0:00 hey everybody uh AJ here uh just wanted to do a quick um intro before we get started on this comparison just to say thank you for the overwhelming response to the previous one uh covering the Digimon Adventure 99 dub versus redub this is the same idea for our war game the original Digimon the movie dub um from all the way back in the year 2000 o uh compared to the more recent redub uh from 2024 um one more once again this is not to say which dub is better than the other it's not a competition in that regard
0:47 it's really just to show how certain scenes were handled in the original uh how certain jokes were retained or how those for some jokes that the the spirit of them was kept but the punchline is different and you'll see a lot of that through the video um you know in ter what and this this is just um like a selection of what I thought were the best examples to show um you should of course pick up the official release from Amazon or crunchy roll or wherever you can get it from link will be in the description down below um I highly encourage you to continue to support this franchise and you know support the official releases um this is not meant
