  • Solutions involve safe sun exposure, consuming healthy fats, and taking D3 supplements with magnesium.

مقدمة

The video introduces the paradox of vitamin D deficiency in sunny Arab countries, where up to 70% of the population is affected. Despite the abundance of sunlight, many individuals are not getting enough vitamin D, which is crucial for overall health and functions like a hormone in the body. The presenter, Kareem Ali, promises to provide vital information on how to address this deficiency.

مامعنى نقصه

Vitamin D deficiency can lead to several health problems, including bone loss, muscle pain, depression, anxiety, and weakened immunity, resulting in frequent colds. More seriously, it increases the risk of cancer and autoimmune diseases. These health issues are significant concerns in sunny regions where vitamin D deficiency is surprisingly common.

اسباب نقصه

Several factors contribute to vitamin D deficiency in sunny countries. Firstly, people spend most of their time indoors, in homes and offices with air conditioning, thus avoiding sun exposure. Secondly, modest clothing, which covers most of the skin, reduces the body's ability to absorb vitamin D from sunlight. Thirdly, the demonisation of fats and cholesterol in diets has led to a lack of essential vitamins like D, A, E, and K, which are vital for brain function, immunity, and overall health. Finally, the excessive use of sunscreen, even indoors, blocks UVB rays, which are necessary for the body to convert cholesterol into vitamin D.

الحلول

To combat vitamin D deficiency, the video suggests several solutions. Expose skin to sunlight for 20 to 30 minutes between 9 and 11 a.m. or after 3 p.m. without sunscreen. Incorporate healthy fats like olive oil, nuts, seeds, salmon, lamb, ghee, and butter into the diet. These fats are essential for raising vitamin D levels and supporting mental health.

فيتامين دال

If sun exposure and dietary changes are insufficient, vitamin D supplements can be taken. It is recommended to use D3 supplements. For very low levels, start with 10,000 IU daily for a month, then continue with 5,000 IU daily. Regular monitoring of vitamin D levels is important, aiming for the upper limit of the lab's reference range. Vitamin D requires cholesterol to function and magnesium for activation, so ensure adequate magnesium intake.

الخلاصة

Vitamin D is a fundamental pillar of health, not a luxury. The video encourages viewers to question common misconceptions and prioritise sun exposure, healthy fats, and, if necessary, D3 supplementation with magnesium. The presenter urges viewers to share the information to raise awareness, especially as summer approaches.

السؤال

The video concludes with a question for the audience: What is the best vitamin D level? The options are A. 30, B. 50, C. 70, and D. The upper limit of your lab’s range. Viewers are encouraged to answer, share the episode, and subscribe for more content.

0:00 In sunny countries, we still lack vitamin D. The world outside shines, but we're missing it. 70% of Arabs have vitamin D deficiency. How do we fix it? This is a vital episode. About the most important vitamin it even acts like a hormone. I'm Kareem Ali. See you after the break. Ready for vital information? Let's begin! In the Arab world, sunlight is free. From Yemen to Morocco, the sun is everywhere.

0:47 No cold regions, yet 70% lack vitamin D. What does that cause? Bone loss, muscle pain, depression, anxiety, low immunity, and constant colds. Most impotantly, it raises your risk of cancer and autoimmune disease. These are from vitamin D deficiency in sunny lands. So why the deficiency if we have sunlight all around? First: staying indoors all day homes, offices, and AC. In the past, they told our grandparents: "Avoid the sun, it causes cancer, it's harmful."

1:35 But how? The sun is life itself. It's free health, a gift from God. It has nothing to do with money or reminders. So the first reason is avoiding the sun and staying indoors. Second: modest clothing many women are fully covered, and men wear long clothes too. Now don’t twist my words this isn’t about encouraging indecency. Whatever you wear, God will judge, not me. But full coverage means less skin exposed, which limits our vitamin D absorption even compared to uncovered people in sunless Europe. Third: demonizing fats and cholesterol. We lived for years on low-fat diets. But that leads to a lack

2:20 of vitamins D, A, E, and K. That means poor brain function. weak immunity, poor digestion, faster skin aging, and omega-3 can't be absorbed properly Don’t fear cholesterol I'll make an episode on it soon. Instead, eat good fats daily and no, I don’t mean fries or fried chicken! I mean olive oil, nuts, seeds, salmon, lamb, ghee, and butter. These healthy fats raise vitamin D levels, support mental health, and keep us young. They’re also essential for hormones, both male and female because all hormones need cholesterol Next point

3:06 and this one deserves a full episode: sunscreen. We live in the region that buys the most sunscreen worldwide. And we have the highest number of doctors telling women to wear sunscreen even indoors, even while cooking. But sunscreen blocks sunlight, especially the UVB rays. When UVB hits your skin, it turns cholesterol into vitamin D. They told us: sunlight is harmful, cholesterol is harmful, and fats are harmful, so cover up and wear sunscreen. Honestly, if someone wanted us sick, they couldn’t have planned it better. Just go back and check the science. This is why vitamin D is collapsing, and why we see so many autoimmune diseases, bone loss... ...even lower male and female hormones.

3:51 So what’s the solution, doctor? The solution is: do the opposite. Expose your skin to sunlight between 9 and 11 a.m. or after 3 p.m. For 20 to 30 minutes with no sunscreen at all. Want sunscreen? I've made a full episode about that. But for now please, don’t use sunscreen during those 20 minutes. After that, apply as much as you want. Once your body gets its share, you're good to go. Fats are essential. Eat salmon, ghee, butter, olive oil, and lamb meat. That’s what our grandparents ate they’d eat butter by the spoonful, and stayed healthy till their 80s. We’re in our 30s—or not even. Some people in their 20s say: “My knees already crack!” What’ll happen at 50? We’ll need someone to carry us! Because our healthy fat stores are gone. Eat good fats. They’re absolutely essential.

4:37 Third point: What if I can't stay in the sun, don’t eat enough fats, or had my gallbladder removed? Then you need vitamin D supplements but with certain conditions There’s D2 and D3. Always go for D3. If your D3 levels are extremely low, start with 10,000 IU daily for one month, then continue with 5,000 IU daily. In your annual checkup, measure your vitamin D levels. Don’t focus on the exact number just look at your lab’s range. If their range is 50–500, aim to stay near the upper limit not outside, but close to the top. If you're far from that range, you're exposed to many health risks. Some people take 50,000 IU every 10 days. That’s okay if you rarely get sunlight.

5:25 But in general, it's better to take 5,000 IU daily to build it up steadily in your system. Same idea with protein If I told you to eat 10 chickens in a day then fast for a month, it won’t work. Instead: eat a chicken breast every day your body absorbs it better. Same with vitamin D: 5,000 IU daily is far more beneficial than 50,000 once in 10 days. One last crucial point: Vitamin D needs cholesterol to function. No cholesterol = no vitamin D action. Second, without magnesium, vitamin D can’t get activated. Magnesium is what gives life to vitamin D without it, your body says: “I can’t use this!” So please, check your magnesium intake too,

6:10 because it activates vitamin D and helps you see its real benefits. So, to sum up: 1. Vitamin D is not a luxury. It’s a basic pillar of health today. 2. Not everything they told us is true. We’re "Fekr Tany", a community that thinks differently. This episode is very important we're entering summer, and sunlight exposure is rising. Share this episode! And if you're not subscribed, subscribe now there are more vital videos coming soon. And now... it’s time for the big question. What’s the best vitamin D level? A. 30 B. 50 C. 70 D. The upper limit of your lab’s range.

6:59 Answer the question, share the episode, and subscribe to the channel. Stay tuned, more powerful episodes coming soon. Wishing you a happy summer, and sunny skin days! I'm Kareem Ali. "My success is not except from Allah, in Him I trust and to Him I repent" See you!
