CRM of Choice

EXP has launched CRM of Choice, providing real estate agents with access to three top-tier CRM systems: Lofty, Bold Trail, and Close. This initiative allows agents to select a CRM that best fits their unique business needs and workflows, offering flexibility instead of a one-size-fits-all solution. Whether an agent is a solo practitioner, part of a high-performing team, or primarily focuses on referrals, they can choose a system that aligns with their specific business structure. After committing to a CRM for 12 months, agents have the option to switch to a different CRM if their business needs evolve. This service is included in the monthly tech fee ($85 in the US and $139 in Canada) and features a unified login system through the Octa account. The official launch date is July 1st, 2025, and live training sessions are available every Monday and Wednesday to help agents choose the right CRM.

Comparison

A comparison of Bold Trail, Lofty, and Close reveals that while all three CRMs offer similar core functionalities, key differentiators exist. Notably, Close lacks the option for a custom IDX website, which is available in both Bold Trail and Lofty. All three platforms have iOS and Android apps and integrate AI for smart campaigns and follow-up sequences. Lofty and Bold Trail offer a lead generation marketplace, while Close does not. Bold Trail features property boost, allowing users to advertise listings through targeted Facebook ads. Close integrates with Canva for marketing purposes, which is beneficial since Canva is included in EXP's technology fee. All platforms integrate with IDX or VOW feeds, but transaction management capabilities vary. Bold Trail is suitable for solo agents and small teams, Lofty is ideal for lead converting teams, and Close is geared towards relationship-based businesses. Bold Trail and Lofty offer product upsell opportunities, while Close does not. Training and support are available for all three platforms. Key differentiators include team add-ons for business independence in Bold Trail, SEO websites and AI smart plans in Lofty, and AI-driven sphere selling with deep contact logging in Close. A detailed comparison chart is available on the expto toolkit.com website under /cermofchoice. Agents can join the priority list by filling out a form with their name, email, and role to gain access to their chosen CRM.

Once you opt into using one of the three CRM, it's a 12-month commitment, but after that 12 months, if your business needs change, you're able to switch over to a new CRM instead of being locked into one system. The best part is this is included in your monthly tech fee. In the US, it's $85 a month and in Canada, it's $139 a month. and you don't have to pay anything extra for all of the standard features in any of these CRM. Additionally, there is a unified

2:21 estate at EXP. I'm looking at a comparison chart between Bold Trail, Lofty, and Close. I've used all three of these CRM. They all have similar CRM functionality. One of the bigger differentiators between the three is the idx website. You could see clothes doesn't have an option to set up your own custom idx website which bold trill and lofty does have. They all have iOS and Android apps. Of course, AI is deeply embedded in all of these platforms. So, you can use AIdriven smart campaigns, smart plans, and follow-up sequences. They all have great team support. Again, both Lofty and Bold

3:08 Trail have a lead generation marketplace where Close does not. So, Bold Trail has features like property boost where you pay to advertise a listing through a paid ad on Facebook to thousands of people that is highly targeted and I found to be highly effective. In terms of marketing, Close is the only platform to offer Canva integration. And now that EXP has Canva included in the technology fee, I think that would be a great addition to your automated marketing. Of course, listing and transaction management is important. So, all of the platforms have idx or V feeds that you can integrate with. Transaction management varies between the three

3:53 platforms. So you could integrate with Skyselope loop and some are more comprehensive than others. Bold Trail of course is a great fit if you're already used to the KV core system. It's great for solo agents, small teams, and top producers. Lofty is great for lead converting teams. And close is more geared towards sphere of influence and relationshipbased businesses. Bolt Trail and Lofty offer product upsell opportunities whereas close does not and there's training availability live and on demand for all three support is offered through expert care and vendor support on all three. You can see the unique differentiators are team add-on for business independence through bold
