Greg Lav www.youtube.com

0:00 The average American male is overweight, divorced, and making $70,000 a year. If that is the life that you aspire to have, please turn this video off. If you are here to go after your moonshot, what is a moonshot? It is the generational run where you lock in for a decade and do something that changes your family tree forever. It is affecting culture. It is something that where you can look back at 70 years old, reflect on your life, and be so happy that you chose a life of pursuit, and you chose the hard path that you wanted to take. Because, you know what? Being fat is hard. Having a six-pack is hard. Being broke is hard. Being rich is hard. Choose your hard. People are taking advice from people who have never done it before. They're asking their parents. They're asking people of the last generation who, frankly, have no idea about the modern arena that exists today. I do. I'm in

0:46 the arena right now. This is my company. It is Bloom. I co-founded with my wife in 2019. We have an energy drink portfolio, a Bloom Pop Soda portfolio, and a nutrition portfolio. Each one of those portfolios will do over nine figures this year. And we will sell over half a billion cans of this beverage right here in our second year of having this product nationwide in America, and now it is global. In just 2 years of having this product on shelves. That is how fast your life can change. And I am making this channel, I'm making these videos to hopefully pass down the trials and tribulations and lessons that I had to learn in my 10-year journey thus far, so that hopefully you can be further ahead after your 10-year journey. Because that is truly all I want to do with my time now is pass down these lessons to make sure that y'all can do even more than

1:32 I've been able to achieve. This video is all about discipline over easy dopamine. I'm sitting here today in Aspen, Colorado. drove up the top of one of the top ski mountains in all of America. It's called Ajax Mountain. And I'm looking at an airport right over there. It's about a mile away. I'm looking at 30 personally owned private jets ranging from 20 to 90 million dollars. The old me, and some of the people watching this video, will say, "Damn, must be nice. Damn, they must have got lucky. Dude, shut the [ __ ] up with that victim mentality. Tell those people, tell yourself to enroll in victim university because that is not the case in 2026. In 2026, the arena doors are wide open. The technology is democratized. We all have access to the same [ __ ] and truly our generation, and if you're younger than me at 30 I'm 31, if you're younger than

2:17 me, then you you know more than anyone else about the power of social media. There are TikTok shot millionaires. There are Amazon millionaires. Or there's millionaires like myself who just took the digital consumer and directed them into the Targets and Walmarts of the world and now have a massive omnichannel operation in just a matter of years. When you go on one of these real estate websites and see a $5 million house, when you see somebody driving a Ferrari, instead of saying, "Damn, must be nice. Wow, how did he or she get so lucky?" you need to say, "If somebody else has done it, why can't I?" You need to recite that to yourself whenever you see these special things. "If somebody else has done it, why can't I?" This is far more powerful than the last thing. It is the most powerful word that you will use in this journey of a life of pursuit after your moonshot. It

3:02 is no. That's it. Let me spell it out for you. It's one syllable. N O, no. It is the most powerful word and skill that you can learn in the beginning of your journey. There is a joke in the town that I live in, in all of the towns that I work in, in all of my peers at how good I am at saying no. And that's not because I'm some [ __ ] [ __ ] it's because I realize the opportunity cost of saying yes. And I realize I am not more special than anybody else and I need to truly stay focused on what I am working on. In the beginning, you don't know how to balance multiple things. Unfortunately, you cannot go out and drink three times a week. You cannot go chase girls. You cannot go travel the world and get glazed because of what you're building or whatever the hell you're doing so that you can act like you're building something on social media. You need to lock the [ __ ] in,

3:49 fam. And honestly, I don't know if you've noticed, there's a winter arc approaching us. It's It's October, November, and December. It's 3 months. It's 90 days for you to not just I know this is some fitness challenge. [ __ ] fitness challenges. This is a moonshot challenge, fam. This is a time where you can finally turn yourself into the beast that is capable of handling your goals in this life of pursuit. And guys, if any of this sounds like you, you don't have an ambition problem. You have an ambition strength. You have an input problem. You're just not directing this energy towards the right thing. And a lot of that has to do with focus and your ability to say no. It's It's funny, man. I have an 8-month-old son right now. He's in a house up in the mountain right over there with my beautiful wife. He's learning to crawl. He currently cannot hold something while he's crawling. When he's crawling, it's

4:34 requiring all of his focus. He can't walk and chew gum at the same time. You know what I'm saying? Guys, that's what the beginning of your journey looks like. You You do not have the luxury of traveling and doing all of this fun [ __ ] and chasing girls and saying yes to all of these social occasions in the beginning. But that is okay because you need to learn the the skill of abstinence. It is easier to not eat carbs than to eat a few carbs. It is easier to not drink alcohol than it is to just have a few drinks. It is easier. This is just facts. It is easier to not socialize for 3 to 6 to 9 to 12 months than it is to socialize a few times a week. I am telling you, take a step back to take 30 steps forward and dedicate a few months to just having laser focus onto something and practicing your skill to say no. And it will grow into your ability to say no to things that you

5:20 just don't want to [ __ ] do. And honestly, you don't want to do them anyway. So, why do you have this obligation feeling that you need to say yes? It's because of the prior generation telling you that this is what a balanced life look like. There is nothing There is no sort of balance in this life of pursuit in the beginning. But guys, that's why you take the sacrifice. You take the investment of this time now so that in 5, 10 years, you can say yes to the glorious things like having a beautiful family and treating them right and socializing and enjoying the fruits of this beautiful earth that we live on. So, let's get into lesson two, baby. Guys, this is one of my favorite lessons that I've said in any of these videos. And by the way, there's probably five or six of these lessons videos now. Go through my library because I dropped some bombs in there. We have all heard leading by example. This is how I lead my team. This is how I lead my son. This

6:08 is how I lead my family. This is how I lead I would like to think everyone around me that I lead. Lead by example. It's a beautiful, factual, very real skill. Nobody talks about learning from example. And guys, I get so many DMs and comments and emails and somehow some of you find my WhatsApp and I don't respond because that's that's that's not okay. And and I see so many of my peers who have built something of significance getting bombarded by questions, which I get. You want answers. I want answers. I wanted answers and I still want answers. I'm constantly searching for them. You want to know how you find those answers? Guys, if you ask somebody, they're probably not even going to tell you something that's accurate because they're an expert in their business. I'm an expert in Bloom. I'm not an expert in your business. You're an expert in your business. But what you can do is learn

6:54 by example. What I did earlier in my career because I wasn't comfortable asking questions and honestly, I still [ __ ] hate asking questions is I would study. I would watch people very closely. If I wanted to see what a brand was doing, I would order their product on their website. I would see what their email flow is like. I would see what the packaging was like when it would arrive at my doorstep. I would go on their Facebook ad library and see all of their ads and which ones they were republishing every month. I would go under their TikTok, search the brand, and see what influencers they were working and I would try to find some sort of pattern of their strategy and I would apply a version of that to Bloom. That is how you learn. There is nobody who is going to answer that question for you verbally. You need to just look at what they're doing and guys, the arena is [ __ ] public. It is all accessible

7:41 to all of us. Facebook ad library is public. The Amazon listings are public. Their email flow is public. Spend $30 and buy their product. It's as simple as that. And guys, you can you can see the how this is And guys, you can see how this is actually affected your life. I mean, [ __ ] even my parents growing up, I grew up with two beautiful parents. They were not entrepreneurs They by any means. But they led by example. They woke up early. They never skipped appointments. They were there when I needed them, and they were there when I didn't need them. And they loved me. And now that is how I am going to how I'm going to parent my son. They never talked They never talked to me about this. They just led by example. The best business mentors that I have aren't people that I sit down and get dinner with once a month, and it's like, "Wow, I wish I had a mentor." I don't have any

8:26 [ __ ] mentors or apprentices. What I have is people that I [ __ ] watch. And guys, it can start off digitally. I do you know how much Every day I post about what I'm doing and why. Just apply that to your business. There's so many of us making this type of content now. But if it's not that, just look around your society at what they're doing. The other day, a young entrepreneur on his journey of a moonshot, on his life of pursuit, asked me, "Should I copy the routine? Should I LARP the routines of millionaires?" Live action role play is what LARP stands for. Guys, you need to see what people did in the beginning of their journey and copy that, not what they're doing now. In most scenarios, successful people are doing something very different than what they were doing 5 years ago. And that

9:13 that matters because I am running a potentially There's over 100 Bloom employees right now. My day looks very different than when it was just my wife and I leading Bloom, and it was just 10 of us leading Bloom. And if you were to ask me what my daily routine is like, sure, there are some pillars that have been consistent the whole time, and we'll talk about that shortly. But what really matters is what did it look like in the beginning? And I'm a very unique case because my days today look very similar to what they looked like because I'm still so much on my generational moonshot right now, but most people aren't like that. They get comfortable, they get the silk sheets, and they take their foot off the gas a little bit. My brake pedal [ __ ] fell off years ago. I'm still all in. So, you can copy my routine, but generally speaking, you need to be very careful about following somebody's routine because what got them

9:58 there is different than what they are doing now. Guys, next lesson. Do what you say you are going to do. This is a habit that is going to affect all of your life, your health, your fitness, your parenting, your your your relationships, and especially your business. Do not be the person that just talks about it. Be the person that [ __ ] does it. I beg you because that is when your life is truly going to change and become unrecognizable. I am sick of everybody in modern-day culture who loves to talk about what they're going to do. And I get it. It feels so good to post on social media how locked in you are, how hard you're working, how you're about to maybe quit your job and go after this huge venture. How many times have you seen a peer do that, and they have nothing to show for it in 6 months? It's because they got that cheap dopamine. And we'll talk about cheap dopamine later, but guys,

10:44 personally, the way that I use social media, I talk about what I've done. I talk about what I'm doing. I very rarely, maybe I'll say a goal, but I very rarely talk about my dreams, and I very rarely talk about like how I'm going to go get jacked, or how I'm going to go be a great dad. I I never talk that way. I show if I'm being a great dad. I show if I'm going after my moonshot. I show if I'm achieving my moonshots. That is what real dopamine feels like. And guys, you think it feels good to tell people about your dreams? It feels 10 times better to just work in silence, in monk mode, and come back 3, 6, 12 months later with that [ __ ] actually achieved. You need to make being the person who actually does the thing a foundational habit for the rest of your life. If you can keep that consistent, you will find yourself being

11:30 unrecognizable every 6 months. And I just used the word consistent. Let's talk about consistency is the next lesson. Consistency is key. And guys, you want to know who's consistent? The 350-lb guy who goes to the McDonald's drive-thru every single day. That guy's consistent as [ __ ] I envy his consistency. You are probably consistent in whatever you're doing right now and you feel very busy, but you're not feeling productive because you need to be consistent in the right things. And guys, the reason consistency matters so much is because, again, once you see a little taste of success, you will think it's okay to take your foot off the gas and you're going to lose that consistency that got you there. And that is why we see people hit 100k, a million, even 10 million, and then they just hit a plateau and they stop making progress. And then there's people like

12:16 me who have just broken the brake pedal and they only have a gas pedal and they have kept consistent from the beginning and they just continue to grow like this. And guys, what ends up happening is [ __ ] compounds. If you stay consistent for years, Bloom is doing more in 2026 every single week than we did in our first entire year of business. And that's why you can't be this person that just starts over a million times. And we'll go into that in a little bit. But, consistency matters and that gets into your rituals and you need to choose the right rituals. I don't know who people think they are with this victim university that exists today where they think that they can stop doing the rituals, stop doing the habits, stop doing the routines that got them to where they are now. You need to constantly audit every 6 months. What does my day look like on

13:01 an average day and what is working and what isn't and make sure you are keeping what's working and what isn't. And guys, this may sound like a big deal because when I say routine, you're like, "What's my morning routine? I hop in the ice bath." No, fam. I'm talking about these huge changes that you can make to your consistent day-to-day that if you really take the jump, you will see a hyper jump in how much you are progressing towards your goal. These are the changes that you need to make and these are the ones Frankly, if you don't make them, you will stop progressing very soon. I'll give you an example of what didn't work for me as a ritual that I thought was working. When I lived in Boulder, Colorado, it's where my wife and I launched Bloom. I would work my ass off with my wife every single day. And I'll just speak for myself here. Every single night, I would rip a bong and get dumb high. And

13:50 And I did that every night for 18 months. And I thought to myself, I'm going to work so hard during the day, then I feel like I can't turn off. So, I'm going to go smoke I'm going to go smoke weed and then I'll be able to just properly shut off so that I can turn back on the next day. I somehow talked myself into this ridicu- I somehow talked myself into this ridiculous ritual that I was very consistent with and I thought that it was a good idea. Unfortunately, it took me 18 months and leaving Boulder, Colorado to realize, wait, weed is making me a [ __ ] bum. And the second I stopped smoking weed every night, my productivity went through the roof. Notice I said productivity and not busy I was. My efficiency of work went through the roof. And guys, what ends up happening is what used to take me 12 hours of a work day now takes me 3 hours. You will

14:35 turn into a very efficient beast who knows how to work. But in the beginning, you don't know how and that's okay. So, in the beginning, you do need to do these 12-hour days to get the same, you know, five critical tasks done that I take 3 hours to do. But that's just how it starts and you develop these routines kind of like how my son will soon be able to do things while he's crawling. Kind of how you can walk down the street while doing other things. I can now socialize. I can now travel. I can now spend time and say yes to things that I earlier couldn't. But you need to analyze those routines and see what is working and what isn't to make sure you remain a savage the entire journey so that the progress keeps on going up and to the right. So guys, in short, we are all products of our routine. But every 6 months, we

15:20 need to go back and audit. What does our day look like? What are we consistent with? What is working and what isn't? And guys, you might find that it's like the significant other that you're with. You might find that it's your friend group. You might find that it's the social media, the people that you follow, that every day you watch and they make you jealous and they cause you to make emotional decisions instead of logical decisions. That's a consistent routine that you're doing. Unfollow those people. Get the [ __ ] away from that significant other. Stop hanging out with those friends. This is part of auditing your routine. One of the things that I discovered was just how much time I was wasting throughout the day. And the second I had disposable income, I started getting meal prep. I started ordering my food in. I started having the house cleaned. Why am I wasting 2 hours a day cooking and cleaning and making my [ __ ] bed when I can

16:06 outsource these things? These are all There's levels to this routine. The beginning, maybe you're not making changes like that. Maybe you're packing your bags and driving to a new state that basically costs no money. But there will always be things for you to audit. No matter what level of the game that you are at, and this is going to be such a major unlock if you stay consistent doing this every 6 months. And every 6 months over 10 years is 20 times that you make a very large change to the things around you. And it's looking back every time I made those changes, my life leveled up drastically. Next lesson. The world isn't just full of, but it is bombarding you with fake dopamine. You need to learn to chase real dopamine. Social media, pornography, fast food, alcohol,

16:53 whatever it is, Netflix, video games. I know it feels good. Don't fall for that [ __ ] It's a trap. If you continue to fall for that trap, you're going to look back in 10 years and say, "Fuck. I'm looking back." You're going to look in the mirror and see and see the first day of hell is the day that you see the man that you could have become. And you will see that man and you will be super [ __ ] pissed if you see that man and you realize you fell for this cheap dopamine, get the hell off of following the wrong people on social media, get off of these websites, get off of surrounding yourself by people that just make you feel good, but they're not actually bettering you. And guys, this fake dopamine that that this society is injecting into your veins, it's the same feeling that we get when we tell our friends and family on social media about the awesome goals

17:40 that we're going to achieve, when we tell everyone we're going to start a diet and get shredded for summer, when we tell everyone we're going to start going to the gym. It feels [ __ ] good. That's fake dopamine. Guys, the reason a life of pursuit is such an amazing way to dedicate your life is because it is full of real dopamine. Real dopamine is I mean, [ __ ] It's this, guys. It's doing whatever the [ __ ] you want on a Tuesday morning. It's having your family and houses around the world where you want to go live. It's taking care of your loved ones and your team. It's entering an office every single day where you are excited to go there every day because you're working with your best friends. That is real dopamine and that is a life you look back in 70 years or when you are 70 years old, you're going to be full of

18:26 fulfillment. And that fake dopamine, that's what it's lacking, the word fulfillment. And that is what a life of pursuit is all about and that is the feeling that I want all of y'all to have because when you finally accomplish one of those goals, you will you won't just feel dopamine, you'll feel fulfillment. And that is what I want for you. >> Money. >> And guys, this this cheap dopamine, you know what else it leads you to do? It leads you to just continuously starting new things. And that's my next lesson. Stop starting new things. You are You are planting seeds today that you will not see the outcome or the output of that input for 6, 12, maybe 36 months later. This product is in the tail end of a 8-year pursuit. We started in 2019.

19:11 Sorry, a 7-year pursuit. We started in 2019. And if this year we are going to do more every single week in revenue and help more people every single week than we did in the entire first year of our business. Imagine if 6 months in I said, "Hey, this isn't becoming something special. I really need to just go try something else." No one created anything special in 6 months. You need to plant seeds and recognize that the decisions you make today are not going to show output for 12 months, which is going to feel weird because that dopamine hit it's delayed. It's different than that instant dopamine you get from Instagram. But let me tell you something. It's also happens with the L's. If you make a [ __ ] up today, if you do something that's shady or unethical or stupid for your business today and you're going to feel

19:56 good about it, you won't see that actually affect your life for 6 to 12 months. Or even worse, where I see people getting some success start to really [ __ ] up with this, they go on vacation. And you know what happen if I went on vacation right now? I could sit on a beach with my entire team and watch this countdown or this count up continue to grow. That's not growing because of what I'm doing today. It's growing because of what I did 6 months. I would not see this slow down after that 2-week beach beach vacation for 6 months. So that's what you need to recognize is that it's the dumb decisions you make and the smart decisions you make are seeds that you are planting which you will not see for months. Stop starting new things. And guys, another fitness analogy just

20:42 cuz I'm always going to do this cuz it's the easiest for all all of us to understand. Imagine starting to bench press and after two workouts saying, "Hey, that's not making me any stronger. I'm going to stop." That's what you're doing. You're not going to get stronger on the bench press for months. That's generally how it works. You're not making progress in the gym in 2 weeks. You're making progress in the gym in 2 years. That's how you build a physique of respect. That's how you build up a physique that you respect for yourself. These things take time. And And obviously, you need to recognize when to pivot. I am the I am the biggest fan of giving up the good for the great, but you also need to recognize that things take time to blossom. And guys, I get it. I used to fall for this trap. I used to, like I said, smoke the grass. I used to watch tons of Netflix when I just wanted to

21:27 escape from work. But guys, then my problems would just Dude, they would turn into forest fires. I didn't realize that the only answer is action. The only way through is through. Guys, this is the most important lesson of this entire video, and hopefully you stuck around. The universe we live in today, this society that we live in today, is a meritocracy. It rewards hard work. Nobody that has those private jets that I mentioned, nobody has the sports cars you want, nobody has the the the life that you want, nobody who has those things were given it to them because they were lucky. I graduated college with a 2.4 GPA. My wife dropped out and then graduated with a very similar GPA. Nothing on paper makes sense about our success. And that's because the society that our parents grew up in in the previous generations, they lied to us. They told us that all of these academics

22:14 and all of these things that led to some 401K, so that we could all retire on a beach when we're 70 year old. [ __ ] that. I want to live that life now when I'm 30. And when I realized that I have the right to play, no matter my age, no matter my experience, in 2026 I realized the arena doors are wide open, and that the society we live in is a meritocracy and rewards hard work, and it rewards proper input, that is when my life started to change. So, instead of looking at people with the things that you want and saying, "Man, must be nice." Say, "Hey, if a man has been able to do that, or a woman has been able to do that, then I can, too." And guys, I'll be honest with you. Sometimes I will fall for asking people questions, and it just seems like they don't even know what they're doing half the time. They don't know what's making them successful. They're just continuing

22:59 to do what humans do, which is doing more of what the universe has rewarded them for. So, for example, I've been on TikTok shop lately and Amazon just just scheming as I do on a regular basis cuz then I'm obsessed with the arena. You know what's winning right now that no one would have told you? It's mom-and-pop. It's screw the legacy corporations. I'm seeing customer service emails that are literally like [email protected] or kylie@, you know, hydration.com. Whatever their brand is, they're just putting their first name. The previous generation told you to go mimic legacy brands and these corporations, but the reality of what I'm seeing in the arena today is just be authentic. Nobody's going to teach you these things because no one even realizes that they're doing this. real that you can make your [ __ ]

23:45 look like and less like one of these publicly traded stocks that no one wants to buy products from, the more that you can win in the 2026 arena. That's just something that I picked up this morning when I was studying. I didn't call anyone and ask them what their strategy was. My name's Greg LeVekia.
