  • Bagaimana cara mengenali gejala gangguan kesehatan mental?

I hope all my friends here are healthy, happy, and enthusiastic. Good. Okay. Hey, let me introduce myself, I'm Putri. Incidentally, I am in PPIS, which serves as a prevention and intervention for

36:05 acts of violence at Unesa. So. Well, I will explain the material. Permission to share the screen, Mas Rozak , ma'am. Oh, wait a minute, I haven't opened the file yet. Please wait a moment, friends. Mr. Rosek, how much time do I have for my presentation? 2 hours. 3 hours? S can take 1 hour, Mom. 1 hour. This will be followed by a discussion and Q&A session. Okay. Okay. Fine. Hey, maybe I won't be long because this is the time when you've had lunch, you're already calm

36:51 , your stomach is full, your heart is at peace, all you have to do is rest. Well, so I'll take a long time, maybe there will be more, ee, let's just discuss it. Well, I will also share some cases related to MBKM activities of friends who have joined us and what we have handled . Like that. Okay, guys, I want to invite you to flashback 4 years ago. What happened 4 years ago? Well, it turns out that the issue of sexual violence is primarily a new issue,

37:37 meaning the kidneys first. Okay. Mrs. Putri So, I'm sorry, this lady seems to be cut off here. Is it back connected, Mom? 4 years ago.

38:28 Check it out, sorry, my connection has been cut off. Mom, I've already done it. Engih, Mom. Hey, can my voice be heard clearly ? It's clearly acceptable, Mom. Okay. Okay. Good. Well, I want to continue the story from 4 years ago when the world of education and our Minister of Education first paid attention to violence and acts of sexual violence in higher education . Even sexual violence is considered one of the major sins of higher education. So, the college has three major sins. One of them

39:15 is sexual violence. Finally, the Minister at that time, Nadim, made the regulation of the DIBUD Ministerial Regulation number 30 of 2021, right? The one in this DIBIT Ministerial Regulation contains the prevention and handling of sexual violence on campus. Well, the problem is that it's been 4 years now, going on for the fifth year. Is the campus truly free from criminal acts of sexual violence? Let's look at the facts of July 2024. UNFAS students ran away during KKN. Why run away? Because members received threats and sexual harassment. So that

40:00 someone ran away. Then in Makassar, it 's still July 2024 because it's the KKN season, you know. Well, friends, you can read there what happened. Hey, sorry, I'll put my phone on silent first because it's not on silent yet. Well, here you can see that one of the triggers was when one of the KKN members was given alcohol, yes, he was invited to drink alcohol by the villagers. Then, there, the men were invited to drink alcohol and then the women experienced

40:45 harassment, starting from catering to cating, then there were indecent remarks and received other verbal remarks like that. This is in East Java, yes. If earlier in Bengkulu then getting closer to Makassar, this is even closer in Banyuwangi. Banyuwangi. A female student experienced sexual harassment when she was on her way to the KKN location and what is this called? She got breast groped huh. She experienced breast groping until she fell. It was like that, trembling, he fell too, then this, if that was related

41:35 to the KKN internship in Kudus, well, the female intern at the Kudus Religious Court experienced sexual harassment, well, this was not just one person, but a group of female interns, for example, in Semarang, there were also female interns who were suspected of being victims of sexual harassment. This case of a BUMN official was also widely publicized. So, friends, how about at Unesa? Are there no victims? Is there no one who is the perpetrator? We'll talk about that later. But I want to discuss here first that students, at this age, are actually vulnerable to becoming victims but also vulnerable to becoming perpetrators. So, now it's up to

42:22 us how we can avoid becoming victims, how we can strengthen ourselves to fight against ee so that we don't experience acts of violence, but we can also limit ourselves so that we don't fall into and become perpetrators of such violence. So, what is sexual violence? It seems like this has been said many times, maybe you can figure it out, but I'll repeat it a bit. Sexual violence is any act that degrades, insults, harasses, and/or attacks a person's body and/or reproductive function. So it doesn't have to be what you call an action that is physical in nature, but it is actually an insult.

43:08 Then, words that can be categorized as degrading someone's body and so on can be categorized as sexual violence. So, why does sexual violence happen? It is also explained here that the imbalance in power or gender relations results in psychological and physical suffering, including disruption to a person's reproductive health and the loss of opportunities for safe and optimal education. If this happens to your fellow interns, for example, what happens is that you cannot do your internship or feel safe during your internship because you experience harassment or violence in the workplace by your internship supervisor, for example.

43:57 or when you are in a KKN location like the examples I mentioned earlier, that will also definitely make the victim lose the right to carry out KKN with charity. So, what is a power relationship, friends? Power relations are relations that automatically arise when you interact with other people, right? Well, in interacting with other people there is potential for inequality. What is the term now, social inequality or gap, social gap. There is always a hierarchy of inequality that is determined by many things.

44:42 When there is inequality or disparity, that is where violence has the potential to occur or lurk in this relationship. And violence, eh sorry, this inequality is all kinds of things. ee social status, the rich and the poor, culture. Anyone think ee what's it called? Ee when ee when you enter a society with a different culture, what group do you become? A minority, huh? There are majority cultures, there are minority cultures. Well, this majority culture certainly has a higher, ee, greater relationship compared to those who are in the

45:29 minority. Then knowledge and education, knowledgeable people, people who have more titles, are also hierarchically above people who have no education or have lower titles. The economy can also be a trigger for power relations. Then mastery of religion, ee religious teacher. That's why we often find violence against religious teachers by their students. Ee then what does the kiai have to do with the kiai, if it's his congregation and so on. Well, this is in activities related to friends starting

46:14 from KKN, internships, PPL, and so on. This position, ee friends, can occupy these two positions. In certain situations you may be in an inferior position. When you are in an inferior position, you are vulnerable to becoming a victim. Meanwhile, if you are in a superior position, then you are vulnerable to becoming the perpetrator. So when you enter a new place, you have to be able to analyze where you stand. So what should you do? Are you in an inferior position or are you in a superior position? For example, in KKN. The relationship between KKN can be between students and students, or between students and village residents. Well, the potential cases of violence that usually occur and

47:03 we often find, the data is usually KKN student-to- KKN student. So, ee between friends who are also doing KKN. Well, those are some of the cases that went viral at UGM, where a female student experienced sexual violence from a member of her own team. Then students and villagers are also vulnerable to violence. Apprenticeship. Internships are the same. students with students in internship teams or students with ee supervisors, owners or ee industrial actors in PLP students-students, students-students

47:49 sometimes and students with teachers. How is it at Unesa? Well, this is what I was telling you about, friends, that's it. At Unesa, there have also been three cases of PLP that came to our attention and these have been resolved, yes, three cases involving students as the perpetrators. How was the result? The result is that three of them were brought to justice and then there were those who were at peace with their families. This means that the family asked for compensation, which was also an

48:36 extraordinary amount, a very large amount and what is it called, but the case was not continued because of the law. But there are also cases where the case is continued because of the law and our students then become what, become ee yes, they have to accept the consequences of their actions with ee in the legal realm. Well, internship. One student also became a victim of the internship at this internship location. We also accompanied the perpetrator of violence, who happened to be his supervisor, who had also served his sentence in prison like that. These are friends at Unesa. Then I'll go to the types of

49:23 sexual violence, friends, so that you can also recognize them in the field, okay? Don't wait until there's no intercourse. Because violence doesn't only happen when there is intercourse, there is physical touch, when someone tries to kiss you, when you try to forcefully kiss someone else. Sexual violence is not only that, but also non-physical sexual harassment , verbal. For example, it's delicious, what's it called? Interns are vulnerable to verbal abuse, right? This is what I experienced, for example, when I was doing an internship at my ee place, for example. Well, the employee easily made statements that belittled the

50:09 interns. For example, at that time, I met an employee who then said he was sorry. So when there are friends who are interns, then what is mentioned is that their buttocks are not as plump as that. Such things exist, then this forced contraception also includes sexual violence, forced marriage, sexual torture, sexual exploitation, slavery, and electronic-based sexual violence. What are the non-physical things? Come on, let's read together, friends, be aware or be more alert.

50:55 Sexual harassment is a sexual act directed at the body, sexual desires and/or reproductive organs with the intention of degrading someone's dignity. Well, this is non-physical sexual violence. Is there any potential for criminal charges ? there is a maximum penalty of 9 months and/or a maximum penalty of 10 million. Why are we no longer discussing the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation, friends? Hey, during this session, we usually always follow the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation, blah blah blah blah, because the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation only regulates what is it called internally on campus. This means that if it is resolved

51:40 ethically and it is resolved at the campus level, because the perpetrator and the victim are both campus residents, then we can, for example, we can just use the DIPUT Ministerial Regulation. But when you later intersect or are in another place, at an internship, PLP, school, KKN, and so on, you can no longer do that, friends. we bring it to criminal law, so this is where physical sexual violence is used, physical sexual violence here is a physical sexual act aimed at the body, sexual desire and/or reproductive organs with

52:27 the intention of degrading someone's dignity, well, this has a maximum criminal penalty of 4 years and a maximum fine of IDR million. Okay. And if the sexual violence is accompanied by a power relationship or the victim turns out to be someone under his authority, then the punishment is increased to a maximum of 12 years in prison and a fine of 300 million rupiah. Well, if you abuse your position, authority, trust, and so on, it will only increase.

53:12 Well, this can be read by everyone without any rights to blah blah blah. I just came in here. Bullying and social ethics are also one of our concerns or our concern because this generation, Generation Z, is someone who is very outspoken. Outspoken. In contrast to the millennial generation, we were taught to be quiet. If anything happens, you're not allowed to fight back. If something happens, think about it first before you say anything, okay? Hey, if

54:01 someone is angry or oppressive, then we also have to be quiet first. That is the education received by the millennial generation. But you, you come in and your character is shaped in a different way so that this Genzi character is more outspoken, more open, more what? More straightforward in conveying criticism and other courage. However, what needs to be remembered is how we then manage this so that it doesn't backfire on us. For example, this is an example of what I mean. It went viral that UNja Jambi KKN students were expelled

54:47 for insulting the village where the KKN was held. Have you ever heard of this case? Or maybe a case like this or something. Heard it on TikTok. Have you heard of it on TikTok? This was until he was expelled because he insulted the location of his KKN. Then UNRAM case in UNRAN and KKN there are no beautiful girls in this village. So they complained that at their brother's place the girls weren't good-looking, they were all dull. finally immediately expelled. They cannot do KKN there. Even though they finally apologized , but if I

55:34 remember correctly, in the end, the ones who were initially expelled were all one team, one team. They are not allowed to be sent home for KKN , they are not accepted there anymore. Ee but because of this apology and mediation, finally KKN was allowed to continue. There is a reconciliation process between campus KKN friends and village residents. But for the perpetrators, those are the friends of the students in the video who said there were no beautiful girls in the village, they were asked to go home and not do KKN there anymore . This time, UNP was also

56:19 expelled by residents because they criticized the facilities . So, sometimes it's true that the substance is true. It's okay to criticize. That doesn't mean criticism isn't allowed. But we need to think again. think again and measure everything. If we do this, what will people's response be like? Are we able to handle the responses that will arise? Because of this, at UGM, cases of students during KKN went viral, being expelled from the village, insulted to the point of being sexually assaulted. Well, I said earlier why do

57:07 these cases happen? Yes, because ee friends have very unique characters, characters that you have a high level of curiosity about. That's been proven in a lot of research, right? Genzi, with that, the parenting style for Gen is more open, more what do you call it? encouraged or supported, supported to express one's opinion. Then I said everything openly. This is actually a good character. But sometimes if it is not appropriate and appears, especially now in this digital era, it becomes a

57:54 digital footprint which is sometimes counterproductive. for enthusiastic friends. Because of the enthusiasm of KKN, everything was commented on. PL was so excited to meet new people, new environment, everything was commented on, right? Spontaneous, easily tempted, everything is instant. Then continue to be active on social media. Everything is statused, everything is storyed, like that. Then, eh, sometimes we also put ourselves in a position where we're not yet settled or not yet settled . There, they rushed to issue a statement. Sometimes it's still an adaptation process. Adaptation is still in the initial assessment process. Oh, why are people here so mean to

58:42 me that they make up stories like that? I'm currently interning here, guys, and all that. the people are all evil. Even though it's like that, maybe it's just because you don't know each other, not because you're evil. So, how can we avoid it? Friends, we invite all of you to find out as much as possible about the culture of the local community. If you are an organization that is part of an organization, then learn the organizational culture that exists there. Learn the culture of the organization. For example, oh, it turns out the organizational culture here doesn't allow people to express criticism openly. So, when you want to convey your

59:30 aspirations or criticism, you have to see how they usually convey that criticism. Then you see how they resolve the conflict. Oh, so this is the style of conflict . That's it. Well, we have to adjust, right? respecting the culture, values, way of life and so on in a new place. I remember one case where there was a time when several students made a post about an area where elementary school children didn't wear shoes when they went to school. They were barefoot, so it went viral. It went viral with the

1:00:16 narrative, it's really a shame for the kids here if they don't wear shoes to school blah blah blah blah blah. the point is then the narrative makes people feel sorry but the people there feel that we are not that despicable. We are not that poor. Why don't our children wear shoes? Yes, because the terrain is the terrain where they live, ee, from where they live to school, they have to pass through rivers, muddy ground and all sorts of things. So if you wear shoes it's a hassle. That's why their children wear barefoot shoes or don't wear footwear. Well, this finally became

1:01:03 something that went viral and the students were criticized again for how they still judged other people's culture through their own eyes. So what's the strategy ? One, don't post negative content yet. Stop negative content. We have to think twice , because it is related to other people's houses where you will enter . Stop posting sarcastic content. Okay. Then turn negative content into creative content. How to do? Your criticism is no longer a non-solution-oriented criticism, a cynical criticism,

1:01:50 but something that person, eh, what is it? can get something from your criticism or as the term now is constructive criticism, content that is criticism but fun. Then share before sharing, share to friends, share to what is it called? Share it. This is not sorry, not sharing. Filter before sharing, filter before sharing. So filter it first. Ask again and again. You can discuss with your friends, do I need to make something like this or not and so on. And get used to control between friends. If your friends share, don't forget to pay close attention. Don't add to the pressure on your friend. Sometimes when one is on fire, the other has to

1:02:36 be a firefighter, has to be the fire. Hold on, hold on first. Don't post anything when you are emotional. That's the key. If you're angry, don't post. If you're sad, don't post. Post when your situation is stable so you can think again and again. Is it important or not? Do I need to post it? So, how do you position yourself wisely, even though I'm sure you think this is all theoretical, Ma'am. Yes, that's how it is, Wongun. Even though we've been given the theory, sometimes people still break it, especially if there's no one to remind them again and again. So, how can we position

1:03:22 ourselves wisely? One, do not bring or consume illicit goods. Is there really one, ma'am? There is, like that. Continue to wear modest clothing. I am not asking or we are not asking you to close yourself off, close yourself off, what is it called? That is also excessive. No. But we can see how the people there are used to eating food and so on. so ee if you have clothes for example that you usually wear for hanging out ee are those clothes that are hanging there. Well, I'll keep those clothes for now . Because we are in someone else's house, we also have an obligation

1:04:07 to respect the values in the place where we are. Friendly, be a friendly person, respect. But I need to underline this friendliness. Being friendly, especially to female friends, doesn't mean you don't have the courage to say no if someone has violated your boundaries. Because sometimes being friendly is misunderstood. In the end, what do we become ? Confused about determining this limit. Yes. Is it okay? Yes, later if I remind you, don't be considered arrogant, don't be considered excessive and all sorts of things. Not friendly but we still know our limits and can say no. Do not violate local norms, obey the rules of keeping your words in check. This can be done by friends.

1:04:55 I continue. How would you behave if you were invited to a drinking party? Well, this is especially true for male friends, often if you find out that there is drug trafficking in the village, you know there is even a drug and alcohol camp. So, friends, we ask you to dare to say you don't dare to refuse. Report to the village authorities or security enforcers. If you don't dare to make a report to the authorities, at least make a report to your supervisor from the campus, okay? Well, you can also create anti-drug themed education. For example, you are assigned

1:05:40 to a school where it turns out that some of the students are drug dealers or users. Well, that means you can create educational programs with anti- drug and anti-as themes. These are viral things that you might also be used to, Mom. It's normal for friends to pan for money, Mom. I know it's normal. I know that there's probably nothing between you two, just a bit of a squabble. But friends in other places who are not used to this behavior may find your behavior of panning with this friend uncomfortable. If someone makes it viral, then that habit

1:06:27 will backfire on you. This is if the PPL ends up in a police report, which we once handled for a student who had an on-site crush. Then finally they started dating, their romantic relationship was free, it went too far, their parents didn't accept it. Well, this student is definitely underage, right? Finally, the authorities reported that they were familiar with this criminal article. Then, if it's for anti-narcotics, you can read the village map, okay? Where is the place of worship, where is the security post, where is the cafe and coffee shop. Well, this is what you have to do ? In the group, they mapped,

1:07:12 made a map of which places were vulnerable. This means that if the place is prone to sexual violence, for example, oh, this place is prone to sexual violence, then what can be done so that you can protect each other, this friend, oh, that means if you go there, you have to go together. Oh, so that means there are people there who tend to be abusive when they talk . This means that when you are facing someone and it happens to be an official, for example, a village official, ma'am, then you can protect each other if you meet this person. Don't then invite friends who are potentially at risk of being harassed or accompanied. Well, that is why we need to read the village map.

1:07:58 Lastly, from me, friends, happy MBKM, happy learning, happy growing, adapting, serving, and becoming a better version of yourself. That's all, thank you. Asalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. I return it to Mas MC, Mas Rozak. Please. Okay, thank you very much, Mrs. Putri. The extraordinary presentation of material regarding strengthening issues of violence, mental health issues, disaster response, drugs, and alcohol by Mrs. Putri from PPIS. Now it's time for us to move on to the question and answer session. For friends who have questions and are interested in asking Mrs. Putri from PPIS, please feel free to rise

1:08:45 directly and convey your questions. Or if you have problems with oncam and onmic, you can write your questions in the chat column provided. there is no question about this. Because actually, what 's much more difficult is the implementation, I think, Mas Rosek . Ready, Mom. That's right, Mom. Earlier, the screen share by Mrs. Putri also happened to pass through my FP about KKN-KN. The women who were there probably went viral yesterday, right? The woman who set up her own post was

1:09:33 finally chased out by the local residents. Enggih, Mother. Yes Okay, Ma'am, I have a question that I will read straight away from Mas Adya Rizka Pratama. Mom, I want to ask. Based on data I have read, most victims of sexual violence actually wear closed clothing. This makes me wonder, is it true that clothing can be a contributing factor? Because from there I feel that this is completely 100% the perpetrator's fault, not the victim's, let alone the victim's clothes. Please respond, ma'am. Okay, Mrs. Putri, maybe you can respond , Mom. We invite you to choose the time and place . Okay, thank you Mas Rozak. Well, this is Mas Adit. I don't know whether he's

1:10:19 called Adit, Mas, Mas Pratama or Mas Riska, Mas Adit. Mas Adit, thank you very much for your extraordinary question . Well, maybe earlier, ee, what's your name, Mas Adit, was triggered when I mentioned the clothes earlier, that those were the clothes that ee usually wore every day when in Surabaya, they were stored first and all that. Well, ee Mas Adit, the first thing I need to say is that what Mas Adit said is true, that there was no fault on the part of the victim. Even if it's not rape, the perpetrator's fault still lies with him. And it's true that there was an exhibition, yeah, I forgot the name of the museum or exhibition. In

1:11:04 essence, in that museum, in that museum, there are exhibits of clothes belonging to victims of sexual violence and rape. It turns out that what appeared there were not revealing clothes, but closed clothes. Yes that's right. Because what is damaged is the perpetrator's brain . The perpetrator's brain is damaged. If a person's brain is already perverted, his brain is already a criminal brain, yes, a perpetrator of violence, seeing a girl wearing tight clothes but with her eyes closed, it's still like that, his lust still controls him. Oh, and if we talk about someone's fetish, there are various kinds

1:11:50 . There are people who then just look at the shoes and ask whether they are wearing shoes or stilettos. Those stilettos have high, pointed heels, Mas Rozok, or do you wear stilettos like that? Stileto is a shoe like that. Well, just looking at the stilettos makes me horny. See the girl is not doing anything, the girl is just sitting like that. It can also make ee's desire increase. So there isn't any, there isn't any, then what? There were no clothes then. That's what makes people end up like this because of him, his clothes are n't there. There is no research that shows that there is a correlation between the type of clothing worn, the

1:12:36 fashion worn, and the violence experienced. But why did I say that you still need to look after your clothes? Because it is related to respecting local culture. Respect local culture. We come to visit someone's house, so we are obliged to respect the customs there. Just like, for example, if you go to Bali, there are several places where we are told to wear eh, what are they called? Balinese sarong or what is the name of a tie for women? Tie the cloth like that. wrapped cloth, tied cloth like that. We just use it as a form of appreciation for the values they adhere to. If you then go to

1:13:21 Ampel, it's the same, right? Going to Ampel means you have to wear a headscarf, even if it's not a tight hijab like this, at least there's a cloth to cover it, what's the name of the cloth? That's the file, just a cloth covering your hair like that, sir. Hey, Mas Adit, that was my explanation. So why should we regulate our clothing more to adapt to the local culture where we are? Okay, thank you. I returned it to Mas Rozak. Well, thank you very much Ms. Putri for the wonderful answer. So, what a woman wears doesn't have any influence, because if the perpetrator is already a perpetrator, then there's no

1:14:07 discrimination, right, Ma'am? So it depends on the perpetrator again, it has nothing to do with how they dress. Well, next, this mother also has a rising hand, the first one is in the name of Diah Ayu. Maybe you can just ask Mrs. Putri directly. We invite you to choose the time and place. Okay, thank you for your time. Let me introduce myself, she is Ayu Roro Kartikaning room from Management Study Program. Previously, I wanted to tell you that I was also a victim of sexual lessons, and when I was exposed to those sexual lessons, I immediately became depressed and couldn't think of anything. And sometimes I have confided in my friends and they blame me. Even though

1:14:52 my condition was explained earlier, the clothes were not to blame either. Sometimes it's like, eh, now the trend is, eh, educate your own. It seems like the ones who should be educated are people whose brains are really perverted , Mom. So why does it always have to be women who are always blamed, cornered, and always have their clothes on. Meanwhile, I, the victim, was already wearing covered clothing and there was no element of seduction , Ma'am. Okay, thank you, Mom. like that. Okay, thank you very much, Ms. Dia Ayu. First of all, I would like to express my

1:15:38 extraordinary appreciation to Ms. Dia Ayu for having the courage to tell her story. This is not an easy thing because Ms. Dihayu has experienced being in that position. So I want to express my appreciation first to Ms. Dia. Remarkable. Maybe in the future, Mrs. Putri can respond directly. Please respond, ma'am. Good. Thank you very much, Mr. Rosek. Hello. Come on. How? Come on, let's be okay now, come on. So I have my own trauma towards men, Mother. Yes Hey come on, people who have experienced violence are not actually

1:16:24 called or more accurately called survivors, not victims. It's different from an accident, where the victim is an accident victim. But in sexual violence, they are called survivors. Why survivors? because you made it through and you ee made it to this point surviving even though I'm sure it wasn't easy. Although it is not easy. So, Ms. Ayu is a survivor of sexual violence. You have to respect yourself. You have to appreciate yourself. Bah. You can survive until this moment. Well, that's something extraordinary, as I said earlier. And I'm not just speaking for Ayu, but also for other friends who might be on this Zoom and

1:17:10 have experienced the same thing. And as I said earlier, there is no formula or research that looks at this, you know, if a girl's clothes are open or the perpetrator is definitely triggered because the girl is wearing this or the girl he keeps teasing and all that. No, there's nothing like that. Come on. Even I ee what is it called? Friends, you can believe it or not. At what age is it called? There are victims of violence, breast gropers don't just attack friends who are

1:17:55 still young and then their clothes, eh, their clothes show off their body curves, don't they? Even people who are almost 50 years old, almost 50, who wear hijabs that cover their chests, wear robes, they are also victims of breast groping. Is that why the clothes are so? I'm sure not. However, when our society discusses sexual violence, what tends to be seen is the roots of the victim. What are you doing out at night? What clothes were you wearing at that time ? What were you doing at that time?

1:18:42 Not focusing on the perpetrator, but the focus is on the victim. How come ? Yes, because society teaches or parents teach this to the next generation. Unfortunately, our media often does not side with victims or survivors when they report on incidents of sexual violence. Finally, the mindset that is formed in our society is getting stronger that sexual violence has a role for the victim, or the role for the survivor, or that the root of sexual violence is the victim themselves, not the perpetrator. Well, this is what we really have to

1:19:28 change and fight now, that sexual violence is not the victim's fault but entirely the perpetrator's fault, okay? Let's keep up the spirit. Take it slow, okay? The trauma will always be there, but we are the ones who are stronger in facing this wound. Okay thanks. Okay, welcome back, Mom. Okay, keep your spirits up. Come on, I'll return it to Mas Rozak. Please, Mr. Rozak. Okay, thank you very much, Mrs. Putri, for the encouragement you gave. Once again, I would like to thank Ms. Dia Ayu for having the courage to speak up. It's not an easy thing and I'm also proud of my friends in the comments column, many of whom support Ms. Dia Ayu. So Ms. Dia

1:20:14 Ayu has been very great to get to this position. Keep up the spirit, keep growing and hopefully everything will go as well as possible. Thank you, Ms. Dia Ayu, for sharing your story. Maybe we can move on to the next one. Some asked, some were interested in Nurlaili's name. Maybe you can go straight on the mic to ask your question to Mrs. Putri. Okay, does my voice sound clear? Brother Dawamur? It 's been heard. Good. Previously, I would like to start my question by sharing a little, okay, Sis? I am also a

1:20:59 survivor of violence, and thank God, I am now fine with my situation, and I am a survivor of sexual violence. In fact, that's the cause of that chapter, that seniority in that seniority and I ee it's not easy to get through that. However, because of the support from the people around me, I continued to try to heal myself. Thank God, many good things have come. In fact, my story can be the subject of research by psychology students who use

1:21:46 my story as research material and it turns out that oh the wisdom is that I was affected by this and that because there are good things. Okay, for the question now, I'm an intern. Well, I have a few, sometimes in a room like the basecam of a special group for interns, I am with one of my intern friends who is of the opposite sex. Well, that's the condition where we are doing our respective tasks, right? So there is nothing beyond that. But oh, our partners seemed suspicious of our actions when we were alone in the room. Well,

1:22:33 I anticipate that by opening the door so that people outside know about our work or activities inside. Is my action correct or is there any problem from Mrs. Putri and MC? There may be additions. Thank You. Well, thank you very much for the questions you have given. I also want to express my appreciation to Nur Laili, who has had the courage to speak out, Ma'am, about what may have been a difficult experience in her life. She also explained the questions we had earlier regarding the correlation with current eating habits . Maybe for Mrs. Putri, you can just

1:23:19 respond directly, Mom. Okay, thank you. Eh, Nurili, right? Nur Laeli is also enthusiastic, Sis. Laeli, it's never easy, no matter how big or small the scale of sexual violence we experience, because the only person who knows how big or small it is, how it impacts us or someone else, is the survivor herself. and Nur Laili, hopefully whatever you have experienced will strengthen you and not become an obstacle to your friends' development. Well, back to the internship, can I know where your internship is? At the office

1:24:04 or at school, sis? Office, huh ? At school, Mom. at school and coincidentally this colleague or intern is a guy. Well, many people then say why is that? Well, um or many people are suspicious like that, right? You are considered inappropriate to be alone at school. May I know what level of school you attend, Miss Laeli? For the school, it's elementary school level, ma'am. Elementary school. State or madrasah or private school? Country, ma'am. Public school. Yes Hehe. Look, Miss Laeli, what Laeli said earlier, that the preventive measure is to always open the

1:24:53 door when you are with your fellow interns, is absolutely right . Very appropriate because ee at least they don't have what they don't have, right? I don't have any proof, huh? I don't have any proof that there is any evidence or material for gossiping. Just look at that, if you're alone together the door is always closed. Dad, I can imagine it. You can already imagine how ugly those people are. Well, what you need to realize is that when you do an internship at one place, you come as a new person. And if it's in communication science, it's because my basic knowledge is communication science. In communication science, new people will tend to

1:25:39 get more exposure and more attention. It's true that sometimes people still get blamed, especially when they're wrong. But as time goes by, they will get to know each other better , they will also get to know who Nurlaili is. It can be eroded, Miss. So, especially if this is still the early stages there, it's certain that you're right, sometimes there are still lots of mistakes. Moreover, if you then open the gap in the error, the container will run out even more . And what is it called, ee, that psychologically, your communication as a new person

1:26:24 will naturally be paid more attention to because sometimes, you know ... For example, you yourself are in the same class , you memorize your friends' activities, your friends' bad points, and other things. Eh, then suddenly a new friend comes in. So A to Z of that new friend , that new friend will definitely get our attention, right? Who does he eat with? Eh, when he eats out, he doesn't want anything cheap like that. Wanting expensive things is wrong again, right? That's how he drinks it. Ah, bro, your drinking style is not to eat anything sweet. It's up to you whether you want to drink it sweet or not, but it has to be said about

1:27:09 style and all that. Yes, that's something we can't prevent, right, Miss Laeli? Only we then ee self-actualize and also start to guard. As for the drink, that's all that's left, ma'am. The thing is, I want to take care of my health because I have a risk that my parents will get diabetes, for example, so let me explain. But yes, if you really feel tired of explaining everything, you need to do it. It's a matter of time, it's a matter of time, adaptation, and eventually it will be eroded by itself, Mr. Laeli. Okay, ma'am, thank you. You're

1:27:54 welcome. the answer really helped me . Okay thanks. It seems like there are a lot of these in the chat column too , right, bro? Yes, Mom. Okay, thank you very much, Mrs. Putri, for your answer and encouragement to Nurlaili. So, next, is there anyone else who is interested? If there is then I will prioritize it. But if there isn't one yet, I'll read the one from the chat column. Are there any other friends who would like to go first perhaps? Okay, because there isn't one yet, I'll just read it out straight away, Ma'am, from the existing chat room . Just a moment, I'll scroll first, Mom, go to the top first. Okay. It seems like after Adit this is Cia.

1:28:44 Yes, Cia Ardani's mother. Good afternoon, Mrs. Putri. I see that pedophilia cases are often not discussed thoroughly. Considering that many victims are still minors and only realize that the events they experienced in the past were a form of abuse after they grow up. I would like to ask, what is the right way to help victims deal with the excessive trauma caused by this experience? remembering that I also understand that this kind of trauma may not be completely healed. Okay, Ma'am, maybe I can summarize a little, Ma'am. This question is from Cia Adani. How do we deal with the trauma of children who were victims of pedophilia

1:29:29 when they were young? But they only realized that they were victims when they were adults. Meanwhile, this trauma is quite heavy trauma and will probably leave quite painful traces in their lives. That's how Hri might respond . Okay, thank you Mas Rozak and also Chania. Thank you for your question. Ee I think regarding this trauma, especially if the trauma can be said to be excessive here, yes, because in the case of pedophilia, ee not all of these things have to be dealt with alone. Well, I'm here accompanied by ladies and gentlemen from SMCC. I'll just confirm for a moment

1:30:16 whether I can join in to provide a more detailed explanation to answer Cania's question regarding this trauma healing. Wait a minute, please. Well, here is Mr. Wiryo. Mr. Wiryo is the Head of Sub-Department of SMCC Unesa. I invited Mr. Wiryo to Well, because there were a lot of questions earlier, there were also several survivors who shared their experiences, Mr. Wiro. I ee I hope Mr. Wiro can provide insight to my friends. Please come, Mr. Wiro.

1:31:02 Thank you, Mrs. Putri. Ee, please ask permission from ee FC, Mas Dawanur and all friends. This is actually a place for sharing your feelings. In fact, this is actually a preparation event for MPKM . But yeah, it's okay, it's okay. Hopefully this will be a blessed place because you may not be able to meet us or what . Hey, friends, there are actually many things that can be done without going virtual because usually trauma sessions can't be done once, twice, and so on. In many of my experiences, it always leaves a mark on cognitive and emotional wounds, right? Usually

1:31:48 there are those who are still sad, there are those who are still thinking about it, which means there are traces of trauma, which can be emotional or cognitive, especially for those who are traumatized. Well, there are actually a few steps. Well, the essence is like this, if later in the pattern of thinking then we have to start looking for and finding different things that are not predicted by our minds, friends. Suppose we can see that someone was peeking earlier. Who, Sir? Yes, for example, what's the name of this, ee, there's a lot of evidence. Yes, it's okay, bro. There is a lot of evidence of the success of people who have

1:32:34 experienced trauma, eh sorry, people who have become victims, ma'am. Ee it can grow successfully and can develop successfully. We can use it to change our thinking patterns. Well, this also includes thinking patterns and also doing affirmations to clean up the remaining emotions or emotional trash. The only problem for us is that it requires a bit of effort, a bit of effort. Hey, when someone experiences trauma, the event can last for 5 minutes, right? For example, if Mrs. Putri told you that your friends were nudged by their friends or nudged by the opposite sex, then it could become traumatizing and lead to what

1:33:21 is called sexual trauma. Well, the incident happened in 5 minutes but our thoughts, our overthinking, our emotions can last a long time. So it could be that we do the exercises for a long time too. This is our effort-evote that we must do. Ee we hope ee earlier there were two cases that were conveyed here. Hey, if you'd like to be helped, it's free at SMCC or PPIS, please do. Hey friends, you can come and make an appointment with Mrs. Putri because the call center is at Mrs. Putri's. Hey, later we will provide free psychologists or counselors for all of you outside of this session. That's probably it from me, Mrs. Putri. Thank

1:34:07 you. I'll return it to you, ma'am. Okay, thank you Mr. Wirio. Don't go yet, Mr. Wiryo. Because it seems like some of these questions are related to mental health too, right, Mas Rozak? Okay, so I ask Mr. Wiro if he can still join in to provide a response. There were a few questions earlier, but I'll return them to Mas Rozak to see what the next questions are. Or just go straight to it. This is from Aleksena. In Alexena, he asked, "The victim was very secretive, but he was still being targeted by the perpetrators." Of course. So, what is the solution if there are indications that the person

1:34:54 is the perpetrator? Then, ee, if those cases scare or infiltrate people first, ee, maybe they don't think like that, right? Well, we, Alex Sena, are worried about overthinking, right, Sis? So, it seems like everyone has the potential to be a perpetrator, and has the potential to be a perpetrator. Well, actually we can see from what she said that it was uncomfortable for her to say that over and over again, "Oh, you're so beautiful, your cheeks are so soft, I want to stroke them ." If it makes you uncomfortable, makes you afraid, that's a

1:35:39 form of harassment. Then what if he is ee and what is his name? Sexual violence also occurs because of relationships, power, and gender factors. Let's consider, for example, if you are not an intern, you are not a PLP student, would he still dare to make that statement? What is your goal ? It's so soft I want to stroke it. If you are harassed because you want to do an internship, and he made that statement, that is clearly harassment because he is using his power relations. Because the most helpless person was there , he dared to do that. Then what then? Then what if you meet someone like that? What to

1:36:25 do? We can say that we are not comfortable, we don't like how he made that statement or how he treated us, but then he says, "Oh, that's all, why are you making a problem out of it and all that." Well, you can discuss it with em if he/she is not your internship supervisor, discuss it with your internship supervisor or you can discuss it with the DPL, the field supervisor for your internship. Just discuss. I experienced an event like this. If it happens repeatedly and becomes increasingly

1:37:10 uncomfortable, you can report it, okay? You can contact your PPIS. But if you actually do, ma'am, there's actually nothing, ma'am, just one verbal or nonverbal action. I'm the one overthinking. For example, if you feel like you are overthinking, you need to have a discussion. Well, what can SMCC do? You can have counseling with SMCC. Is it really overthinking or is it actually a valid worry and you need to take action. That's what I think about what Mbak Alex Sena or Mr Wiro said. If you want to add anything, please do so, sir. Yes. Ready. ee I added nggih. Because the setting for this will be for interns, we from the

1:37:58 PPIS Directorate are collaborating with the Academic Directorate or TPTP. It is now mandatory for the institution to make an agreement, right, ma'am? There is an agreement that the institution guarantees that there will be no violence. Well, this is also an important part, you know. Hey, I hope this will also be a concern for fellow academic mobility participants so that they can really concentrate. Later, the form will be provided by fellow academic mobility participants. This will be shared. Well, from there, my friends, there will be an element of power relations that Mrs. Putri mentioned earlier. Well, we also have this network of commitments between institutions so that

1:38:46 incidents like that don't happen . Hey, if there are any indications of this happening, please report it immediately to DL or to the group. The chairman can also convey this to us at PPIS so that we can coordinate with you immediately. In some cases, we also had the opportunity to discuss directly with the institution or later call them directly , call the person concerned so that we can provide therapy, Mrs. Putri . We accompany them psychologically and through other treatments so that the thought patterns do not appear and are not permanent, or permanent means that they

1:39:32 stay more like that. ee so that when this can be resolved immediately, the overthinking will be over soon. But with a note, we also ask for the coordination assistance of fellow students, friends who are there, friends in the surrounding area, please immediately convey this to us so that we can move faster. You can go directly to your group friends, to friends from the TPTP Directorate, MPKM or later directly to us at PPIS. Yes, maybe that's an addition from me, Mrs. Putri. It seems like there are still a lot of questions, Mrs. Putri. This is extraordinary, this afternoon's enthusiasm is always high. Well, thank you very much, Mrs. Putri and Sir, for providing such wonderful additions and encouragement. These

1:40:17 friends are still very enthusiastic. There are also those who raise their hands, maybe before chatting I will focus on the ones who are raising their hands first, right, ladies and gentlemen? There is Verda Ayunda from SDN Rungkut who might be able to be on the microphone to convey her questions to Mrs. Putri and Mr. Wiryo. Okay, thank you for the opportunity that has been given. Previously, I, eh, and coincidentally, I participated in MBKM at elementary school, right? Then let me ask, right from the time children are sent to school at an early age, they are taught the boundaries of what cannot be touched. Oh, and that's a defensive lesson in nature. So, is there a way to

1:41:04 teach children a way of thinking so that they do not become perpetrators of acts of violence, whether bullying or sexual violence? Okay, are Verda's questions finished? Well that's that then. Okay, for the extraordinary question earlier, I immediately invite Ms. Putri and Mr. Wiryo to respond to how to overcome or instill strong values regarding acts of sexual violence or body parts that should not be touched, especially for children in elementary school. Perhaps we will arrange the time and place, ladies and gentlemen.

1:41:51 Okay, I'll repeat what I said earlier, that elementary school children are taught from an early age about what is called sexual education. This is what parts can be touched and not touched. Then the question is what is our opinion regarding that? Yes Good. Hey, thank you, that was Firda's question. That's right. Thank you, Mr. Firda. Yes So, indeed, recognizing which parts of the body are private, which parts can be touched, which cannot, which parts can be touched by parents, which cannot be touched, and so on, is part of

1:42:40 sexual education. And ee, this sexual education is something that ee should be given from an early age, right, Sis ? And that's the privilege of our generation, friends, and also what generation is this now, what generation is the alpha, yes, the alpha generation and so on, because people are already well-literate, right? In Indonesia itself, these parents are well-literate that sexual education should be provided as early as possible. Well, that privilege does not exist in my generation or Pak Wiro's, let alone Pak Wiro's generation, Pak Wiro said we are the same age. Well, our generation, the parents, still consider things

1:43:25 about sexuality and reproduction to be taboo and not to be discussed. So, for example, I myself only found out about it when I was an adult, in high school, college, talking about gender. Oh. E, it turns out that we have to fight, we have to say no when previously we didn't dare, didn't dare to talk about it because it was taboo and so on. Even ee to mention penis for example, uh talking dirty, why are you saying rude things. Oh, how come it's taboo to talk about penises like that ? So what is the consequence? When we are not used to calling a penis a penis, breasts a breast, and a vagina a vagina, we don't have a

1:44:10 narrative to tell clearly when we are victims of sexual violence. What happened to you? Yeah, that's how it is, that's what Dianu does. That's Dianu, what's that Dianu? Even though that term doesn't exist in legal language. It must be clear. Well, the victim has experienced psychological barriers because he is not used to the language, yes, that was the straightforward language, let's just say penis penetration penetration, sperm coming out ejaculation, that's something that shouldn't be considered as something lewd, yes, that's something that is indeed part of it, but of course, then, Ma'am, does that mean elementary school children are taught, Ma'am, the term ejaculation, right? No, that's the same, there are stages, at least

1:44:57 for elementary school children, even kindergarten children, they are also taught about these parts that can be touched, this, ee, by people, what are they called outsiders? But if you touch this side, it's not allowed and all that kind of thing, kindergarten children already know that. Is that so, Firda? I returned it to Rozek. Please, Sis Rozek. Well, there are still a few questions I think. Mr. Wiro said earlier that I don't need to provide any material to respond to questions. So God willing, there is still time to answer all questions. Thank you very much, Mrs. Putri and Mr. Wiryo. After this, there was also a question in the chat column that I would like to read

1:45:43 again. This is from Sofia. May I ask a question, ma'am? Sometimes we don't realize that someone is verbally abusing us. I have experienced this where people around me often threw out words that turned out to be a form of verbal abuse. What I want to ask is, how do we differentiate whether an utterance is included in verbal learning or not? Thank you very much in advance, Mom. Well, that's a question from Sofia. Ma'am, perhaps Mrs. Putri and Mr. Wiro can respond to this question. We invite you to choose the time and place, Madam. Okay, thank you Sofya. Well, what is this called? I will add yes.

1:46:31 I briefly touched on this earlier when answering the question about who it was regarding ee at school. Well, this is how it is Sofia. Whether these words are insulting or not, we can see. If for example, do those words only happen to us or do they actually not mean that they are right? Suppose there are people who are like that because of their character . The character just talks like that naturally. Well, we actually need to address that because it causes unrest. collectively. Collective anxiety means that when you talk, you're really dirty with everyone and everything

1:47:17 always ends up leading to sex . Well, that's also a form of attitude that may not be directed at us directly, but we feel uncomfortable just hearing it. Well, we can also respond to that. Especially if the harassment is directed at us. Well, well, how do you see that, eh, maybe the victim's worries are like this, maybe that's just my worries. Don't tell me that's really his character. can be seen, Sis, whether he then ee intentionally threw that at you and didn't throw it at others and ee was it because of this because of gender. because of our gender. This means that

1:48:04 because of gender, for example, if someone is treated like that because she is a woman, it doesn't happen to her male friend. Suppose ee what is it called? Because her friend is a girl. Because you are a woman. Finally you are the one accompanying the guest. It just so happened that the guest was a man. You girls are usually more pleasant to guests and all that. While you yourself are uncomfortable. Why should I? Moreover, my guest is a pervert. The school guests include perverts and all sorts of other guests. Instead of being protected, it's as if you're being baited . Fed. Well, that's one thing that's insulting. Then, harassment often occurs due to the

1:48:50 gender construction of widows. Well, widow. Then, because she is a widow, she ends up receiving statements that other people might think are jokes, but in fact, they are not jokes because they are hurtful to the victim. And in sexual violence, the perspective used is always the pro-victim perspective. Pro-victim in what sense? The victim's narrative, the victim's fear of the effect on the victim are considerations in determining the scale of the sexual violence committed in this way. I see, Sofia. So ee you will be able to feel it and don't

1:49:38 worry that others won't validate it. The important thing is that you have the courage to tell your story. Because sometimes it's worries, those worries that make us keep them to ourselves, right? Keeping it to yourself, not daring to tell the story. Don't worry about your story not being validated by other people. Tell me about your discomfort and so on. Because now ee people have much better literacy about sexual violence. That's roughly my response. Please, Mr. Rozak. Well, thank you very much, Mrs. Putri, for giving such an extraordinary response to Sofia's question earlier. Let's continue, ma'am, to the next question from Feren Salsabila Aisyah. Good afternoon, ma'am.

1:50:24 May I ask, is there a way we can recognize the symptoms of mental health disorders in ourselves without making a random self-diagnosis ? or even recognize the presence of mental health symptoms in others. If so, can you explain how to detect it? Yes. Thank you very much, Mom. Okay, Mom. Let me summarize a little, ma'am. This question from Paren Salsabila is whether there is a way that can be used to detect ourselves or even others that we are experiencing symptoms of mental disorders? Thank You. Okay, thank you Mas Rozak. It seems more appropriate if

1:51:10 Mr. Wiro responds. I'll call Mr. Wiro first , so the explanation can be more comprehensive. A moment. existence. Okay thanks. ee, I'm sorry, ee, I

1:51:56 was going to the bathroom, friends, eh, it's related to the diagnosis function, actually, ee, it's okay, friends, because there are so many instruments that exist, you just need a comparison like that. So, for example, friends, there are instruments and so on, and I'm sorry, actually, when I open the SSO, I don't know if you've filled it in or not, right? Friends, when we open the student version of the SSO, we also check mental health, which can also be followed up at SMCC, for example, right? What are the results? What is this? In

1:52:44 principle, it's like this, friends, right? The diagnosis should come from an expert, right? But if time is limited and so on, then you can also use the save diagnosis, but don't trust it 100% as our critical point, okay? As a critical point, there needs to be another comparison. Well, I think that can answer the current conditions of demand , my friends. Yes, please, rather than being confused, it's okay to go to SMCC, then we can fill out the instrument, then we can discuss the results of the instrument, that's also

1:53:30 fine. Also allowed. including not only this instrument, but through interviews, through discussions. Later we can see how big your overthinking is, how big your problems are, and so on. That might be ee to help answer Mas D Wamur, Mas Rozak. Well, that's it. I returned it to Mas Rozak. Okay, Mr. Wira, thank you very much for the reinforcement you have given. So friends, don't be shy to come to SMCC, Sir. Well friends, maybe there are more questions that can be submitted either via res handen or from the chat column, we are still open. Yes, I use it

1:54:19 . The important thing is that during the MPKM, my friends also enjoy it. ee feels happy, working what is called gaining new experiences at the place where ee works. Well, the place to simulate work. That's an amazing thing, my friends. Well, see you later. But if there are any difficulties later, the difficulties can be communicated, okay? Because the big problem during MBKM was the communication we got, both communication between groups and communication with the internship location. I think that's enough, sir. Wow, this is amazing, bro. Well, that's amazing. Hopefully,

1:55:05 all your activities will run smoothly. and gain benefits at their respective internship locations, their respective MPKM locations . Okay, thank you very much sir for the opportunity you have given me. Please allow me to confirm again, sir. This means that the material was delivered by Mrs. Putri and the question and answer session was delivered by Mr. Is that true? Yes, sir. Sampun. Ready. Thank you very much, Mr. Wirya and Mrs. Putri, for taking the time to attend this afternoon. Oh, just a minute, there's another question. This is Ms. Risa. Maybe before I miss it, I'll read it first. Maybe this is the last time for you, ladies and gentlemen, from Mbak Risa. Risa.

1:55:51 Excuse me, sir/madam, I would like to ask a question. What should we do if a man suddenly shows his genitals? Because I have experienced this incident twice when I was going to school in the past. And I also often see on social media that there are many women out there
