This thing is so important because I've seen it ruin a lot of lives. Ministers ruin families, ruin all that. It has to do with spiritual warfare. There's a mistake. An error. A song how you know whenever a new revelation and understanding comes initially we like children trying to walk we make our mistakes and learn. The only thing is that this one a lot of lives have been burnt. A lot of casualties if I tell you. So wisdom of God is coming and understanding is coming through through this balance in this thing. You make sure you don't miss this. You might be

Has it not bothered you that some people will go engage in spiritual warfare over an extended period of time like 30 days when they finish church drops to half? Warfare is supposed to help you grow church. Then what is this type? Has it not bothered you that there are some when they finish that crisis erupts in their leadership team and the place scatters. He I'm glad he's part of the intercessors for Africa. You can see that all those leaders that started they are not in talking terms. What is the issue? Let me look at three
1:31 components of this area that's causing problem. Because to move in a revival we have to have prayer. We have to have prayer. And third heaven. That's how the heavens are structured. And then each of them has a way they're also divided, but I'm not bothering about that. This is how the heavens are structured. Okay. Now, third heaven is where God [music] lives. Please show them Psalm 115:16. The heaven the heavens is the Lord's. The earth he has given to the sons of men. First heaven is where man lives.
2:17 Third heaven is for angels, especially fallen angels. That's where their abode is. Second [music] heaven. I said third heaven is where God is. First heaven is where man lives. Second heaven is where fallen angels live. The heaven No, just 16 is enough. The heaven the heavens The heaven even the heavens plural are the Lord's. But the earth he has what? Given to the sons of So, I'm going to circle first heaven. That's where your dominion is. That's where your authority is. That's where your influence is. What do you mean by [music] first heaven? This atmosphere is part of it. It continues to where the birds are flying. Continues to where the aircrafts
3:02 are flying. Where is the boundary? When you keep going and you get to a point you don't feel gravity. You enter weightlessness. You've crossed the boundary. If you start going up and you get to a point no more oxygen, you know the the boundary of the earth is up. Anything after that you are entering second heaven in space. Is somebody hearing what I'm saying? What is the problem? There are people who will not who are not satisfied with binding all the demons within the first heaven, the earth, and all that. They want to go and bind the one in the second [music] heaven. And when they finish, the wife that's pregnant has forced abortion. The car tumbles. They break their necks and die. Of course, a friend of mine just finished 30 days spiritual warfare like that. And they were not just dealing
3:47 with what Jesus asked us to do. He asked us to bind on earth, God will bind in the heavens. War in this place is for Michael and the other angels. It's not your job. But people are teaching God's people to take warfare here. Meanwhile, God said it's earth. Look at great commission. Go and make disciples of what? Not make disciples of second heaven. Leave Mars and Pluto and Jupiter alone. Let angel Michael and his other war take care of it. Bind what is on earth and God will bind what is in the heavenlies. Whatever you bind on earth shall be what? Bound in heaven. Didn't say whatever you bind in heaven. So, when I discuss this, some people think I'm trying to curtail our authority. No. No.
4:35 I'm trying to keep you from harm. Because there were angels here, this is their estate. They were fallen. They like Lucifer who used to operate even in the third heaven. They fell, but they are allowed to be here. Hey, oh Jesus. How am I getting myself into this when I can't even do a good job of it? Okay, Ephesians chapter 6, verse 12. Look at We don't fight against flesh and blood, but we fight against principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, and what? Spiritual wickedness in the heavenlies. That fourth class of powers that exist in the heavenly places here. It's the angels that deal with them.

When he finished, he buried seven people, including two pastors, and they were buried side by side. I said, "What did your church just finish doing?" He said, "We just finished strategic level second heaven warfare." I said to him, "Yes." I said, "Because look at what God did." You know God put boundaries. For example, look at in sexuality. Man is not supposed to be marrying animals. Some people are breaking that boundary. It has consequences. People are not supposed to marry fellow men. God also put boundaries here. The angels that did not keep their first estate, they are kept here. They came down to this realm married our women. You know what God did? The rest of the fallen angels are allowed to be here till the final day. Those ones that left their first estate came during the time of Noah messed with women. He tied all of them in chains, sent them ahead of time to Catarus.
6:56 Because there are order that God established. You learn that it's a man that lives here. For example, let's take another one. You remember when Lucifer wanted to invade the third heaven to even sit in the seat in the side of the north where God sit to establish a throne there. What happened? He was thrown down. And he stated where their dominion will be, over the fish of the sea, the over the birds of the air, the fish of the sea, and over the cattles, and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creepeth on the earth. Because the structure of the

Any demon that ventures into the earth, you can bind it. Let him come from water, you can bind it. Let it fly in the air, you can bind it. What is going to happen is that they will look for any opening around you. You have pastors that are not properly covered, or your wife or children, and have folks who follow.

There are demonically inspired activities. And there's a level of warfare you stir, you don't have enough strength to cope with it. I'm telling you, I've dealt with over 200 issues bordering on pastors and churches. And usually, I can trace it. This our authority that we use, we can control evil spirits. There are demons [music] on earth, demons in the water, demons in the air, that affect life here.

The spirit that now works what? In the children of disobedience. So, if you want to reach these people that are unsaved, the children of disobedience, unbelievers, the man we need to take care of is the prince of what? The power of the air. He flies where the birds fly, where the aircraft fly. Equal first heaven is within our dominion. [music] Everybody say, "Air." Do you know how you know you have left the air domain? Is that oxygen disappears. Even pilots, they are trained when they

That's why there's a limit to how far passenger planes can go. There's a limit to how far other planes can go. The >> [music] >> event this order is space shuttle that can go beyond going to space are giving liquid oxygen. They're giving oxygen. Cuz there's no air there. And when you cross where I'm talking about is also no gravity. You know, angels don't need gravity. They [music] float. They fly. Man needs gravity because we don't have wings.

TV, [music] fridge, whatever. My wife is asking me, "What is going on?" Even there was even an atmosphere. "What's going on?" I said, "Don't worry, I know what it is." >> [music] >> But I also understand grace. I understand the cross.
12:20 So, I also dealt with those things. But at least I lost my appliances, but I got my daughter back. God had body working again. Paralyzed. By the third day, we're able to free her from that. But I have noticed a lot of pastors who might not be able to reverse these effects. One time again, I decided because I'm following what they are teaching, certain people are teaching. And I'm always asking, "If you truly can pull this down, about will be a heaven by now." Because by the time he gave that city the highest amount of attention, you can't They still have time to be here. They still have right to be here. But their time is winding up. Are you hearing what I'm saying? Michael has one assignment, Revelation 12, where he's going to flush them out. They won't be

Deal with all sorts of things. And after dealing with it, confusion will be worse. That church will refuse to grow. The people that had come will leave.

But what he delegated to the church is his authority on the earth to carry out his assignment on the earth. If he actually gave us authority over the heaven, then we can even order him around and order angels around and order God around. You can't.

I know they are angels, but you don't have this authority. But they are ministering spirits that has been deployed to work with us on earth. And our authority can influence them all. Jesus has authority in the three realms, but he delegated his authority on the earth to the church because he specified authority goes with responsibility. There are three components there are in that part, responsibility, authority, and the final one will be

Are we asked to go and make disciples of angels? So, any power, including Lucifer, IF HE VENTURES INTO THE EARTH to operate, you can bind him. As far as this space is concerned, you have authority. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING THE SEA and there's a storm, it doesn't matter which power raised that storm, you can stop it. If you are in the air, there is only what you can stop it. Where the problem is is second heaven warfare. That's what is causing people a lot of issue problem. And second heaven warfare has to do with destiny of nations. See? No, spiritual warfare is legitimate. We are not wrestling against flesh and blood. We need to [music] deal with forces.

The truth is if our authority can deal with everything, we don't need intercession. We don't need supplication anymore. What are we talking to God for? We don't even need to pray again. I will say it again. If our authority can deal with everything that we don't need to pray [music] again. Why Why are you praying and disturbing God? Just use your authority then. Cuz whatever is under your authority will obey. Man has dominion over the earth. God rules the heavens. That's how he divided [music] this verse. So, she said to me, "How come you sometimes do that?" And anytime even when we have tried to counsel, you know, even IV when they finish they think we'll have to go. And they pray for people and people get help.

A couple of women had a miscarriage. 64 have died in the church >> [music] >> while they are engaging this and they kept going and they didn't know what was going on. Everybody recovered within some 24 hours, some within 2 days, [music] some and all the scattered things came back in place. At least I apologized to myself. I said good to God. I said, "Lord, I'm sorry for venturing beyond my sphere of authority. It's out of ignorance. I didn't know that." And then bring the blood of Jesus, too.
