I tried nine different book lights to find the best one.

0:00 so this is a review of all nine of the book lights that I tried while trying to find my favorite one the Light Panel light it seems like a really cool design the clear thing you put it directly on the page the light shines out illuminates the page it actually works really well my main issue with this is that you kind of have to move it on every page that you read and you have to move it to turn the page and it just seemed kind of annoying and it was a little bit of a pain to hold on to the book with it and it wasn't very comfortable the Glu sent neckl I thought that this was a good design I actually really liked the way it lit up the book it was comfortable you put it there you can put these exactly where you want them and it lights up the book my main issue with these is that when you turn it on it illuminates the book and pretty much the entire room because the light is shining out so if you have another person in the room with you that you're trying not to disturb with the light it's not a great option and I read in a lot of different positions if I try to lay down or move too much it kind of

0:47 moved and it just felt like it got in the way the Gritten and book light all right so the book lights with the goose neck it fits onto the page really well with the clip you can position it exactly where you need it to be and onoff button is on the top I only had a few issues with this one it was a really great light but with having the light so far away it seemed as if it illuminated a little bit more than just the book and the other issue I had with it was portability this gooseneck you can kind of try to get it a little bit smaller and put it places but I couldn't slip it into my pocket or anything like that so that was really the only reason I ruled this one out it is a good design now this little one I just I had to try it it's super thin the whole idea behind this one is that it you can be used as a bookmark and place it inside your books which is a great idea I love that and the light works as a magnet you have to take this and flip it around and it turns on the light you stick it in the book like that the only issue I had with

1:33 this is it would move a lot that had a tendency to turn on its own without being prompted by me obviously and with how thin and flimsy it was it didn't stay in the book very well it didn't stay magnetized very well and the light Shook on the page so much I really didn't like it it's a great idea a great design I like the concept but I think it needs more work than just this the babo booklet now this one was one of my least favorites one of the things I really didn't like is the USB charge I absolutely prefer when you can just plug a cord into and charge it that way the clip is kind of small but it Clips onto the book really well my only thing is this has one button to change the temperature on off that's it you can't change the brightness the top movees really good and you can angle it exactly where you need it to there's just not a lot of options for settings the gen's bookl so this one's pretty good it's another USB charge so you have to plug it directly into the block but it did

2:18 have a significantly more stable clip to put into the book and it didn't move as much the same downside as the last one is that it only has one button to flip through the lights and doesn't have any other settings the 86 Lux book light I actually like this one a lot it's sleek it's slim it's portable it has a really thin but a good clip to keep it stable in the book and this one does have a charging port which was really nice whereas most of the other ones didn't there are two buttons on the side here to switch through the temperatures of the light and the brightness but there's no on and off so you have to switch through all of the different temperatures in order to turn it on and off and that really is why these two Glock you sand book lights were my favorite they both had the most features and the most customizability with the light they both have the on and off button that turns the light on and off independent of the temperature or brightness so when you turn it on and you can change the brightness if you

3:04 turn it off and then back on again that setting is saved the only downside for these two is that both of them are the USB charge which isn't my favorite I wish they had the charging port both almost had the exact same clip which is really good and really stable in the book I loved it and the lights lit up really well you can move them put them exactly where you wanted to and they looked great on the page there was only two things that separated these two lights from each other and those were really the deciding factor between these two because they were so good been so close together I couldn't decide for a while now this one had two slightly different features that made it just a little bit better in my opinion one was that the light could slide up and down giving you just a little bit more customization in where you wanted the light to hit and this one didn't have that the other feature that I liked and I think it was actually the deciding feature for this book light was this button down here at the bottom was a

3:50 timer so you could turn that on it has either 30 minutes 45 minutes or an hour and it would automatically turn off the book light if you had fallen asleep which I thought was a cool feature and a really nice touch so this is the one I decided I'm going to keep and the one that I'm going to use personally I have the link to it and all of the other book lights in my Instagram highlights if you wanted to check them out
