00 What's up guys, it's Davi live from Bali. As you already know, I'm away from Dubai for a bit. But I have been continuing to trade and really take advantage of these extremely volatile markets. And I've been really taking advantage of this because I have hit my record month of trading. I'm currently sitting at $285 ,000 in profit. And most of this profit came from two trades, which one of them I'm about to break down for you. I feel like I haven't talked about it enough. I have been just focused on my trading and the community. But I decided to take some time off and break down, deep breakdown of my trade. And explain my thought process of how
48 I'm entering the trades and also how I'm thinking about the markets before I enter the trades. Also, after this video, if you're interested to watch me enter this trade live, which I'm about to break down, you can check out my YouTube channel. I think the video before this one was a live trading recording, one hour long, where we enter this trade. But without further ado, let's jump into the charts and let me explain what happened. So here, as you can see, we were sitting in these market conditions, which looked not so good. But as we zoom out, we see some bullish strength coming from an Asia session. So ever since the Asia opened, we had a pretty bullish upside for
35 NASDAQ. And, of course, we traded live London session. And when the London session opened, I was really looking forward to see what happens after the price takes out Asia highs. So these are our Asia highs. And taking out Asia highs or lows in London session is a really big decision maker because when you see the next move after it, it can give you a very high probability setup. But before I looked at any of that stuff, I wanted to do my strategy setup, my analysis to decide which direction I want to go. So what we were
21 able to identify was this accumulation right at this area. Okay, so we had the price being stuck in the same range without finding a direction even after the London Open. But shorter after some time, the price started to find some momentum and gain some momentum right around this area and broke out of this range to the upside. Once I saw that there was an upside potential, together with Asia session being pretty high, I really wanted to see what happens next. When you identify this type of range, what you want to find is an imbalance. In this case, I found an imbalance in volume
06 or, in other words, the way I like to call it, a low volume pocket. In this case, you can see an aggressor candle leaving an imbalance and a pocket of low volume, which means this is going to be my area of interest where I would be potentially looking to take longs. Now, one thing I was worried about was that after we took Asia highs, right around this area, right around this point, I was really worried about, is this going to be a manipulation and then we're just going to continue lower. So for me to actually see what the price is about to do, I really like to look at the volume. Just like in this
55 case, I like to find an imbalance of volume in the price movement, especially after these impulsive moves right here. For that, I also look at CVD or cumulative volume delta indicator to tell me where the pressure is coming from. Is the pressure coming from a bullish side or from a bearish side? And what you will be able to see right here is on a market structure on the chart, we saw the price creating a lower low. So by bringing this market structure to the downside, right around this area here, we have created a lower low or, in other words, a bearish market structure. But as I was looking at a cumulative volume delta, I noticed
44 that on the volume area, at the volume side of things, we have not created a lower low. Actually, we created a higher low. So whenever I see this divergence or whenever I see this difference between what charts are telling me and what the volume is telling me, it gives me, it gives me a strong signal that this breakout to the upside and taking out of Asia highs here is just a manipulation. We came back into the low volume pocket area to balance out the markets. And now while people are saying that this, we took out a Asia highs and now we're ready to go lower, I noticed that there is some sort of
33 difference between what the charts are telling me and what the volume is telling me. And when I saw this difference, this pretty much triggered my entry. We entered this trade on a bullish close. We set our stops. I'm not sure if we set our stops below the structure or just below the aggressor candle. But we entered this trade here. We always target at least one, two, three. And that's how the trade was playing out. The trade pretty much went almost straight into profit. Now, one thing I didn't do is I did not close this trade at one, two, three. And the reason being is that, first of all, we are in extremely volatile and trending markets at the moment. And with all of
23 the geopolitical tension that we have going on all around the world. And I have made a decision. I chose. I had two options, pretty much. Option number one was take your profits and leave. Or option number two, these are extremely volatile markets. And today might be the day to let the trade run because of the market conditions we are in. So that's exactly what I decided to do. And what I did, I just left this trade run at, I believe, we were at one to two or so. And I set my stops at break even. So this trade was already risk -free. And I said, you know what? Let's run this. Let's see where this can go.
11 And after I entered this trade, I actually held this trade overnight, risk -free. I was just holding it. Now, when we zoom out and we look at higher timeframes, another thing that I've noticed and why I made this decision was that there was a big weekend gap left. So this was Monday. And on Monday open from Friday, we left a big gap for us to potentially fill. And I was like, what if today and tomorrow is going to be the day where the price is going to be going to fill the gap based on the risk -free reward? Now I see that my stop loss was below the market structure. So it was just below this wick right here. And my final take profit
57 was just around looking like this. And this is how I held the trade. So I left it to run this trade overnight to see if we can potentially fill the gap overnight. We were consolidating a bit in the PM session and in the later session of London. And then once New York opened, we hit our final take profit. So this trade was extremely high risk to reward. But the thing is, I have been able to make this amount of money by risking very little because of how high risk to reward this trade was. I was risking not that much, just over $3 ,000 to make this sort of a profit, right? And once we got to the one, two, three
45 risk to reward, I set my stops to work even. So I was not risking anything and you don't even believe how many times this already has happened to me where with this exact setup, this exact strategy, and this exact way that I'm reading the markets, I've been able to capitalize on these market conditions and get these type of risk to rewards. It's not a one -time thing. If you look at my previous videos, if you look at my kick streams, if you look at my live trading recordings, we have caught 1 to 26, 1 to 17, these insane risk reward trades using this exact approach. And I'm just looking forward to this year to see what we can do next. Because I think this approach, this way of trading, and also understanding how to read
35 volume against the charts is the new way of trading, the actual way of trading. Because charts do a lot of manipulation. And if you can identify that manipulation between what the charts are telling you and what the volume is telling you, you can really make a lot of money from it.
