How to Sell GoHighLevel Vibe-Coded Websites to Local Businesses

So in this video, I'm gonna show you exactly how to build these websites on HighLevel, show you how to find business owners that actually need this service, but most importantly, how you can turn this into a recurring revenue business by using tactical upsells even if you are a complete beginner. So we're just gonna jump right into it. I'm just gonna show you how to find the right businesses, then use the vibe code to properly build it, but what's really cool about this is I'm gonna be showing you a trick with Ask AI where it's going to help build the vibe coded website so you can do way less work. This is actually something I never showed before.

This is actually very different than my other website selling videos because I'm doing this in a completely different way, which involves going after businesses that don't have websites. So first up is step number one, which is finding local businesses that need websites. So the trick here is finding businesses that need our service, but the way we do that is by finding businesses that don't have websites on Google. Because if you're trying to sell websites to people that already have websites, it's gonna be a tougher sell. We are strictly in this video on HighLevel using the vibe coder going after businesses that don't have websites.

1:30 So you're going to type in the exact niche and location, and then what we're gonna do is we're gonna come to maps. That way we have a longer scroll. So you're gonna come in and you're gonna copy all of this, and you're gonna go down as far as we can and copy as many as we possibly can. Because the whole point here is we're gonna find all the ones that do not have websites. We're gonna copy all of this. We're gonna come in and we're gonna say, "Please only give me," you're gonna type in just like this, "the businesses that do not have websites." Guys, we're trying to sell websites to people that don't have them, okay? And filter by that and organize. Then we're going to copy all of these in, and we're going to click enter. Now boom, look at this. We now have all of our leads dialed in. This is huge because this is going through, and it's only finding, guys, the

2:16 ones that do not have websites listed. So again, I'm not picking on anyone here, low reviews, but that's the whole point. We want to go after people that don't have websites. Like couldn't make this more clear. So now that we have our leads, okay, what we now wanna do is we wanna plug them in the CRM. Again, guys, always follow your compliance laws. I'm not telling you just start harassing people. You do not want to just scrape people's information. AI's a little different though, and we're taking it live and it's online. So let's do it like this. So we're gonna say, "Please," always say please to the AI, guys. "Please plug in all of these to a sales pipeline and tag them businesses no website." And we're gonna click enter. 'Cause now what it's gonna do, it's gonna plug them in one of the pipelines that we pick. Okay, this is really important what we're doing here, guys. Because what I'm about to show you is how we're gonna use this sales

And guys, if you don't have a pipeline, it can quickly create one like that for you live. So you got it covered either way. But you're gonna want these in a pipeline because when we go through reaching out with the sales pitch, when you're done reaching out, you want to move different leads to different steps of the pipeline. Very important. It's the best way you gotta do this. It'll say, yes, build out. It'll build out, and then we're gonna plug it in. Then we're gonna go to it, and we're gonna rock. So it's now been finished. It's created it. It's put it in. So let's make sure we have these leads in. Okay boom. It has now gone through. It has done this. Let's see. Let's see if it plugged in all of these leads. So we're gonna come to opportunities. Okay, let's come in here. We're gonna click this. This is the new pipeline. And boom, all of leads are in here.

3:47 Again, the whole compliance thing, I don't know where you're at, so always check that But we have all these leads in here. So the question is how do we reach out to these leads? How do we properly actually try to sell them stuff? And more importantly, how do we properly get them websites when they don't have it? Okay, so that is exactly where the next part comes in, which is really gonna be the part where if you put in the right work, the real magic happens. So that takes us on to step number two, which is contacting website lists Business owners. So now you have your leads in here. We now need to reach out to them, and that is where this sales script is gonna come in hand, which is a three sequence sales script. So I'm gonna run you through this in a sec, but I do wanna let you know this is free down below. You do not have to sign up with my affiliate. I'm just gonna give it to you. So this is the first thing we have to do, is understand pricing. That is the first step, and then the exact sequence we're gonna be running with the sales script to properly reach out and sell these businesses. So what do you sell this for? So I recommend a setup fee of nine ninety-seven, so a thousand dollars, then a recurring fee for the CRM, okay, for ninety-seven. Now, we can give this for free up front. Now, the VibeCoder does cost money to generate, but, okay, this is really important, but it is good enough to sell for nine ninety-seven. You don't have to do this, but this is how we're gonna take the clients we have and make them worth way more money. So now that you understand the exact price point of nine ninety-seven, okay, plus the recurring fee for ninety-seven, we now need to go into the next part, which is: How do we properly reach out to these business owners? 'Cause this is the hardest part. Anyone can understand the pricing. That's easy. But it's this, that is where it gets tricky. So we have what's called a three-tier prospecting sequence. It's gonna go from cold call to then to voicemail to then to SMS.

6:06 The SMS is a tricky one because of all the compliance, so make sure you are just following that properly. This is strictly for educational purposes, but I'm gonna show you how you do it when we have the proper opted leads, which is cold call, voicemail drop, SMS, and you're gonna use the exact script I have to make it super easy for you. So let's start with number one, which is cold call. We are going to cold call them, okay? On the telephone, and we're gonna run through it. So let's go through step number one. So we're gonna run through this exact sales script. Again, it is free down below. You don't have to sign up with my affiliate. But this is the way it works. Everything in green is going to be you, and everything in orange is going to be them. So you're gonna simply say, "Hey, is this business name?" So whatever business you're going after. They're gonna say, "Yeah." And then here's the really important part. We're not gonna immediately go into a sales pitch. We want to disarm them. So what we're gonna say is, "Hey, quick question. I was looking you guys up and trying to figure out how to book with

6:53 you, but I couldn't find a website. Do you guys not have one right now?" So you're telling them like, "Hey, I'm trying to figure out your stuff, but you don't have one." Again, that's why we're going after businesses that don't have websites. Remember the whole filtering process we did? We are doing that so we're going after the businesses that need it. Okay? So again, you say that, they'll say, "No, we don't." "Okay, that makes sense. I thought it was just missing." Pause. Then you're gonna immediately go into a very sly little sales tactic. You're gonna say, "Honestly, the reason I'm asking is I build websites for local businesses, and you guys actually look like a really good business. You just don't have anywhere for people to go after they find you." So I did something a little weird. I went ahead and mocked one up for you. This is going to the next part where we build this out. But this is the really important part, 'cause you can keep going through this. It's, you just read it, it's very simple. But if you're a little nervous on this cold call, I highly recommend you go in and you immediately say, "Hey, I'm not trying to sell you anything.

7:40 Just, I promise, man. I'm just trying to get some testimonials." You can always have that line ready, because then immediately they'll be like, "Okay." 'Cause it's actually easier than you think to get local businesses to say yes. But oftentimes in the beginning, you don't wanna scare them away, be like, "I'm gonna try to sell you," because they've been burned in the past by marketing agencies. It's just the unfortunate way it goes. So that is something you want to always have armed. So that is step number one. and by the way, guys, if you're like, "Damn, I really need help with this sales script," in this community, we have calls, okay, based on this exact thing and on sales and help understanding all this stuff, and you can message me whenever you want. Again, this whole community is free. It's right down. Below. But this is gonna be another step to help you 'cause again, I'm giving you this for free, but if you're a beginner and you're struggling, I highly recommend you take the free help. So that's step number one. You're gonna do the cold call. So after the cold call, we then move into step number two, which is the proper voicemail.

8:25 So once you cold call them, if they don't answer, okay, we want to then leave a voicemail. Now, if they do answer and you wanna follow up, you can always do the cold call. But if they don't answer, this is where we move into the next step, which is then leaving a voicemail. So then let me show you the sequence for voicemails. So if you come to the sales script and you scroll right down here, you'll see we have some objections if they, ask, so you can hit those. But then right here it's gonna say no answer voicemail. And this is exactly what you're gonna say. "Hey, this is me," okay, whatever your name is. "I was looking up your," blank, "business name because I was trying to figure out how to book with you guys, and I noticed you didn't have a website. I actually ended up putting something together for you. Nothing you need to buy or anything. I just wanted to send it over. I'll shoot you a text too. If you want to see it, just text me back." Okay? Very simple. Now, guys, real quick, I know you might be like, "He just said sell it, sell it for nine ninety-seven, now he's saying give it for free?" This is strictly part of the sales pitch.

9:11 You don't have to sell it immediately off the bat. You can also do give it away for free. I just add that option in if you are better at sales. But if you're a beginner, sometimes it's a little sneakier to just get them on the recurring revenue. But again, we can talk on that more after. So that is the next step. You send the exact voicemail. From there, it then moves on to step number three, which would be sending a text after the voicemail. This one, please follow proper opt-in. And just don't be texting people randomly. But this is where the next part comes in. So after you've done the cold call, and after you've dropped the voicemail and they didn't answer, this is where the text follow-up comes in. Now, what I recommend you do, especially in the beginning, is don't just put these in HighLevel and start blasting people with SMSs. It just looks grainy, and that's also the kinda sketchy stuff. I recommend you text them from your personal phone like you are texting someone. It'll be a blue bubble if you have an iPhone. It looks more legit, and this is a great way to then get in to really get their attention.

9:56 Very, very important. Again, follow the compliance laws. But this step number three is where you can really tie everything together. so let me show you the exact text message I have. You'll see it's right here, right after voicemail. "Hey, this is blank." wherever you are. Just left you a voicemail. I was looking up your blank business name. Couldn't find a website, so I actually marked one out for you. Gonna send you the link." Simple as that. We then have a couple other sequences you can go through, but that is the sales script. It's very simple. It's very straightforward. It is free right down below if you wanna take it. Again, I want you guys to win. That's why I built this. It took me a while. I had to actually work through it, had some people test it. It was a pain in the ass because certain things switched up on me. But again, this is for you for free. So once we have that, okay… And one quick point, actually, I'm just gonna go, not to go on a rant, but I'm trying to give you all of the stuff so you can win independently. Now, again, you're gonna have to work hard, but I'm trying to give you the unlimited options here. So that is essentially how we do step number two. Now, it's really important as you go through this process and you're contacting these people, that once you contact them, you put them in these exact pipelines which we built. Because if you don't, you're gonna lose track, and then you're not gonna follow up, because then the most important part is you need to keep following up with them to sell them. Very important. So make sure you go through this and you're moving the leads in the pipeline. It's just way better. So now that we basically have your leads, you've reached out to them, we now need to go into the most important part, which is using Ask AI and this little sneaky trick I have to properly vibe code them a website, 'cause this is the part where you actually do the work.

So if we come in here, what we can normally do with the vibe coders, we can slap in someone that already has a website and then essentially build out the website by using the website they have. But if they don't have that, we have to do it a different way, which I'm gonna show you right in here. Let's find a business that is, has a website. We're gonna go through this. Doesn't have a website, and we're gonna add it in, 'cause I wanna show you guys this trick I'm using. It's pretty powerful. We're gonna use these guys, Minneapolis Roofing and Repair. I'm gonna show you the trick I use. We're gonna click them, and what we're gonna do is we're going to take their info very simply, and we're gonna have AskAI create a prompt we can then use for the VibeCoder. This is just an absolute hack. So then what you're gonna do is when you click this, you're gonna wanna have it pulled up You're then gonna copy the entire URL just like this. Then what you're gonna do is you're gonna say, "Please build me website

13:05 prompt so I can plug into VibeCoder based off this website information." Guys, this is the fastest, easiest way to do this. So once we give this, watch what happens. It's gonna go through. It's gonna say up here, it's one of the businesses we added. Yes, we plugged it in. Okay. Wow, look at that. It's given all of this. So what it's done is it's basically taken this, taken all the info, plugged it into a prompt, and all we have to do is copy and paste and put it in the VibeCoder. See, before you had to take the info, you had to type it. It was just a bunch of stuff you had to do, which is bad, guys. It's a waste of time. I'm trying to show you the fastest, simplest way we can do this, and this is the absolute workflow. It's insane. So we're gonna copy this. We're gonna come right in here. We're going to paste this. And as you see here, we're just gonna say, "Build me this website." Then we're gonna click enter and watch this VibeCoder go to work.

I'm showing you the quickest, simplest way where you can just take it and run with it as opposed to you having to constantly pull from here, pull from there. I'm trying to give you the fastest way so you can focus on what matters, which is prospecting. So there it is. That's how you build this entire thing. Now, you can add any sort of tweaks right in here. You just tell the AI, "Hey, I want this or that," and it builds out. This is real, guys. I'm showing you legit. I'm not just saying, "Hey, now this works." No, I'm showing you that it works. So that is this entire process in a nutshell. There is one last part we need to go over, which is the upsell sequence,

17:00 which is actually very, very important. And this is how we make a lot more money with this process. And guys, this is where stuff gets really intense. So once you get them on a website, whether it be free or paid, essentially what happens is you solve the first step of the problem. This is more advanced, but this is really important, which is they now have a website, they now have an online presence for the most

17:46 part, and they can collect forms. Okay, it's step number one. From there, the next part is they're gonna start getting leads, or how do you get them more leads? That is where all of this stuff comes in. So when they start getting leads they need to be managed. So if they get a phone call, you need an AI receptionist to answer the phone. If they have text messages, emails, you name it coming in those need to also be answered. Because guys, time is money, and this stuff costs business owners a lot of time. So now that you have the first step accomplished, which is the website, they can actually get form submissions, calls, and texts, and then you have the AI to answer them. We then can juice both of these up or all three of these up with then reputation management and SEO. Again, don't worry guys, I have a bunch of these tutorials. A lot of this is in my private community too, where I can just show you this stuff, but it's all on my YouTube if you wanna know. Again, this is more advanced. You do not have to worry about this right now if you're a beginner. But what happens is we then use this one right here to get more of these.

18:35 This is gonna add traffic to the website, which increases these. So this takes what we have once it's working to the next level. And from there, we can add all kinds of additional AI agents, email newsletters automations, the whole nine yards to really juice this entire process up. Guys, it's really important that you understand this. Upselling clients to more money is how you can go from ten K a month to fifty K a month in a couple months. I'm not making you a guarantee. I'm not promising you anything, but this is how we get this whole process juiced up. You take what's working, and then you just keep solving the next problem. What amateur agency owners do is they come in, they sell one thing, and then they just leave. But it's not about just selling people stuff. It's that your business owners will be crying, going, "We have more problems. Solve them." But you, not being good enough, won't know how to do this. And again, don't worry, we're all not good enough at one point.
