And this guy was smelling fish, smelling [music] fish. AND HE SAID NOBODY WAS PERCEIVING IT BUT he was perceiving it because he [music] came
0:45 from prayer and because he came his senses were open. That was when the Holy Ghost told him this man lives in the water. [music] If you agree to this thing you are lost and usually when that man comes and gives you that contract YOU CAN'T SAY NO. FEAR will hit you. He looked at the man in the face and said no I'm not interested. [music] When he left THAT OFFICE, HIS FRIEND WHO was promoted BEFORE HIM, WHO HAD AGREED, looked at him and said, "You are not [music] a man. There's something about you. You are not a human being." He said, "I I I entered this contract and as I'm talking to you now, I don't HAVE A LIFE. [music] WHAT GAVE YOU THE AUDACITY TO SAY NO?" He came from heaven. He came from the altar. HE CAME CLOTHED WITH HIS PENCIL.

You get to a level where governors, senators listen to you. You talk a territory shakes and know the kind of encounters you will have. GET TO A LEVEL WHERE YOU TALK AND LAWS change in the land and see the princes that will come to you. You will know that what we are doing is not for intelligent people. It's for spiritual men. [music] There [music] are seven realms of power. Number one is the ability to cast [music] out devils. Now that should have been the highest level but the [music] way Jesus worked is that he dealt with demons and gave us the authority. That's why he became the lowest level. Otherwise we wouldn't have been match for demons or for fallen angels. [music] But what Jesus did was that when he defeated Satan, he put [music] us in his
6:07 place. So when we deal with demons, we are not dealing with demons based on our merit. [music] We are dealing with demons based on the merit of Christ. So we [music] we defeat Satan based on the perfection and the authority of Jesus [music] Christ. And so when you read your Bible in Luke 19 from verse 7 to 10 when Jesus sent out the 70 they returned and they were celebrating and they said all the devils were subject to us in thy name not in our name. [music] And Jesus stepped back to pray and he said I thank you oh father that you have revealed these
6:53 things to babes. That means in the kingdom babes cast [music] out these devils by using the authority of Jesus. So the lowest realm of power manifestation [music] is the casting out of demon because he has nothing to do with your walk with God. He has everything to do with your revelation of the name of Jesus Christ and your placement in Christ. [music] But when you migrate from there, there is another level of power called [music] authority over nature. Because even creation is in bondage [music] and creation is waiting for the manifestation this time not of babes [music] of the sons of God. So you can be a babe and cast out demons. [music] But if you are not a son, you can't address nature.
7:39 And those of you who understand how spiritual things work, demon has [music] demons have kept nature in captivity. That's why a tornado can just come and wipe out a civilization. [music] And you are wondering what's going on. Nature is in bondage. A swamp of mosquito can just enter a territory and give malaria to people. [music] Fireflies can come and give their own affliction. These things were not created to operate like that. [music] EARTHQUAKE CAN JUST BEGIN. LANDSLIDE CAN HAPPEN. We are also the governors of the earth. [music] Anywhere we are, creation should be in obedience. Do you know what David told [music] the mountains of Giwa when Saul fell? [music] That is because we have lost our place in my village till today. There are people that they call in. If you are having an occasion, go and settle [music] them. Otherwise, where your occasion is, that's the only place rain will fall. [music] If you relocate, they will move the weather. And it's little boys that do these things. See, I'm not saying this to glorify Satan. I'm saying this to let you know how fallen we are. Till today we are still quoting Elijah that they call down fire. Till today we are
9:11 quoting Joshua that he stopped the son. How many have done it since then? [music] I know some of our fathers that have done those things and they on record. Do you know that sometimes we have [music] crusades and rain is falling. Those who should give their heart to Christ go home. We don't have the power to stop [music] it. And because those ones are not committed to Jesus, they don't want to stay under the rain. They go home and people who should have been saved that day are not saved. Imagine if we had men who had authority, sons that can deliver creation from bonding and say no, Jesus is about to be preached. This is not the right time to reign. So wait until after crusade. [music] That is what God expects us to be doing.
9:57 and is the second level of power. The ability [music] to control and to preserve nature. Nature should not be depleted when we are here. [music] Sons deliver nature from the bondage of corruption. He [music] said creation has been put in the bondage of corruption. [music] We came here to cause creation to function as it should. Romans 8:1 19 and 21. But for you to be that kind of son, you must have gone through Romans 8:1 and 2. He said the law of the spirit of life [music] that is in Christ Jesus have set me free from the law of sin and death. The word set free there is the word eluterero. So people who who control nature and people who have elut. They have been set free [music] from the
10:44 power of sin and death. That's why that LEVEL OF POWER IS superior to casting out devils. You [music] can be born again but you are still under the force of sin and death. You know Paul traveled for many years to arrive there. Paul called himself a wretched man. He said who shall deliver me from this body of sin. He said there are laws within my members. I tried to do good but I discovered there is a law of debt that is in my members that stops me from doing good. [music] He said but there's another law in my mind that motivates me to do good but the law of death in my members stops that [music] law of the mind. He now went to Romans 8:2 and said, "There is another law I discovered is the [music] law of the spirit of life that is in Christ Jesus." So those WHO ARE BORN AGAIN WHO ARE casting out devils [music] may still be slaves of the law of sin and death. And that's why they can't
11:30 rule nature because nature will know, nature will probe to see if you have been delivered from the bondage of corruption for you to deliver it. So when you are growing in power, you need the revelation of Jesus and his name to cast out devils. [music] Then you must come to a level where you subscribe to the law of the spirit of life that is in Christ Jesus to tame the flesh so that you can deal [music] with nature. So dealing with nature is the second level of power. And then the third level of power is the [music] ability to tame the flesh. The Bible said a man that can control his tongue [music] is stronger than the man that takes a city. So you can tell rain to stop but you can
12:16 still be a fornicator. [music] You can call somebody's name and bank account but you can be a lawyer. [music] So the guy who cast out devil is lower than the guy who addresses nature. The guy who addresses nature is lower than the guy who has ruled the flesh. In James 3:2, it says, "See, a man who is perfect is one that has control over his tongue." So, THERE IS THE POWER TO CAST out devils. There's a power to rule nature and there is a power to tame the [music] flesh. For you TO TAME THE FLESH, you must become a slave of the Holy Ghost. The Bible say if we live after the flesh, we shall die. But if we through the spirit, [music] through the spirit. So if you find a man who rules over the flesh is
13:03 one who walks in the spirit. He said walk in the spirit will NOT FULFILL THE DESIRES of the flesh. Galatians 5:16. [music] So it's easier to have a revelation of the name of Jesus and CAST OUT DEVILS THAN to submit to the law of the spirit of life [music] and to deal with nature. And it's easier to submit to the law of the spirit of life than to function under the government of the Holy Ghost. [music] So these are realms of development. You know what our gospel is today? The so-called new creation move is all about what Christ has done for you. But they don't tell you what you should do for Christ because of what he has done for you. That's why we are weak. [music] That's why men are not growing. Every time you see them, they quoting the name of Jesus is [music] a strong tower. The
13:49 righteous runth in they say that's true. I agree with you. Having spoiled principalities and powers, he made the publish of them. I agree with you. I preach it. [music] But the question is, have you submitted to the law of the spirit of life? The question is, are you walking in the spirit? [music] What authority does the Holy Ghost have over you? When was the last time the Holy Ghost gave you instruction and you followed? [music] So you find people who are rebellious to the spirit and they have quenched the spirit, but they are quoting [music] scriptures and they call the new creation reality. SO WE [music] CAN'T MANIFEST POWER as we should. >> [music] >> You cast out devils, you subdue nature, and then you tame the flesh. [music] When you get here, then you journey
14:34 deeper because power has other layers. The fourth level of power is the ability [music] to sustain spiritual hunger in ever increasing intensity. [music] There are many people here, they can't sustain passion [music] for God for 2 months. Oh my God. You don't know the power it takes to stand. You don't know the power. See, there are many things trying to choke [music] God out of your soul. From legitimate concerns of life to deceitfulness of riches [music] to pride of life to lust of the eyes. If you keep your hunger for God, if you are able to keep it is a dangerous dimension of power. If you operate at that level, it means you have crossed into the celestial realm. Because there is a realm where there's no nature. There's a real [music] there is a realm where
15:21 there's no sickness. So how do you now define power there? If you enter the angelic realm, what is power? [music] Imagine if you among those who are in the COURTS OF GOD WHERE THE 20 and four elders are, there's no sickness to heal. There's no demon to cast out. There's no flesh there. WHAT IS POWER? POWER in that realm is ability [music] to stay hungry for God. That's why the Bible say day and night forever and ever they kept crying holy is the Lord that's their satisfaction. If your [music] Christianity gets to a level where you are never satisfied the more of God you have the more you have know that the power that is ruling you is not a [music] small dimension of power. Some of you it was the week you gave your heart to Christ that you experienced that power [music] and you have lost it. Jesus called it
16:09 the first law when he joined the church of Ephesus manifesting giftings but [music] they've lost the main thing because the the passion for God the the priority they gave God was no longer there you remember those days when you come back from journey you [music] still go for video and that thing keeps YOU ACTIVE YOU PRAY IN morning and you are not tired YOU GO AND SHOWER and go to work it's in the evening the next day you rest [music] and then you wake up the next day you go for evangelism you come back you you you you are just doing everything and you are active but now [music] even when you slept through the whole day you went for video you can't stand for 3 hours it means you have lost SOMETHING THE REAL POWER has left you [music] you can't stand Elijah said
16:54 before God whom I stand there shall be no rain or due because when [music] you when you have this kind of power all the other power must respond to you because the way power works is when you go higher the subordinate ones automatically align That's why Elijah was ruling nature from standing in God's presence BEFORE GOD WHO MIGHT STAND. HE WAS IN THE PALACE but he carried the same [music] atmosphere. See there is an intensity that you should travel with. It should be a rad over you. YOU CARRY SO MUCH OF GOD THAT EVEN WHEN YOU ENTER THE BANK YOU DIDN'T TALK BUT they knew somebody came. YOU ENTER THE AIRPORT PEOPLE ARE QUEUED UP. The [music] moment you join the line people turn. NOW YOU MEET THEM, they are consultants, they are still burning. And then you are wondering HOW DID YOU REMAIN LIKE THIS IS A POWER. [music] YOUR MATE THAT YOU SAW IN 100 LEVEL THAT WAS ON FIRE PREACHING EVERYWHERE 20 YEARS LATER YOU MET HIM [music] and he's now a businessman but he's still on fire. He's doing business speaking in tong. When when people ARE GOING FOR BREAK that he should go and eat. He goes to a place he's praying. See the thing is heavy. I remember some years ago when this fire hit me, [music] I will be at home. My sisters will be watching
19:14 movies. I want to die of anger. They will be watching movies, seasonal movies. So when [music] they take light and they are angry, that's when me I'm happy. I enjoy the darkness because it gives me opportunity to be quiet and [music] I can be on that couch on the chair pray for hours and YOU ARE NEVER TIRED. PRAYER IS NOT ABOUT it's about journeys. JOURNEYS [music] JOURNEYS. YOU GO HIGH, YOU WANT TO GO HIGH. YOU GO HIGH, YOU WANT TO GO HIGH BECAUSE THERE'S SOMETHING BURNING that will stop. [music] Why do you think most of the people you went to the prayer mountain with 5 years ago, they are no longer Christians. [music] They can't keep the fire. They can't keep the flame. Because after the ability to sustain hunger, the next level of power is brokenness. Because a man who meets God every day can't be proud. [music] He sees too much for him to be proud. He's too conscious of God to be conscious of self. [music] And so WHEN YOU BUILD THAT POWER, THAT POWER WILL LEAD TO the next level, which is
20:45 brokenness. And it is in brokenness that God can entrust [music] to you the oracles of his spirit. So go and read your Bible and check. The higher men go, the more broken [music] they become. No proud man can claim to you he has authority in the spirit. He's a joker. Because when you see him, you will fall like a dead man. Nobody saw him and stood. [music] Everybody who saw him was broken. The glory and the majesty he comes WITH IS TOO MUCH for you [music] to be able to stand and think about yourself. Like the 24 and four elders, you will fall like a dead man. [music] And so the fifth level of power is brokenness. It takes a lot of power for [music] you to substitute pride.
21:30 Things go wrong, [music] you are the one who apologizes. Not because you are wrong, but you are the one who takes responsibility [music] for peace. Is a level of power. They underrate you. It doesn't get [music] to you. You are too big for what they think. You are not the type that they said one or two things you offended. No, they can't offend you. You couldn't offend Jesus Christ because anything you say, he still doesn't touch him. He's [music] too broken to be offended. He's too meek to be offended. So when you see men who are really powerful, you see that [music] power in simplicity and brokenness. Somebody said great men are not dressed in gold. When you scratch them, you discover they are made of gold. [music] So you are attacking them. They are just looking at you because where would they start from? Anything they do will destroy you. So they just leave you to

23:03 in the realm of God. The sacrifices of God, a broken man has done his sin [music] offering. He has done his wave offering. He has done every of the sacrifices of God. God considers brokenness as the summation of his sacrifices. That's why he [music] said when a he finds a broken man, he said the say you can't despise him. The Bible said unto whom should I look is the man that is OF A CONTRITE HEART [music] and a broken spirit. That kind of man, God can't resist him and anything he desires, God is under pressure to release [music] it. God loves him too much. The eyes of God are perpetually on him. So when you find people who have authority in the realm of God, they are broken people. This is why when you go to heaven, the people who sit on thrones are the [music] ones who lie on the
23:48 floor. THE ONES WHO HAVE AUTHORITY TO SIT ON THRONES, they are the ones who don't sit on it. [music] They fall on their faces. They cast their CROWN BECAUSE THEIR POWER IS not the throne. [music] It's not the crown. It's the brokenness. So you give them throne, they don't sit on it because they know what kept them there. AND THE ONE WHO FELL [music] FELL BECAUSE OF PRIDE. He say I will exalt my throne above the stars of heaven. I will be like the most high. And he say iniquity has been found in his heart. They kicked him out of heaven. Now one of that person is the one leading the whole rebellion of the world. Imagine the power that the other 24 have. [music] You are growing in power. [music] These
24:34 are the things that happened to you. A point comes you don't remember when last. You were you [music] were weak to pornography. You have tamed the flesh. A point comes your hunger for God keeps increasing. You fast, you want to fast [music] more. You pray, you want to pray more. You study, you want to study more. And then brokenness, things that offend other people. When they do it to you, you don't feel offended. And they apologizing. You don't know why. You say, "Why are you apologizing? You didn't even know it was offensive." And they say, "No, we we we disrespected you. Oh, I didn't notice. [music] But if you felt you disrespected me, it's okay. You have become too broken to be offended. [music] That's power IN THE SPIRIT. WHEN GOD SEES that he can give you [music] any level of authority because he knows that
25:21 you can't hurt a fly and [music] then from brokenness you come into love. Love is oneness. You have become like your God. That's why [music] I told you that in the journey of legislation, it's not just about defending God's interest. It's about mirroring God. [music] A legislator mirrors God. He has become like the God that he represents. So when they see you, they can't distinguish between you and your God. [music] So you must grow in power. You must grow in priesthood. And finally, [music] the top corridor is the corridor of life. When men grow, they also grow in life. [music]

The first realm of life is the realm of mercy. [music] At that level, what you have is the animal life and the soulish life. Because when God created man, he gave

That's why if you cut a part of a man is still alive for some time. Then there is the sooulish life. The life of the soul is in the breath. [music] In Genesis 2:7 say God breatheed into his nostrils. He became a living soul. But that's not all. There was another life that he would have eaten. In Genesis 2:9 is called the tree of life. That's the life of the spirit. [music] But he didn't eat it. So until Jesus came, all men had two lives. [music] the life of the blood which is by us and the life of the soul which is okay. And so the only way God could deal [music] with us was by mercy and by law. Now the reason God brought law was because they told God whatever you tell us to do we
27:39 [music] will do. So God didn't bring the law for them to obey it. He knew they couldn't obey it. He brought the law to show them their weakness. [music] And you will see that in Galatians 4. You read it. So the law was not the realm. The realm was mercy. >> [music] >> He wanted to walk with them in mercy because he knows they are falling. But they say whatever you tell us to do, we will do. The moment they said it is a stand [music] back, you can. Okay, you try these laws out. And for 1,500 years, nobody could keep it because that realm is the realm of mercy. This is why animals can relate with God. It's messy. [music] Did you read your Bible that a donkey prophesied? That means there is a level of relationship with God at the animal life. But that level is not enough for God to entrust his agenda to you. [music] Did you read that when Elijah
28:25 was in the brook, God sent ravens to give him bread. So animals do serve God. There's a level of life, but that [music] life is not enough for God to give you kingdom because flesh and blood cannot inherit kingdom. So God upgrades us to the next level of life which is spirit [music] life. And the level of spirit life which is Zoe is a realm of grace [music] because in Zoe God empowers you with his ability. That's why we lay hands on the sick they recover. Your hand is not paracetamol. Your hand is not radiation. Your hand is not a painkiller. But how come your hand heals the sick? That means this realm that you have come into it comes with a support system. That support system [music] is called Ze. And that level is your God gives you
29:11 that ability to represent him in the natural world. But the spirit life does not end in the natural world. [music] It goes even to the celestial world. So when you start growing in life, you are going to move from mercy to grace. Then you come up to another level [music] which is the level of immortality. The realm of no corruption. If [music] you get to the level of immortality, you will see other quadrants. Righteousness will become a must. [music] Because the Bible said at the resurrection, he said men shall be like angels. They shall neither marry nor be given in marriage. So there's a realm of life where we begin to operate in equality with spirits. [music] And at that level, you can't sin and say I'm sorry. [music] No, there's no forgiveness there. This is why when men
29:57 begin to grow, God becomes more strict with them. When you are a baby Christian, your sin is forgiven even before you apologize. But there's a real where you grow to God. said because of this thing you have there is a level you can't enter [music] because he sees you like a spirit being you have grown to a level [music] so when men begin to grow in God you notice they become more calm they are careful because everything is censored [music] all of these things are designed to give authority but you see we can't even teach this one because we don't have the capacity to even grace we are abusing grace [music] people now think grace gives them license to do anything so How can you teach immortality then? How can you teach about the fear of the Lord? There's a level of life where is fear that powers you. Fear for

[music] The Bible said fear for God is the fountain of life. So there's a level you get to in life that you don't obey God because he's a rule. There's something [music] in you that that trembles when God speaks. When God speaks, you tremble. And the higher you go, the more authority [music] you are given. Because as you journey in life, you come to a point called oneness. That's the realm of silence. [music] The highest level of life is silence. God doesn't need to talk, but you know what he wants. And you don't need to talk. God knows what you are saying. Just the same way your eyes and your ears are communicating without [music] talking. If your finger
31:28 is injured, your whole body knows. There is a system that regulates the body and connects them. [music] You become connected so much to God that when God is not talking, you are hearing. And when you are not talking, God is hearing. Is a realm of oneness. These are the dimensions God wants to bring [music] us in. But we are not ready. We are be clouded with the needs of this realm. And so men are not growing. You want to be a legislator, [music] you must grow in priesthood. You must grow in power and you must grow in life. [music] Tomorrow I will touch a bit on life so that anywhere we get to we'll be right from there to do miracles so that you know these things are not luck and chance they are realities in different realms and in different cases. 32:15 But for tonight there is a call. I don't know where you stopped in your journey. Maybe some of you stopped where you aborted bodies in priesthood. [music] God gave you burden for souls. He gave you bing for sinners. He gave you bing for leaders. He gave you bing for government. But you aborted it. [music] I don't know where you are in the journey of power. MAYBE GOD STARTED casting out devils through you [music] and he wanted to move you to addressing nature but you got carried away. You say now you are a superstar [music] and you lost it. Or maybe God was bringing you to where you should tame the flesh, but the fame that came with your office made you to begin to rather pamper and feed the flesh [music] and you have been truncated. There is a someone.
33:02 God wants legislators. [music] If you are here tonight and you want to tell God, I want to journey with you. [music] I know I have a title, but I have no rank. I know people recognize me and call me names, but [music] on this matters I am deficient and you need help. I am I'm I'm trying so hard to manage the energy. There is so much power in the atmosphere. I'm trying so hard so that I can focus on what God wants to do. But if you are here, this is an invitation for legislators. I want to submit to the requirement of priesthood. [music] I want to submit to the requirements of power. I want to submit to the

[music] This is why what God designed to be the promotion of some people is their debt. God wanted them to become [music] the youngest people who will give direction to a nation. They are 25. The corridors of power open. But when they entered there, they didn't [music] have authority. They didn't have stature. They didn't have discernment. And they met preachers from the dark world and they shut [music] them off. And I thought I thought ministry was oh [music] you are sure you are called you wait God sends you understand the gospel preach [music] it. I had no understanding.
36:10 There was a time when I was summoned into these things [music] I taught you when my journey of priesthood began and God put a burden in my heart. Every [music] month I fast for 21 days and pray. I rest for 9 days. I start another 21 days. I think I was on the sixth month. I laid on the floor in the PLACE OF PRAYER, TIRED and hungry. And suddenly the wall opened and a creature walked into my room with [music] majesty, a naked woman. When I looked at the head, it was a man. What creature is this? [music] I later discovered he was a prince of perfection that ruled the borders of Benu. That was when I knew why many men of God couldn't rise in Benu.
36:56 WE HAD MANY PREACHERS, MIGHTY MEN OF PRAYER, MIGHTY [music] PREACHERS, BUT THERE'S A LEVEL THEY GET TO. They are stunted. You never hear of them anymore. I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THERE WAS A THERE WERE GATEKEEPERS. THIS [music] GUY CAME SAT ON MY CHEST. I STRUGGLED. I couldn't until I remembered they that call upon the name of the Lord, THEY SHALL BE SAVED. I SAID JESUS SENT ME. LIGHT CAME AND STRUCK. That was the [music] beginning of my ministry. I discovered ministry is not about preaching the right messages. It's good to preach the right message. It's not about ordination. IT'S NOT ABOUT BEING SENT. WHAT IS THE WEIGHT OF YOUR PRIESTHOOD? THERE ARE LEVELS YOU can never cross until you pass certain test. [music]
