00 CBDCs, Central Bank digital currencies, the way that governments have created to control how you move your money, to control your taxes because if they control the digital currency, they can also pause your account. They can take any taxes out of your account easily. They don't even have to go to the bank. Now with digital dollar, digital euro, digital pound, governments can literally just pause your account whether you disagree with their agenda or in the case of Canada, for example, we've already seen these examples happen. In the case of Canada, when people protested or funded the protest, their bank accounts got frozen. They weren't
47 able to use their hard-earned taxed money. It's going to be even easier to cancel your digital currency account. And this is coming specifically towards 2030. In the next couple of years, you'll see the digital euro, you'll see people get paid their salaries, investments, properties all going to be transacted in digital currency. And more and more countries around the world are limiting cash, making it harder for you to use cash in order to make purchases, to buy a car, to buy real estate, forget about it unless we're talking about countries like Turkey, Paraguay, Serbia, Thailand, where cash is still relatively useful.
34 For example, in Mexico, you can use cash for pretty much anything, but even countries like Mexico are moving in the direction of having digital currency, of having digital IDs, and having everything connected. Even countries like Brazil now require hotels to be connected to your digital ID account if you're a citizen or resident of Brazil so that they can track how you spend your money, what hotels you stay at, and they can then match that to how much taxes you pay. Now, obviously, you do everything legally. Don't try to bypass these regulations like some US citizens, for example, they get another passport and they think that just because they have another passport or they live somewhere else, they now don't need to comply with US law and US
20 tax law. The US follows you regardless of where you live. They follow you all over the world. So, you still have to pay taxes back to the United States and still have to report everything to the United States. And as I mentioned in my citizenship-based taxation video, this is going to come to more countries, the European Union, the UK, Canada, Australia, countries that are trying to tax you more and more are going to eventually launch citizenship-based taxation programs because wealth is mobile. Money can move wherever you want to, essentially. If you're rich, you can move anywhere. You can get tax residency somewhere. You can exit the tax system. That is why they are creating more exit taxes, unrealized capital gains taxes like in Netherlands, for example. Canada trying to increase capital gains
05 taxes, trying to increase deemed disposition tax, which is essentially the exit tax of Canada. Australia talking about more property taxes for wealthy investors, specifically investors that are investing in multiple properties, adding limits to how many properties you can buy. And then with digital currencies, they're just going to be able to essentially pause your digital ID, pause your travel freedom as well. Like in the United States, I'm actually preparing a video on passport revocation and how governments are going to be able to cancel your passport. The United States is already able to cancel your passport because of unpaid taxes. In 2026, the limit is $66,000. Obviously, it's adjusted for inflation every year, but if you owe more than
51 $66,000 in taxes, and it is deemed delinquent taxes that you haven't paid, your passport either gets canceled or you can't renew your passport. I've heard stories of people that didn't even know they owed taxes because they haven't traveled in such a long time living in the US, and then they try to travel and their passport doesn't work because they owe some taxes. Also, for child support, very tricky topic because obviously a lot of people support this new law, but under US law, the State Department will deny or revoke US passports for any parent who owes more than $2,500 Some people actually support this because they say, "Oh, these deadbeat dads that don't want to pay their child support and they go move out of the country." But this sets a
37 precedent and it's a slippery slope that, "Well, now it's child support, but later it's you don't comply with the agenda of the government." Later, it's, "Well, you don't pay your taxes in time and you take a couple weeks in order to pay your taxes and your passport gets revoked or canceled or the renewal of your passport gets denied." So, we're seeing a system where digital ID, digital currency are going to combine into one. And the best way that wealthy people over the world, that my clients and that I personally, because we can't really escape this system. We can't move to Mars or to the moon. We have to be practical here. Most countries around the world are moving in this direction. And specifically countries that are seen as great for a plan B, for example,
23 Panama, it's still a dollarized economy. So, whatever the United States says, because they're a dollarized economy, because they depend on the dollar, they're probably going to do that as well. So, if the United States says, "Look, you have to have a digital currency. You have to use the digital dollar." They're going to use the digital dollar. There's no way out of it. There are multiple ways that wealthy families are protecting themselves. One is by diversification, having multiple passports, multiple residencies in countries like Serbia, for example, the Republic of Serbia in Europe outside of the EU, not heading down the track of digital IDs, digital currency, cash friendly. As I mentioned, countries in Latin America, for example, Mexico or Paraguay or Argentina, even though they have systems of digital ID, they are much
09 less developed than high-tax Western countries. The enforcement is also a lot less aggressive. We have to match as to what is the agenda behind the country. In Argentina, even though some people say, "Oh, never get Argentina citizenship because you cannot renounce it." They're not going to tax you on your worldwide income. And if they ever do add citizenship-based taxation, they're not going to be able to enforce that citizenship-based taxation. If it was a country like Netherlands or Germany and they start doing citizenship-based taxation, they're going to be able to enforce that. They're going to be able to block you from leaving the EU, for example, if you don't want to pay those citizenship taxes. So, they have a lot more power than countries like Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Mexico, etc. So, we have to
55 look at the agenda behind the country. We have to look at how developed these systems are and we have to look at the reality of the country. Sure, Serbia is on track to join the European Union, but it's not going to join anytime soon. Countries in the Caribbean, for example, for citizenship by investment. I got citizenship by investment in St. Kitts and Nevis. You have five countries, St. Lucia, Dominica, Grenada, and St. Kitts. Yes, these countries are dependent on the EU for access to the Schengen area, on the US to not get banned. They have a citizenship by investment program that is extremely popular, but you can use some of these citizenship by investment programs to at least have a plan B, to diversify your nationality, diversify your passport in case they decide to cancel your passport because you criticized the government
42 or you posted something like in the UK, we're seeing the government crack down on online posts even if they're anonymous. They match them down to you. Or even if it's just a repost of some idea or some video, the police shows up and they want to ask questions. More government surveillance, more government control, there is no way out. The way out is by choosing multiple jurisdictions around the world that are not with this philosophy, that are not with this agenda. Getting residency in multiple countries, that is why I help clients for example from Canada, from Germany get residency in other countries. Get citizenship in a place like Turkey. Get citizenship in Serbia. Get residency in Paraguay. Get residency for example for an EU citizen
29 might move to Cyprus. And yeah, every country has bad things. For example, Cyprus had a huge banking crisis and they paused and froze a lot of bank accounts from wealthy individuals. And they even confiscated money from those bank accounts. But if you move from Germany to Cyprus, which is a very easy move, and you get tax residency in Cyprus, you can lower down your tax rate significantly. And even though you're still in the EU, you can dramatically lower the risk of that digital euro creeping into your life, on digital ID tracking your life. And obviously with biometric tracking and all these different the EES system, they're going to know where you are on the world with one passport only, they're going to be able to track all your travels. Multiple passports,
15 multiple bank accounts as well. That is why millionaires, they go to places like Switzerland, Singapore Liechtenstein even Panama, Georgia to put money into other bank accounts. I have many bank accounts all over the world. I have my money diversified in case of a bank freeze, a bank bail-in, frozen accounts. They don't agree with my opinion. They want to unbank me in some way. I have accounts all over the world that I can potentially use. I have multiple passports that I can potentially use. I have multiple countries that I can go and live in that I have as my plan B, C, D, E, F. And that is exactly what wealthy families are doing. That is what we here at Wealthy Expat help them do. Just like
01 the United States taxes citizens on their passport. No matter where you go, you have to pay taxes as a US citizen. This is going to expand to more countries. You can check out the video that I made here, citizenship-based taxation. Which countries is it coming to? How it's going to be implemented? How you can potentially protect yourself against it? Watch it right here.
