  • Automation of the lead generation process using tools like Lemlist.
  • Importance of personalized communication and a strong offer for better conversion rates.

Introduction to Lead Generation

The video starts by defining a lead as an individual or organization with the potential to become a future customer. Lead generation is described as the process of identifying these potential clients and gathering their information, such as name, website, and social media handles, to facilitate future outreach. The presenter emphasizes that the methods discussed are applicable across various industries, from real estate to dental services.

Free Method 1: Google Maps

The first free method involves using Google Maps to search for businesses in a specific industry and location, such as "realtors in New York." The process includes clicking on each business, visiting their website, and collecting relevant details like name, contact information, and social media profiles. The presenter suggests writing a personalized compliment for each lead to make future communication more effective. This data is then compiled into an Excel sheet.

Free Method 2: ChatGPT and Google Search

The second free method combines Google Search and ChatGPT to generate leads more efficiently. The presenter explains how to use a specific search query on Google to find Instagram profiles containing email addresses of professionals in a target industry and location. The search query follows this structure: site:instagram.com "industry" "location" "@gmail.com". The search results are then copied and pasted into ChatGPT, along with a prompt (provided in the video description) that instructs ChatGPT to extract and organize the data into a CSV format. This CSV data can then be copied into an Excel sheet.

Fiverr Freelancing Course Promotion

The presenter briefly promotes a Fiverr freelancing course available on Udemy, designed for beginners looking to make money online. The course covers turning various digital skills into income on Fiverr, with a special discount offered to early users via a promo code.

Paid Lead Generation Tools and Outsourcing

For those with a budget, the video suggests using paid lead generation tools like Apollo.ai or D7 Leadfinder. Alternatively, the presenter recommends outsourcing lead generation tasks on Fiverr for around $10 to $20.

Emailing and Automation with Lemlist

The video explains how to craft personalized emails to improve conversion rates, including adding a compliment and addressing the recipient by name. For automating the email sending process, the presenter recommends using Lemlist, a paid software. The process involves exporting the lead list as a CSV file, importing it into Lemlist, and creating an email sequence with follow-up emails. Variables are used to personalize the emails with information from the lead list, such as first name and compliment. The presenter suggests sending 500 to 1,000 emails per month and using Calendly to schedule discovery calls.

Final Thoughts on Lead Generation

The video concludes by emphasizing that cold emailing has an average response rate of 8.5%, with a conversion rate of 1% to 5%. The presenter stresses the importance of having a compelling offer and continuously experimenting with different approaches. What works for one person may not work for another, so learning from personal experience is crucial.

0:00 In this video, I'll tell you how to generate thousands of leads in minutes regardless of your location or niche. If you're a freelancer, agency owner, or a marketer who is looking for clients, then this video is for you. I'll tell you a free way to generate unlimited leads. I'll also show you how you can automate the entire process using chat GPT. I want to say that no one in the industry provides this information for free. 83% of the people who watch this channel frequently do not subscribe. If you have ever found the videos valuable, could you please do me a favor and subscribe to the channel? It helps us more than you know and the bigger the channel gets, the better content we can create. So that being said, let's start with the basics. So what is a lead? In simple terms, lead in marketing is referred to an individual or an organization who has the potential to become a future customer. So as a video

0:45 editor, anyone who is looking for video editing services is a lead. So a real estate owner who is looking for a real estate promo is an ideal lead. So are his friends and also people involved in the same industry. Anyone who can do business with me in the future is a potential lead. Lead generation is a process of finding potential clients or lead for your business to sell your product or services. In lead generation, we put together details such as first name, business website, business name, company details, social media handles, etc. so that we can later reach out to them. Now there are a lot of free and paid tools to generate leads. Before starting the lead generation process, identify which industry you're targeting and what your ideal client looks like. For example, I'm looking for realtors in New York who might be interested in real estate, video editing services. But you can do the same process for any

1:30 industry. For example, dentists, hair salon, restaurants, or anything else. So the first free method we'll use is Google Maps. All you have to do is go to Google Maps and search for realters in New York. Now you'll see a lot of people with their business website and name. Now what you have to do is you have to click on one and go to the website and find out details like first name, last name, business name, social media handles and their Gmail. Another step that I do is I write a compliment for each lead. It can be anything about how their website looks or any genuine compliment about their business. This will help us when we reach out to them. It won't look like that we have sent the same email to thousands of people. Now take your time and repeat this process for as many times as you like. And add all the data into an Excel sheet. I would suggest first building a lead list and then reaching out to people and not doing a back and forth else it will take

2:16 a lot of time. So in around 2 hours you'll generate good 50 to 100 leads. This process is highly effective but it might take some time. So now let's move on to the second free method in which we'll use chat GPT and Google search. Now to get started go to Google search and search for site instagram.com and then inside quotation marks write the industry that you're looking for. So for me it's realters. Then leave a space and write the country or city that you are looking for. So for me it's New York right now. And after that leave a space and in quotation mark write again at the rategmail.com. Now if you hit enter this will generate a list of realters in New York who have included their Gmail on the Instagram profile. Now what you can do is you can press Ctrl A and press Ctrl C which will copy the entire data which is available on that page. And now

3:03 go to chat GPT and open a new window and paste this data. After that, copy paste the prompt that you see on the screen right now. I'll also add this prompt in the description. Once done, chat GPT will go through all the data and clear out entries which are repeated and put the entire thing into a CSV file for you. Now all you have to do is copy this and paste it into Excel sheet. Now you can do this process for all the websites and all the industries and locations. For example, you can be a content writer who's looking for entrepreneurs to work with. Now you can repeat the entire process in the site. You can either select Instagram or you can do it with other site also for example Twitter or Facebook and you can select cities, countries or states. Also when you search you'll get multiple pages of search. So you can copy paste all the data into chat dbt and repeat the entire

3:49 process and in just 30 to 40 minutes you'll have 500 to thousands of leads. I have personally used both the methods and they have worked for me. Before we begin, if you have a skill and are looking to make money online, I have put together a complete Fiverr freelancing course on Udemy which is specially designed for beginners. In this course, I explain the same process which I followed to make over 2.2 K rupees on Fiverr. Whether you are into editing, writing, design or literally any other digital skill, I'll walk you through how to turn that into real income on Fiverr step by step. I'm giving a special discount to first few people who use the promo code early bird. The link is in the description and in the pin comment. Now, if you're someone who has budget for lead generation and don't want to spend time doing this, you can try tools

4:35 like Apollo.ai or D7 leadfinder which can generate thousands of leads in just few minutes. To save even that time, you can go to Fiverr and look for someone who can do lead generation for you for just $10 to $20. Now once you have the lead list ready, you can start sending emails or messages to them. For better conversion, try to write a personalized email where you add a compliment, add their name. Also, it should not look like that you have sent the same email to thousands of people. So, no one would like that. So, this is the email that I use. It starts with hi, first name, and then compliment. And then I ask them a genuine question about their videos. After that, I introduce myself and the business. After that, I write two lines about how I can help them. After that, I end the email with a call to action so that they can book the meeting there and there. So, if you're starting out, you can start sending mails manually to each

5:22 lead, but that might take some time. So, I'll tell you how to automate this process using Lemlist. Please note that Lemlist is a paid software. If you are someone who has a budget and wants to automate this process, you should check it out. Also, this video is not sponsored by Lemlist. I just personally use Lambd. That's why I'm showing the tutorial. There are multiple ways to do this process. I'll just show you how I do it. First export the Excel file as a CSV. Then go to lamb list and click on new campaign. We'll create a manual campaign. You can name the campaign anything. Then click on the lead list and click on import from CSV. After that, go ahead and select the CSV file and make sure all the variables are correct. This means the column name and the lem list variable type should match each other. So for example, first name for name, email for email, and for the compliment you can select icebreaker.

6:07 Now you can come back to the sequence and write your email. For the subject, I'll use would love to work together and then the first name variable. This first name variable will basically be replaced from the lead list. Similarly, where we have written icebreaker, it will be replaced with compliment. After that, I like to add three four follow-up emails because not everyone has the time to check their emails all the time. I usually follow up till I get a yes or no. These are simple oneline emails. For example, did you get a time to check this email or did you see this or would you be interested in this? Now I do the first follow-up after 2 days, second after 4 days, and then after 7 days. You can also do one after 14 days if needed. I check the preview of some leads to see if it's showing the right first name and the right icebreaker. The idea is to send 500 to,000 emails every single month. Usually after starting the campaign, I start booking a lot of

6:53 calls. I use Calendarly for discovery call. That's my complete method of generating unlimited leads and converting them to clients. If you are a freelancer who doesn't have the budget for automation, you can also use the manual process. Remember cold emailing has an average response rate of 8.5% which makes converting clients from that to 1 to 5%. So that means out of every 100 emails that you send maybe 8 to 10 people will open it and one two might get converted if your offer is good. But that's the average and I'm here to tell you the truth. Sometimes it's worse than that. Before you do the entire process make sure your offer is so good that people can't say no to you. That being said, keep trying and keep changing things. What has worked for me might not work for you. So, it's all about learning from your own experience. If you found this content valuable, do share it with your friends and give this

7:39 video a like. And I'll see you in the next video.
